How would a RO react and what would they do if at a party a noble is making the mc uncomfortable by touching there arm and making suggestions

I'll go with it being before the one true bond is fully established. As you'd have to be completely insane, or dense, to try and flirt with a Rider's bonded.

Ezra/Elaria: Are completely unimpressed, but they try to keep their composure as they sidle up to your side and calmly interject. "I apologize, but I do think it's my turn to talk with MC." Their hand would gently touch your shoulder and steer you away from the noble. "Rider business, I'm afraid. It can't wait."

Caleb/Catherine: Would stiffen at the sight and become immediately uncomfortable; for entirely different reasons, but they'd be keenly aware that they're mirroring their father's usual composure. They'd quickly make their way to your side and offer a strained smile to the noble in question. "I do believe it best that you halt your drinking for tonight. Lest you continue to do something you'll regret come morning."

Jaden/Jade: The playful smirk that would have been a hallmark on their lips all evening would wither away into nothingness. Agitation became a prominent emotion across their features; sapphire blue eyes darkening to a deep stormy blue. They'd casually make their way towards you and accidentally bump into the noble in question, spilling their glass of wine all over the expensive silk of the noble's attire. "I do apologize for being so clumsy, I truly wasn't aware there was anyone of importance nearby besides the MC." They'd quickly get you both out of there.

Aidan/Aylin: Agitation, mixed with an undercurrent of worry, would promptly appear on their features at the sight that greeted them from across the hall. They couldn't believe someone would be so daft as to corner a Rider. Nor could they believe that someone would be so belligerent with their advances and denseness with the rejections. They'd stride across the room and promptly cut to ask the MC to dance. "I apologize for intruding, but MC promised me a dance before I retired for the night, and hasn't even tried to uphold their end of the bargain." It would only be while you're both dancing that they'd begin to wonder why it had bothered them so much.

Faolan/Faolyn: A warning growl would escape their lips before they'd even register the anger that had suffused itself within their chest. They wouldn't even question their natural instincts when it came to striding across the room and putting themself between you and the noble; teeth almost bared in challenge as the noble stood stupidly before them. It'd take everything in them not to make a spectacle because it's not something that would make you any more comfortable. "I'd suggest you leave this instant before I'm forced to do something I really don't think I'll regret."

Laurence/Lauren: Would calmly, and promptly, make their way over to your side and offer you a gentle smile in greeting; ignoring the noble, they'd ask you how you've been and simply pull you into a conversation with them. They'd get you away from the noble without drawing attention to the fact that they were doing so. After all, no one would want to get on the bad side of the Head Healer; even if the noble, come morning, would find that they have a worse hangover than usual.

Irithiel: Barely contained anger etches itself across her beautiful features, violet eyes darkening to a deep amethyst that only promised pain to the one that caused the reaction in the first place. The moment she grows nearer she'd be able to tell that the noble was nervous, fearful of what would cause the Matriarch to suddenly appear, but she wouldn't mind in the slightest. She'd only place a light hand on your bicep, her expression softening only for you, before hardening once more as she looks at the noble. "I must say that I'm appalled by your behavior. I invited you into Haven as a guest, and you've decided to corner one of my Rider's and harass them?" She'd step closer, her voice dropping dangerously. "I suggest you make haste and leave Haven as soon as you can. You wouldn't like to see what I'm like when I finally lose my patience."

Kyllian: Wouldn't be able to believe what he's seeing at first, but the moment it registers anger would immediately bloom across his face and he wouldn't hesitate in making his way over to you. He wouldn't even deign the noble important enough to look at, let alone speak to, but he'd gently take you by the arm and offer you a supportive smile; trying to tell you, without words, that he was there to help and that he'd make sure nothing would happen as long as he was there. He'd take you back to his table and offer you his seat-- just trying to make your night a bit brighter.

Let’s see... Lauren was originally an elf (I believe I have said that before). She also had green eyes instead of whiskey brown. I was also going to make her a duo RO (like A), but I decided against it. Her other half was either going to be called Lewis or Laurence.

Faolan was also going to be a duo RO, but I decided against it. Or rather he was going to be a duo character as I decided to make him an RO because of you all. His other half was going to be called Faelyn.

