your dog loves you
content includes: haitani family, reader is their sister, fluff, literal fluff (like in poodles), they have a mom
"aw, how cute," your mom coos at a photo of a two month old baby poodle on his screen. before pushing rindou's phone out of her face and going back to slicing mangoesâbright, orange, and sweet, just the way that her kids like it.
"we should get it," rindou says, jumping slightly when mom shoots him a glare.
"absolutely not."
"you said it was cute," rindou argues and she scoffs, dropping pieces of mangoes on a red plate.
she gets up from her chair to wash her hands, "yes, i said it was cuteânot that we should get it." mom rephrases her statement, grabbing a fork and stabbing it into a mango.
"even y/n and ran think we should get it," rindou tries to reason with her. "it's 3 v 1," he adds, shrugging.
"and the one person in question is your mother." she hands the plate to rindou who nearly drops it with his phone still in one hand. "now go eat the mangoes. save some for your siblings."
rindou watches her leave, muttering something under her breath about when they're gonna come home from work. mom's never been too fond of them coming home late from work, even though they're always back before dinner.
"mom said no," rindou informed with a mouth full of two sliced mango pieces, typing something on his pc.
"dammit!" you cursed, your voice slightly static coming out of his phone. you had tasked rindou with showing mom a picture of a cute puppy and asking if you could get it, but a part of you knew it wouldn't go well. it never does.
"i mean, were you expecting her to go 'yes omg we need this wittle cutie patootie'?" ran snickers, his eyes fixated on the road occasionally glancing at you in the passenger's seat.
you groaned, leaning back against the car seat. you really thought she'd at least consider if rindou was the one who asked. "but i want her! i want a fluffy cute dog to cuddle and play with," you whined, pouting as you stared at the puppy on your screen.
"hm, you know," rindou paused to swallow his food, his voice ringing through the speaker of your phone. "you know those videos of people showing their parents be affectionate with the pets they didn't want? what are the odds mom ends up like them?" he questioned, making you light up but ran wasn't convinced.
"like, zero?" he said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"but what if?!" you exclaimed, resisting the urge to nudge him since he's driving. there was a moment of silence and rindou is about to hang up, until you started talking again. "do you just wanna get her?"
"what?" rindou and ran said nearly in unison if it weren't for the call lag.
"did you actually..."
"yes. yes, i did."
rindou sighs while ran smirks and shakes his head in amusement. you and ran were home for a few seconds, telling rindou to get dressed and go out with the two of you. you had contacted the person, saying that you'd arrive in a few hours to pick up the puppyâthe same puppy your mom clearly didn't allow you to get.
"and i just had to come along?" rindou raises an eyebrow and you give him a puzzled look.
"what? as if you were gonna stay home and work on that assignment you've been procrastinating for two weeks?" you call him out, leaving him speechless and almost offended. "that's what i thought."
"wonder how balancing work and class is going for you," rindou mutters, rolling his eyes and you stick your tongue out.
the button on your table beeps, prompting ran to get up and take your food from the counter. he comes back shortly, weaving through a line of hungry people. the smell of fried chicken and steam coming out of the sticky white rice makes you and rindou's mouth water.
"you told mom we were just going out to eat, right?" ran confirms, receiving a nod from rindou who practically buried his face in the food.
"yeahâ hoh..." he lets out a heavy breath with his mouth full, feeling his tongue burning from the freshly cooked chicken and rice.
ran grimaces while blowing on his foodâsomething rindou couldn't do before digging in. "slow down, broâit's all yours."
"i'm starving."
"starving or can't wait to meet the new family member?" you chuckle before taking a bite of your chicken and mirroring rindou's previous actions. "hoh... 's hot!" ran shakes his head at his two younger siblings, a chuckle escaping his lips.
it was 11pm when the three of you arrived home, each one of you with a missed call notification from mom. you had underestimated just how much traffic there would be on a friday night and ended up arriving home later than usual.
"is she asleep?" you whisper, glancing around as you hold onto your furry friend.
"i bet she isâ" ran says but is cut off by the sound of the downstairs bedroom door creaking open. the three of you stopped in your tracks as mom turns on the light in her half-asleep state.
"haha... surprise!" you laugh sheepishly, holding up the puppy that she can very clearly see.
you and your brothers had debated in the car over what her reaction would be, and it didn't turn out the way you expected. it wasn't a beating, it wasn't a five hour lecture, nor was it tears of joy (you're not sure why that would've been a possibility. this one was the most impossible of them all, but it would've been the funniest).
mom drags out a sigh, waddling towards the bathroom. "i won't clean her poop." she says with a deadpan before disappearing into the bathroom.
the three of you share a quick look before you and rindou cheered in unison, startling the puppy.
"yay! she didn't get mad!" you jumped up and down, not realizing ran had snatched the puppy from your arms.
"let's go to sleep, baby. don't mind those little noisy pricks."
it took one month. one month for your mom to get used to touching and petting maru. it took one month to get her even a little excited whenever maru did a new trick you taught her.
"maru, sit!" your mom would say with a treat in hand, watching maru squirm around impatiently and jump for the treat. "no, you did it earlier. do it again, come on!" you and rindou sat at the dinner table, watching mom test maru's skills. even rindou couldn't help the grin that would appear on his face whenever they played together.
four months in and ran would occasionally find mom sitting on the floor with maru on her lap as she brushes her curly fur with the expensive brush he bought online because the cheap ones they bought previously always broke and could never get through the amount of matting that had started to form on her fur.
after all, mom could never let it go that bad again. the last time they took maru for grooming, the groomer said she needed to have almost all her fur shaved off because they weren't regularly brushing her. mom and ran were the most devastated after picking her up, she was so skinny under all that fluffy fur. so you and rindou took turns brushing her with the new, and better brush everyday since ran was usually too busy to do that. it was never part of the agreement that mom would do it too, but she can't help herself sometimes. besides, maru seems to like snuggling in her lap and she's less squirmy when mom handles her.
whenever mom cuts slices of mangoes for you to share, she now cuts more slices into even tinier pieces and serves them in a smaller plastic dish. you can already guess which kid of hers got that one.
"aw, look at you. you love maru, don't you ma?" you giggle, taking a picture of mom and maru lying together on the couch like they've always been doing these days. a year passes and maru was only growing more affectionate with mom.
mom's phone rings when she gets a notification of the picture being sent to the family group chat, her sons replying with "aw's" and cute sticker reactions.
mom shakes her head, rolling her eyes. "no, i do not." she claims, her gaze never leaving her phone but her hand never stops scratching maru's neck.
"sure," you snicker, shaking your head as you leave them quietly so maru isn't disturbed.
mom claims that she doesn't love maru, and that she's a burden or a stinky burden, but she panicked when maru came back from grooming with an ear infection because the groomer got water in her ear one time.
or that one time when the four of you were sat at the dinner table and ran drops a single raisin on the floor while he's eating bread. he'll just pick it up later, he thought to himself. mom panicked when suddenly the raisin is gone and ran hasn't gotten up to throw it away.
rindou looked down to see maru under the table with an innocent expression. "i think maru ate it." he said, making everyone rise from their seats to check on maru before rushing her to the vet.
she panicked because she's made a list of all the human foods dogs can and cannot eat and has it all memorized.
mom claims that she doesn't love maru, but she's giving her medicine everyday until she gets better, sitting on the couch with her on her lap while she watches tv, taking videos of her when she's doing a cute trick rindou taught her to do, smiling from ear to ear when you or ran come home from work and greeted with the sound of her barking as she runs up to you.
the house isn't as clean as it used to be. scrunchies, squeaky toys, and fur are scattered in random places. once in a blue moon, maru might pee on someone's bed (but never on mom's). her paws get muddy and needs to be cleaned after a walk in the park, it can get tiring sometimes, but the house is visibly and audibly livelier. you and your brothers are off your phones more, laughing when maru does something funny like occasionally letting out a fart, you and rindou team up together to give her baths at home because mom doesn't trust the groomers anymore, and ran has a fluffy cuddle buddy every morning when maru sneaks in to his room.
mom may not realize it, but the three of you do.
