Ftr I'm grossly misrepresenting a game that is in early access. This is like showing you Advent Children and letting that be what convinces you to play OG Final Fantasy VII in its boxy glory.

The Long Drive is not pretty. It's jank. It's crude. There are actual (optional) pissing and shitting mechanics.

It's also calming? It salves the ache to Always Be Going Somewhere. And it's some of the most fun I've had killing time lately and I can't recommend it enough.

Archer - He tries. So hard. He burns a CD mixtape to listen to and rents a huge RV that only kind of works. He plans out a bunch of stops but "leaves room in the schedule for unplanned adventures :)" and then proceeds to not follow the plan at all and everything goes wrong. Actually, now that I think about it, Archer on a roadtrip would probably just mostly be the plot of the movie "RV."

Pike - He lets Una plan the stops and he METICULOUSLY plans the food. He and Una take a survey about what all their crew wants to see along the way and try so hard to integrate them all into the trip. He plays LOTS of car games, like Eye Spy or that one game where you count animals on your side of the vehicle until you see a graveyard and have to start over or that other game where you describe a movie plot badly and everyone has to guess what it is. He lets Uhura control the music and Spock read the map and Ortegas drive. The plan for the trip goes off the rails, of course, but everyone ends up having a blast anyway. Overall a SOLID roadtrip.

Kirk - Kirk takes everyone to see every single tourist trap they can find and, you know what? It's fun. Is the World's Largest Truckstop really all that special? No, but the memories they make there are. I also imagine his roadtrip largely takes place in Iowa and other parts of the Midwest so a lot of the trip is rolling cornfields. Overall not a terrible trip, if a little slow and nutty.

Picard - Due to being European, Picard's idea of a roadtrip is a little... different. The crew is a little confused as to why they are only doing about 3 hours of driving a day, but they do appreciate that it's through Wine Country, where the rolling hills are lovely. I imagine Picard plans a "themed trip" (wine tasting and touring) and Riker is the one to throw in the fun tourist traps they do end up visiting. Q is somehow at every single place they stop. Lwaxana is at a few of them too.

Sisko - Sisko takes everyone on a tour of the MLB baseball fields. He meticulously plans places to eat (mostly cajun places that he critiques as 'not as good as his dad's, but acceptable.') and fields to visit. In the meantime, Jadzia picks some more... colorful places to visit in the evenings. Different groups of people get lost but they always find each other. Everyone is a little wary of visiting baseball fields, but once they find out that it was Jake's idea to cheer his dad up, everyone acts like each field is the most fascinating thing they have ever seen. In the end, the trip is a little tedious, but they have all bonded over the solidarity of making Sisko feel better.

Janeway - Janeway drives through the middle of nowhere. Absolutely no cell signal ever. Google Maps will not work. They stop every hour or so to look at the sights. At several points, their van gets robbed and they have to craft new supplies as they go. They make some "road enemies" (other roadtrippers that get competitive about parking spots and camping areas and stuff) and get in several fights (that they win). They camp alongside the road instead of staying in hotels and it's kinda miserable but it builds a lot of relationships and character. Their van breaks down a lot but they always fix it themselves. B'Elanna ends up souping up the engine about 4 different times. In the end, they all get home pretty much dead on their feet, but the whole crew is planning the next road trip anyway.

Freeman - She has a schedule that no one follows and she yells about it a lot. The road trip keeps getting completely derailed. They absolutely do not hit any planned stops and they have to replace each of the van's tires 3 times. Good news, however, is that they got a GREAT sale on all the trinkets and stuff that they bought along the way so everyone is still having an okay time.

Dal - Barely has a plan. He basically piled everyone in a vehicle one day and started driving. They stop whenever they feel like it and do odd jobs to earn enough money to keep going. The end goal is to reach San Francisco by the end, but Dal has to keep them backtracking for various reasons and they're having a heck of a time understanding exactly how this brand-new Chevy Silverado with a fancy computer system that they accidentally stole works. Everyone has fun anyway, even though they are also kinda lowkey running from the cops.

