for some of these they looked more like gender swaps then personality swaps so I tried switching it up a bit, originally luffy had long hair but I chopped it off n gave robin some hair dye bc I just didn’t want it looking like a genderswap

also idk if I’m making chopper a smoker but I originally intended for that to be a lollipop in his mouth
