🛸- they have been abducted by aliens. What will they do?
🐌- they are gifted a snail. What do they do with it?
Vestras and Davi :3
🛸- they have been abducted by aliens. What will they do?
Davi and Rosamund would both be analyzing the situation and will adapt accordingly. Most likely, if they see an opening to make friends, they'll try.
Medee is too busy constantly breeching containment and exploring the ship, so they end up putting her back before she messes with anything. She took souvenirs.
Tancred is trying to escape before his family comes after the aliens because he just KNOWS Hubert is pissed right about now and if those aliens want to live to see next lightyear-
🐌- they are gifted a snail. What do they do with it?
Tancred gently hands it back. He's not much for snails. Doesn't like the slime very much.
Depending on the snail, however, Medee, Rosamund, and Davi would:
Put it back in its natural habitat if possible
If endangered, create a terrarium for it
If it's a common delicacy, then they'll eat it.

Yooo, your ocs profile is so cool!!! I wonder, how does Hubert act with his siblings? I actually wish they were in the game now, they're so well written! Good job!
Thank you!!! I'm glad you like them! :D I've been fleshing these characters out with a good friend of mine, and it's been fun getting to explore what kind of people they are.
Regarding how Hubert acts with his siblings, there's one word that definitely comes to mind; protective. He keeps their existance hidden from the world so they don't "become a liability" (as quoted in his Hopes supports with Lysithea). The fact that he sees them being turned into pawns against him (and by extension Edelgard) as a real risk, I think, shows just how much he actually cares about them. They're his weakness, and a very relatable one at that.
When it comes to interactions though, Hubert and Rosamund definitely have a more traditional sibling dynamic. They'll make jabs at each other, tease each other, and occasionally argue. But Hubert dotes on her quite a bit and treats her with a good level of respect, and Rosamund just wants to make her brother proud. I like to think she finds pride in being a Vestra and in service of the Emperor because of him.
One of my favorite headcanons for them is that, while Edelgard was in the Kingdom, Hubert returned to the family, and Rosamund used the opportunity to reestablish a connection with him....by telling him to treat her as he would Edelgard. Claims it's to help him prepare for Edelgrd's return (and she meant it when she said it, can't let those retainer skills get rusty), but really, she used the chance to have him sneak her extra slices of cake after dinner. He saw right through her schemes, but still did it anyway. He also had to chide her for running with sharp objects in the house, too.
As for Tancred? Hubert is dad. Iason may be the biological father, but Hubert was more of a dad to him that their father ever was, so when Tancred hears the words "father" or "dad", he immediately thinks of his brother. And it definitely shows in their interactions. Tancred really looks up to him, and doesn't mind the constant comparisons, as he thinks it means he's going to be "really tall and smart and strong just like him" when he gets older. The few times Hubert managed to come see him were always a treat, and he grew a love of magic study because of the spells he learned from his brother. Due to Tancred's poor health and unstable magic power, Hubert is especially protective of the little one.
My favorite headcanon for Tancred and Hubert is built on some headcanons of Vestra family customs (because we were ROBBED of the chance at prime lore behind this family). Basically, the headcanon is that usually the Marquis is the one to name the children born into the family, but for whatever reason, their father passed over Tancred, and wouldn't even come see him let alone name him. So Hubert ends up naming him, at the recommendation of their mother and sister. He chose the name "Tancred" because it means "wise/thoughtful counsel", and thought the name would give him the confidence to prove to the old bastard that he's worth more than he realizes.

Master of the Hounds, Hidden Treasure, and Most Loyal of Canines.
"Rosamund may seem standoffish at first, but once she allows you near her dogs peacefully, you'll find she is incredibly protective and doting, and as loyal a friend as any. Her skills with animals is only rivaled by her skills at the bow. Do not get between her and the hunt. And do not attempt to belittle a Vestra or a Hresvelg in her presence. When she's not with her hounds, she can often be found with her brothers, or studying the cultures of the lands surrounding the Empire."