"you think maru's favourite person is mom?" ran contemplates. you and rindou shoot him a look.
"we'll see about that." rindou says, grinning.
the next thing you know, the four of you were lined up next to each other, calling out to maru desperately to see who she'd approach first. ran couldn't help but laugh when he sees maru walking weirdly, confused over who's arms to run to.
in the end, she picks mom because she has her favourite snack hidden in her pocket. you and rindou share the same look of defeat, but all of you know that maru loves everyone equally. just don't forget the snacks.

Imagine the Haitani brothers having a baby sister who is a streetcar racer, driving a car the three of them modified when they were young.
In every race you participate in, you bet your ass theyâre in the middle of the crowd cheering you on. Any mechanical pieces you need? Itâs already inside the garage, donât even worry about the money, they got it.
It didnât matter that you do illegal street racing, your big brothers often even encourage it since racing could be a great benefit to Bonten.
In all honesty, youâre often their escape to when they almost get caught doing their illegal business, giving a sly smile to the police before entering your polished race car as you drove above the normal speed.
Rindou raised his middle finger to taunt them, laughing like a maniac as Ran gave a big kiss on your head, âYou really gotta be a part of Bonten with your skills, Y/n."
âIâm only driving Nii-chanâŠ"
âYeah, but a great one at that!"

haitani's lil sis as the honorary bonten member :< she's not too affiliated with them , but they all adore her so much methinks..
mhm mhm !!! dis is sooo cannon i wish haitani lil sister was real :<
you doesnât show as much around the gang, only when ran and rinnie are on a super tight schedule and you just happened to tag along. they donât like you around the gang because they know that the grimy boys wonât be able to keep their hands off of you ; taking advantage of your cute flirtatious personality and tryin to grope yr soft body and give u kisses ïŒïŒŸÏïŒ
they all surround you when you appear after months of being hoarded by your nii-chans, praising you and giving you lots of love. theyre sure to word their compliments carefully since theyâre all on thin ice with ran and rinnie after years of trying to get a piece of their little sis >:33
although not affiliated much with the gang and especially the crime work of it all, one could say youâre just as malicious as your older brothers. youâre no better than your nii - chans , excluding the bloody works.
you pick up on their mannerisms easily, eavesdropping on their late night conversations on how to expand, and the next day youâre a different person. acting all big and bad in order to impress your older brothers, just to get mocked and laughed at till youâre all pouty and on the verge of tears ;( but donât fret ! theyâll shower you with tons of kisses and sweet praises after, telling you that you donât need to be involved in all the bad work that they have to do and to just keep beinâ their cute lil sis <3

The Lily of The Valleys
"We can never go back again, that much is certain."
â°---âąâ„ Written by: Lucielitta
This is the Introduction.
A Haitani Brothers x Younger Sister Fic.
Length: 1807 words
Another sorrowful night began in their shared apartment, a vast space that felt foreign to him now. The place felt lonely, cold, and heavy. Shadows clung to the corners of the room, stretching across the walls like an unwelcome reminder of another presence that had once filled this space.
Ran couldn't sleep, tossing and turning on the bed, each shift stirring up waves of guilt that clawed at his insides, refusing to let him find any peace. It was unusual, his mind was a relentless whirlwind, it was far from his usual composed and calm self because all he could see, all that replayed in his mind were moments that had slipped away-flashes of warmth and a sense of ease that now felt achingly distant.
Tonight was supposed to be different. It was meant to be a celebration, a day marked by laughter and the kind of warmth that only his family could bring. But now, all he felt was an overwhelming sense of loss, a gaping void where her presence had once shone. No matter how much light they turned on in this place, no matter how much music it filled-it still felt empty.
It had always been just Ran and Rindou. For as long as they could remember in this new life, they'd relied on each other, weathering every storm and sharing every silence. They were the Haitani brothers-sadistic, inseparable, sharp-edged, and bound by blood. In a world that demanded they trust no one, they had always known, without question, that they could trust each other and they'd stood back-to-back, two faces of the same ruthless coin.
Until, one day, she appeared.
The girl they'd thought was gone for years, in blurry flashes of memory they could barely remember, had suddenly returned. There she was, standing on their doorstep, her face a ghostly reflection of the family resemblance, yet softened, unfamiliar. The same colored eyes mirrored theirs yet vastly different from the story behind their eyes. She was no longer the child they remembered in their memories but had grown into a version of herself they hadn't been there to witness. She felt like a stranger, a piece of their past that had been snatched away from them so slowly yet too fast without a goodbye. Yet, there she was, real as the memories that felt like faint whispers until now.
It felt, for a brief moment, as if everything could finally be okay again as if he could bring back the closeness they'd lost through all those years of separation. He told himself he could rebuild their bond, and bring back the laughter and warmth that used to fill their lives when they were together. There was a spark of hope, fragile but real, that maybe-just maybe-they could be family again in the way they once were.
Ran tried his best to reach her. He sought out quiet moments to be with her, to create new memories that might help them both heal. He would crack jokes, nudge her playfully, and invite her to share things with him like they used to. They were moments where she let him close enough. But she wasn't the same anymore. She was... different, somehow, careful in a way that made his chest tighten. Her eyes, once so bright and open, now held a guarded look. She rarely met his gaze directly, as if she were holding back pieces of herself, keeping him at a distance.
There was a kind of hesitation in everything she did-a slight pause before she spoke, a cautiousness in her movements. It was as though she'd built invisible walls around herself that he couldn't break through, walls that held her safe but out of reach. She was polite, distant, and afraid of being truly seen. Ran could feel her slipping away even as she stood beside him, her presence more like a shadow than the little sister he remembered. It haunted him, gnawing at his thoughts every time he looked at her. The sister he had in his memories was gone, replaced by someone he couldn't quite understand. Her silence spoke louder than any words, a constant reminder of everything they had lost. And he wondered if he'd ever be able to reach her again, or if the person she once was had vanished for good.
He sat on the edge of the bed, staring blankly at the ceiling. It felt as if time had come to a standstill, the clock ticking away the moments he could no longer cherish. It felt like it was just yesterday, he had been planning something special-a day filled with little surprises and sweet moments meant to capture the spirit of family. Even just once in their rough lifetime, they can be one again. Yet here he was, surrounded by darkness, grappling with the suffocating weight of guilt. Guilt for not being able to protect her, for not knowing where she had gone or how to bring her back. He felt guilt for not being able to reach out to her, to connect with her, and for their bond again. The warmth of those happy plans had turned into the icy grip of reality, leaving him with nothing but memories of what could have been.
Ran pulled a pillow closer, burying his face against it as he tried to stifle the overwhelming rush of emotions. The blaring world outside had now felt eerily quiet and empty, a stark contrast to the noise of the comforting quiet presence that used to fill their home.
All he could think about was their sister, her bright eyes and infectious energy now silenced. He longed for just one more moment with her, a chance to tell her everything would be okay, to wrap her in a hug and never let go.
But now, the silence in the room echoed the unspoken truths-the things he wished he could change, the promises he felt he had broken.
