Day 25: Which BL actor do you want to see more of?

Oh there are loads—loads! How I wish there were more recurring appearances by so many incredible Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese actors. And there are a few Thai ones I’d love to see come back, though luckily my favorite-favorites are pretty active.

A lot of my wishlist gets talked about a lot already, so I’ll focus on three that are less discussed—although my first isn’t SO out of left field:

1. Kim Ji Woong

I mean, look at him—he’s one of the most otherworldly pretty men in existence. And his BL chemistry is fantastic, not only in his two roles but in his fanservice flirting with members of his current K-pop group. Also he’s one of the only Korean actors I know to have carried a pairing into a second series! I know this wish has zero chance of coming through but it doesn’t stop me wishing!

2. Euro Thanaset

I know I wasn’t the only one swooning over the crumbs of romantic side plot in 23.5. He showed his potential—now let’s have him be the first actually chubby lead or side couple in a BL! Look how pretty and cute he is—I wanted him to get a kiss sooo bad in 23.5!

3. Atomu Mizuishi

I was somehow intrigued when I first saw him play Manju’s husband in My Personal Weatherman/Taikan Yoho, even though it was a small part and pretty understated performance. But then I caught him in Old Narcissus/Ro Narukisosu and oh my god I am fixated on him now. He is so gorgeous and amazing at NC scenes and has such incredible range—I would LOVE to see him as a lead or same sex side couple in a BL.

I actually went to watch a regular show on HBO instead of BL tonight, but BL followed me lol. Sato’s brother on Tokyo Vice is played by Atom Mizuishi!

Both these actors were sexy in this movie but especially Atom!