"Despite his age, Tancred is rather wise and cunning, with innate magic ability that exceeds even some with a Major crest, despite lacking one himself. However, his body cannot handle all that power, and so his weak constitution frequently prevents him from interacting with others. His main form of communication is the Imperial dialect of Adrestian Sign Language. Do not underestimate him. He's always watching. When he's not bedridden, he's often sitting in the sun, playing the tin whistle his brother gave him for his fifth birthday."
"Do not fear Rigel. He is only a danger to others at the command of his Master. So long as you are not an enemy, you will not become his new favorite toy. He is usually found by the side of his Master, and never leaves her side during a hunt. If you want to make fast friends with him, some offal of Aegir Grouse tends to be his favorite."
Rosamund and Tancred von Vestra, and loyal puppy Rigel!
Thanks again @nessiemccormick for the amazing art.

wheres the a and s support for dimitri?
I'm guessing you mean A-Support and a Paired ending for Rosamund and Dimitri? If it's not, please let me know.
The short answer to that is simply: there won't ever be any additional supports or a paired end between these two.
The long answer: the two just aren't compatible, so having them have more supports and a paired ending just wouldn't work.
Rosamund has a very firm set of ideals and hopes for the future. She also has incredibly firm boundaries. All of which were built from her experiences growing up basically restricted to the Vestra house, the woods around it, and the watchful eyes of Marquis Vestra, only getting some freedoms thanks to her mother and older brother.
As she is now, she would not mesh well with the culture of Faerghus or that of the Church. Hence why I wrote her to not be recruitable to those routes.
And even if I did write her a storyline for Azure Moon, it would most likely end with her either eventually defecting back to the Empire, hoping for Edelgard and Hubert's forgiveness, or she would defect to the Alliance and hope that Claude and the Golden Deer will allow her to join them. If not she can't go home or to the Alliance, she'd probably leave Fódlan altogether and try to live a life she can feel as though she remained true to her ideals, helping those she can.
Because as much as Rosamund can sympathize, empathize, and show compassion towards Dimitri and his struggles, she would eventually draw a line on what she would personally tolerate from him post time skip. And for an Azure Moon Rosamund, her final straw would be the death of Randolph and the moments leading up to it. If she'd seen it personally, or heard about it from one of the other Blue Lions or Byleth, that would be it for her. She would choose to walk away.
I love Dimitri a lot, but even though I understand he's at his lowest point here, I don't think Rosamund would choose to stay after that. Dimitri at this point is in need of severe help, and she isn't equipped to provide the kind of help he needs. And neither are most of the people around him. And there's only so much she can say to him or the others, and only so much she can do to try and help him, before she has to make a choice; stay and try to push through, or try to find her own path elsewhere.
And sadly, I don't think Byleth would be able to convince her to stay once that point comes. As much as she might want to, everyone has their limits, and that would be hers. If she did stay, it wouldn't be for Dimitri, but for everyone else she's possibly grown to care for in the Blue Lions, as well as for the people who get caught in the crossfire of the war. But that would still be undercut with a sense that Rosamund is doing so out of a sense of obligation to her current allies, rather than a genuine belief in the lord she'd chosen to follow five years prior.
And to top it all off, Rosamund's perception of Byleth would also be severely altered upon the death of Randolph. Because in that moment, Byleth chose to kill Randolph instead of actually stopping Dimitri. I don't think she'd be able to trust Byleth is doing the right thing anymore after that, and would rather be marked a traitor and leave than stay and support a lord and Professor she doesn't believe in anymore.
Part of the reason I made Rosamund recruitable to Verdant Wind is because while she shares a lot of ideals with all three lords, only two of them fall on the similar spectrum she does in terms of methods, pace of which change happens, and how far is considered too far. Ideally, she'd rather stay with the Empire. But she's not afraid to walk away from her Edelgard's cause and even Hubert's side, if she doesn't agree with how they're doing things. And while I don't think they'd always see eye to eye, I could see Claude being more receptive to Rosamund's protestations if she feels he and the Alliance are going to far.
And even if she still decided to stay, and she saw Dimitri starting to crawl out of that low point he's found himself in, I don't think she'd personally be able to fully trust him going forward. She'd be forever watching him, waiting for him to fall into the dark again. And that wouldn't be healthy for either of them. Dimitri needs people who can support him and trust he's getting better and will strive do better, and Rosamund just can't be that support for him.
