Stud, you know I love you, and I love exploring all this role play stuff together. But I'm not sure I can wear all this gear. It looks really tight and constricting. It looks uncomfortable, and–don't take this the wrong way, Babe–a little weird.

Don't get me wrong. I love the dad/Son role play we've been doing lately. Which begs the question: Is RoboPope...equipped for sex? Is he programmed for sexual desire? Or does he like want to leave the Papacy of for like an asexual marriage? For that matter, who tf programmed RoboPope to feel romantic love? Was it a glitch?

Okay so it (the whole premise) begs a lot of questions. All of which could be answered by a series.

There's also a strong theological argument against having a Pope who has never sinned and/or feels no temptation, not to mention who is not human. But I don't feel like getting into that, especially since I'm not (and have never been) Catholic. But that could also be addressed in the series, like maybe it's a secret that he's a robot and it's only through some weird and arguably heretical conspiracy among the Cardinals that he gets elected, or something.

I am totally for this, btw, although I think it needs a better title. Maybe don't even reveal that he's a robot at first.

“Payphone” van Maroon 5 (credit naar Vince)

Maroon 5 is een van mijn favoriete bands. Ik kende ze van nummers zoals: “Girls Like You”, “Memories”, “Moves Like Jagger” en “What Lovers Do”. Maar ook van minder bekende nummers zoals: “One More Night” en “She Will Be loved”. Toch had ik dit nummer nog niet eerder gehoord. 

Wiz Khalifa kende ik ook al van het nummer “See You Again” maar ik wist niet dat hij ooit een samenwerking had gedaan met Maroon 5.

Ik heb wat opzoekwerk gedaan en dit is wat ik heb geleerd over de achtergrond van het nummer: 

Het nummer is geschreven door Adam Levine (de zanger van Maroon 5) samen met Ammar Malik, Robopop, Benny Blanco, Shellback en Wiz Khalifa, terwijl de productie, programmering, extra bas, toetsen, akoestische gitaren en achtergrondzang werden verzorgd door Shellback en Blanco.

Het schrijfproces begon toen Malik en Robopop een pianolijn en demotrack maakten die Blanco tot een goede melodie samenstelde. Ze gaven het aan Levine, die de tekst schreef. 

“Blanco wanted to throw a wrench”(iets beschadigen of veranderen op een manier die het verpest of verhindert dat het goed werkt) in de Maroon 5-werken door een hiphop-smaak aan het geluid toe te voegen, "I love when things don't make sense, like, 'Holy fuck!' You don't hear him on the song at all. I like when bands dip into a whole different genre." Hiervoor gaf hij Wiz Khalifa toestemming om een ​​couplet op "Payphone" te schrijven en te rappen. 

In een interview met “Rolling Stone” vertelde Blanco dat hij vijf minuten voordat Khalifa in de studio aankwam, "the sound beds for the finger snap-driven portion of the jam" voorbereidde. 

Producer Max Martin, die de uitvoerend producent was van “Overexposed”, paste het refrein echter aan, omdat hij vond dat het "little different" moest zijn.

Mina’s involved in a dark timeline thing at the moment - you can tell by her Angst Hair (she had her head shaved so now I get the challenge of drawing head shapes instead of the challenge of drawing braids) 1. Molotov cocktail Mina (the way fire comes off a Molotov is really aesthetically pleasing I’m going to have to incorporate them into something less stylized)
