Hi there! Welcome to the rottmnt movie fan animation project! This current project is about animating the cut intro from the Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Movie. We think that the storyboards were so amazing that this intro deserves to be animated in full by people or are passionate about the show or passionate about animation!

If you would like to be apart of this project please do the following:

Send an email to rottmntmovieanimation@gmail.com with 2-3 animations/art pieces that you have created that way we can get an idea for what scene would best fit you.

Please specify wether you would prefer a shorter scene or a longer scene to animate or if you would rather just draw backgrounds for scenes. You can also specify a type of scene you would like (ex. Scenes with a lot of talking or movement heavy scenes.) however we cannot guarantee that you will get your preferred scene. Finally please specify what you would like to be credited as in the animation. You may choose to use your real name or a handle.

Before sending an email please make sure to read wether applications are still open or not. This can be found in the description of the page. If there is an overflow of applicants before the update in the description and we run out of scenes you will be notified through email if you have a scene or not.

Hey all! The ROTTMNT reanimate is finally out! It took such a short time compared to other reanimates but I'm happy to share both my earlier shot and a new one I got this year!

I also posted the WIP videos for shot 199 and shot 13 this week so please have a look if you're interested ^^ And check out more posts @rottmntreanimated here on tumblr too! This was a fun fan collab to be part of that really let me stretch my blender 2D-experimenting wings a bit and I'm glad I got to see it finished :)

Are you doing anything for the @rottmntreanimated project?

Unfortunately, I hadn't even watched Rise until January of this year, and submissions had already closed by then. But if there's ever something like that in the future, I'd love to contribute!

(I'm absolutely loving everything I've seen from the project so far, though! It's a really cool idea, with a lot of skilled participants!)