And I think Dimitri would understand that and support her choice, once he's started his own journey of recovery.
Every side (Empire, Kingdom, Alliance, Church) in the conflicts of Fódlan has a point where Rosamund, if she fought by their side, would be pushed too far and she would choose to walk away.
And that's okay.
So yeah. As nice as it might be to imagine a potential end for the two of them, in the end, it just wouldn't work out between Rosamund and Dimitri.

Dimitri and Rosamund C-Support
To collect: Have Rosamund and Dimitri share meals, or have Rosamund as Dimitri adjutant. Summary: Dimitri goes out for a nighttime walk and runs into Rosamund. Rosamund is not too pleased at the prince's recklessness.
Warnings: Hunting injuries, first aid
Written in script format under the cut.
Rosamund: [OUT NIGHT HUNTING] Steady…..steady…..and…..[RELEASES THE ARROW]
Dimitri: [HAD BEEN OUT FOR A WALK] Huh?
Rosamund: Crap, look out!
Dimitri: Arg!
Rosamund: Dammit. [HURRIES OVER TO HIM] Are you okay?
Dimitri: I-I'm fine. It's just in my arm. I can-
Rosamund: Oh, for the love of Cichol! [CAREFULLY DRAGGING HIM OVER TO A NEARBY TREE TO MAKE HIM SIT DOWN] You absolute dolt. Dumbass. Airheaded. Clumsy-
Dimitri: I can take care of it, it's fine-
Rosamund: Sit down and shut it.
Dimitri: [SITS DOWN]
Rosamund: There. Now, let me have a look. [TAKES OUT A HUNTING KNIFE] Apologies for the death of your uniform sleeve. [CAREFULLY CUTTING IT AWAY] Does it feel like it's in the bone?
Dimitri: Not that I can tell.
Rosamund: Alright, let's see…. [LOOKING OVER THE WOUND] Looks like it's just stuck in the muscle. That's not good, but it's not bad either. Means that it'll be healed cleanly with an Elixir, at least. Now, to pull it out. This is going to hurt. A lot.
Dimitri: You do not have to do this. I swear, I can take care of-
Rosamund: I made that arrowhead, so I know it's not going to come out easy. Now, your Highness, will you please shut up and let me work? [PULLING OUT MEDICAL SUPPLIES] I'm going to have to cut into your arm just a bit to remove it safely. Unless you want to lose use of your arm.
Dimitri: I would like to keep it, if possible. [WATCHING HER WORK] You seem to know a lot about this sort of thing. Have…you had to do it often?
Rosamund: Why do you want to know?
Dimitri: I am rather curious. Until recently, we had no idea you even existed, and now you're behaving as if you are a field medic with decades of experience. Your brother was not very forthcoming about himself, so it's all a bit of a surprise.
Rosamund: Well, that is something we both share. I'm not the forthcoming sort either.
Dimitri: That is a shame. I would like to learn more about you and your family.
Rosamund: I don't care what you would like. [HOLDS UP A THICK PIECE OF LEATHER] Now, I'm gonna need you to put this between your teeth.
Dimitri: Uh…okay, but…why?
Rosamund: To keep you from biting your tongue as I work. Don't want to use any anesthetic right now, since I need to make sure the nerves aren't damaged. And as you are the Crown Prince, we need to prevent any further injury. Now bite.
Dimitri: Ah….right….Very well then.
[A LITTLE TIME LATER]
Rosamund: There. All better. Sorry about your sleeve. And shooting you in the first place. Hope I didn't cause a war with this stunt.
Dimitri: No need to apologize. I am the one who was being reckless. You do not need to worry, we are not enemies. In fact, I'd rather we be friends.
Rosamund: Well, I'm afraid friendship is not feasible for us.
Dimitri: I see. May I ask why?
Rosamund: It's simple. You are the Crown Prince of Faerghus. And I hate Faerghus almost as much as I hate the Church.
Dimitri: Oh….I….I suppose I understand….
Rosamund: Good. [SIGHS] Anyway, let's head back to the school. Thanks to you, I missed out on my catch, so there's nothing left for me out here tonight. And people will talk if you don't get back before sunrise. So let's move it.