The other characters were tweaked, but I don’t think any of them had any drastic changes. Of course, they’re still evolving so there is still a chance they could change. I’m

So since the Mc is a commoner and half fae how bad in the noble circles will the Mc be treated. Will there be a constant dislike till we “prove ourselves.” Because it does throw a wrench in there perfect system. And do the ROs care the Mc is lower than them? Will they defend them if someone talks bad about them?

It truly just depends on the Noble Circle in general. Some Noble’s will turn their noses to the MC, some won’t even bother to interact because they don’t care (quite a bit fall under this category), and some will be more than happy to talk with the MC (like Duke Isaiah).

After a bit, and the MC does prove themselves, the tide will shift for some of the nobles, but it’ll just depend on the individual. For a lot of them, however, the MC proved themself the moment you were chosen by a dragon— it’s just admitting to it that’s the kicker.

None of the ROs care. Some don’t even think about/it doesn’t register, because the MC is the MC and that’s all they’re focused on. As for if the ROs would defend the MC? Absolutely.

How would the RO’s react if, during a not so serious argument, the MC said, “You’re cute when you’re angry.”

Ezra/Elaria: They tilt their head. “I don’t quite know how to respond to that.” An almost amused smile ghosts across their lips. “Weren’t you mad at me a second ago? Is this some sort of trap?”

Caleb/Catherine: A flush takes over their cheeks, but the happy smile quirking their lips showcases how your words touched them. “Th-Thank you.”

Jaden/Jade: Sapphire blue eyes narrow playfully. “You’re quite a sight to look at yourself, sweetheart.”

Aidan/Aylin: They scoff, folding their arms over their chest. “If you think that’s going to distract me from the fact that I’m right, you have another thing coming.”

Faolan/Faolyn: A bright grin takes over their face at the words. Crimson eyes lightening exponentially as you gave them a reason to end the fight. “You’re quite cute yourself, moon.”

Ezra/Elaria: Wrapping a loose arm around your waist, they angle their head to press a light kiss to your forehead. “You make me feel safe too. You make being the Heir of Gallinia that much easier to handle.”

Caleb/Catherine: They jump slightly in reply at the feeling of you suddenly appearing, but they quickly settle as your words register in their mind. A look of pure adoration soon etching itself across their face. “That’s something we can both be to one another then.”

Jaden/Jade: The flirtatious smirk, and witty retort, that had been on their lips fades away at the soft revelation. Sapphire blue eyes softening in such a way that would only ever be for you or Vessarel. With one arm, they tug you closer to their body so they can nuzzle closer. “What would I do without you?”

Aidan/Aylin: Blue green eyes observe you with thinly veiled warmth; the ghost of a smile curling their lips as they caress your cheek with their fingertips. “Is it because I always have my sword on me?” Humor suffuses the question, but before you can reply they place a gentle kiss to the tip of your nose. “You make me feel safe too, love. You make me feel wanted.”

Faolan/Faolyn: The moment you were within their embrace their arms tighten around you; as if they were daring anyone to try and take you from them. Crimson eyes flashing with their protective need to shield you— only softening due to their love. “I’ll forever protect you, my moon.” They nuzzle closer to you. “This I swear.”

Laurence/Lauren: A bashful smile curls their lips at the revelation; green eyes glinting with warmth while they tug you closer. “I’ve never felt better than when you’re by my side.” They press a light kiss to your cheek. “I’m glad that you feel the same way.”

Irithiel: “You make it easier to remember, my dearest one.” She gently cups your face, angling your head to be able to look at her. How would the RO’s react to getting a shovel talk by the Mc’s siblings?

Ezra/Elaria: Would find it somewhat amusing, but would take their words to heart. They’d never wish to hurt you.

Caleb/Catherine: They’d probably faint. They’re a fairly nervous person— when it comes to certain things— and this would not help things in the slightest.

Jaden/Jade: Would sit silently and listen. They’re well aware of their past and don’t wish to miss anything that your siblings wish to tell them. They’d never want to hurt you.

Aidan/Aylin: Would probably have some snarky retorts, but they’d be happy that you have siblings that would look out for you like that.

Faolan/Faolyn: Wouldn’t expect anything less. His own siblings will probably, if they hadn’t already, do the same thing to the MC. They’d simply listen to everything without much rebuttal.

Laurence/Lauren: They’d simply keep a tiny smile on their lips and nod their head. On the inside they’d be a little worried that your siblings possibly don’t like them, but they’d never let it show on the outside.

