small Riso flip book about a seal spending many times getting up before reaching the sea

the seal became a special recovery animal when I was recovering from back problems one year ago and daily doing seal-like excersizes🦭 printed at Knust in grey and sunflower, available here in my webshop

02 sequences and time

made a riso flipbook. lost years of my life doing this but i did really emjoy the process and outcome once i figured out what i was gonna do.

used a frame by frame breakdown of a concert video i took as the basis for it; wanted to capture dance and movement.

splitting the image channels for the three colours i wanted to use, 30 images, in 3 different colours. 90 in total?? dont remember exactly but it was really a lot.

final bind! couldve been better, couldve been worse! still overall proud of this, will post the final prinnts seperately - riso is DEF worth a revisit.