Dimitri: Very well….And, Rosamund-
Rosamund: If you're about to apologize for making me miss my catch, don't. I don't want to hear it. What's done is done, so there's no point in dwelling on it.
Dimitri: I….understood. Let us go back, then.

Dimitri and Rosamund B-Support
To collect: Have Rosamund and Dimitri share meals, or have Rosamund as Dimitri adjutant. Summary: Dimitri asks Rosamund to talk in order to find out more about her feelings towards the Kingdom.
Written in script format under the cut.
Dimitri: Rosamund, may I have a moment of your time?
Rosamund: I guess, but you'll have to make it quick. I was about to go herb gathering. There's a rare herb that has to be harvested at moon-high, so I can't afford to dawdle.
Dimitri: I promise, I won't take too much time. I just wanted to ask why you feel the way you do about Faerghus. You seem particularly angry about the Kingdom, though as far as I know, you have never been there., nor have any ties to Faerghus.
Rosamund: Oh, trust me. I'm a delight compared to my mother. She'll go on an entire lecture on everything wrong with the Kingdom, Empire, and Alliance. And expect you to turn in a five page essay afterwards.
Dimitri: Is that a fact? Well, what is it that you hate about Faerghus? I know it is not a perfect place, but-
Rosamund: Do you, now? Did you know on average, one out of every five children struggle to get enough to eat in Galatea and Conand territories? And the number of illiterate adults who aren't nobility in Itha and Fraldarius outnumbers the number of all of Leicester combined? Don't even get me started on the number of people who died because of untreated infections and illness.
Dimitri: What? I knew things in the Kingdom were rather dire, but this?
Rosamund: This is all statistics of how the Kingdom has been this past year, and are nothing compared to the overall statistics of what it's been like since your great-grandfather took the throne. There has been a steady increase in the divide between the haves and have-nots of Faerghus for decades. Though I will admit, Adrestia isn't much better, especially if the latest census is to be believed. We're just barely scraping ahead of Faerghus and the Church in terms of literacy rates.
Dimitri: Things have really gotten that serious everywhere….I…truly had no idea. This is terrible. How could I have not realized it sooner?
Rosamund: To be honest, I don't blame you for not knowing. You've been through a lot over the past five years or so. And you're still just a kid. No one should expect you to know everything, especially after…um…
Dimitri: Ah. So you know about that as well?
Rosamund: Yes. I heard about the Tragedy of Duscur, and how you lost your parents and an old friend. I'm truly sorry for your loss, Dimitri.
Dimitri: Thank you. Your condolences are appreciated.
Rosamund: Sure. But as much as I sympathize with you, your Highness, I still don't like your kingdom. Not as it is now. And I'm personally not a very big fan of who you are right now either. No offence.
Dimitri: You would not be the first person to share that sentiment. So, you hate Faerghus due to the current state of things. Well then, what would you recommend I do? What can I do to fix things in my Kingdom?
Rosamund: Do you really want the opinion of a Vestra who hasn't seen a lot of her own Empire, much less the continent?
Dimitri: Certainly. If I'm going to ascend the throne, I need to know where it is I'm lacking so I can fix it. Any insights from multiple viewpoints would be welcome. And I can tell this is something you're passionate about. So please, don't hold back. Tell me what I can do.
Rosamund: Very well. Where to start…. Apologies, but let me be frank. To start; you're too caught up in your own head. You need to stop focusing on the past, as hard as that might be at times. Focus on what is to come and plan for the future, and make stern, immediate changes to start building things back up to a stable state.
Dimitri: Stop focusing on the past? But…it is our past that defines us. How could you say to stop focusing on that?
Rosamund: Because it is not the past that defines us. It's what we take from the past and put forth in the future. I'm not saying to forget the past entirely. It's what helped create us. Just to learn from it, and try not wallow. Take it and turn it into a blade to carve a better path for all.
Dimitri: You make it sound so easy.