The quiet settled around Ran as he left his bedroom and made his way to the living room, a restless ache urging him to move, though he had no destination in mind. His bare feet padded softly against the cold floor, and the light, from their big windows filtered in, casting pale, early-morning shadows across the walls. The apartment felt strange, hollow in a way it never had before as if it held secrets he wasn't quite able to uncover. This space, where he and Rindou had spent so much of their lives together, now felt unfamiliar, almost suffocating, like a silent grave for what was once missing.
Slowly, he sank onto the leathered cushions, it hugged him uncomfortably, as he stared blankly at the dark TV screen in front of him. His reflection stared back, the lines on his face etched deep, his eyes hollow and rimmed with exhaustion, it was far from his usual self. He looked at his hands, now clenched on his knees, fingers digging into the soft fabric of his pajama pants and into the skin beneath, as if grounding himself against the urge that pulsed inside him.
Ran felt the urge to retrieve the tapes-the ones tucked away on Rindou's shelf. The urge gnawed at him, but he fought it, barely holding himself back. Watching those memories again felt like a temptation he couldn't quite face, not after the way he and Rindou had last spoken about them. The "talk" they'd had was brief and heavy, each word weighted with things left unsaid. Neither of them had been able to look at those tapes since, leaving them to collect dust on Rindou's shelf, unmoving, a painful reminder that seemed to linger in every shadowed corner of the apartment.
It was pitiful, he thought, to be reduced to watching old footage on his birthday, yet the ache in his heart drove him. Their sister had loved to film herself, her bright smile lighting up the screen as she documented the world around her. The camera had been a hand-me-down from Rindou, a gesture that had been less about affection and more about teasing-a means for Rindou to express the frustration he felt toward her constant need for connection. Their relationship had always been rocky, with Rindou avoiding her attempts to bond, often leaving her feeling isolated and unwanted.
Now, Rindou lay sprawled on his bed, lost in a drunken haze after a night of clubbing that had spiraled deeper into sorrow since her disappearance. The alcohol had become his escape, a way to dull the pain of loss that he refused to acknowledge. He pretended it didn't hurt; he called her a runaway, deflecting his guilt as if the truth could be buried beneath a mountain of excuses.
"Get rid of the tapes," his little brother had said more than once, but the words hung heavy in the air. Rindou never could bring himself to do it. He still held onto those unseen memories, clinging to the hope that one day, they might all laugh together again, watch what she had filmed through the years they were separated, that they could find her and bring her back home. But he would never say it aloud. The pain of missing her was a burden he chose to bear alone, locked away behind his stoic facade.
Ran swallowed hard, his throat tight with emotion. He pressed play on the tape, and the familiar sound of her voice filled the room. The girl on the screen was innocent and carefree, her laughter bright and infectious as she introduced her latest project: a flower crown she'd made for him. Each frame felt like a bittersweet reminder of how much time they had lost, and as he watched her smile, the guilt washed over him in waves, drowning out the silence of the empty room.
"I'm sorry..." he whispered, the words stinging through his heart.
The tape continued to roll, showing snippets of their lives-her cooking with him, her tiny hands flour-covered as she tried to make the perfect cake, the way she would pout when things didn't go her way. Every moment brought a new pang of longing and grief, an unbearable weight pressing down on his chest.
He could hear the faint sounds of Rindou stirring in the other room, lost in his tumultuous thoughts, but Ran was far too absorbed in the memories to care. The TV flickered on, casting a soft glow in the darkness, illuminating the sorrow etched on his face.
As the memories unfolded before him, Ran felt the warmth of their past wrapping around him, a comforting embrace that both soothed and tormented him. The laughter, the joy, and the sense of family that had once filled their memories now felt like a distant dream, and he was left with the stark reality of what they had lost.
I'm having too much fun rn-
I've been wanting to upload this for a while since this is the first big story I came up with before Forget-Me-Not. And now that I posted it, I feel soooo nice.
Oh yeah, for those of you who don't know, this is part 2 of the video in my YT.
I'll be uploading the main parts into chapters of the story in writing here so don't worry cuz readers won't miss the main stuff of the story.

[01:00AM]
When Rindou was angry, silence was the most common tool. Being quiet made his thoughts louder, so all he needed was calm.
Ran knew that very well, he had "raised" him after all. The pout in his expression and the inability to keep his gaze in his eyes told Ran that something was wrong with him.
"Hiro says he doesn't like stuffed animals anymore".
Ran took the cigarette out of his mouth and smiled.
"They grow up fast, huh?"
âRan, Hiro says he doesn't like dinosaurs anymore"
"And what is the problem?"
Smashing the cigar against the asphalt, Ran Haitani's huge body turned towards his brother. A slender hand rested on his shoulder.
"When you were 6 years old you adored those cartoons of a boy with red underpants. You spent hours and hours behind the screen"
"But that..."
"Let me finish".
Rindou looked at the screen of his phone. The photo of Hiro dressed as a superhero plunged the knife deep into his chest. He was growing. He was growing and there was no stop button that worked.
"When you turned 8 you told me you didn't want to sleep next to me anymore.".
"But that"
Raising his eyebrows was enough for Rindou to shut up.
"When you turned 12 you stopped talking to me about the girls you liked".
"What are you trying to tell me?"
âHiro is going to keep growing. Just like you did. Just like I stopped doing braids. Just like everyone else does".
Rindou swallowed hard before looking at his brother. He was right, he knew it. But admitting it hurt more than staying in denial.
"Growing up is not bad. It means you're alive. It means that everything is fine".

okay listen to me-
Let's suppose that reader is the younger sister of the Haitani and she starts dating, idk, kakucho... how would the Haitani react?
Kakucho x Haitani!Sister
⥠SFW, Ran and Rindou are overprotective brothers, reader is the youngest Haitani âĄ
note: well damn anon, you didn't have to be so assertive in the beginning of the request đ„Č but in all seriousness this is a cute idea
note 2: If you've made a request or plan to make one, please be patient with me because I'm unfortunately coming down with a cold and feel like garbage lol
âââââââââââââââââââââââââââ
đč When Ran and Rindou first found out Kakucho was seeing someone, the last person they expected it to be was you
đč They looked at Kakucho like he had committed a crime by dating their little sister
đč Interrogate you two on how you met and what your relationship is like
đč They don't really mind you dating, they just don't appreciate the fact that you didn't tell them sooner
đč Ran is especially dramatic about it
"I can't believe it, how could you not tell us you were dating our friend y/n? The absolute betrayal!"
"Ran, please shut up."
đč They're super supportive of your relationship, but they're still your brothers and they make sure to remind Kakucho of that
"We respect you Kakucho, you're one of our closest friends and-"
"If you ever hurt our sister's feelings we will break every bone in your body âĄ"
đč They know you're in good hands and try not to bother you about your relationship too much
đč If you had to date someone, they're glad it's Kakucho

Please I NEED to see Izana, Kakucho, Ran, and Rindou (seperate) do the Huapango dance with reader could I request that pretty please? đđ»đđ»
But it's completely alright if you don't do this one! â€
Hello. Of course I can make this happen. I do want to let you know, I watch a few videos on this. Sorry about the wait. I hope you like it.
Izana, Kakucho, Ran, and Rindou x Reader: Do the Huapango Dance
Izana Kurokawa:
Refuses at first
He doesnât dance
But when your father says that only real men dance, he is on the dance floor no time flat
He grabs your hands and then realizes
He has no idea how to do the Huapango dance
Not a clue
As you two move, you give him instructions and he picks up on it very fast
He looked like he had been doing it for years
You were so happy when you caught him smiling
You got to dance with the boy you love
He proved to your father that he was a real man
This was perfect
Kakucho Hitto:
He did his research before he went out with you
He want to know about your traditions so he wouldnât do something wrong or make a fool of himself
He was nervous when you asked him to dance at your sisterâs party
He never really danced before
Especially with a pretty girl he loved
He started dancing and you were shocked that he knew what to do
He explained to you that he did research because he didnât want to come and embarrass you with how little he knew
You told him that everyone in your family loved him and that even if he knew nothing he would still be loved by them
He calmed down a little bit now
But you were a little mad at him
He made you look like a complete amateur at the Huapango!
