(This piece is aged maybe a year now. I'm no longer reading fanfictions for the fan aspect of it but rather for the fiction aspect of it. It just so happens that I know what kinda guy they're talking about so imagination becomes easier)

Your voice cracks as you think of all those nights you stayed up talking to each other about how your day went by. Back in your dating phase till your early pregnancy. Somehow slowly it kept fading. Today he doesn't even ask you about your son as you give him his morning coffee. The only drink or food for that matter he has at home. You still wonder why he sleeps at home when he could stay at work? He neither sleeps next to you nor next to your son. Ofcourse he comes late and since your boy is a light sleeper like his dad, he doesn't want to disturb his sleep by stirring next to him. You figured he didn't want to sleep next to you cause you have very stimulating days at work. That he knows, if he hears you say it over the phone to your mom. But when you found him sleeping in his home studio even at weekends, you decided to sleep next to your son. Your only source of love. Because work is becoming difficult and there's no sight of your lover at home.

You tried through the years. You know how big they've gotten since debut and your proud of him, just like he is proud of you for completing your research paper while carrying his child and becoming a cardiosurgeon today. At least, you hope he is proud.

You didn't believe at first when your mom said you'll lose yourself when you start a family. You've seen your mom always put her kids and your dad before herself. She says her family was worth it. Every person has to put others first at some point of time. Most often it happens with women. It just so happened that when you fell in love with him you just became forgetful of a life without him.

Your heart breaks a little knowing he doesn't try even when he sees you do so. No more family dinners at his place. No more surprises as you don't pick each other from your workplaces. No sight of Joonie's travel bag at home. Why would it be? He's so busy shooting all the time. Touring and holding concerts. Giving sneak peaks into his life to his beloved fans, you included.

However, you are excluded. Your relationship, your wedding are kept private and your child, a secret. Ofcourse you're aware it's for your safety he does that. Paparazzi has never once managed to leak a picture or produce a rumor thanks to him.

But now that the members are becoming open about their personal lives, you are wondering if he'd ever say your name. Every time you hear your colleagues call you Dr. Kim your eyes shine. Everytime someone refers to you as Mrs.Kim your heart beats faster. As you find your little baby learn to say his name as Kim Jung Su your smile grows wider. So much so that your double chin lifts up.

"Ofcourse I love you sweetie" He says caressing your puffy cheeks and moving your hair out of the way in the process. His voice, a mere whisper, amidst all the noises in your head.

"Prove it to me Joonie. I want words. I want reasons. I have questions."

Morocco rolls out four-year women's football development plan

Following in the footsteps of Caf, the North Africans have launched their strategy to further improve the women's game in the country.

The Royal Moroccan Football Federation (RMFF) unveiled their 2021-2024 development plan on August 6, charting a future path for the growth of women's football in the country.

The development comes just two weeks after the African ruling body, Caf, unveiled a four-year strategy and also comes after hosting a women's football summit in Marrakech two years ago.

RMFF president Fouzi Lekjaa, National Women's Football League (NWFL) president Khadija Ala, National Technical Administration director Roberts Wayne Ocean, and stakeholders were present at the women's strategy launch on Thursday.

With a focus on Women's Leagues and grassroots development, the regional and the national teams' administration are areas targeted for growth by Lekjaa in his inaugural address.

According to Lekjaa, his leadership is aiming to raise the value of women's football by developing a participatory business strategy to actively engage girls at grassroots level from schools.

Before announcing the appointment of Wafa Bakush as NWFL director-general, Lekjaa urged stakeholders to support the success of the plan in a bid to take women's football to the next level.

In the same vein, Ala, the NWFL president, said the plan will ensure the expansion of the practice base and restructuring teams while applauding the Federation's interest to grow the women's game.

The women's football strategy is built on three areas of development, which are comprised of sporting development, financial investment and technical growth.

The sporting aspect will involve the launching of a professional tournament with its first and second divisions, starting in the next football season, and establishment of a national championship for players under 17 years of age, and regional championships for the youngest groups.

The financial area will witness the raising of the annual grant allocated to women's football clubs - 120 million Moroccan Dirham for the first national division clubs and 80 million Moroccan Dirham for second national division clubs - with full compliance to the plan.

Ten million Moroccan Dirham will also be allocated to the regional bodies to advance women's football, with full compliance to the plan.

On the technical area, it will raise the number of girls and women playing football in the country to 90 thousand in 2024, and form 1000 technical frameworks for the women's football clubs.

It will also develop the general level of women's football in the professional national championship with its first and second division, the regional championship and the youth national teams.

With this move, Morocco will be aiming to qualify for the 2022 Africa Women's Cup of Nations for the first time since 2000 following their triumph at the 2020 UNAF Women's Tournament in February.

The development comes just two weeks after Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced a four-year strategy to raise the standard of women's football on the continent.

RMFF President Fouzi Lekjaa, National Women's Football League (NWFL) President Khadija Ala, National Technical Administration director Roberts Wayne Ocean, and other stakeholders were in attendance at the women's strategy launch last Thursday.

With a focus on Women's Leagues and grassroots development, the regional and the national teams' administration are areas targeted for growth by Lekjaa in his inaugural address.

The women's football strategy from 2021 to 2024 is built on three areas of comprising sporting development, financial investment and technical growth.

The sporting development will see the launching of a professional championship with its first and second divisions, starting in the next football season.

Also the establishment of a national championship for U17 women footballers.

First and second division clubs must register 25 players for the senior team and the same number for each age category. 

In senior team however, a professional contract is required and compulsory.

During matches, clubs must also include 4 players under the age of 21 in the starting lineup.

In the financial investment areas, a annual grant of US$ 13 million has been allocated to the first division clubs and about US$ 8.7 million for second division clubs - with full compliance to the plan.

The biggest novelty of these objectives is the minimum wage fixed for a player. 

In the first division, around 350 Euros per month has been fixed, a little more than the minimum wage in the public sector. 

However, players in the second division will earn a minimum wage of around 260 Euros per month. 

To raise level technically, however, several conditions have been set. 

Thus, the coach of the women's team in first division must have have B License.

However, from the 2022/2023 season, the A License will be compulsory for all coaches handling teams in the first division.

In the second division, each team will be coached by a coach with a C License, then the B License from the 2022/2023 season. 

The assistant of each team must be a woman.

The plan aims at raising the number of girls and women playing football in the country to 90 thousand by 2024, and form 1000 technical frameworks for the women's football clubs.

Morocco aim at qualifying for 2022 Women's Africa Cup of Nations for the first time since their last appearance in 2000.