Rosamund: It only sounds easy coming from me because I try to put my money where my mouth is on a daily basis. When I'm not hunting, I'm gathering herbs for the infirmary. When not doing that, I'm helping teach reading to people in Abyss, or tending to the sick. I help pay for necessities for people who can't afford things otherwise. And in between all that, I'm training my dogs to aid the hunters and the guards. I'd do far more if I could, but I still have to try to keep up with my studies and training.
Dimitri: And here I thought I was working myself to the bone with my own obligations. You really shouldn't take on so much. You need to rest.
Rosamund: I rest plenty enough. If I don't work, these things won't get done.
Dimitri: I'd like to think they still would. There are plenty of others who can do these jobs, aren't there? You could afford a day or two to rest.
Rosamund: Actually, that's not really the case. There aren't very many people putting forth the effort, especially from the wealthier side. I'm sure you've noticed the two-faced reactions of some of the clergy regarding many of the people of Abyss.
Dimitri: I have. It's rather disconcerting to say the least. I've had a word with a few of the guards myself to try to get them to stop harassing the civilians there.
Rosamund: Exactly. It's despicable. It's hypocritical. And if there's one thing I hate more than Faerghus, it's hypocrites like them. So I try hard not to be one myself. Because I was lucky enough to be born into a noble house, I learned a lot, despite my own limited world growing up. I never had to worry about where my next meal came from, and I was provided the best possible education. So now I want to take my good fortune and knowledge to give others the same opportunities.
Dimitri: That makes me relieved to hear, Rosamund. I wish for the very same. But… such changes take time. You can't rush them, lest the results make things worse for the people you wish to help.
Rosamund: Fair point. Systemic change takes time. But there's no time like the present. You can't make sweeping change right away? Then why not start small and get involved in the streets? Start with something as simple as teaching people who don't know how to read their letters and numbers. Or help people repair holes in the road, or help pay for medicine for the people in the slums. Help provide food so people don't worry about when they'll eat. It might seem like it isn't much, but a little bit can go a long way.
Dimitri: Hm. I have considered going out and seeing how things are for myself. Perhaps it's time I actually took that thought and acted on it. There's nothing like firsthand experience, as they say. And if there's any way I can help even a little, I want to do so.
Rosamund: Go for it. Just, try not to go it alone? You're still the Crown Prince, after all. If something were to happen to you, there'd be a war to succeed you, and that'll just make things worse. Take someone with you when you decide to go anywhere. I recommend Ashe or Yuri. They could provide you additional insight on how to fix things, and are less conspicuous than other members of your house. And we don't want another unsuspecting hunter shooting you with an arrow.
Dimitri: Perhaps, but…. What about you?
Rosamund: What about me?
Dimitri: Would you be willing to go with me some of the time? Your insights are rather interesting. I'd like to learn more.
Rosamund: Respectfully, I decline. I have far too much to do. I don't have time.
Dimitri: But I…. Oh, very well. But, may I ask you one more thing?
Rosamund: Fine, but make it quick.
Dimitri: How do you know so much about our nations? Most nobles in the Kingdom aren't even allowed near those records, and yet you have knowledge of our census going back decades. And that of the Empire and Alliance. I don't think the Church would let anyone see theirs.
Rosamund: Well, that's, uh....
Dimitri: And what's more, you said I have "been through a lot these past five years or so". How much do you know about-?
Rosamund: Oh dear, we're out of time. My apologies, your Highness, but I cannot answer any more questions. If you'll excuse me, I need to head out. The moon will be high soon. If you need anything else from me in the future, don't. See you later, your Highness. [LEAVES]
Dimitri: Rosamund, wait! I only- and she's gone. [SIGHS] She is an odd one….

Note
is rosamund neurodivergent?
Probably, yeah. Thought I don't know what exactly she'd be officially diagnosed with. Definitely has a form of PTSD after certain events. And probably has always had a form of anxiety. Still, regardless of what she has, let's face it, Rigel is her loyal service dog.

Ferdinand and Rosamund C-Support
Summary: After finding her in between her busy schedule, Ferdinand tries to engage in conversation with Rosamund. Rosamund is not very interested, and worms her way out of the interaction.
Written in Script Format under the cut.
Rosamund: Who's a good horse? You are.
Horse: [HUFFS]
Ferdinand: [APPROACHES] Ah, Rosamund! I am glad to have run into you.