Rindou Haitani:
He sent hours practicing before you two were going to dance.
So much time.
Yet when he started doing it with you, he was a mess
It was like he had two left feet
He kept stepping on your toes
Making the wrong turns
It was really bad
He ran to the bathroom to calm down
His brother gave him a speech about how he needs to get back out there and focus
So he did
It went a lot better
Your feet were safe
But he barely made eye contact
He was too nervous about making it perfect
But you were happy he tried and it was fun
You probably wonât ask him to dance with you again though
Just so he doesnât panic again
Ran Haitani:
Like Kakucho, he did his research
Unlike Kakucho and Izana, he wasnât very good
He has bad eye site and refuses to wear his glasses
Especially in front of people he wants to respect him
Well, that didnât end well.
He stepped on your toes
He stepped on other peopleâs toes.
He almost fell twice
It was a disaster
He eventually sat down and sulked
But thankfully your father came to the rescue.
He sat next to Ran and told him about his first time doing the Huapango dance
Your dad messed up so badly he took out a table
30 years later he married the girl whoâs party he was at
Ran felt better
He might not be a great dancer, but if he can make you happy that was all that mattered

Secret
Summery: Rindou and reader have been dating in secret, and when reader finds out Rindou had injured Angry in a fight, she has no other choice but to confront him.
Pairing(s): Platonic!Nahoya Kawata x Platonic!Reader x Platonic!Souya Kawata, Rindou Haitani x Reader
Warning(s): Angst with happy ending
Credit to: @lostsomewhereinthegarden for the idea!
A/N: This would be a one-off, idk if within the series the kawata sister (reader) would be in a relationship with anyone. But, there is going to be a mini series where she does actually get a boyfriend. However, thatâs not gonna be canon to the actual Kawata Sibling series either lol. Just for fun really.
âI feel like I could have helped out more if I showed up to the fight. Iâm worried about Souya.â Y/n says as she helps her oldest brother onto his wheelchair. ïżœïżœïżœAlso youâre not suppose to be out of the hospital yet dummy. You too Mitsuya.â Y/n mutters, Mitsuya chuckles awkwardly. âYeah. I know.â Smiley was insistent on leaving early. And once he decides to do something, he does, and no one can stop him. âDonât want to help out your brother and friend in need? How cruel.â Smiley teases. Y/n rolled her eyes. âI donât care to help. But like I said, Iâm worried.â
âMhm. Me too.â Smiley nods. âI think you guys are too paranoid.â Mitsuya speaks up. âThose guys can handle it, theyâre unreasonably strong. You two donât have anything to worry about, theyâll pull through.â He says with a confident smile. âOf course there strong. Thatâs not what weâre worried about.â Y/n tells him. âItâs Souya, Iâm mostly concerned with.â Mitsuya gives you a confused glance, before he could question you, Smiley spoke again.
âI bet heâs crying right about now.â
âCrying?â Mitsuya raises an eyebrow. âWhen Souya criesâŠhe turns into a monster. Heâs even stronger than me when that happens.â Says Smiley lowly. âHe might up killing someone.â Y/nâs voice trembles slightly. Mitsuya was shocked. He had never seen Souya in a state like theyâre describing. Was it really that serious? That intense? âThereâs gonna be some pretty ruthless fighters there too.â Mitsuya sighs. âEspecially those Haitani brothers. Theyâre no joke.â
Y/n froze. Haitani brothers? Did he meanâŠthose brothers?
âHaitani brothers?â Y/n looks to him, Mitsuya noticed her near panicked expression. He nods. âRan and Rindou Haitani. You know them?â No. No way. It couldnât be themâŠit couldnât be him fighting. Now Y/n had more than one reason to be worried. Her brother could kill someone, not only that, but he would be seriously injured by Rindou or he would end up seriously injuring Rindou.
She didnât want either of those outcomes. She didnât want her brother hurt.
âY/n? Are you ok?â Smiley asks, noticing her shaking shoulders.
And she didnât want her boyfriend to be hurt either.
Y/n had never been so sad, relived, and angry all at once like this before. Sad her brother Angry had suffered such serious injuries, relived that he came back alive, and angry that her boyfriend was the cause of it all. She knew Rindou was a delinquent, but he never said he was in a gang. Not only that, he was responsible for hurting her friends as well as her brother.
Eventually Y/n had to come clean about her relationship with Rindou. Mitsuya agreed to stay quiet about it for now, but advised she be honest with the rest of Toman at some point. As for Smiley and Angry. They were less than pleased. They didnât blame her for not knowing Rindou was in a gang. But they werenât happy about her dating him.
They didnât control her, they knew at some point Y/n would get into a relationship if she chose to do so. But the fact she was dating Rindou of all people, made them unreasonably upset. Again. They canât tell her what to do, but they made it clear they didnât approve of her and his relationship.
And honestly. Y/n was on the fence herself. After that fight, she and Rindou hadnât talked. Rindou had actually reached out to her a few days after, but she ignored him. The more he tried to call or text, the more she would ignore it. She wasnât sure if she wanted to see him right now, let alone talk to him.
Eventually, it got to the point where she couldnât ignore him anymore and agreed to meet up with him.
Rindou waited for Y/n at a near by park late that night. She snuck out of the house to see him, and when she arrived, she didnât make the first move to speak. She just stared at him, taking note of his still recovering wounds on his face. Souya was responsible for that for sure. That fact alone slightly calmed and satisfied her anger.
Rindou finally spoke. âHeyâŠâ Y/n nods her head. âI guess you found out. And thatâs why youâve been ignoring me.â Again, she nods. Rindou sighs. âI was going to tell you. But, I knew that you were in Toman at that point. You have to understand why it would be difficult for me to be honest.â It was true. Typically, two people from different gangs trying for a relationship, wouldnât end well for anyone.
Y/n did understand that much. But she was still angry. Eventually she spoke. âA lot of that could have been avoided if you were just honest.â She muttered. âCould have saved us both a lot of heartache.â
âWould you have broken up with me if I told you?â Rindou asks. Y/n couldnât ignore the slight tremble in his tone as he asked that. His expression might have seemed calm, but his body language said otherwise. He was tense, nervous, perhaps even scared.
âIâŠI donât know.â Y/n sighed. She really did like him. He might have been a smug, sarcastic jerk sometimes. But he made her happy. And she made him happy, whether she knew it or not. Rindou likes her just as much, if not more. Which is why it was all the more painful to say these next words.
âI understand if you want to break up. Itâs my own fault.â Rindou started. âI should have been honest from the beginning. That fight couldnât have been avoided, but at least you could see me as just some other punk who was trying to hurt someone you loved.â He said, referring to her brother. And maybe there was some truth to that. If Y/n knew he was in a gang, maybe she would have put a stop to her feelings for him right then and there. She would have hated him for hurting her brother. She might have even tried to beat him down herself when she got the chance.
But Y/n be a liar if she said that was true.
Even if she did know from the start. She would have stilled loved him. It would have hurt, but she couldnât ignore her feelings.
