I want the details about the pikman au/pikman in general I would love to hear it

UR ALL GIVING ME TOO MUCH POWER... I will just drop some tidbits here :)

Sunkist is in the au!!! In the game there are a type of pikmin called bulbmin which are actually... a parasitic species of pikmin.... that infect and take over the bodies of bulborbs.... But it’s okay because they are cute and function the same as normal pikmin, following Olimar and doing tasks for him :)

In the game, pikmin can drink nectar to upgrade them and that’s the parallel for the funny soda in this au! Theres also a creature called a honeywisp that carries it around and if you kill it, it drops the nectar, so that’s the version of Gordon beating up vending machines

There are actually also other pikmin in this au, but they function similarly to how the scientists do in hlvrai, which is to say they don’t. They mostly just fuck around and do dumb stuff or are mercilessly killed by the science team for no reason.

ALSO... one of my favorite little things they added to the games is that in the first one when Olimar escapes the planet he brings home a bottle cap as a souvenir for his son and... it just makes me so happy 2 think that even w the life threatening experience and the hostile planet... he was still thinkin about his son all that time n it’s just very sweet 🥺🥺 so Gordon does that for Joshie :)

Finally, in the game Olimar is able to punch things to attack them as well as use the pikmin, and there’s an upgrade for that called the rocket fist, which makes your attacks stronger and lets you hit multiple times!!! Darnold has this because he found it and tbh? it would make a great weapon/replacement if anyone did something CRAZY like lose their arm. Luckily that would never happen to our beloved protagonists 😌❤️

WIP Sims 4 challenge

So here’s what I’ve got so far for my Nintendo themed Sims 4 Challenge. Like I said I’m kind of blanking on certain generations so if anyone’s got suggestions, I’m all ears.

I’m also willing to take suggestions to change or replace some of the goals I’ve already written down. I haven’t made a sims challenge since the days of Sims 2 so I’ll take any help.

Generation 1 Animal Crossing:

Traits: Loves Outdoors/Outgoing/Cheerful

Aspiration: Curator

You have moved into a new town with nothing but the clothes on your back. Well at least Mr. Nook was nice enough to give you a new home even with the work you'll have to do to pay him off. But how hard can that be?

Move into an empty lot and build a small house.

Have the Curator Aspiration

Neither the founder nor spouse will hold a job, they will make money via at home activities like painting, fishing, etc.

Have a room to display collections

At the end of every sim week, use cheats or mods to remove half of your household funds (to pay off your debt to Mr. Nook) until your sim reaches the adult stage.

Generation 2 Splatoon: 

Traits: Creative/Dance Machine/Music Lover

Aspiration: Famous Celebrity Aspiration

Despite your humble beginnings, you always dreamed big. You constantly looked through fashion and celebrity magazines in between creative endeavors and knew that you would join that world one way or another.

Move to San Myshuno or Del Sol Valley once you become a Young Adult

Reach the top of the Style Influencer career (Trendsetter branch)

Host a party once every sim week
