THIS SHOW HAS EVERYTHING: Cross-dressing, steaming bowls of soup, found families, revenge, nepotism, gisaengs, truly evil magistrates, clever plans, and hundreds of miles of dirt roads.

HOT TAKE: This show has perhaps the WORST lead romance first kiss in all the Kdramas I've watched thus far, despite the fact that they are pretty good for each other. Like, I think at one point, they weren't even touching lips?

It's finished.. wanted to see a few more episodes with Kwon Nara (권나라), Kim Myung-soo (김명수) & Lee Yi-kyung (이이경).

wish they would do a season 2 with them again. Love their on screen chemistry. Finished episode 16 of Royal Secret Agent.

I’m almost done with Royal Secret Agent and I’m enjoying…..but also like I’m so stressed because of course I’m invested in the secondary couple and bracing for pain and I just don’t know what’s going to happen and if they get a happy ending why is it always tragic couple music!

(And everyone always making it in time this whole drama before so many terrible things happen has made me less trusting of their ending not more….)

I don’t want spoilers but I am slowly dying from the stress….I hope I can finish tomorrow….

On a brighter note I’ve never seen Lee Tae Hwan get the girl before so that’s nice but also very suspicious if you ask me and she tied her ribbon on his arm and I just feel like at least one of them is gonna die cradled in the others arms or far away from each other or for the other and I just really hope I’m wrong…

Because I really love my Secret Catholic and her Robin Hood.
