The boy Loki is nothing of the sort. He has witnessed his elder self’s suffering, and he will not become so bitter and jaded.

You can be as persistent as Loki at times, Thor. [He says, rubbing at one temple. He does not need to look at him to answer.]

Just as I have told you, should you fail to realize the elder Loki's doings, it shall be on your shoulders. It will be your duty as King. Just as it is with the child's. Should his fate turn bitter and jaded as you say it will not, then that is up to you.

Of Darkness and Ice

"Yessss, look at them, they're all so miserable," Karnilla hisses as she and Laufey make their way towards the inn where the group are lodging.  "Let's brighten their day shall we?"

The closer they get, the wider her grin grows.  She cannot wait to see them all bruised, bloody, and broken, from each other's hand, no doubt.  There was no spell needed to tear them apart, for they do a good enough job of that on their own.  It is unfortunate for them, and quite amusing for her.  One by one, Balder will lose all who care for him, and she will revel in that day.  It will just take time.  With a quick glance she sees Laufey there beside her in his new form, a form no one will recognize, but when they do it will be glorious!  They will be so stunned and horrified, but especially Loki.  His two biggest enemies collaborating, and there is not a thing he can do about it.  Their power is great, and they will have no qualms in showing that.

When the two arrive, Karnilla is the first to make her presence known.  "Bastards and wenches!  Oh, excuse me, there is but one woman, so wench.  Did you all miss me?"

5. Loki likes to hug things when he sleeps, like a ball of blankets, a pillow, etc. He loves hugging Fang if he'll stay still.

6. I love Loki because he's intelligent and quick witted, but also he's so sweet and wants the best for everyone around him. I love writing a character that is mischievous, but adoring.

About my status here in Asgard, and that I am not going to willingly relinquish it. I hope that does not bring you upset.

I know not the need to interfere in a rule that leaves Asgard standing as it is. I have seen in my short time returned that I have raised a king worthy of his people. [He nods solemnly.] Should the time come you perish in battle as King of Asgard, or have failed, then Odin Allfather shall take his seat again.

Until then, you shall keep it warm.

I have come across some... urgent news from Balder. Apparently Odin knows of them. He says they are fine, but I wonder if we should wait to speak of our union or tell him now while and have no more secrets.

I am this close to throwing all caution to the wind and telling you to just tell him already so that I may leave these blasted chambers and actually see you in public.

Gods willing maybe then I would actually get to spend time with just you.

But I do not want to do anything that would result in ire directed upon myself or you.
