They say no pain no gain but in this circumstance, I’m glad no pain is occurring. I Definitely don’t have 100% strength back in the medial and front delt, but more than enough to get through this prep. Extremely grateful for this. I can’t condone enough the importance of listening to your body, know when somethings wrong, and take the appropriate action as well as following through with those action.
