it'll be okay (ronda rousey x fem!reader)
pairing:Â ronda rousey x female!reader.
genre:Â angst with a twist of fluff.
warnings:Â ronda being annoying just a bit, the reader being sad, things like that yk.
note:Â this is an old fic that i wrote, so i edited it a bit.
NOT MY GIF!
“stop what you are doing, ronda!” i yelled at her. ronda then stopped and turned around, facing me.
she walked back to where i stood. “what are you going to do about it?” she challenged me.
“just please stop. you’re clearly doing the wrong thing” i said.
“how do you know what's wrong and right, huh? because the last time i checked you weren’t a wrestler, you were the one doing everyone's makeup and hair. you know absolutely nothing about this business” she replied.
“i know enough and i know the person i’m looking at right now isn't a real wrestler if she goes out there and does what the hell she wants to” i said, raising my voice with each word coming out of my mouth.
“i am a real wrestler” ronda responded, sounding hurt while hearing the truth.
“not if you interrupt others' show. that’s not a wrestler. that’s just a selfish bitch!” i mumbled, looking at ronda's angry face.
there were people looking confused at us as normally we were the perfect couple. “you’re embarrassing me, y/n” ronda whispered in my ear.
“you already embarrassed me” i whispered right back. ronda then took a good grip on my arm and dragged me into her locker room.
just as she had locked the door, she asked, “what do you mean about that?”
“about what?” i asked, already knowing the answer to her question.
“about me embarrassing you? you haven’t told me about it” she answered. i just stayed silent, looking down.
“y/n?” ronda said softly, coming closer to me. i looked up at her. ronda’s eyes softened when she saw tears starting to come in my eyes.
“what is it, love?” she asked as she took me in her safe arms.
“these people on the internet text me everyday, saying awful things about me, because we’re together. it’s so freaking annoying and i can’t take it anymore” i answered as more tears came out of my eyes.
ronda kissed my hair, taking me even closer to her warm body. “i'm sorry y/n. i have been so focused on wrestling, that i didn’t even notice you being so sad. i’m so sorry. i will do anything to help you do better again and i will personally write these stupid people a message, saying that if they don’t stop texting you, i will find them and with honor, teach them a very good lesson” ronda told me, taking my head in her hands.
“forgive me, please” she begged. i put my hand on her shoulder.
“you don’t need to say sorry. you’re just angry at some people. sadly you take it out on the wrong people. that’s the risk being here at wwe and you shouldn’t even think about saying sorry, alright?!” i responded.
ronda just smiled softly at me and kissed my lips. “you’re the absolute best. i love you so deeply” she said.
“don’t get too flirty, rousey” i replied, pecking her lips once again.
“but i love you too”

Love Is Stronger Than Friendship
Tatum Paxley x Female! reader
Summary~ Your the reason Tatum turned on ivy
Y/r/n~ your ring name
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"You ok my love?" You asked tatum as she was getting ready for her 3-way tag match with ivy. "Yeah just a little nervous, I mean I am going up to the main roster with you after I turn on ivy of course" you wrapped your arms around her waist and rested your chin on her shoulder. "Tatum what was the first thing I told you when we started dating?" "That you would always protect me and take care of me".
You smiled and squeezed her waist "and that my dear is why your coming up to the main roster with me, so I can keep an eye on your pretty face". She blushed and swatted your hands off her waist "yeah yeah I got a match to go out for I'll see you soon baby". She gave you a peck on the lips and walked out of the private locker room you both were sharing for the night.
The match was going great so far Tatum took some hits but nothing that would put her on the sidelines. Ivy was in the ring with Isla dawn when Ivy started to crawl to Tatum for the tag. Tatum reached her hand out but before ivy could tag her Tatum abruptly pulled her hand away. "We were never a team!"
You looked on smiling at the screen as Tatum jumped off the ring apron and started walking up the ramp. "Why?!" "Because love is stronger than friendship bitch!" And then Ivy got thrown out of the ring by Isla.
You watched on as Tatum kicked ivy hard in the stomach and then made her way up the ramp and back to you. 5 minutes later Tatum walks into the locker room with a huge smile on her face "I did it baby I betrayed ivy and now I'm going to raw with you". You smiled back at her and took her hand in yours "and we'll cause so much trouble my love"
2 weeks later
"Wait a minute that's Tatum Paxley! Y/n's girlfriend!" Corey graves yelled on commentary. "And she's got a kendo stick with her Corey!" Michael Cole replied to his coworker.
