US President Donald Trump has owned of supremacy over demonstrators in Washington DC, following allegations that the president had police deploy tear gas to clear his path to a church for a photo op.

O.K. so the thing is

One year in school one of the teachers was shot with a rubber bulet by one of the students

And that was taken very serious

Like they threw the entire book at this student so to speak

(And trust be those rubber bullets where a lot smaller)

So apparently it IS a serious issue, even with small bullets

Then how could it possible be not that severe if you use those fuckers????

Or is it becasue thos time the status quo is shooting at unruly students so that is what makes it O.K. and not the rubberbulletness ...

Just a reminder for people who may not know, in light of protestors at UCLA being shot in the face with rubber bullets— rubber bullets are not bullets made of rubber. They are metal bullets encased in rubber.

Despite being called “non-lethal” or sometimes “less lethal”, they are well known to cause death and permanent disability.

Here’s a photo showing their size— these are actual rubber bullets used during the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020.

Do not let them downplay the severity of what they are subjecting this students to for standing against genocide. Stay safe and stay educated.

They are supposed to be fired at the ground or surrounding buildings first, to ricochet off with substantially reduced velocity & momentum, thereby reducing the chance of fatalities & serious injuries.... . This is not a political post or taking sides. It’s informational. . You may have heard on the news where protesters, rioters, looters, freedom fighters ... also know as people, have been shot at/with rubber bullets. If like me at one time, you thought “small, soft little projectiles,” you would be incorrect. For size comparison, I have included a 9mm cartridge, a 12 gauge shotgun shell, and a D size battery (more on that to come). You will notice that the rubber bullet is a rather large and hard projectile. This one came From “The Troubles” in Northern Ireland. It MAY have been used on “Bloody Sunday.” It has been told to me, that on occasion, soldiers would put a battery behind the rubber projectile to give it an extra wallop. I don’t know. I wasn’t there.