Burnham - I don't honestly know enough about Burnham as a captain to say for sure but I think she and Saru would plan a pretty chaotic lil road trip that kinda jumps all over the country in a strange order. Lots of zigzags and backtracking and stuff. I think they have fun though?

I just got done with a long road trip (Massachusetts to North Carolina; about a 12 hour trek!) to visit family, and am physically drained but mentally wide awake- which is why I am up at 3:15am, excited to start a new save when it drops!!

to bring this back to the game- if you don't mind- would the RO's (poly included) ever do a road trip of this length with MC, while dating? would anyone overprepare, or outright refuse, perhaps unless MC genuinely couldn't fly for some reason?

(... dare I even consider what chaos would unfold if they managed to get like, a party bus for a group trip lmao)

Rook: He would thrive on a roadtrip, even if you threw him in the most cramped car imaginable and made him drive (pro tip: don't let him drive). He is chronically under prepared but he manages anyway. Hopefully MC is better prepared then he is

Beck: Over packs as a "just in case" type of thing. Stops maybe a little too frequently for gas as a just in case kind of thing. Is pretty comfortable throughout the trip and knows when to rotate driving as needed so neither of you feel too awful

Rhea: She would do her best but I don't think she'd fair well lol she hasn't ever driven so long so she has no idea how to prepare for it and would be asking you constantly before the trip. This is one of the few planning things you'd have to be in charge of

Zoe: They might be reluctant at first, especially since they're not the most comfortable driving and have really only driven locally. I imagine they'd accidentally get you both lost at one point and you're both just bent over the phone like "??? Where are we???" Very stressful but it kinda becomes a funny memory later

Lars: This has got to be the most serious roadtrip you've ever been on. He's focused only on point a to point b. You'll stop to grab food or gas, but doesn't spare a moment for sight seeing unless you pull out the Annoying Tactic (or just look really sad about it lmaO). At least you're guaranteed to get there safely

???: They have no idea how to drive or what a roadtrip even is so that's all on you lol. I think they'd make so many comments throughout that it makes the time go by fast though, and they'd probably be playing like word games with you or things similar periodically throughout the trip

Rook/Beck: Beck makes up for Rook's carelessness. There's the occasional bickering along the way (kinda like a married couple lol) but it all feels light hearted and goofy and time goes by surprisingly fast.

Rook/???: This is the most chaotic roadtrip you'll ever be on. A whole lot of detours and distractions and wondering how you made it to your destination alive (it was because of you, probably). Despite the chaos it's also very fun and like an adventure

Rhea and Zoe: The two actually figure out the roadtrip thing a lot better together then they do apart. It's a very cozy trip with the occasional stop and sight seeing, with conversations that ebb and flow. It's a fine time

I have had a lot of privilege to have traveled a bit (within the US) as a kid, but when I was 23(ish?) I went on an almost 2 month long roadtrip around the US and across all of Canada. I’ve got to experience some really really awesome places!!!

The first place we ended up was Orlando bc this was not long after the Pulse nightclub shooting had occurred. We wanted to pay our respects. This wasn’t ‘fun’ but meant a lot to me.

I’m disabled so there was a lot I couldn’t do (even tho I was semi ambulatory at the time) But the things I was able to do were fantastic. Snoqualmie Falls in Washington (the state) and it was one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen. So many waterfalls can only be hiked to. I’m so thankful for this one! It was COMPLETELY wheelchair accessible!

I just loved driving in literally any of the mountain ranges, through west Canada is the most beautiful to me. (Yes their mountains probably have a name, I’m dumb now and can’t remember. lol) out of all of Canada I enjoyed Vancouver the most! Feels like my home city. The way it’s big but sprawled out a bit.

There was this cool city like an hour away from Seattle that is set up like a traditional (looking, at least) Bavarian village!! It was a lot of fun! My friend (and travel mate) seemed relieved to be getting food closer to what they’re used to (They’re German! If you see this, hi Milo!)