Rosamund: Oh. Hey, Ferdinand. You need something?
Ferdinand: I was going to take my horse out for a patrol. Would you like to come with?
Rosamund: I'd like to, but I promised to help tutor the kids in Abyss once I'm done here. And then I have to help in the kitchens, go out to gather certain herbs, fishing-
Ferdinand: You are quite generous with your time. Have you been making time for prayer in between tasks? I do not recall you ever coming to the chapel. Not even for choir practice.
Rosamund: I don't need prayer. And I don't need to attend choir. There's far too much to do, so my time is precious to me. If I must spend it doing things, it's things I see as important.
Ferdinand: But you are the daughter of Marquis Vestra, are you not?
Rosamund: Unfortunately.
Ferdinand: Oh, um…nevertheless, as the children of a noble house-
Rosamund: 'We have certain obligations to provide an example for the common folk to aspire to'. Oh, wait. Were you actually going to say 'we have a duty to fulfill on this ever winding path of nobility'.  Or perhaps, you wanted to say 'our parents would be disappointed to hear we are neglecting our noble obligations'.
Ferdinand: Well…
Rosamund: Look, I get that my station means I have certain expectations, but those don't matter to me. There's too much else that needs doing, and to be frank, I don't intend to stay in my station forever.
Ferdinand: You don't?
Rosamund: Nope. I have no reason to. The nobility is rotten. So I intend to use what little good I can of it, and then at the first opportunity, abandon my noble title. Unless something else happens first. Hehehe.
Ferdinand: I…I see. That does seem rather wasteful, though.
Rosamund: I don't see how.
Ferdinand: As nobles, it is our duty to help the common folk. You could do more for others from your current position.
Rosamund: Spoken like a true heir of a Duke. You do realize you're just one step below the Imperial Princess in the pecking order of the noble caste, right? Whereas I am several steps below Lady Edelgard, despite being the daughter of a Marquis, and the Minister of the Imperial House at that. I might be fairly high in the chain, but my position actually does very little to aid anyone other than other nobility. As the second born, I do not have access to the family coffers. My father and older brother do. I just get an allowence. I do not have full control over the house. My father and older brother do. I just do whatever is ordered of me by my brother. I do not have a choice in who to marry. My father and older brother do. If Hubert says to do it, I do it. I have no leverage in politics outside of whether or not I can produce noble heirs, I have no skills that can propel me up the social ladder, and, I'm not sure if you have noticed, but I'm not exactly the most friendly of people.
Ferdinand: Many of those issues could be easily remedied.
Rosamund: Oh my. Are you proposing you'll have my father and brother assassinated so that I may inherit the title of Marquis Vestra and Minister of the Imperial House? Never thought you'd have it in you, kid. Truly. You've got guts. I'm impressed.
Ferdinand: Saints, no! That is not at all what I meant! What I had been trying to convey was that through discussions with your father-
Rosamund: And thus, all the feelings of being genuinely impressed with you have been shattered like glass on cobblestone.
Ferdinand: Rosamund, I do not think you have any sense of what it is I am trying to say at all.
Rosamund: I know exactly what you're trying to say. You think that because I am my father's daughter, I am his property, and thus should be like a doll and just smile and be pretty.
Ferdinand: That isn't at all what I-
Rosamund: I can promise you this. The day you actually impress me again, is the day I take your words to heart. Until then, leave me alone. [LEAVES TO PUT HER HORSE IN ITS STABLE]
Ferdinand: What on earth just happened?

Ferdinand and Rosamund A-Support
Summary: Rosamund is on the battlefield, and is in need of a rescue. Ferdinand answers the call, and things take a turn.
Warnings: Canon typical violence, near death experience
Written in Script Format under the cut.
Rosamund: [MID-BATTLE] Dammit. Out of arrows. Rigel, go fetch!
Rigel: [GOES TO FETCH]
Rosamund: [DRAWS HER SWORD] Dammit….surrounded.
Ferdinand: [RUNNING TO HER AID] GET AWAY FROM HER!
Rosamund: What? Ferdinand?! You idiot, what are you-
Ferdinand: HRRRAH!!!
