We gather information from the past and we envision the future. All this from the vantage point of the present. We have been doing this for so many generations,however, that it is too easy to do so unconsciously. Allowing ourselves to become caught up in regretting or harking back to the past, and even reproducing it for the future. It is important that we recognise that the present moment is where we truly exist. This gives us the power both of experience and of choice. In this workshop we will break down the process into the physical through our asana (poses) practice. We will be using the tools in your ritual package to support a conscious process, growing presence and envisioning a bright path ahead of us.