I actually kinda really enjoyed LA? There’s just SO many things to do. At the time we went to an exhibit called Body Worlds and it was downright the coolest museum in the world! It’s real human bodies who have donated their body to be preserved through Plastination. Basically there’s not much gore at all, it’s a type of plastic used to preserve things like vessels and nerves! There is some skin and organs, but again, not gory! No blood at all! Just so so fascinating!!

2. Probably what I consider to be the definitive Oscar-as-Miles photo, one of the things I saw and was instantly assured of my FC choice. It might sound stupid but Oscar is such an irrevocable part of Miles to me. I can't see him any other way, and having such a strong visual representation of him has always been a huge help in making him feel real for all these years:

three headcanons you never told anyone. Disclaimer that I have probably mentioned all of this at some point but it's been seven years of writing this guy and I fear I'm out of completely new material lol

He's never been much of an exercise buff but Miles used to be into running. He had a set circuit when he lived in DC and tried to keep a consistent schedule even when traveling for work. Never got to marathon level but did a lot of 5 and 10Ks, even a half marathon here and there. But it's not something he does anymore largely because there's... really no point. One of the benefits of being possessed and also kinda dead is you don't need to workout! Yaaaaay! Unfortunately without the endorphins and the satisfaction of exertion, running has lost its luster.

Prior to Mount Massive, Miles had a long-term boyfriend from college until they were in their late 20s. The last couple years of it were a tumultuous on-and-off-again relationship that started to deteriorate after he lost his staff reporter job and had to travel more. Prop 8 meant that same sex marriage was off the table, but they talked about engagement and building a serious life together. If Miles hadn't lost his job he probably would've proposed. But, then, if he hadn't lost his job a lot of things would've been different.

Miles is genuinely obsessed with roadside tourist traps -- giant balls of twine and other objects, weird architecture, fake alien sites, that sort of thing. The kitschier the better. If you're roadtripping with him and he spots a funky sign, he's pulling over.

three things your character likes to do in their free time.

Listen to music -- he's almost always got tunes on in the background but will sit down and really get absorbed in an album when he can.

Read -- mostly current events articles, sometimes a good nonfiction book.

Drive -- loves driving around the middle of nowhere to clear his head, even though it's not quite the same without the Jeep (rip).

three people your character loves.

Not technically a person, but the Walrider. Judge him if you want, but after a decade he's accepted that they're fucked up soulmates that were always meant to be <3. It's been a slowburn enemies to lovers journey, but over time he's adapted and stopped hating it for things that weren't really its fault. He's gone from denial to acceptance to tolerance to feeling genuine affection for the Swarm. Maybe it's too complicated to really define as love, but he can't think of a better word.

two things your character regrets.

Not being a better son and brother before everything went to shit. His life choices and the prideful stubbornness with which he committed to them drove a wedge between himself and his parents, which trickled down into a strained relationship with his sisters. In hindsight, they were just worried about him and only wanted what was best for him -- but he was too absorbed with his career and trying to piece it back together to see that. He regrets arguing with them so much. He regrets not making the most of the time he had when he didn't know it was running out.

Somewhat verse specific, but he very deeply regrets what happened with @mslangermann's husband Blake after Temple Gate. Murkoff picked him out of the wreckage and brought him to another facility -- Miles found him while trying to dig up whatever he could about the cult. Blake was completely catatonic, and probing around in his mind revealed that there was nothing left of him mentally, either. Rather than leave him to suffer in Murkoff's hands, Miles elected to put him out of his misery. And still hasn't told Lynn. He doesn't regret doing it -- truly, there were no options that would have saved Blake -- but he regrets not being honest with her. He also blames himself a bit for not finding him sooner and possibly preventing tragedy.

Question I was thinking about: which Hazbin Hotel character would you be down to go on a three-day road trip with? Because I think that, despite likeability, each and every one of them would start driving their companion completely insane in their own unique way.

Oh damn, oh shit, I gotta think about this.

I think Vaggie.

Cuz—while I am so sure she's somewhat prone to backseat driving when it's not her turn at the wheel, which would irritate me, and is probably a bit of a leadfoot—she'd also definitely be a great copilot in the "keep an eye out for the exit", "am I clear to merge?", "can you hand me a french fry?" kinda ways, I think we could find a pretty boppin' middle ground on music tastes, and would probably end up teaching each other new swear words while being pissy about other drivers' stupidity.

You also, though, get my thoughts on the pros and cons of everybody else.

Alastor drives like a fuckin' madman, no one can convince me otherwise. Anybody else in the car during his turn at the wheel will be in fear for their life for non-serial-killer-related reasons. And then there's the serial-killer-related reasons; I don't wanna be an accessory to anything, even assuming I'm safe. He's also a judgemental shit-talking bitch, which I would enjoy when aimed at other drivers, but have very little patience for when also inevitably aimed at me. The overlap of music tastes would work out well here, too, though (hello electroswing). And I have interests in radio, music, creepy shit, true crime, and food so I think the chitchat would be pretty good.

I could do a day trip with Charlie no problem, but after three days we would be fighting because her blind peppiness wore me down, I snapped at her about some unexamined hypocrisy or something, and she got defensive, but then she got overly apologetic which pissed me off more. Genuinely think she's fine as a copilot—probably great at feeding-the-driver-snacks duty—but might be overly timid about certain things as a driver (like merging) in a way that might bug me, depending.

My tolerance for inebriated people is generally pretty limited, so that puts a massive asterisk next to both Angel and Husk for things being dependent on how their sobriety's doing.

Angel also drives like he's running from the cops, but I think that could probably be reigned in by establishing some road behavior boundaries like it's a kink negotiation. Honestly, that's probably the key to making it through a road trip with him without losing my mind. Roadtrip buddy safeword system, and taking breaks. The music, banter, and snack situation would be fire. (Though the banter may occasionally need reigning in.) He strikes me as very down to go check out random roadside points of interest, which would be fun. Having to inevitably drag him away from sexually harassing the clerk every time we stop for gas would not be. And not actually his fault, but this would bug me: having to readjust the seat every fucking time cuz he's so goddamn tall.

Husk has some of the same judginess issues as Alastor, but is overall one of the more chill options. Would be a decent and responsible co-pilot when it comes to things like navigation duties, but either cops an attitude about or outright refuses things like snack duty. If he's sober, I feel like he's generally a pretty good driver, but I also think he gets road rage, which I don't wanna deal with.

I...am not sure Niffty can drive. I don't think Niffty should drive. That right there makes her a bad candidate for only companion on a multi-day road trip. And then I don't think I could comfortably tolerate her degree of manic-obsessive behavior for that long in close quarters. Bless her heart.

27 - What is their ideal vacation? A lil getaway to a play where literally nobody knows any of them. Just a lil time together in a place where they are strangers and nobody cares about them or bothers them. It doesn't have to be anything fancy or expensive either, the important part is that the food's gotta be good.

28 - How often are roadtrips? I can see both of them occasionally going on the road just to get away from things. They rent a car and take turns driving, eating greasy fast food from drive ins, having feelings jams to the music playing on the radio...

They don't do it a whole lot, because they both are rather busy guys, but it happens now and then.

59 - Who has better fashion sense? Lammek, obviously. He's an idol, he needs to care about how he presents himself, if he wants to or not, so he probably spends a decent amount of time perfecting his looks.

Aitreo doesn't dress badly, but it tends to be kinda lazy. Just throws on the same stuff a lot.

82 - What is an inside joke they have? I like to think that they intimidate idiots that try to fuck with either one of them or their friends. And they do it by tag teaming "secret talking" about killing a guy and disposing of the corpse in very gruesome ways, while making it sound like the target might just be the guy they wanna get rid of. Alternatively they "secret talk" about something else that's super horrifying to any of the targets listening in.

They may also talk shit to each other about each other, but it's all in good fun.