Irithiel: You mean if they felt brave enough to do it? Irithiel would find it silently amusing and touching. She’d be happy that you had family that would stick up for you.

Kyllian: Would simply raise his brow at them and not react all that much. He didn’t really need the warning, but he’s not going to be rude and completely ignore your siblings.

💗 GROWING HEART for all ROs, please?

💗 GROWING HEART - if they have a crush, is it noticable? what changes when they're in love?

Ezra/Elaria: Somewhat. They open up a lot more whenever they start developing feelings for someone. When they’re in love? They soften completely and don’t hesitate in smiling whenever they see the person that’s captured their heart.

Caleb/Catherine: Definitely. They become even more of a flustered mess than you would think was possible. Just nervous all around. When they’re in love? They’d still be shy, but they’d give you a special smile that would only ever be for you.

Jaden/Jade: 1000%. They’re usually quite suave in the grand scheme of things— a horrible flirt in other words— but the moment they start developing actual feelings? All bets are off. They become an absolute mess. When they’re in love? They get some of their suaveness back, but it’s tinged by a softness that would only ever be targeted at you.

Aidan/Aylin: Sort of. They’d be less snarky at you in general, but it wouldn’t be the most obvious thing in the world. When they’re in love? They’re protective towards you and would never want to be anywhere but by your side. Forever loyal to you until the very end.

Faolan/Faolyn: Absolutely. Mainly because they wouldn’t hide the fact that they have a crush on you. They’re a very in the moment kind of person and don’t won’t to waste any time on what ifs. When they’re in love? They’d act the same way they do towards you now… just with all the loving glances, kisses, and them holding you close added into the mix.

Laurence/Lauren: Not really. They’d still treat you with kindness though it would be tinged with a timidness you might not be used to. As they’d be trying to work out their feelings for you while interacting with you. When they’re in love? They’d complete light up every time you’d enter the room. A smile that could rival the sun gracing their face.

Irithiel: Not even in the slightest bit. You wouldn’t be able to notice anything at all. Irithiel would keep a lid over her feelings until she figured them out for herself— Iddraras would be helpful in that. When she’s in love? She becomes softer in general, giving you gentle smiles that no one else has received (besides Iddraras and her daughter). She’d be tender and warm. Nothing would stop her from showing you how much she loves you.

Kyllian: A little bit, if you’re perceptive. He tends to keep to himself, but when he starts developing feelings he’ll start to seek you out more and more. First he wouldn’t be aware he was doing it and then it would evolve into him knowingly finding you. He doesn’t understand why he wants to do it… other than the fact that he wants to be close to you. When he’s in love? He opens up a lot more and won’t ever hesitate in seeking you out when he needs you.

That’s makes sense. Sorry, I wanted to make sure I was answering correctly. The MCs Family will meet the ROs… will it be in Chapter Three? Probably not, but they will meet them.

Ezra/Elaria: They wouldn’t understand it. Of course, they’re aware that people are scared of going against people with actual weapons training, but they couldn’t imagine letting innocent people get treated so harshly. Fortunately, the majority of places within Gallinia aren’t like that.

Caleb/Catherine: They’d be surprised. All of the places they’ve been with Gallinia have always been welcoming to all walks of life. They wouldn’t be able to figure out why Kulilk reacted in such a manner to someone like you. It would be something worth pondering over.

Jaden/Jade: They’d get a certain look in their eyes as they formulate a possible plan of action to deal with it. If it came down to it, they’d make sure that Kulilk understood that he should never do what he did again. Or he’d face the consequence .

Aidan/Aylin: They’ve seen horrible things— both from nobles and commoners alike— but they wouldn’t be able to connect the dots between people who have sworn to protect doing something like that. They’d definitely be closer to you whenever you’re visiting the main town… just in case.

Faolan/Faolyn: You’d have a protective puppy on your hands. They wouldn’t want you to be alone— even if they knew that you could take care of yourself. It would put them at ease knowing that they could help protect you.

Laurence/Lauren: They already know what it’s like and finds it completely unacceptable. That stance won’t shift in the slightest. Ever.

Irithiel: Her reaction is a bit more complex… as she’s aware of things that others aren’t. Of course, she finds it absolutely abhorrent and will put the fear of the Gods into Kulilk if she saw him… but it’s complicated. She’d make sure that you were always alright though.