When you didnât answer him right away, he sighed and tried to pay no mind to the deep ache in his chest. âIâll leave you alone. Iâm sorry for lying to you Y/n.â Rindou says before turning to leave. Finally, Y/n made a move. She reached for his hand to stop him from going anywhere. Rindou freezes and looks back at her. âY/n?â
âDonât go making those kinds of decisions on your own. Iâm not done with you yet.â She mutters, looking down at the ground, hiding her face and the tears that pooled in her eyes. âI donât want you to leave.â She finally admits. Rindou felt her hand squeeze his as she spoke with a shaking voice. âI hate you for lying to me. And I hate you even more for hurting my brother. ButâŠâ
Finally the tears came streaming down her face. She couldnât hide the sobs that left her while she spoke.
âI love you too much to let you go.â
Rindou wasted no time, he pulled her in and hugged her close to his chest, petting her hair soothingly as she cried. The two stayed in each others embrace for another moment before speaking again.
âI wonât go anywhere.â Said Rindou. âNot as long you want me to stay.â
Y/n sniffed. âGood. AlsoâŠâ
Rindou looked down at her expectantly, waiting for her to say something. He then groaned as he felt her fist collied with his gut. It wasnât enough for him to double over in pain, but enough to get her point across.
âThatâs for my brother you jerk!â
Rindou laughed weakly. âYeah. I deserved that. Speaking ofâŠâ He held her a little tighter. âWhat do your brothers think about this?â
âThey hate it.â
âFigures.â Rindou sighs. âI donât blame them. Iâd hate me if I were in their place. What are we gonna do now?â He asks. Y/n shrugs. âOnly they and Mitsuya know. And they arenât telling anyone, they want me to. ButâŠâ Y/n leans up and kisses Rindou on the cheek. âWeâll cross that bridge when we get to it.â
Rindou chuckles. âGood luck with that.â
âYouâre telling them too.â
âHuh!?â
âIâm not doing this by myself! Itâs the least you can do for lying to me!â Y/n says firmly. Rindou sighs. âAlright. Iâll do it.â Y/n smiles warmly and nuzzles into his chest. âGood. Iâll hold you to it.â Rindou couldnât help but smile too, he gave her a quick kiss on the head. âYou better get home. Iâm sure your brothers wonât be to happy about you sneaking out.â
âHow are you so sure I snuck out?â Y/n asks. âBecause since when do you do anything youâre not suppose to without being sneaky about it?â Rindou counters. âFair.â Y/n shrugs. âJust a few more minutes though.â She says, hugging him tight. Rindou rolled his eyes with a grin.
âWhatever you say.â

Hello could I request bonten Rindou x pregnant reader when they are hanging out with bonten in hideout and reader started to feel pain in stomach but it was only baby kicking and Rindou came and started to carry her stomach to help her a little and bonten was so soft bc of pictures in front of them. They look at reader as bonten's princess yk like little sister, especially Ran(everyone except Rindou ofc)
Thanks
Pairing: Rindou Haitani / Female Reader (Ran Haitani and Sanzo Haruchiyo) Content: Pregnant reader, pregnancy, mentions of "idiot" being used as name-calling, slight mention of alcohol/drug dealing. Author's Note: Ah. So I tried my best to work this prompt. (Also, I'm a little behind with my reading my manga so please don't come for me, ah.) Nevertheless, I still hope you enjoy! Beat me up.
Another night of you hanging with the regular group of men. Laying back on the fine leathered sofa, you can't help that looking at them banter around brings back memories. Both good and bad, you really appreciated being in their company, regardless of how certain questionable things fly your radar.
You dismiss them rightfully so, as you were right by your right-handed man, now holding something special inside you. Life.
"Of all the women you messed around with, you got me pregnant." You chimed in with the bantering as the man that you laid your life to looks at you with a questionable look on his face.
Women's intuition strong, you busted out laughing before holding your stomach in place, not disturbing your child with the intense shaking of laughter. Rindou always gave you those looks. You assumed it was one of his signature looks that he gave you while spouting your typical nonsense.
You didn't think it was nonsense. It was the truth, and nothing but. Being through everything with him and for the other fellow members, you would have left him, but you sense something in Rindou. Despite his sadistic nature, and the willingness to remain loyal to his men, you saw a soft side to him. One that had made you faithful to him since day one.
He placed his hand over your stomach, feeling the faint, painful kicks that fluttered your body. "You are so smart, you know that?" Pressing buttons was his well-known trait , and even seeing that you're pregnant, you would think he would let off easy with the tasteless remarks.
"And you have a smart-ass mouth, you know that?" You slowly rise up from the couch with a grimacing look on your face, Rindou's hand still on your stomach. He noticed your expression, and you nodded your head in agreement, noting to him that you were okay.
"Easy." He guided you from your standing position, now in the back of you with both of his hands slightly carrying your stomach.
"Idiot, no cursing in front of the child." He chuckled while slowly caressing your stomach. You couldn't help but to roll your eyes at his dry humor. Entertaining at least, but sometimes it can come off at moments where you just had enough.
"It's not like she can hear." You scoffed. "Hey, Ran."
The brother of Rindou looked over at your direction over by the couch, a whiskey in hand and wonder in thought. "Yes?" You overhear his question while it then got drown by Rindou placing small kisses over the back of your neck.
"Do you think babies can hear cuss words?" A senseless question that didn't need answering. You were curious about Ran's answer. For some odd reason, you felt like Rindou was rolling his eyes while kissing you. You didn't question it.
"They can hear words, but I guess those words aren't registered in their language or whatever." Ran takes a sip of his whiskey and laughs. "But I can go in depth another day, _______"
"Yeah, let's save that discussion later on." Rindou continues to pepper kisses all over you, ignoring half of what Ran said about your question.
"Ah, come on, Rindou, let's learn something from your brother, at least."
Rindou looks at Ran with a blank expression before nipping at your collarbone, making you jump from the touch of his teeth skirting over sensitive. "What he needs to learn is how to push. Profit is slowly declining from different areas in the city." He mutters to himself, before lowering his tone. "It'll be a bitch and a half to push weight in the red-light district. Cops are getting worse."
Hearing his brother with the usual complaints, Ran looks at him with a questionable look similar to his brother's counterpart. "I know that." Looking at the glass of whiskey in hand, Ran changes the subject by looking at you with a reassuring smile.
"When is she due, _____?" He asks. "I saw the ultrasound pictures of her and the group chat won't shut up about it."
"Can't help it. When she comes out, we'll make her a true member. The first female!" Sanzu chimes with excitement as he comes from one of the rooms in the hideout.
"My child is going to have an education, thank you." You disagreed with Sanzu's word of choice as you walked away from the couch, Rindou aiding you with walking.
"She can have an education, too." Sanzu includes before sitting down on the couch that you were previously on.
"My child is already tampered with the things going on here already." Rindou sighs. "Anyway, where's the rest of the gang?" Rindou looks around the room in search of more of the members, but only Ran and Sanzu were present. You looked at him with a face of slight disgust before complaining yet again of his mouth. "It's my child too, idiot." Rindou looks at you, surprised, before going back to look the other members who were looking at you with slight smirks on their faces.
"They're at the club with some other affiliates. Usual conference." Ran stiffens a laugh with taking another swig of his whiskey.
"I swear, she acts like a little sister to you," Sanzu laughs. Ran couldn't help himself, but to let out a soft chuckle. "I'm afraid Sanzu's right." Sanzu looks at him in confusion. "What you mean by that?"
Ignoring his question, Ran turns to face Rindou and then you. "A little sister to us, and a true woman to him. You lucked out, _____."
"We care about you, ______." Ran smiles. "Even in this lifestyle, we still care about our loved ones. Remember that, please."
Your cheeks feel hot due to embarrassment and you couldn't help but to look down at the floor before looking back at Rindou who placed a kiss on your lips.
"You can say the most pretentious shit, Ran." You feel a trail of lips slowly crawling to the top of your neck. "Even though she's my lady, she can be a pain in my ass," Rindou scoffed while smiling at you, planting a kiss before you continued on with your rants.