85 - Who accidentaly sets something on fire? Lammek, if he touches a kitchen... Aitreo isn't big on cooking either, to be perfectly honest, but he can actually make food. Aitreo on the other hand would intentionally set something on fire, not just accidentally.

William actually loves road trips! He kinda just hates he’d have to bring Michael and Liz along but accepts the fact since you seem them as your kids also. (the two have fun btw..they barely got out of the house till you came around-)

William has to buy a whole fucking van for trips since his poor car can barely even hold itself together at this point. Yeah it’s all shiny but trust me that thing has been through things.

The one thing he hates is having to pack everything,plus since we both know Liz has to bring every My Little Pony toy show owns but Michael just packs some clothes,hair brush,toothbrush,ya know..stuff ya actually need!

You have to basically beg him to take at least two weeks off work for road trips,since one time you has suggested Las Vegas and he just stared wide eyed at you. “Luv,i’d love to but taking the kids plus you would cost a lot just for a simple hotel! Vegas is expensive!” - Will,who still took you and the kids.

 That trip to Vegas was probably chaos,but we won’t get into that-

The trip you all went on was to California (which was a 12 hour drive..help Will istg-) As soon as William started driving you turned on the radio,flipping it to one of the rock stations which made Will hissy as hell since he couldn’t even focus on driving.

Tbh,if this was to take place in the 2000′s,he’d fucking LOVE songs from 2016/ect like “Summer”,”Shut up and dance” you know the songs im talking about- (ones i grew up with and fucking love-)

He does let Michael and Liz pick music though,Michael likes playing Green Day and My Chemical Romance and you can fight me on that- Liz prefers Katy Perry and Lady Gaga.

Michael and Liz are the siblings to fight over the smallest things in the backseat- Will always has way to keep them quiet though,as i said this takes place at least during early 2000′s so he just makes the two watch a movie they both like on the Liz’z tablet.

William likes to talk about the most..random stuff on roadtrips,for example if you two would ever get married,what the wedding would be like,ect. (sncifief he gets soft at random moments,alright?-)

You two for sure take turns driving,he’d drive for a few hours and once you two stop at a gas station for gas you could drive. He also makes sure to buy more snacks for everyone and drinks since Liz probably eats all hers in the first few hours. (tbh,michaels a slow eater so you don’t gotta worry about him)

Will’s nice enough to stop at Mcdonalds for everyone,he may despise the place but it’s to keep Liz quiet.

He also enjoys just watching you drive and looking at you in general during the trip. He likes to see you smile and enjoy yourself. (please remind him that he also makes the trip better,he’s actually worried he’s making the road trip 10x worse-)

If there was something wrong with the car,Will would be fucking pissed- He had just got this van for 200 dollars and he was not letting it die that fast. Okay one..okay yeah you really think him looking under the hood is the most attractive thing for sure-

the beach! the one not ridden by tourists. it was windy and there were Massive waves it was awesome? and the water was super warm too i was kinda surprised about that lol. gorgeous skies too!

we also found a skeleton, maybe a fox that fell into the sea and got washed up on the shore? i took one of its teeth since the skull and a lot of it was smashed up, i need to properly clean it still tho. might make a necklace out of it if it's not too small for that

went to the lighthouse island/islet after the beach. there were boats!

we didn't go to the lighthouse bc parking there wasn't happening but we went to the rocks nearby it. smooth boyos, we had to go barefoot to avoid slipping around in our flip flops

the sun was starting to set, or it was like a few hours from setting, but yeah the view was gorgeous and the horizon was vast and i felt alive

we drove to another islet to check out the rocky beach there. it was the high tide so the shore was consumed by the sea lol but it was still lovely out there. it was drizzling a bit too it was rly refreshing actually

here's the (presumed fox) tooth and also another piece my sister found that i took with me. woo bones!