[A BIT LATER]
Rosamund: [MANAGED TO DRAG FERDINAND TO COVER IN THE TREELINE, CARELY SITS HIM AGAINST A TREE, BOTH BADLY INJURED] You idiot! What were you thinking?!
Ferdinand: I…I couldn't…let them hurt you….Are you okay?
Rosamund: I'm a little banged up, but I'll be fine.
Ferdinand: Tha…thank goodness….
Rigel: [FINDS THEM, SETS SOME ARROWS DOWN BESIDE THEM]
Rosamund: Good boy. [CHECKING FERDINAND OVER, REACHES FOR A POTION] Dammit. I'm out. Rigel, go find a healer!
Rigel: Bark! [RUNS OFF]
Rosamund: Hold on, Ferdie. We're gonna get you help.
Ferdinand: [PASSED OUT]
Rosamund: Ferdie? Ferdinand, can you hear me? [LIGHTLY SHAKES HIM] Ferdinand? Ferdinand! [SHAKES HIM AGAIN, NO RESPONSE]…..no…..no, don't…don't be dead….Please, Ferdie, don't die on me! Please! Wake up! No, no, no, no, no! Ferdinand, please! …..no…Ferdinand…..don't…don't leave me…. [BREAKS DOWN IN TEARS, BURYING HER FACE IN HIS SHOULDER AS SHE WEEPS]
Ferdinand: [VERY SLOWLY COMES TO AFTER A FEW MINUTES, WEAKLY REACHES A HAND UP TO RUB HER BACK] It's…it's okay….don't cry….
Rosamund: [LOOKS AT HIM] Ferdinand?
Ferdinand: [SMILES] You are doing well….I feel better already….
Rosamund: What? [LOOKS AT HER HANDS, SEES THEY'RE GLOWING THE SOFT GREEN OF HEALING MAGIC] No way….
Ferdinand: Looks like you finally found a little faith…
Rosamund: ….yeah…I…guess I did…[POUTS] You jerk. But don't scare me like that ever again. You almost died.
Ferdinand: I am sorry, but I would do it again.
Rosamund: Idiot. I'm not worth-
Ferdinand: [FIRMLY] You are worth every cut and bruise. Do not try to tell me you are not. I will not hear it.
Rosamund: …I…might finally start believing that. [SMILES] Now that I have faith in someone….
Rigel: [COMES RUNNING BACK WITH RAM AND A HEALER]
Rosamund: Looks like help's arrived. I should leave them to it, then.
Ferdinand: [TAKES HER HAND] Stay? Until I can walk again, at least?
Rosamund: Of course, Ferdie. You didn't abandon me. I won't abandon you.
Ferdinand: Thank you.
Rosamund: We are in this together. No matter what. Until the end.
Ferdinand: Until the very end.

Dorothea and Rosamund C-Support
Summary: Dorothea hears someone singing, and decides to follow the sound. To her surprise, the singer is Rosamund, who is currently working on laundry.
Written in script format under the cut.
Dorothea: Another day, another love lost. What a jerk. Is this how Manuela feels after dates? I'm starting to understand how she- Hmh? Wait, is that…. Rosie's singing? [FOLLOWS THE SOUND] It is….
Rosamund: [HANGING LAUNDRY, SINGING] ♫ Oh run, my valiant hunter, when soon we meet once more. Should none attain my hide and tail, come find me along the shore. In the sun that sets 'cross the ocean, my fur shall then catch aflame. And my dear and valiant hunter, you'll finally know of my name.~♫
Dorothea: [WALKS UP BEHIND HER] Oh my. That…that was beautiful.
Rosamund: What?! [DRAWS HER DAGGER, STOPPING WHEN SHE TURNS TO SEE DOROTHEA] You…what were you thinking?! You should never sneak up on a hunter. Ever.
Dorothea: Sorry about that. I heard singing as I was passing by, so I wanted to see the face behind the voice.
Rosamund: Well, now you have. If you don't mind, I would like to return to work.
Rosamund: [IF PRE-TIMESKIP OR IN CF] I have to finish hanging the laundry before Linhardt gets back with Tancred. They both really needed a rest after that last training session, so I took over laundry duty for them.