Kyllian: He’d have one hand on his sword at all times. He doesn’t take chances when it comes to your safety and protecting you. A moment of hesitation could cost him your life and he’d never take that chance.

How'd the ROs react to someone telling them about how deadly and malicious half-fae are while the ROs are seeing their MC lover in the backgrouns being a pure-hearted, dorky ball of sunshine?

Ezra/Elaria: A hard to read look flits across their face at the words. Their shoulders tighten with the emotion, but they don’t say anything. Instead, they simply stare into the individuals eyes until they back down. Bringing home the old adage if looks could kill.

Caleb/Catherine: “They’re not like that at all!” Their cheeks flush due to their emotions. Hazel eyes sharp in a way they normally weren’t. “There’s no need to spread lies about them. You don’t have to like my one true… Just don’t do so in my presence.”

Jaden/Jade: An almost predatory smile graces their lips as they listen. “Why don’t we just quit while we’re ahead, hm?” They tilt their head. “You’re boring me with your drivel.”

Aidan/Aylin: Blue green eyes darken. “I’d suggest you quit while you’re ahead.” Their hand drops to the sword at their side. “There isn’t any sense in continuing a conversation that neither of us wish to be a part of.”

Faolan/Faolyn: A rumbling growl works it way up from their chest. Crimson eyes flashing in warning for the individual to cease their words immediately. No one disrespects their moon in front of them. No one.

Laurence/Lauren: “I appreciate the fact that you’re trying to warn me.” They tilt their head, emerald eyes shimmering with various emotions. “It’s not needed, however. I’m more than aware of how special my one true is.”

Irithiel: A small wince works its way across elegant features; her right hand gently tracing her left wrist. “That’s enough.” The command is uttered in a tone barely above a whisper, but it reverberated with power all the same. “You will not be spreading those lies around Haven. If I hear anything about this again, I’ll be showing you my displeasure in a way you won’t like.”

Kyllian: Silver eyes narrow into slits. Well muscled arms cross over his broad chest as he appraises the person standing before him. “You have some courage to say those things about my one true in front of me.” His lips downturn into a snarl. “Or you’re just stupid. I can’t tell.”

What do the MC’s siblings think of the RO’s?

Ezra/Elaria

Aziel: Think they’re a little too aloof, but can tell that they have a good heart. Totally will be excited about being connected to the Royal Family.

Kiera: She’s a bit aloof/stoic as well. So, she’d be able to connect with them on that. She wouldn’t have a huge opinion, because they make you happy and that’s all that matters.

Caleb/Catherine

Aziel: Thinks they’re a little too shy/nervous, but he would enjoy being in their company. As he would know that they’re a genuine individual.

Kiera: Would bond over the shared love of books between you both. She’d be ecstatic that there’s another book lover within the family.

Jaden/Jade

Aziel: He’d be a little distrustful of them at first because he’s heard murmurs about their reputation, but as he got to know them? It’d be like kindred spirits meeting.

Kiera: She would clearly see how much they were trying and wouldn’t hold their past exploits against them. She wouldn’t be that close with them, because of how outgoing they are, but she’d always try her best to interact with them.

Aidan/Aylin

Aziel: He’d want to strangle them at first, but he’d get used to them over time. Though he’d sometimes have the compulsion to strangle them again whenever they get snarky (and he doesn’t have a good comeback).

Kiera: Wouldn’t be able to compute the things you told her about them— being sweet, kind, etc— to the snarky individual that she meets. However, as she observes them letting their guard down, she’d be able to see glimpses of the person they’re scared to show.

Faolan/Faolyn

Aziel: Thinks they’re absolutely badass. Would totally pester them to shift so he could pet them/ride on their back.

Kiera: Would silently applaud her little sibling for getting someone that looks like that. Would definitely be a little shy at first…

Laurence/Lauren

Aziel: Loves them and would hug you tightly when he found out that you were together. Definitely approves. 100/10

Kiera: Would smile wildly. She absolutely adores them and couldn’t think of anyone better to be with her baby sibling.

Irithiel

Aziel: He’d be a stuttering mess around her (blushing and everything). So, he wouldn’t be able to come up with an actual opinion farther than I understand what they meant… (He’d approve.)

Kiera: She’d be nervous. After all the Matriarch is known far and wide throughout Gallinia (and the world). Kiera would definitely get close with Irithiel because of all the knowledge that she has.