while driving home today the cows near our summerplace were out and about by the road so i snapped a couple pics of them bc bro there were so many?? man

also we visited a small local wildlife museum! lots of taxidermied animals, and bugs! dead ones, but i should've taken pics of them now that i think about it. oh well here's a haikara (i forget what it's called in english)

and finally here's a fucked up basement i spotted at a clothes store in another old city. it looked fucking haunted lmao

overall a good trip! we had fun and i got to visit a town i had never been to before which is always cool :)

horror movies

it’s either a really good horror movie that you guys end up watching, or a really bad one to the point it’s almost like a comedy

but bakugou is a lot more strict with picking the movie, just because he doesn’t like his ‘time to be wasted’

but he actually really likes laughing his ass off at dumb main characters, and the girls that trip and don’t even bother to picking themselves up.

mina usually likes clinging to you during jumpscares, and it’s almost like a death grip it’s almost like she anticipates a jumpscare, because moments before— she’s already grabbing at you. it’s almost as if she has a six sense or something

sero’s pretty chill, and he’ll say “see! there’s no jumpscare.” only to get jumpscared seconds later 💀 it’s funny that it happens every single time

kaminari is that person that jumps at every loud sound, grasping on either kirishima or bakugou but bakugou will shove him off

kirishima’s the first one to recover from jumpscares surprisingly, only beating bakugou by a few seconds. (because bakugou tends to freeze when he’s scared, and it takes him a few realizations for him to return back to normal)

plot twists in horror movies are a hit or miss if i must say. if done correctly— y’all will be like 😦 for the remainder of the movie. but if it’s a bad plot twist, y’all will just turn off the tv

whenever that really random spice scene shows up in a horror movie, bakugou usually skips past it— yelling at the rest of you like “close your eyes or i’ll poke your eyeballs out!”

will you guys get paranoid after a horror movie? most likely. doesn’t even matter if the ending was anticlimatic. you guys will stay up just thinking about the movie, trying your best to get some rest.

road trips

you and the bakusquad wanted to go see some nature, but bakugou thought it was a stupid idea bc of the many possibilities of going missing in the forest or ending up dead

but don’t get me wrong, bakugou’s favorite thing to do is mountain climbing, so he really likes nature.

sero is the group’s driver, the second being you and bakugou. but let me explain why it’s sero lol

bakugou is a decent driver but— he’s quite an angry driver, and bakugou’s always yelling at other drivers in the road angrily and all of you chose life first

but if all of you can take bakugou’s angry driving style then.. bakugou’s going to be the groups driver. and it’s also because bakugou can drive for long periods of time

ok but during the trip, y’all were 🤏 this close to seeing the heavens JUST because of bakugou’s driving during a rather steep speed bump 🗿

kaminari is that bitch that always needs to pee every hour. i think sero’s like this too but he has more tolerance than kaminari i guess. KAMINARI IS ALWAYS SAYING SHIT LIKE

You two had just moved in at roughly the same time you got promoted.

Armin was ecstatic for you until you told him your new work hours.

For the first couple days you two were in the same home, you slept in the same bed, but that changed when you needed to go back to work.

After you were done with your first day, you were absolutely exhausted, having stayed up late to finish your shift. Because of this, you collapsed on the couch and it just became a habit.

You get home at like 7 in the morning, roughly an hour after Armin wakes up. He never gets to see you anymore, it seems like you’re not there.

Your back starts hurting from sleeping on the couch and when you tell Armin this, he starts sleeping there so you’re forced to sleep in the bed.

When you’re sleeping and he’s home, he does a lot of the chores. Even though he knows you’re getting enough sleep and your schedule’s just different from his, he still wants to make things easier for you.

He starts altering his schedule so you can spend more time together. He tries to get different hours at work and tries to get you to bed with him.

He doesn’t want to ask you to do something because it isn’t your fault and he just feels like he’s being clingy.

He does eventually tell you what’s been on his mind, but only after you ask him.

Afterwards, you take a break from work. You have a lot of vacation days saved up so you use some of them to take Armin on a roadtrip to the beach.

From then on, you make sure to make time for him and get different hours soon.

💛 Connie

He’s alright with you being up in the day and asleep in the night, he’ll excuse you not being able to spend as much time with him, but he draws the line if you start slacking in self-care.

