Hello Gina! Thinking back to last week how H attended the football match and many people went on him how normal and straight he is because watching football is straight men’s only…anyway there was a moment from like 2014? from a french tv when H told something like he watched one of his football player scored and it turned into innuendo. Can you please explain me for someone for who english is not their first language what possibly he meant when he said “I watched him scored” and why it’s a gay innuendo?

Hi, honey. So, it was a Dutch program (RTL), and the interviewer was asking Harry about a football player who was his favorite when he was younger. The interviewer said, "You looked at him score some goals?" (in English, you'd say, "You watched him.") So, Harry ran with that and answered, "I looked at him. Yeah."

But what made it so gay was his facial expression. 🤣

i think it's really cool and interesting how many echoes of bullets you can pick out in remember the laughter. i wonder if it was intentional or entirely coincidental or a result of bullets having been the album he'd written with the fewest other people involved but like. concept album about death and legacy with brief mood-setting instrumental tracks, only one love song, six-minute closing track about dying with a loved one hand-in-hand at your side (demolition lovers was also almost titled i brought you my bullets, you brought me your love, even). but where bullets is frantic and morbid and concerned with leaving a mark on the world, rtl is calm and reflective, looking back on a life in which the only thing that mattered was bettering yourself for your loved ones and hoping to leave the world having made it a better place for them. it's corny as fuck and tips over into triteness on occassion but also. it's sweet :(

here's the clip from the Seb and Kimi joint RTL interview filmed in China 2012 where, among other things, they showed Seb's impersonation of Kimi the year before to Kimi (and kept in the part where he almost slips up and says "I love-- I mean, Kimi's a very nice guy"), and show the music video that Kimi was in to Seb.

As you can see, Seb asks what the song means and sings "Kimi is a great guy~" before Kimi can explain (towards the end at 0.08)

@seb-boo your tags made me giggle and i will take it as an excuse to talk more, bc i realised he actually tripled down on it. after all that he went home and wrote this in his diary:

[...] For the RTL viewers, I teamed up with Kimi [Räikkönen] and had a few duels. However, that was quite harmless, with table football and puzzles.
