May I Have This Dance

I have had this sitting complete since 2017 for sure but I think this was actually written in 2016. I think it never got shared because I wasn't happy with it but now I'm releasing this out into the world. What's it about you ask. All the season 1 bands go to a big party and Cyan asks Retoree to dance. Yep this is RetoCyan centric, it's so far the only one. There are splashes of Aion/Crow, Rom/Yaiba and Rom/Shu Zo.

Retoree looked around nervously. Everyone from BRR and other bands like Trichronika, Tsurezure and Criticrista to name a few were at a party.

Retoree was wearing a white dress with a red floral design. She was standing in a corner by herself.

“Retoree do you want to dance with me?��� Cyan appeared. “W-well I-i.” Retoree stuttered and blushed. Cyan was wearing a light blue halter dress that had a floral design and a belt.

“Retoree it's alright if you don't nya.” Cyan said sweetly. “It's not that I don't want to it's just are you sure people wouldn't look at us weirdly?” Retoree played with the skirt of her dress.

“People wouldn't look at us weirdly. Crow and Aion are dancing together and Rom's switching between Shu Zo and Yaiba.” Cyan gestured to the guys.

Crow was standing on Aion's feet after tripping due to the height difference too many times with a blush on his face. Rom was currently dancing with Yaiba but he soon switched to Shu Zo.

“Besides ChuChu and Moa are dancing together and having a great time.” Cyan and Retoree looked at where ChuChu and Moa were twirling around and laughing whenever they fell.

“Why do you want to dance with me anyway?” Retoree looked at Cyan through her bangs.

“Retoree I want to dance with you so come on.” Cyan held out her hand. “A-all right.” Retoree took Cyan's hand and they went to the dance floor.

They began to dance. “Wimpion you did that on purpose!” Crow glared at Aion. Everyone stopped for a second to look at the two.

“What happened?” Rom walked over to them. “Aion dropped me.” Crow looked at Rom and pointed a finger at Aion.

“Rodent I would never do such a thing on purpose. So be quiet and stop making a scene.” Aion held his hand in front of his face.

“How about you two take a break from each other.” Rom suggested. “Alright. Yaiba!” Crow turned towards Yaiba.

“Hey I didn't say you could have my partner.” Rom turned to Crow. “Too late.” Crow skipped off and started dancing with Yaiba.

“Rom shall we?” Aion held out his hand. “Might as well.” Rom sighed and took Aion's hand.

“Cyan.” Retoree spoke up after a minute. “Yeah?” Cyan looked at Retoree.

“You look beautiful.” Retoree blushed and hid her face behind her bangs. “Thanks. Retoree you look beautiful yourself nya.” Cyan smiled brightly.

“Cyan I-i.” Retoree stuttered. “What is it?” Cyan looked at Retoree curiously.

“I like you.” Retoree blushed a vibrant red and ran off. “Retoree!” Cyan called after her.

“What happened?” ChuChu and Moa walked over. “I think Retoree just confessed.” Cyan looked at the direction Retoree went off in.

“Go after her pyuru.” Moa spoke up. “Cyan it's no lie that you like her so go and tell her your feelings.” ChuChu rested a hand on Cyan's shoulder.

“Alright nya.” Cyan nodded and ran after Retoree.

Cyan stepped cautiously into the washroom and walked over to the stall that Retoree was in. She sat with her back against the stall door.

“Retoree.” Cyan said quietly. Retoree's crying stopped. “I'm sorry. Forget what I said it was stupid.” Retoree put her head in her arms and sobbed.

“It wasn't stupid. In fact I’m glad you said it first. Retoree I don't just like you I love and would you please go out with me nya?” Cyan stood up and faced the stall door. “I-i would.” Retoree slowly opened the door. “I would love to go out with you.” She smiled brightly and wrapped her arms around Cyan.

“I'm so happy nya.” Cyan hugged Retoree back. “Do you want to go back to the dance?” Cyan asked after Retoree let her go.

“Sure.” Retoree held Cyan's hand a bright smile on her face. The two walked out of the bathroom.

“So you two finally confessed.” Crow was leaning against the wall arms crossed. “About time.” He said. “That's what we thought when you finally confessed to Aion.” ChuChu walked towards them with Moa.

“I-i only took my time to make sure nothing bad would happen to the band if he turned me down.” Crow looked down a very obvious blush across his cheeks. “Oh really rodent.” Aion appeared and lifted Crow's chin. “Was it not because you were scared?” Aion smiled as Crow's blush reddened.

“N-no it was because I was concerned about the band.” Crow looked away from Aion. “You really are a tsundere.” ChuChu shook her head.

“I am not!” Crow tried to hide his red face. “You're a really bad liar.” Aion kissed Crow's cheek and whisked him off to the dance floor.

“Well shall we.” Cyan held out her hand. “Of course.” Retoree took the proffered hand and the two walked off to the dance floor.

“That was so much fun.” Cyan and the others girls slid into Angelica's car. “Well I’m glad you girls had fun.” Angelica turned the key.

“Retoree I love you nya.” Cyan leaned against Retoree. “I-i love you too.” Retoree stuttered.

“Cyan is it okay if I kiss you?” Retoree looked over at Cyan with a bright red blush colouring her cheeks. “Well we are dating now aren't we nya.” Cyan met Retoree's eyes an equally large blush on her cheeks.

ChuChu and Moa nodded at each other and pushed Cyan and Retoree into each other making sure their lips met. After a moment of hesitiation they wrapped their arms around each other and deepened the kiss.

“Mission accomplished pyuru.” Moa high fived ChuChu. “You'll thank us later.” ChuChu and Moa jumped out of Angelica's car before the two stunned and furiously blushing girls could react.

Cyan and Retoree slowly got out of the car and walked into BRR holding hands much to everyone's delight including the dork squad. Rom handed some sound dollars to both Yaiba and Aion.
