ALPHADICT: Introduction Post

In this post I will talk about Alphadict crew, at least about the little I know because there’s not much about them yet. This post may suffer some alterations in the future (I may change some info or add more).

Alphadict is a 8 member crew and and their music style is around rnb, soul and hiphop. You can find them here:

Now talking about the members alone. I’ll talk about Villain and Jinwoo mainly because they are the ones with more info, but I’ll give the links for the rest of the crew and I will try to update this post as soon as I have more info.

Birthday: 16 september 1997 

He released his first single on 9th december 2016 - Rainy Night

He also covered Jay Park’s “All I Wanna Do”

He has a tatto on his leg that says “heronamevillain”

- JINWOO (aka P.ODD) 정진

Birth Name: Jung Jinwoo (정진우)

Birthday: 24 June 1996

P.ODD is his underground name and it means “perfectly odd”

He has competed on kpop star twice (season 3 and 5) and he had an all pass in few seconds in his audition in season 5

He released his first single on 22nd September 2016 - B Side U

He has some nice covers you should check, like “All Of Me” and  “Needed Me”

He can also rap and produce music

I never heard of Alphadict but I‘m HELLA intrigued. I gather it’s a khh group? Are they new?

(If you don’t mind I will use your ask so other people that may be in the same situation can read this) - in bold you have some links to check if you want

Alphadict crew has been around for two years now, they started making and sharing their music in their soundcloud. The crew has 9 members: Jung Jinwoo, Villain, Gaho, June (they all sing even tho June can rap too), Moti and Rikeal (they rap), Owner and SCVKY (I know very little about them but for what I’ve seen they both produce music) and Robb Roy (visual director/designer). I think all of them can actually produce music, if I’m not wrong. Their music style is usually rnb and hiphop even tho Gaho and Jung Jinwoo (P.ODD) are also known for making some pretty ballads.

Jung Jinwoo has competed on kpop star twice (season 3 and 5) and he had an all pass in few seconds in his audition in season 5. On the other hand, June has been composing and co-composing music for some known artists like BTS and Suran (he also replaces Dean and Changmo on stage with Suran when both artists can’t and it’s funny bc even tho people don’t know June, since he hasn’t officially debuted, people usually make lots of nice comments about his voice). The crew made their first showcase around april this year where they performed their songs shared in their soundcloud account. 

Jinwoo, Villain, June, Moti and Gaho are signed to Planetarium Records, along with another amazing artist named Kei.G (he doesn’t belong to Alphadict). Only Jinwoo and Villain have officially debuted. Jinwoo first single is called “B Side U” and Villain first single is called “Rainny Night”. The other three (June, Moti and Gaho) don’t have an official first single since they signed to Planetarium Records later this year. The planetarium case that I’ve been posting about is something these 5 have been working together for quite sometime.
