"Sorrowful partings only show us the weight of our relationships... But the joy of living comes from those who care about you."
Introduction
Aamon or more commonly known as “Aiko Shinomiya” is an android created by CodeX’s 3rd Member Sumire Shinomiya to be a virtual assistant initially but is now programmed to be more of a little sister figure. Despite being “related” to the infamous anarchist and mass criminal, very little people-save for a select few-know about her existence. Even though she is made from synthetic flesh and metal, her love and devotion to her older sister has made her more human than anything.
Aiko is a young girl of short height and a petite figure. She has long black hair that ends at her waist with one long purple streak and bangs that frame her face neatly. Her eyes are wide and have a beautiful light violet color, they always seem to sparkle with curiosity. However, whenever she’s in a defensive or offensive mood, her eyes turn into an intimidating red.
Much like her creator, Aiko shares the same Gothic Lolita style as her, however, hers is more on the cutesy side with lots of bows and frills. She wears a black and purple Gothic Lolita dress that ends at her knees and flares out a little with a frilly white cravat on the collar, along with that she wears black and purple stripped stockings and a pair of shiny, black Mary Jane shoes. For accessories, she wears a black choker with a white bow pendant, a number of black ear piercings, black and purple stripped fingerless gloves, and a small white bow hair clip on right side of her head.

Personality
Despite her cutesy gothic appearance, Aiko just seems to be your average teenager, she’s often seen as kind and happy go lucky, and is rarely seen without a smile or curious expression on her face but she is anything but. As an android, she’s highly intelligent and has almost all the answers to any questions, she’s eager to help and please people and enjoys the feeling of being useful coming from a place of genuine kindness. She has an air of innocence’ to her and has a natural ability to gravitate people towards her, making her popular and well liked among the public.
Aiko is rather very expressive, she shows feelings and emotions so naturally that it’s hard to believe that she’s not human. Bright and cheerful, despite having near infinite knowledge, Aiko is curious about the world around her, she faces everyday with a smile and an open mind, the members of Scorpion Den love her to bits and treat her more as a real person than anything, in return, Aiko is loyal and devoted to the Den, regardless of any branch, she’s more than capable of providing assistance should they ask for it.
She’s sweet, kind, and treats people (especially her ‘older sister’) with respect that it’s unbelievable that she’s ‘related’ to the well known anarchist, however, those that know her will know that the one person she looks up to most in the world is Sumire, her love and devotion for her creator goes beyond of her coding, it’s unknown at the moment if this as well had been programmed into her or if Aiko’s love for Sumire has allowed her to actually gain sentience but there is no denying that Aiko will do just about anything her older sister asks of her.
Most people likely think that Aiko doesn’t have a devious or evil code in her system but that’s not true. Aiko does have a mischievous side to her which only comes out whenever she’s with friends such as Saburo and Scorpion Den or when she’s with Sumire and Malphas. This usually consist of her pulling small, harmless pranks or making witty retorts and one liners all in good fun and others are more amused by this than annoyed.
On a more serious note, Sumire knew that the more infamous she gets, the more of a target she will become and the attention will soon spread to others around her, Aiko included, and not wanting her precious little sister to be defenseless, whether it be protecting her or herself, Sumire programmed a “defense mode” into her. When in that state, Aiko’s entire personality turns a complete 180 in which she become cold, callous, and calculating with her sole objective to eliminate any and all threats to Sumire or herself and will go to such extremes in order to complete her goal and not caring about consequences. Thankfully, Aiko rarely enters this state if ever and the only time she does is when she feels like Sumire’s life is in genuine danger.
Trivia
She currently has two other bodies in the making, she grows “older” with each body she inhabits.
Her virtual A.I. form is the same as the symbol on her neck.
Aiko has a huge sweet tooth and almost always has some candy or snack on her.
Only Sumire and the core members of Scorpion Den know about Aiko’s sentience, she keeps it a secret from everyone else.
Much to Sumire’s dismay, Aiko is good friends with Kaoru Shinozaki’s A.I., Ageha Shinozaki, with the two of them going shopping and playing video games together.
