On the plus side, Roddy's prettiness gets them lots of new and regular customers. Maybe local gang members coughDeadlockcough come to hang out here to oggle Rodimus. Deadlock purred louder when the golden fingers brushed against his finial, his red optics slipping closed. He tightened his embrace around the other mech, enjoying the warmth and the lazy pulse of Rodimus’ field against his own. A yawn stretched his mouth, revealing his sharp fangs and Rodimus couldn’t take his gaze off of them.

Both mechs knew this was risky. They both knew they shouldn’t be seeing each other. Shouldn’t be doing this. Shouldn’t…

“You’re thinking again”, Rodimus said, his voice breaking the dark mech’s train of thoughts.

“Am I not allowed?” Deadlock murmured, nuzzling the warm neck.

To that, the orange mech said nothing but instead, he pressed a lingering kiss on Deadlock’s dark gray crown.

“No one needs to know, if that’s what’s you’re thinking”, he finally said, his hand never ceasing on petting the finial, “This’ll be our little secret.”

Deadlock couldn’t wrap his mind around it how every time they met, Rodimus made him feel better. The young mech made him forget his problems, gave him a reason to smile.

He snuggled closer and the gentle touch on his finial and the sounds of Rodimus’ idling engine lulled him into a light slumber.

I feel like in the sexban au, Cyclonus and Tailgate are an autobot and decepticon respectively, and their relationship develops from a Situation (situationship?) They don't know it yet, but they're destined to be together

I just feel like tragic past Bulkhead x Breakdown would hurt, and it makes sense for it to happen in this era where the line between decepticon and autobot isn't as sharp and defined as it would be soon enough.

Now I feel like Driftrod/Rodlock was a mild enemies to lovers situation, torn on the exact details though