You were knocked out on the outside when you heard a kendo stick shatter against someone and then a few seconds later you felt a hand on your shoulder. "You okay?" "Yeah I'm fine" Tatum then proceeded to give you a pair of brass knuckles. "Go kick her ass babe" she smiled at you. "I definitely will" you took the brass knuckles and got back into the ring. Ronda Rousey looked at you from across the ring where she stood "coming back for more I see?" She smirked at you and you just scowled. Ronda charged at you and when she was about to hit you you punched her square in the face.
1....2....3!
"And your winner by pinfall y/r/n" the ref raised your hand. Tatum walked over to you and raised your hand "and cause trouble we did".
Why Charlotte is the next great WrestleMania main eventer
youtube
I’m getting tired of people who keep saying how Charlotte is “one of, if not the best” female in-ring performers of this generation. The compliment is mitigated by the designation of Charlotte as a female. The talent depth in terms of first class in-ring performers is at an all-time high in World Wrestling Entertainment, and few can match Charlotte’s ability. And here’s something scary to think about … she’s only going to get (much, much) better. The second-generation superstar obviously has the bloodline, but one could make the case Charlotte’s pedigree has been a challenge for her to overcome. That’s not a knock on Ric Flair. It’s a fact that all children of a legendary parent have to face.
In her controversial and brutally honest autobiography, Jane Fonda exclaimed, “I grew up in the shadow of a national monument.” How could anyone judge Ms. Fonda (or, in this case, Charlotte) by the same standards others are judged? The same criterion cannot possibly apply. How can someone who grew up in a household under the blazing hot spotlight of being “Ric Flair (or Henry Fonda’s) daughter” be judged by the same methodology one rates, ranks or assesses someone who grew up in a … I don’t know … just an ordinary dysfunctional f’d-up family of their own? The pressure to equal the greatness, the obligation to carry on a family tradition, the expectations from the audience that on day one, you are just as good, just as charismatic, just as ready for the main event as your legend-for-a-parent must be a crushing weight to carry around.
Is Charlotte a Paul Heyman girl? (Charlotte/Instagram)
I must submit to you, my cherished Hustle Blog reader, Charlotte does that with ease, and she does it with a grace unmatched by anyone on either the RAW or SmackDown roster.
A lot of publications and websites around the world picked up the headline last week when I appeared on the Fox Sports podcast and opined how great it would be if Ronda Rousey were to do something substantive (that means be in at least one match) with WWE. I think it would be great for WWE, great for Rousey, great for the female empowerment movement and best for the fanbase known as the “WWE Universe.” Rousey’s success in UFC provides a natural avenue into WWE (cough cough, Brock Lesnar, cough cough).
“Rowdy” Ronda will need someone with whom to wrestle, and at that point you can have your pick. Whether it’s Nia Jax (which would be bad ass, wouldn’t it?), Alexa Bliss, Natalya (old school Hart Hook-n-Shoot dungeon training vs. new school judo and MMA training), Sasha Banks, Nikki Bella or even Stephanie McMahon. A properly promoted Rousey vs. Madame X can generate enough interest to carry the top of the card.
With no disrespect to any of the women mentioned on that list, there is one female in WWE ready to carry the top without the celebrity involvement, for her star power is at such a level, she’s just as much a living, breathing demonstration of that intangible “it factor” as even her father, “The Nature Boy” himself.
Charlotte can be, and ultimately one day should be, the first female WrestleMania main eventer in WWE history.
The next time you look at the WWE roster and ask yourself, “whose participation in a match would entice me to subscribe to the WWE Network?” or “whose presence in the main event would compel me to purchase the pay-per-view?” or “if they ever put (fill in wrestler name here) in the main event, I have to see that in person … it’s a bucket list moment!” Consider how few and far between the names are that serve as the answer to all of those questions.
And then come back to your Humble Advocate, lesson learned, knowledge imparted.
For ladies and gentlemen, my name is Paul Heyman, and the answer to all those questions is Charlotte!
