i tried to get some noises by moving closer but all it caught was my labored breathing holding my full, heavy belly

Earlier my dummy brain decided to eat something while watching a video and then I ate more then I should’ve.. so then I decided to drink some water to help calm my tummy down.. but, it made it worse.. my tummy hurts so much :(