Aziel: Wouldn’t understand the appeal at first, as he’d be a little unnerved that Kyllian never truly spoke unless spoken to. Though, he’d get over it as he got used to him.

Kiera: Understands the need for silence and appreciates that Kyllian doesn’t wish to fill comfortable silences with unneeded conversation.

Finally got around to playing the new version. I know it was a remake, but wow, I wasn't expecting it to be *this* different. Is anything the same besides that we're a commoner?

A couple of the ROs are still the same— Jaden/Jade are Luca/Lydia. Lauren is still the same, barring her green eyes now, but she has Laurence attached too.

You’re still technically Fae, but only Half-Fae. I just wanted to mesh my original idea for HoF with the new one I had, and I like what outlined as of right now.

There’s a couple more similarities that I can’t think of off the top of my head, but I hope you enjoyed the remade demo all the same!

What if instead of Lauren/Laurence saving the MC Chapter 1 it was one of the other RO’s? How would they have handled that situation?

Ezra/Elaria: Their position as the Crown Heir would put an almost immediate stop to anything that may have transpired; as Kulilk would not have wanted to make a fool of himself in front of a member of the Royal Family.

Caleb/Catherine: They’d be calm and collected— even if they’d be a mess on the inside. They’d simply talk to Kulilk and get the Guards to leave you alone. They wouldn’t wish to cause any more hostility to grow.

Jaden/Jade: Would be running circles around Kulilk with their silver tongue. Wouldn’t hesitate to tell him exactly what they thought of him, and what they wished they could do to a piece of scum like him.

Aidan/Aylin: They have their own issues when it comes to commoners— not what you’re thinking though— but they’d never try and belittle them or cause them harm. They’d be absolutely enraged at Kulilk and would have to restrain themself from hitting him. They’d threaten him clearly and plainly— just like he had done to you.

Faolan/Faolyn: Would probably snarl— showing their canines— and be tempted to call their Pack to them, but they’d be able to stop themself in time. If Kulilk wasn’t scared off by their presence? Then they’d simply shift and let that effect take its toll.

Irithiel: Her presence alone— as well as Iddraras clearly being within the sky overhead— would be enough to get him running for the hills. Plus, the various Dragon Guard members hovering nearby. (Even without that Irithiel is an intimidating/terrifying sight when she’s angry, and she’d be furious at Kulilk.)

Kyllian: He’d simply place his hand on his sword— just like Kulilk— and wait for the man to either draw his own against him or walk away like the forward Kyllian knows he is.

Ezra/Elaria: Definitely a night owl but they’re used to being up at a fairly early time in the morning for training.

Caleb/Catherine: They’re a morning person. Who do you think gets E up in the morning?

Jaden/Jade: Morning person. After all they get the worm, correct?

Aidan/Aylin: Night owl. They like the peace and quiet that it brings.

Faolan/Faolyn: Night owl. They’re a wolf shifter that adores the moon. Is there any other option?

Lauren/Laurence: Morning person. They have way too much to do during the day.

Irithiel: Both. Whichever is the time that she’s needed is the person she’ll be; even if it’s a major inconvenience for herself personally.

Kyllian: Morning person. He loves watching the sun rise and the world awakening around him.

Which ros are the least resistant to mcs puppy dog eyes? 🥺

Ezra/Elaria: 8/10. They’re used to puppy dog eyes from their little sister and have since grown immune to it. It’s a nice try though.

Caleb/Catherine: 4/10. They’re somewhat resistant but if you keep going they’ll more than likely break and give you what you want.

Jaden/Jade: 5/10. Slightly better than C but only because they’d last about five minutes longer.

Aidan/Aylin: 1/10. They like to pretend that they’re not affected but they very much are at the end of the day. (Not that they’d ever let anyone know.)

Faolan/Faolyn: 0/10. Puppy dog eyes are something they’ve perfected but they can’t withstand them if it’s coming from you. Not their moon.

Laurence/Lauren: 7/10. Is fairly resistant to puppy dog eyes as they have to deal with a variety of people— sometimes children and dragons— that will direct that towards them.

Irithiel: 10/10. Does not affect her at all and it’s probably better to try something else— like simply asking— than to shoot that look towards her.

Kyllian: 3/10. Once you’re in a relationship with him it’d be very hard for him to turn away from that look. No matter how much he would want to.
