All these sketches are from an AU I call “Mega Man i”, which I’ve been messing with for quite a long time. More details below.

The gist of the Au is that Wily gets tired of coming up with plans for defeating Mega Man and decides to make a robot to do it for him. This leads to the creation of the “toy soldier/nutcracker” oc pictured above and also in this post. (I still do not have a name for him. Nothing fits.)

This robot then goes on to make other robots and devises a plan to defeat Mega Man. Long story short, his plan works. Mega Man “dies” and Proto Man, Dr. Light and Roll are captured. Wily basks in his newfound victory and everything seems to be going great for him.

Until a new Mega Man shows up. And rescues the Light bots. And starts a resistance to counter Wily’s attempts at world domination. This is where the story begins, with Mega Man i fighting against all of the new Wily numbers.

I still don’t have set designs for all of these robot master ocs, or even names, but all of them are tied to circus acts (Ringleader, knife thrower, daredevil, clown, etc.)

OC I MADE IN 0.5 SECONDS he's called Wildcard and he's a trivia bot who got a little bit conscious and "broken" technically and is sent by the watchers with the rest of the bots to quiz everyone. He's a bit mischievous and asks players really hard and impossible to answer questions on purpose, sometimes lying to them if they do get the answer right somehow. The only way to avoid this guy screwing you over is if you provide actual evidence behind a your answer and then he accepts and floats away all sad. Ant with bindle style.

Some design notes I gave myself:

Blues is more visibly robotic, with visible seams and joints. His armor is not removable, it's just his actual body. Roll's dress has a lil hood she can put up. Rock and Roll were built from the same base design, so they have identical body types. Quint's armor can be removed, but it's coded into him not to, so it's pretty hard for him to switch out. Blues' color scheme is somewhat grayer than the others, while Quint's leans on the paler side.

Their name is Landscaper and they were the result of Axo and I joking about giving Roll a rivalry just as intense as Bass and Rock's. Landscaper was made by Dr Light to assist Roll as her duties grew, specifically to handle everything to do with the property's outdoors. They take care of the lawn, curate the flower and plant displays, keep a small colony of bees, and handle any outdoor activities. Unfortunately, Landscaper and Roll have developed a bitter rivalry over who's better at cleaning and maintenance. The two are constantly heckling each other and attempting to one-up one another. The only thing scarier than how intense they get about their competitions is if they team up against a third party.

Landscaper is also pretty good friends with Vesper Woman! They trade tips and visit each others' bees. Being a couple of the younger Robot Masters in their respective families, they gravitated towards one another. Gutsman will also sometimes help them whenever terraforming or new constructs are needed. He'll usually put them on his shoulder so they can direct him (and they like to be tall.) They have a much milder rivalry with Woodman, who keeps trying to convince them to let the lawn grow wilder for the good of the ecosystem, and sometimes stands in front of their lawnmower in protest.

I always forget I made a robot master based on a lava lamp. Wax Man doesn’t have a set colour palette, whatever colours lava lamps come in so can he.

hi this is my robot master oc polaroid woman/camera woman (idk which name is better)

info about her:

basically she's a robot master who was abandoned years ago, and woke up in a recycling place seconds before getting crushed by a car crusher (or like something similar to it). it doesn't know who build it, or who her creator was, or even if she was built for good or evil. all it knows about her is that she can take photos. she's very jolly and tries to help repair other robots when it can (it mostly repairs things like mets). she enjoys taking photos, and loves learning about history of photography and film, and film preservation. (she takes those last two things very seriously.) she also struggles with hearing, and her vision is a bit blurry. her armor used to me white but it yellowed over time from being in direct sunlight (it also has dust all over it from being at the recycling place for years and years) and those "suspenders" are actually wires that connect to its legs.

anyways yeah that's my robot master oc, she also goes by she/it pronouns. :]

So I figured I could update the height chart to have a lot more flair to it, and I finally got around to it.

I made it in such a way that I can update it as I go along too, and here it is: a showcase of my character design abilities, more or less.

There's a lot more I can do (the rest of Idol's Siblings and Roahm's whooping 2 sets of Robot Masters, not to mention the rest of the RMs my friends have planned) BUT I CAN ONLY DO SO MUCH AT A TIME.

I'll do those later.

Also, here's the transparent ones, with extra notes, if you're into that sort of thing, maybe you want to doodle them yourself? I'unno, I'd appreciate that, just let me know if you do (and don't be weird).

I also threw in the actual MegaMan characters and the blank background if you want to give this a go yourself, go wild my dude.

EDIT NOTE:

By the by, don't think too hard about MegaMan's canon height or whatever as that boy tends to shrink or grow depending on who's drawing him and for what.

I didn't exactly write hardcoded numbers because I knew I wouldn't be consistent with it, its mostly a visual guide for the vibes these guys should roughly have with eachother (such as Kurisu being UTTERLY MASSIVE compared to everyone else).

So, really, Imma just go with whatever fits the scene or drawing we're going for.

If you need an anchor point, just think of Tsurara as "avarage adult woman" and Idol as "young adult woman" and go from there. Otherwise, don't fret too much about canon heights yo.