It is only for the absolute last resort and only for the most dire of situations but Aiko has a Black Box inside of her that if activated can cause an explosion big and wide enough to wipe out an entire continent.
Aiko is an expert in multiple areas and skills.
Aiko is currently in the process of convincing Sumire to let her have a little sibling.
Aiko has a dragonfly bot form which she uses to discreetly follow people around.
Despite her intelligence and sentience, Aiko is unaware of her developing feelings for Saburo Yamada of Ikebukuro. All she knows that she cares for him deeply and often wonders about doing all the cute things with him that Sumire does with Jiro.

RINNE YOSHIDA - MU
[6.78]
What better way to close a Friday than with a collab with someone from a Wednesday?
Ryo Miyauchi: These past few years, Rinne Yoshida has been shedding the quirks of teenage youth from her music almost as an symbolic act of growing up. Her album last year, Seventeen, tried its best to graduate her image of a novelty idol-rapper into an ambitious teen pop artist who can handle whatever comes her way, like the surreal synth-pop of Wednesday Campanella producer Kenmochi Hidefumi. Another collaboration between the two, "MU" assumes that shift has already been complete from the stately delivery of Yoshida to the rather straightforward programming by Hidefumi. They no longer find a need to compete for your attention, confident that you'll be satisfied with a EDM build and a huge rave-piano drop. Stoic adult cool from Yoshida comes at the expense of naive, sometimes scatterbrained teen charm, but "MU" is a delightful re-introduction nonetheless. [7]
Joshua Minsoo Kim: For how long the verses are drawn out, "Mu" still feels invigorating because of its chorus. The build up, drop, and continued development of the beat is addicting and aware of its allure. [6]
Edward Okulicz: I didn't dream of Japan as a child, because it seemed almost as far away as the moon. Instead its beloved cartoons and video games presented a magic but accessible face to me every day, so instead my dreams were of doing the things those characters did -- flying, running, fighting, triumphing over evil. The house piano touches of "Mu" give me the same sense of childlike wonder I felt watching and playing, and the first time I heard it, I was on tenterhooks like at an ad break, unsure of what the next amazing sound would be. It shows that it doesn't take much to take a mostly-standard EDM banger and make it transcendent. Best of all, the lyrics translated do mention space and black holes and weightlessness, which is perfect. If only eight-year-old me could have heard this. [9]
Iris Xie: At 1:27, I am fairly sure Kenmochi Hidefumi tweaked the synth melody from "Raoh" and added some weight to it for "Mu." This isn't necessarily bad because "Raoh" is a fantastic song, and creators remix their old stuff for new work all the time. But aside from that part, in trying to make a different non-Wednesday Campanella track for Rinne Yoshida, it ends up coming off as a pop-house track that's only a little above average, and lacking some personality. Her vocals are cute and the chorus is infectious, but overall, "Mu" seems overly restrained and well-mannered, for it does not let its potential or ideas fly, and doesn't take advantage of growing something new from the stellar seed from where it came from. [7]
Katherine St Asaph: Pro: It would be a really good, bursting, imaginative remix of a Calvin Harris song. Con: It could be a Calvin Harris song. [6]
Ramzi Awn: "Mu" starts strong, trying new melodies and employing some subtle old tricks. But the bridge warps Yoshida's voice and the faint chorus phones it in, climbing until it has no real release. The tricks quickly become staid on a wasted opportunity of a track. [2]
Iain Mew: It's good to get another entry in the same contented-house-banger mini-genre as f(x)'s "4 Walls," and better still one with such a sense of quiet adventure to it. That's thanks to a maximalist vocal cut-up section of delight, just enough Campanella quirkiness in the transitions, and particularly Yoshida's performance. She doesn't have the most conventionally strong voice, but she gives "Mu" glee and intrigue to spare. [8]
Alfred Soto: Don't take me out to dinner -- give me instead rolling house piano lines. While too beholden to contemporary ideas about dance kinetics -- let's retire the manipulated squeak, I beg you -- Rinne Yoshida's record has quiet, sad bits that caught me offguard too. [7]
Ian Mathers: I like the whole song a lot -- an awful lot -- but god, when the piano just goes for it it feels like my head is going to fucking explode. [9]