The tiredness of your pregnancy was an excuse to not go in with Rindou, as you continued to roll your eyes out of annoyance. You question your child's future with having your partner and yourself be affiliated with a dangerous organized like Bonten.
Nevertheless, you're grateful for your situation, regardless of how a mess it is. You're rich in everything.
Rich in having a man that cares for you deeply despite the bad consequences he lands himself in.
And rich in having a girl that both of you will love and cherish deeply, despite the circumstances that'll make you worry about her upbringing in this situation.

Can anyone help me find this Bonten trio x reader ff?
The first chapter started (it started when they were in kanto manji gang) with reader at the club with their older sister and danced/flirted with Ran before her sister realized he was part of kanto manji gang the they were getting chase by Ran, rindou, sanzu and Hanma and the others
Reader was drunk and got them caught, ended up vomiting Sanzu's uniform and apparently her sister stole/bought drug from kanto manji gang and is due on money and reader's sister just wanted to steal her ID card or smth? And in the end reader had to work for the Haitani brothers as a dancer over at their club
I remember the writer is Canadian and there was quote saying 'the girl who brought the Bonten trio together' or something like that

Brother, I'm here.
-- Kurokawa Izana x little sister reader
đ€ â Tokyo Revengers
đ â angst, implication of domestic abuse, suicide attempt, hurt/comfort, a bit of fluff at the end
:a/n â this one is a bit heavy :'> (wc: 2.4k)
â PT. 1 / PT. 2/PT.3/PT.4/PT.5
You, Kurokawa Y/N, only wanted only one thing.
A family.
A household with the said family whoâs loving and will treat you with care and affection. A family who wonât paint your skin blue and purple at any given chance and will protect you from all the things that you find to be scary.
That was the only thing you want but apparently, youâre considered greedy by the world for longing for something thatâs supposed to be given to anyone the moment they were born.
Something was wrong with you.
Something has got to be deeply wrong with you because if not, why else would you be standing outside the hospital where you just got discharged a few minutes ago and currently drowning the moment your Kuya Mikey fills you in with what happened and the truth?
The fucking truth of not being related to them at all.
Your Kuya Mikey- are you even allowed to still call him that?- who you see walking towards you, panic in his eyes because you're walking backwards, walking away from them as if walking away from the truth.
He was saying something. Emma was saying something, also reaching out for you. Hell, even Takemichi was saying something but youâre drowning, youâre falling, and youâreâŠ
Youâre just there.
Alone.
A part of you begs to listen to them, to run to them, to beg for them to accept you as their little sister because God, oh dear God, you loved how they treated you for the last few days in your stay at the hospital.
They treated you like glass. Like someone precious. Treated you in a way that you didnât even know was possible.
It got you questioning if you even deserved it because your stepmother said that you didnât deserve anyone elseâs love but only herâs.
And then it hit you.
You donât deserve it, donât you?
It was just a pity. It wasnât love, it was pity.
But guilt bubbles in you as the thought passes through your mind. Who do you think you are to judge their actions? Who do you think you are to doubt their love for you?
Youâre just a fool who wanted to force her way into their own little bubble of family.
Itâs fucking embarrassing, you tell yourself.
So you run away. Turn your back on them like how Izana did to you. You ignore their calls of pleas and waits. You drown everything around you.
As they curse at how fast you could run, youâre grateful for the times you need to run away and hide on the nights where your stepmotherâs wrath was too much. Maybe it was a destiny to be abused for this very moment. This moment to run away from people who turned out to be not blood-related at all.
You shouldâve just remained in your own hell.
Youâre not supposed to be here.
You donât belong here.
Kakucho kneels in front of his king. His king who he found in front of the orphanage. He felt like a fool for not thinking about this place first.
Because as much as they wanted to leave this place before, it was still their home in their younger years.
"Izana, please. She's looking for you. She begged me to bring you back to her." He remembers the way your lips wobbled, your eyes dripping with unshed tears as you begged him to bring your brother back.
As you told him that you want Izana to stay with you because he's your family.
"She doesn't deserve me and I don't deserve her." Izana says and it hits Kakucho, as well as the Haitani brothers who helped him in finding Izana, that their king was just as desperate as you but in a different way.
While you're desperate to run after him, he's desperate to run away from you.
All because he thinks he doesn't deserve you and vice versa.
"She'sâŠshe's too pure for me, Kakucho. She's too bright." Ran looks down, eyes glancing at Rindou because he knows what Izana is saying. He understands.
But he frowns and shakes his head, stepping forward.
"Your sisterâŠ" he starts and he could see Rindou's eyebrows rising in surprise. "I understand that you want to push her away. Hell, I wanted to push Rindou away from thisâŠgang activities before but he's all I have and I'm all he has."Â
Ran stops, sighing.
"What I want to say is that she deserves at least an explanation of why you want her away from you. That is, if you still want to push her away after all this talk. She was longing for you, you know? Kakucho told me."
Izana looks up at the sky. It was soâŠunfamiliar. Did the sky always look that way? It was always dull before, wasn't it? Why is it suddenly blue and white?Â
Why is it suddenly bright?
His hands are painted with blood and violence and yours looked like they aren't even aware of what violence is.
His head was filled with dark thoughts and you looked like all your thoughts were all flowers and sunshines.
How could he face you after all he's done? How could he tell you that he also wanted to stay with you because apparently, you're his real blood-related sister and that's all he ever wanted?
He breathes out shakily.
God fucking damnit.
If he's selfish to want to have you accept him even though he knows he fucked up his first interaction with you, then so be it. Make him look selfish. Greedy. Asshole.
He doesn't care anymore.
Kakucho's phone rings before he could even tell them to bring him to you.
"Hello?"
Something grips Izana's heart as he watches Kakucho's eyes widen as he looks straight back at him.
"WhatâŠwhat do you mean she's missing?"
The concept of family was always known yet unfamiliar to you. Everytime you go out and see parents with their children laughing happily, thereâs a longing, a nostalgia that you feel. It was ironic how nostalgia is present when all you could remember was rough hands and sharp nails connecting with your skin.
However, when you got informed that you have an older brother miles away from you, it was enough to at least dull the painful memories and it was changed to an imagination, hope, that your brother will let you piggy ride his back, will let you play with his hair, and justâŠjust simple bondings that a family do.
But you found out that it was merely imagination. A feeble hope to be destroyed by said brother.
You found yourself running and running and running.
You donât even know where you are. You donât care anymore. You just want to run away from here, want to get away from these almost familiar looking streets. Your eyes and lungs are burning. Exhaustion seeps through your body and your head is back to letting something hit it from the inside.
Everything is becoming blurry; was it because of the tears? The dizziness? Either way, you kept running until your feet took you to a soft feeling under.
A beach.
Youâre on a beach and the sand felt so soft underneath you it was making you sick. Everything seems big, bright, dull, soft, and rough. Theyâre loud. The waves are loud, entrancing and calling you.
Your mind is racing with a million thoughts and yet, it is empty. All you could think about was how nice it was to just rest naturally like the sun setting beyond the horizon in front of you. All you could think about was the âwhat-ifâsâ and âcouldâve beenâsâ if you didnât look for your brother, if said brother didnât turn his back on you, and if you didnât turn your back on the people who were nothing but nice to you.
Your unshed tears were dried by the breeze, thoughts seemingly getting blown away with it, the waves in front of you engulfing it and taking it away.
And then youâre just there.
An empty shell of what used to be you.
Youâre just there, feet slowly walking towards the waves.
Family is a concept you tried so hard to understand. Itâs something you know and donât know. Itâs something you experienced in a wrong way.
