i didn't love the way he wrote simon & pietro in uncanny avengers. it's also funny how he (like robinson before him) said "wanda vs. the men in her life" and then immediately had her go into a serious relationship with a guy she barely just met (and who had posessed her, what, a few months or a year ago?) i know they have things in common but the way to fix her issue with too much men is not by ruining those relationships and adding a new one with a new man... 1/2

he could've done rogue/wanda right. janet/wanda was literally right there and we could use some physical evidence of their love for each other. the best way to counteract that male dominated history might be allowing wanda to have other women besides carol. we're just told janet loves wanda and wanda loves janet, we only see them talking about random things and never being super in love with each other. it's funny how writers keep missing all these points. 2/2

what do u mean by jericho possessing wanda, friend? if i remember correctly, he was the one who helped her get unpossessed from that horrible secret empire plot, and jim zub was definitely trying his best to depict them as the “healthiest” of her relationships. i do agree that it’s underdeveloped, and i don’t think anyone would disagree with that point. i’m sure it could be more compelling if he had more support from editorial/other writers.

i also wonder if he would’ve been allowed to do roguewanda or janetwanda in the first place. rogue probably has some editorial mandates from the x-men side  (and with mr and mrs x with rogueremy eventually happening). janet,,, also has much of the same editorial problems wanda does, in that marvel has sure been spending an awful amount of time sweeping her under the rug. if they were real people, maybe they should just fuck off into the sunset together. 😩