He knows you get paid well and you’re good at your job, but he still wants you to be happy and safe.

He finds creative ways to get what he wants.

He asks you to start coming to bed instead of sleeping on the couch. You agree, but ultimately end up on the couch again.

The next day when you’re at work, he puts sand and rocks all over the couch so you either have to a) deal with it when you’re tired or b) come to bed.

So you come to bed and he cuddles you and thanks you for it.

On your days off, he takes you on dates and tries to cook for you.

I say “tries” because the last time he cooked, he set off the smoke alarm.

He loves spending time with you when you’re not working. Whether it be one of your hobbies or something he wants to do.

When you’re at work, he’s usually sleeping, but sometimes when he can’t, he starts thinking about more ways to spend time with you.

After some weird workarounds of your schedule, he just asks you about it.

He finally voices those concerns he has for you and he feels as if a weight has been lifted off his shoulders.

Afterwards, you take into account just how much you cherish him and wouldn’t want to upset him.

💛 Bertholdt

Since you stay at home for your work, Bertholdt thought he would be able to spend more time with you, but it was quite the opposite.

You worked at your desk all night and either slept in your chair or the couch because it’s closer than the bed.

During the day, Bertholdt keeps everything quiet. If he turns on the tv, he has the volume low or has headphones in.

He also takes away any dishes you might not have cleaned up. He doesn’t do the dishes while you’re asleep though, because that makes a lot of noise.

He doesn’t stay up as late as you, but he is more of a night owl.

If he’s still awake, he makes you both a drink, bringing it to you and checking in on how you’re doing.

He checks on you a lot. He’s just irrationally thinking you’re not taking care of yourself.

He’ll come in every once in a while and kiss your head or see what you’re doing. Then, before he leaves, he’ll ask you to come to bed tonight.

Some nights he stays up a couple hours longer so he can carry you to bed if you sleep on the couch again.

If it’s one of those nights and you do decide to go to bed, he’ll just pretend that he’s not tired or couldn’t sleep.

It’s rather easy to see through him though.

He’s willing to do a lot to keep you comfortable. By the time you’re awake, he’s made breakfast already. He just wants to make your day easier.

At first it didn’t bother him that you were at work so much.

He stays up late too so your schedule doesn’t really impact his.

But soon, he notices how little you guys are talking. You don’t come to bed anymore and don’t really talk to him because you have to stay up hours after he goes to bed.

He asks you if maybe you could get your hours changed or if you can somehow make your sleep schedule more like his.

You say you’ll try but nothing really changes.

So, he takes it into his own hands.

He just keeps asking and begging you about it.

Then, one day he calls you while you’re at work, asking what you’re doing.

You say you’re not doing much, so he drives over and texts you he’s here to pick you up.

Since you’re on break, you go out to see what he needs and he has a bouquet of roses in the passenger seat and says he’s ready to take you on a date.

At first, you decline, but he keeps insisting. You give in and text your few coworkers that you need to leave. They can handle a night without you.

He didn’t think this would actually work so when you ask where you’re going, he has no clue. It’s very early in the morning so not many things are still open.

He decides to just go to the store, get some food, and go back home to watch a movie with you.

You fall asleep together on the bed. When you wake up, you realize just how much you’ve been missing out on, so you request your hours be changed.

💛 Mikasa

Mikasa never knew why you were always up at late hours of the night and wouldn’t respond to her during the day. She just thought you were a night owl until she stayed over for the first time.

It was a hassle to try to figure out when she could be over because of your unconventional schedule so she just ended up arriving at some odd hour of the night.

It was a day off for you so Mikasa came over and you both watched a movie on the couch. She fell asleep during it, and you had to somehow get out from under her without waking her up.

Once she did wake up, you talked for a while and it got brought into conversation how you sleep on the couch a lot.

She didn’t think much of it until she started coming over more and eventually moved in.

Whenever she find you on the couch, she’ll gently wake you up and try to coax you to bed.

If that doesn’t work, or you’ve had a hard day, she’ll just pick you up and take you there.