Something that got you questioning your true purpose in life. It was supposed to be given to you the moment you were born so why?
Why are you all alone and trembling in fear and yet, you keep walking? The water is cold and itâs pulling and pushing you in and out. Itâs shooing you away at the same time itâs pulling you in.
You were born in a household that paints your skin blue and purple. People are supposed to be born and cradled with gentle and soothing hands, arenât they? So why were you even born if you donât have those?
Ahh.
You get it.
You were born to die, werenât you?
Izanaâs vision was obscured with his own unshed tears. Heâs trembling and running. A part of him blame the Sanos for your disappearance. How could they tell you about the truth? Couldnât they have just hid it from you? Protect you from it?
But then heâs too aware of what could happen if people let the water boil for too long. Heâs seen it in himself. Heâs seen how he was so full of hope and was ignorant of the truth that it utterly destroyed him when he was forced to face the reality.
It was funny, he thinks. Funny how he uttered the words that youâre no sister of his but the both of you are just too similar, arenât you?
Both longing for a family.
It was funny because youâre there, a family, and yet he pushed you away. Heâs such a fool, isnât he?
But he vows to himself that this time, heâll make things right. This time, heâll open his heart and accept people. Heâll open his kingdom and let people do whatever they want. Heâll be a king who comes down from his throne for you- his family.
Heâs running along a beach, he registers, and your name comes out of his mouth as if itâs the last thing keeping him sane. And maybe it was, maybe you are the only thing keeping him sane because heâs running like a madman, the word âNoâ stumbling out of his mouth over and over again.
Youâre the only family he has. The only blood-related family he has so why are you trying to run away? Heâs selfish, he knows. Heâs the cause of this and he wants the waves to engulf him instead.
The waves already reached your waist but youâre just looking ahead, unaware of the people running towards you. Your eyes looked empty and it terrifies him. Those similar lilac eyes are supposed to be shining albeit a bit dim. Theyâre not supposed to be empty like his.
He reaches for your hand and tugs you to him. It scared him how you were so limp that you let him engulf you in his arms as he frantically dragged you towards the shore, how you let the both of you fall on your knees.
Kakucho, the Sanos, Draken, the Haitani brothers, and Takemichi sees the pure terror in Izanaâs eyes as he holds you against him tightly. They notice the trembles of his body, the wobble of his lips and his tears that are freely flowing, carving their way on his cheeks.
His mouth was gaping, opening and closing, finding their words but it seemed like the waves took it away with them. He doesnât know what to say.
He almost lost you.
Forever.
One moment, youâre feeling the water reaching your waist and the next, it was trembling warm arms around you. Having disassociated with your reality, you were baffled because youâre suddenly at the shore, kneeling, and leaning against someone.
You didnât have to look up to see who it was for he smelled like a family, a comfort, and safety.
You sob quietly against your brother, feeling him tense under you but his arms around you further tightens. Youâre also trembling, fear creeping in you with full force with the realisation that you were so close to killing yourself.
You feel lost.
Afraid.
Are you even alive? What if youâre actually under the waves and all of this is just an imagination? A last resort of your brain thatâs seeking comfort?
Your hand grips your brotherâs clothes, hard and tight, as if heâll disappear if you let go for at least a second. You hear him shushing you, calming you down, but it just made you sob more.Â
Despite being treated softly by the Sanos, being treated in the same way by your real blood-related brother was different.
You felt loved. You felt safe. You felt accepted.
This was the purpose you were cradling in your delicate, trembling hands years ago. Now, itâs being cradled by you and your brother; shared.
But something inside you is still not content. You need to make sure that everything is real. That right now is not just a figment of your imagination.
âKuyaâŠâ you cry out.
âYeah?â Izana says, so soft and gentle.
âKuya, Iâm hereâŠIâm here, right?â you question the reality, daring. You hear Izana breathing out shakily, his right hand cupping your cheek, tilting your head to his direction.Â
And his eyes. You have those eyes, donât you? Theyâre so similar to yours and it makes you sob more. Youâre finally staring at your family.Â
âYouâre here, Y/N, youâre here with me.â he reassures. It took you a moment to process his words but after a while, a wobbly little smile made its way to your lips before it fell- in relief- as you hid in his neck once again.
Your sobs echo through the area. The waves were calm as if giving you privacy, the sunset basking you with its gentle light and warmth.
The Sanos and Haitani brothers watch with a smile and deep gratitude to the world. Even though their family is broken, they know they were lucky enough to have each other since the beginning unlike you and your brother who had to cross multiple challenges just to see each other.
With a soft grin, all of them made their way to the both of you.
And all of a sudden, affection seeps to your head from their pats. It was overwhelming but you found yourself smiling and not running away. Your eyelids feel heavy, making you sigh.
Before succumbing to darkness in your brotherâs arms, the last thing you felt was warm lips against your forehead along with a soft âthank you for not giving up on me, Y/n.â and,
âThank you for being here.â
A/N: i swear we're getting fluff next hehe (with a sprinkle of angst)

Forget-Me-Not
â°---âąâ„ Written by: Lucielitta
This is the Introduction.
A Bonten Haitani Brothers x Big Sister Reader fic.
Lenght: 888 words
Notes: How's this? ( ˶ËáËË” ) Let me know if you have requests, ideas, or suggestions, I'd love to hear it!
"Tsk, You're useless."
A pained gasp croaked through the man's battered lips, its tall, tender frame tumbled down the mottled soil while his body tensed and was forced to entangle itself In the mossy mess.
"A single shot isn't enough for him, Aniki." Rindou narrowed and a disdained look splattered his usual sly expression.
His violet eyes rolled at the crumpled mess on the ground, hinting no remorse nor forgiveness in his gaze that fixated on the man twisting in agony.
The vivid hues of purple and blue's on his roughed skin tore a blood-way within him, how battered he is; a mark of his insignificance to the eyes of those who wield power over him.
Pursing his lips into a sardonic sneer, Ran tapped his index on the gun impatiently, making a mockery out of him as he stepped forward towards the writhing nuisance. "I don't have patience for little bastards," The eldest yawned, lightly flicking the slender roll of nicotine that dangled in between his lean fingers, lighting the burning embers off his nicotine. "It'd be better to leave him dying." A bubble of ashen air escaped his lungs with a low chuckle, his mind immersed in the torment of the pained seer by the man below.
All the while his calm mask still held onto his face with a sly smirk as he dragged on, "It sounds more thrilling, don't you think?" Ran piqued. He discarded the stick of cigar onto the man's reddened side as his smirk soon faltered, walking away from the scene with his hands in his pockets. Disappointment replaced his expression as he handed the gun back to his brother, his thoughts elsewhere.
Turning a heel away from the scene, Rindou slid his gun back into its holder, a sigh followed by on his lips as frustration formed on his face.
Heavy lines of exhaustion etched deep into the brothers' faces as an uncomfortable silence settled around them. The coldness of the winter air stung their breaths, their fatigue was palpable, but despite the weariness that weighed on them, they remained silent.
The silence was intense, almost stifling, yet neither brother felt the need to break it.
Just... Where the hell is she?
Patience was wearing thin, and they could feel the tension building up with every passing moment. He couldn't bear it any longer, restlessness wrapped around his body in coldness and each second ticking away felt like an eternity, a loop. How long would this day continue on for? They were at their wit's end, and the uncertainty and frustration were reaching a breaking point.
Tap..
Tap..
Tap...
Rindou's foot tapped in annoyance, his patience growing more and more thin as the heavy seconds ticked by.
"Damn it..." He groaned. "How long has it been? Five months now?"