Rosamund: [IF IN VW] If I don't finish this soon, Lorenz will be all over me about it. I do not want to deal with him right now. Or at all. Pompous nuisance.
Dorothea: Well, why don't I help you? It'll speed things along. And we can sing together as we go.
Rosamund: If you want to help, I won't stop you. But I won't sing with you.
Dorothea: Aw, why not? You have such a lovely voice. Your control is magnificent. And the pitch. I'm just surprised since you've never really even hum in front of anyone. Did you have professional training at all?
Rosamund: ….sort of. Women born or marrying into the Vestra family are required to know the basics. Mostly for lullabies. The men are as well, but mostly it's just so they can teach certain family songs to their future wives.
Dorothea: Really? I had no idea such traditions were a thing in the nobility.
Rosamund: Our family is…different from other noble families. We don't own land, we don't have very many portraits, and those of us who did not live at the palace working for the Emperor grew up in a safe house for the royal family, being trained to serve the Empire most effectively. As such, in lieu of land, we have our own coffers, a few heirlooms, and some intricate family traditions.
Dorothea: So you're basically born and raised almost like cattle for one purpose and one purpose alone? I can't imagine being born into that kind of situation. To be honest, that sounds rather horrifying.
Rosamund: Perhaps it is, to some. But my brothers and I made the best of it. I actually had a lot more freedom than most in my station would. Though… Hubert definitely drew the lucky straw in being assigned as Lady Edelgard's vassal.
Dorothea: Not sure I'd call that lucky, given the circumstances.
Rosamund: He still was, though. He's always been the lucky one…
Dorothea: You know, you sound almost jealous of him.
Rosamund: I wouldn't say I'm jealous. More like…. sometimes I wish my path were more certain. More clear cut, like his.
Dorothea: 'Clear cut', huh? Not sure I'd call it that. Hubert is a little too one-track minded when it comes to Edie. Sometimes I wonder if he has any interests outside of serving her. It's almost… no, it's definitely obsessive. And yet…
Rosamund: My brother is, admittedly, a little…. zealous, to put it mildly. But to serve Lady Edelgard, and to move somewhat freely, to make choices for yourself and those who trust you to do right by them? That's much better than having the blade constantly swinging above your head, don't you think? Almost idyllic.
Dorothea: Maybe but….what sort of blade are you referring to? I can't exactly see any over you right now.
Rosamund: It…it doesn't matter. Why did I even bring it up? I shouldn't even be talking about these things with you. Just… forget everything I just said, okay? Pretend you heard nothing.
Dorothea: Oh, come on now. No need to be so cold. To be honest, I'm liking this little chat of ours. This is the most you've spoken to anyone since joining us.
Dorothea: [PRE-TIMESKIP] You make a point of avoiding most activities with other students here at the monastery, so…
Dorothea: [IF IN CF] Anyone that isn't Hubert or Edie, that is. And even then…
Dorothea: [IF IN VW] I mean, you've hardly spoken at all since we left the Empire.
Rosamund: And what of it?
Dorothea: Well, it feels like you're always keeping us at arm's length. It's nice that you're willing to have any sort of conversation, especially about something so personal. I feel like I know you a little better now.
Rosamund: I don't need you to know me any better.
Rosamund: [PRE-TIMESKIP OR IN CF] I'm a Vestra, I serve Lady Edelgard, and I like raising hounds and hunting.
Rosamund: [IN VW] I am the Vestra who betrayed her homeland and everything she once proudly stood for.
Rosamund: I also just happen to sing. That's all you really need to know.
Dorothea: Well, what about trusting us, at least? You seem to trust me enough to speak so openly about your family. You must feel a little comfortable, right?
Rosamund: You haven't any idea of my feelings. I trust very few people. Do not just assume you're one of them. [TURNS AWAY TO FOCUS ON LAUNDRY] Let's stop talking and get this done, okay? In silence.
Dorothea: Very well then. But perhaps we can continue our conversation later over tea?
Rosamund: We will not continue this conversation. ….however, tea does admittedly sound nice.
Dorothea: Wonderful. I'm looking forward to it.
