Hisoka: “I’m not a big fan of them. Nor am I afraid of them. I’m just indifferent towards them, I guess.”
Kuron: “—I ab-so-lutely love frogs! Just like my love for reptiles. I love how they have big marble like eyes and come in so many different species and still look cute regardless in any form! Tree frogs are absolutely the best type out of all. Though...it does freak me out when they jump, but they are literally the cutest to look at behind enclosures or just in the wild ...I love them~Second best preferred pets after geckos and snakes~”
Metsu: "Frogs are such a mood, I love animals in general, but frogs are my favorite amphibians. Like they're green, they're slimy, and they have cute butts. It's stupid to look at such a thing in those squishy balls of squicks and "rippit"s. Sometimes I like to collect them, but am I allowed to do what's on my mind? Well, most of the time -"

“Büyükbaba, aynı şeyin, duyulara egemen olan duyguların, Yaşlı Rippit gibi insanları da aptallaştırdığını defalarca gördüğünü söyledi. Ki sanırım öyleydi…”

All designs from Mirabilia Designs by Nora Corbett:
#121: Dressmaker’s Daughter— June 15, 2012
Couture inspired by nature.
#122: August Peridot Fairy— August 15, 2012
August Peridot Fairy has luminous butterfly wings that radiate cool shades of aquamarine and grass green.
Her shiny black gown is cinched with a rose sash and highlighted with a lavender glow. Long black tendrils flow about her as she moves to cast her mysterious spell.
#123: Sleeping Princess— October 15, 2012
Once upon a time, on a bed of tufted silks and embroidered pillows, a princess lies dreaming of roses and lilies.
#124: Roses of Provence— December 15, 2012
These lovely Provence Roses are also known as Cabbage Roses. They have a strong sweet smell and a double bloom form. Their many petals add to their luscious volume. They are beautiful stitched on linen or scattering their petals in the wind through an English garden.
#125: The Siren and the Shipwreck– February 15, 2013
All that remains of the ship is the ballroom’s glittering chandelier. She longingly hums the ballads she’s heard echo through the glistening waters. Her iridescent tail shimmers as she returns to the luminous depths with her crystal treasure.
#126: Gypsy Mermaid— April 15, 2013
A Bohemian vagabond who collects trinkets and treasures from sunken ships. She is the pirate of the sea.
#127: Persephone— June 15, 2013
Like the lotus flowers behind her, with their blooms growing up from the darkness, Persephone emerges from the underworld once a year to return to her mother Demeter and herald the beginning of spring. Surrounded by cranes, symbols of happiness, good fortune, and longevity, she embraces the beauty of the Victorian era in her aquamarine gown while she contemplates the luscious pomegranate and the coming harvest.

#128: Red— August 15, 2013
Once upon a time, her mother told her to beware the dangers of the forest, but Red, all grown up, forges her own path. As she walks through the woods in her intricately patterned dress, she glances to her left, mindful of the wolves in her wake. Yet she smiles with satisfaction, confident her sumptuous and billowing red cloak has the power to mesmerize them;
this time, the wolves will do her bidding.

#129: Ella, the Frog Princess— October 15, 2013
Rippit, rippit, rippit!
If there is one thing stitchers fear, it is a visit from the frog. But what if things are not always as they seem? Perhaps inside this diminutive creature lies a secret: the satisfaction of a perfectly stitched piece, the realization of a hope or dream fulfilled, or even a dashing and handsome prince. Bedecked in a three-tiered buttercream confection, festooned with fresh flowers and sparkling with gemstones, Ella stands poised to choose her future. Will she kiss the frog? Ella’s smile says “yes.”

#130: Biancabella— December 15, 2013
In honor of her mother who stitched in the palace orchard, Biancabella visits the place where her mother once pricked her finger and made a wish. Her heart’s desire was to be granted a lovely daughter with skin as white as the fragrant snowdrops at her feet, hair as black as the friendly raven who perched above, and lips as red as the crisp apples that hung from the branches around her.
Dressed to celebrate her birthday in a stunning
robin’s egg blue gown trimmed with royal purple and embellished with fine ribbons and lace, she holds the last apple of the season aloft, admiring its succulent scent, wondering if it possesses the power to bring her a true love in spring.

Juleka switching to a Scottish accent is just the funniest thing to me. You see this pale goth girl and think 'she's probably quiet ' you go to talk to her and she speaks like an aggressive Scottish man who had his whisky stolen.
“Leuk here man, A'v haed a shitty day sae far. The fuckin akumas have been keepin me up, an ma mom likes tae sin stupid ass sea shanties at twa am, sae gin ye dinnae want yer fuckin arm tae be rippit aff bi ma own teeth richt now, A suggest takin yer ass an leavin.”
Cue that poor bloke just standing there absolutely terrified in French.
Rose in the background is like: uh oh, she pulled the accent out
