🍗 It’s sad that many of y’all had a bad experience at @ksanandos, even well after it first opened up here in Riyadh. I mean that’s all I heard and still hear about it - bad reviews...Not saying it compares to other branches abroad or anything but it ain’t that bad! 🤷🏽‍♀️ . My experience was lovely and wholesome with amazing service, relaxing feels and great food, cooked well. 😁 I don’t about you guys, but I’m definitely going back there like I did in every other country I tried it. ☕️ @coffea.sa celebrated their opening on Wednesday. 🎈 Tagged along with @deesfoodquest as she got invited to the event. . Great vibes, my kinda music, fun staff, nice place with good seating arrangements and an upstairs area. . Worth checking out for their variety of specialty coffee. 🤔 . Honestly I don’t get why they are so popular. 🤷🏽‍♀️ We wanted to try their ‘black vanilla’ and ‘red velvet’ icecream but they were sold out. 😒 . So we ordered their Pistachio latte and a Spanish latte. The coffee wasn’t bad, nothing special. This place is crawling with food colouring! My pistachio latte did not have to be that green! 🙄 And they have these other red and blue coffee drinks (who knows what those flavours are!). . Anyway that was a big turn off for me but I might go back to try the icecream if/when something interesting and new opens up in that plaza. . Btw the lines are still pretty long now if you go later in the evening so it’s gonna be a long wait just for you to try this out. We went at arnd 6pm on a weekday during the mini break. . ⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Went to @parkers last weekend with an old friend of mine... . We had the Truffle burger and the Parker’s Fried Chicken burger, followed by their popular Brownie Pull me dessert. . The Truffle burger was supposedly amazing, amazing enough supposedly for my friend to not even share a bite! 😒😂 I didn’t enjoy my PFC burger though...🙄 But atleast the dessert was as good and worth it as always! 👌🏽 . 📸: @moo.fufu . ☕️ Have been to @the.coffeeholics twice now since it’s close to work. Also cuz I do like the atmosphere; dark, dim and cozy. Good music too, always a bonus. . Starting to forget there was a time music wasn’t even allowed anywhere. 👀 . Moving on to the coffee, my first time I had the cold pistachio latte (usually the first thing I try at a new place) which was good, no complaints. The last time I had their hot vanilla latte (cuz I was ill), wasn’t wow, wasn’t sweet. . Overall a nice place to chill with friends and colleagues. Catch22 @catch22.me just opened up in Riyadh yesterday and it was such a pleasure to be there! Glad we picked them for our night out. 💕 . It’s located in The Zone (just look it up on GMaps) on Takhasousi St. and supposedly a branch will be opening up in Jeddah too soon. . The place is fun with amusing decor and great music. Two floors, both with outdoor and indoor seating. 👌🏽 While checking out the outdoors, we grabbed a latte each which was nice before we had to run back in cuz it’s just too hot these days haha, but we tried. 😅 . Menu is available in the highlights (🍴). We ordered the Buffalo Salad which was amazing coming from someone who’s not a salad person. 😝 And since I was craving sushi badly, I just went for the Spicy Tuna and Spicy Salmon to satisfy some cravings, of which the Tuna was better. 👌🏽 . Amazingly enough we were treated with dessert from the staff at Catch22, their Lotus French Toast! 😍 It was lovely and soft, topped with Vanilla icecream and sauces for that sweet tooth! . Lastly, downstairs they have a photobooth to capture some memories with your crew 📸 and ALSO a unique dining experience in the dark, yes! 🌚 It’s available on a first come, first serve basis and can maybe cater to around 7 people! . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .
