Johnny Canales passed away😭😭😭😭😭😭

For those who don't know he was a very popular Tejano singer and had his own show called The Johnny Canales show that had a ton of different artist including Selena when she was still 13.

He was very popular in the coastal bend area(Corpus Christi and areas that had access to Univision) and was known for his catch phrase "you got it take it away."

My boyfriend is Mexican American and his first language is Spanish. We've already been together for more than 2 years, and it's about time I learn the language (specifically the Mexican Spanish dialect) 🇲🇽

Some words are already familiar to me from elementary school Spanish classes and the Tagalog language 🇵🇭 has some Spanish vocabulary. I'm mainly relying on Spanish YouTube and the website Dreaming Spanish to learn, which uses the Comprehensible Input hypothesis of listening 👂

Please send me your recommendations of Mexican YouTubers (who make videos in Spanish), TV shows/telenovelas, artists, and movies! Or good Spanish media in general.