Ran rolled his lips between his teeth, his fingers fiddling with the box of cigars. The eldest Haitani pulled another one from the box, his slender fingers placing it between his lips. "It's been three months."
Three long, torturous months had rolled by since they'd begun on the search for their long-lost elder sister. It was a challenge as day after day, week after week, the search went on, with no end in sight. They felt as if they were falling behind. Each day brought new challenges and frustrations, leaving them exhausted and disheartened. The thought of never seeing her again formed a coil around their necks in despair.
If only they searched for her earlier, would they have found her by now? Will she still be here by their sides?
The thought plagued his mind like a dark cloud, always present in Ran's troubled mind.
"Forget it," the other muttered irritably, a click of disapproval sounded on his tongue as he went on, sparking an inner turmoil within Ran. "She could be dead by now so what's the point of doing this search? We're just wasting time." His words pushed back the silence that settled around them, the air thick with tension that danced around his bitter words.
"15 fucking years..." He reminisced in frustration, a reminder of the years gone by without her by their side. The mere mention of her name sent an ache of regret and loneliness within his heart. "After all this time..." He glowered sullenly, "Why should we start caring if she's alive or not?" his jaw set in a hard line.
15 years, and there's no sign of her anywhere. They had searched everywhere, leaving no corner or no street unseen, there was no trace of her anywhere.
Ran's fingers halted to a still, the bitter cigarette dangled from it's precarious position on his lips as he took in his brother's bitter words. The eldest brother took a long, silent breath, the ash of the cigarette slowly crumbling down as the thin smoke curled around his face.
His muscles tensed while his eyes darkened from the harsh edges of Rindou's words, it took everything in him to hold himself back from saying something he'll regret.
He sympathized with his brother's pain. They had buried their memories of her deep within their hearts, never bringing her up in conversation for such a long time, until now when the weight of her absence was too heavy to ignore.
He's confused, pained, lost, and so is he.

hi kira! me again lol
I got this idea while trying to sleep last night but what if the haitani brothers had a sister (maybe their twin? like rindou or ran's twin since they're different ages) who's deaf? and if tenjiku meets her, how will they react?
- love Ria âš
IMAGINE ME, BUT TWICE !
ft. rindou, ran, izana, kakucho, shion, hanma, kokonoi x fem!reader
genre. sprinkle of angst, fluff, headcanons
notes. HI RIAAA<3 this was so cute my heart hurts :,)) + this post is sfw, but this account contains nsfw content. please do not follow if you're a minor.
growing up with a disability with your two brothers took not only great hardships, but also a huge amount love.
in your case, you were born hard-of-hearing and was completely deaf by the time you were three.
being rindou's twin sister was something you'd always known. you'd never known a life outside him, and your older brother, ran.
you and the boys had a rough childhood. your parents were bums, resulting in the three of you deciding to make a life for yourself at the measly ages of 12 and 11.
ran was only 1 when you two were born, but he quickly began to grasp that you didn't respond to his voice like rindou did. it hurt him deeply, especially more so when your mother refused to attend any type of therapy or sign language lessons.
so, as soon as he was able to, he took it upon himself to learn how to attend to yours and rindou's needs. it was hard. extremely. but he couldn't let you be treated the way he was. neglected and alone, ran fought to keep the two of you safe under the so called 'guidance' of your two useless parents.
by the time he was 10 and you and rin were 9, you developed your own methods of conversation.
as most kids make fun of things they don't understand, such as disabilities, you were teased for your voice from a young age - which caused you to shy away from speaking and only rely on writing and sign for communication.
meeting new people was hard, but, under the protection of your two big brothers, no one dared question you or your lack of speech. any one who did or had previously was left with a broken nose - at least.
due to growing up with them, it was almost a given that you would adopt their attitude. how someone could convey so much sass through their expressions alone, the brothers weren't sure. but they loved it; they loved how you expressed yourself regardless of other people's opinions, even if sometimes it was at their expense.
you'd also, thanks to years of practice and close observation, taught yourself how to lip read. it's always funny when you would appear out of nowhere during, well, what they assumed was a private conversation, and easily answer any inquires or issues they were facing despite not asking you directly.
of course, you knew they were delinquents. and good ones, at that. even though their lifestyle was dangerous, you were drawn to it, naturally. seeing how much fun they had always enticed you, especially since you'd spent so many years of your life living under the armor they forged themselves.
the boys knew you were strong. they'd taught you everything they knew over the years. so when you asked them if you could join tenjiku and fight by their side and they refused, you responded by wrapping your legs around your older brothers head and slamming him against the ground.
yeah, they changed their minds pretty quickly.
tenjiku wasn't aware of the haitanis' little sister until they were face to face with her, staring in confusion at the little girl who closely resembled their cogent executive, rindou.
izana tilted his head at you, staring in confusion. this was the powerful up-coming new member of his gang? a girl?
"she may be deaf, but trust me-" ran smirked, standing at your side with his arms folded. "she gets what she wants."
it was ironic, really, how good you were at convincing people. it had been a skill you'd never lacked in. when you wanted something, you got it. and you prided yourself in that fact.
kakucho is immediately drawn to your ambitious and fearless demeanor, the way you handle yourself - the way you handle others. he admires it. you almost make a weakness look like a strength.
izana is familiar with the basics of sign language, he'd learned it back in the orphanage he stayed in out of boredom and curiosity.
kokonoi isn't familiar with the language nor does he care. sure, you may be useful, but your weakness is so great that he assumes that you will only drag tenjiku down. however he doesn't object.
shion finds it rather amusing, a deaf girl trying to interfere with hardcore gang shit, deciding not to conceal a short laugh. that mistake immediately earned him an almost lethal punch from rindou. sending him towards the ground with a crack.
kisaki thinks it's stupid to get someone like you involved in a gang war. you will only be a liability to them, he thinks. my, how wrong he is.
hanma is, like izana, curious. it's clear to everyone here that you have rin and ran wrapped around your little finger. which consequently meant that you basically had an army of men at the of every whisper, weep or cry. you're powerful. he likes that.
as the days passed by, you continued to prove yourself to them, rounding up new members, strong ones, and leaving them at your disposal. the tenjiku members, apart from ran and rindou, of course, who already knew how you operated, were left speechless.
they found themselves learning sign language on their own will, wanting to understand more about you and how your brain worked. even shion picked up a goddamn picture book.
kokonoi finds himself reluctantly interested, refusing to admit to any one else that your abilities really did outshine your drawback.
however, while you're good at fighting, you aren't the best.
this becomes apparent when a deranged and practically nuts member of a rival gang lunges for you and you barely dodge him, scarcely avoiding a knife in your side.
kokonoi grabs you quickly, shoving you behind him without even thinking. his own actions leave him completely shocked and confused.
tenjiku in turn leaves him permanently paralyzed, discovering that over time you had also swooned them. they weren't sure how, or why, but it just happened.
even though he would never admit it directly, kakucho enjoyed your company and respected you as a fellow member.
the first time hanma made an effort was when he learned a pun in JSL, which came as a huge surprise to you.
that was also the first time he heard your voice - when you tried to hide your laughter from him by covering your mouth with your hand.
he was immediately smitten.
over time, tenjiku progressively become more protective. it's like an instinct. one bad word of you, and their opposition is dead. that's just how it works.
ran and rindou continue to be your number one boys, the brothers you can rely on above all else.
izana trusts you with plans and keeping everyone in order and respects you as his underling. but on a personal level, he thinks even more of you.
even kisaki learns some of the basic cues, giving you at least a little respect even though you often make it known that you don't enjoy his company.
overall, being the haitani's underestimated little sis had its perks. having a disability didn't change how much they loved you in the slightest. it just made you stronger.
