Melted disco ball, 2023

Inspired by the (very expensive) melted disco balls by Rotganzen and Kelly Wearstler I made my own version.

The body of the sculpture is made of paper and painters tape, covered by papier mache followed by two thin layers of molding paste. The body was then covered in adhesive mirror tiles.