Anything you need she will bring you.

You forgot your lunch? She will drive out there in the dead of night just to give it to you. You need to go somewhere but you’re tired? She’s on it. She’s happy to help you out because she knows a job during the night can be taxing.

But, if it gets too bad, she’ll just insist you quit your job. She cares about you and doesn’t want your job to keep you from being as happy as you can.

After the announcement of both of you guys dating, the general public was more or less not too fazed by it, yea, some of your fans were more than excited for the both of you, some disliked the idea of their bias dating but that‘s how life goes [(on) the bts pun lmfao).

Since both of your representative groups were also having some day-offs, no promotions or anything, just some days to relax, you decided it would be a great idea to have another amazing couple-time. And the best of it? You would be the one arranging a car, getting tickets for some amusement park and Ryujin could only say ‚yes‘.

You guys were having a great time, starting already when telling your members to not annoy the hell out of you since you wanted some alone time. The members were more than happy seeing the both of you disappear onto the road – by the way, it was a sunny day alright? It would be hilarious if the sun actually formed into some good old clouds that decided to ruin your day like that, right?

„Ahhhhh, it feels so great doing couple-stuff like that...in public somehow.“ Ryujin happily exclaimed while staring out of the window. „And according to your route map, everything‘s going smooth despite the long distance we still need to manage“ she continued. You would smile to yourself while driving to your desired location.

First of all, you guys would take a five-hour roadtrip to an amusement park you both wanted to visit while still being a secret to the world. However, after your little song at one of your concerts, you couldn‘t. After arriving at the amusement park, you guys would insist on riding every rollercoaster that‘s infront of you and also go through a haunted house. On top of that, the both of you would have a blast at all of the pictures the cam took of you while riding some rollercoasters – she would always look flawless while you were seen with your hair everywhere, your hands infront of your face. It really was a blast. After the more fun part, you guys would find a place to eat – to your surprise, you had to walk through the entire amusement park to only find one damn food place, right at the entry.

You weren‘t mad about that since it meant it wouldn‘t be a long way to your car again and driving back home. But nope, you had other plans, including your car.

When both of your stomachs were full of delicious food your manager would be make more than fusses about, you reached your car and packed every little plushy and other souvenir back in the trunk and started the engine.

„Waaah, today was so much fun. I really enjoyed your screaming during that one rollercoaster. I will show midzy your funny faces whenever I have the chance to do so!“, Ryujin said. „Haha, really nice of you. Look, It‘s not my fault that my hair decided to ruin my special moment and you always being able to look good- no great“, you protest. While bickering about your day, you would notice that the fuel is slowly getting less and less. While looking at the map, you would also discover that there‘s no near gas station. You would curse, making Ryujin look at you. „Huh, what‘s the problem?“, she‘d ask. After a minute or two, she would glance at the now-red fuel symbol. „Ahhh, Y/N-ah, couldn‘t you refuel before we left? Ahhh, we also can‘t notify our members since we told them they should leave us alone for today“ She would freak out about what to do next while you remained calm. It‘s not like you planned this all along.

You wanted to surprise her with a great day-off, going to an amusement park, having a picnic right after and stargazing at the end of the day – however, you didn‘t include the car not working anymore.

„Well, I know what we could do. I kinda prepared something“ you announced while looking at her. „What, the car suddenly stopping when we‘re supposed to get back home, huh?“ she playfully responds. sam and bucky split funyuns and their own box of cosmic brownies

thor requests a fresh fruit salad, emphasis on fresh

bruce jokes about getting a red bull, but nat tells him absolutely not

peter gets a three musketeers and slushee

you get your own slushee and a donut

everyone feasts on their lunch

tony fills you in on how morgan is

he says she’s not too bad and she told you specifically to have fun

that makes you feel better

peter presses a quick kiss to your cheek, you somehow curling more into him

you give him a peck on his lips

he tastes like chocolate and ends up blushing

“not in front of your dad!”

it ends up being maybe your favorite trip ever
