Out of curiosity why do you bow before eating?

"It's a sign of respect."

Okay, i have a proposition for you guys

would you be interested in taking part on playing something similar to those choose your adventure type of games but through polls?

me and my friend are planning on making an oc blog based off of that and it's just a slay the princess au but our ocs (and the lore and everything else are different so it's not the exact copy of slay the princess)

you don't need to know everything about our ocs or anything what matters is that you get to have fun choosing and exploring different possibilities on how each routes would go ^^ !!

it wouldn't be in this type of lineless style like you see here it'll just have this more sketchy-like style like STP no release of date on when the blog would be publicly available yet we're still currently working on it!

Finally made the poster for TCPATRC!! And I even made two versions because I'm nice like that

I don't really have plans to turn this into a full story, but I definitely plan on expanding the lore and exploring the world in the near future. The TADC cast is so fun to interpret as humans.

right as rain!wish au inspiration and rambles

im sorry this is my self indulgent corner of the internet im gonna ramble ab my silly thoughts on my own au cuz i find it interesting

in case ur unfamiliar, right as rain au wish (the vers with the jacket and goggles) is based on the song right as rain by CircusP! (you can find more info on this au wish if u search my blog w the tag “right as rain au”)

but anyways, i was inspired to make the au cuz when listening to right as rain, i thought it made a really cool inverse to a lot of the imagery in nurture with “cause you can’t rely on hopefully skies”, but especially in the verse “a meadow right by their parents car, don’t step foot in the woods that tore me apart”

in my oc universe the “events” of the albums are quite litearl- wish gets the meadow on his back and finds fulfilment litearly IN the nurture meadow lol. so the idea that next to the meadow are these dense looming dark woods, ominous but alluring at the same time i thought was sick as fuckk for the imagery of this au, so i kinda built everything for this au off the core idea of “what if wish went into the forest instead of the meadow”

and so the idea is that if the meadow represents healing and choosing to keep trying despite everything, then wish going in the woods is to choose to embrace and delve deeper into suffering. but right as rain wish still has a happy ending, it’s just.. he gets worse before he gets better lol.

he falls out of love with his passion for music entirely in the au to just follow their parent and become a aviator to try and find passion in something he perceives as more rigid and less subjective, even if deep down he knows he yearns to create again.

the mushrooms are supposed to also be the inverse to the meadow regular wish has. and fit with dark forest vibes

but ya !! right as rain wish never will grow a meadow on his back, but he still has a peice of nature with him always, he will find fulfilment in his craft and his life like regular wish, just not in the same way. i think it’s cool symbolism idek :3

but yea ! im gonna read this tommorw and wanna delete it cuz i’ll think it’s embarrassing but also ehh you only live once let me have my cringe thoughts

I'm more than capable in combat, we make a good team, I thought he was happy with my company?"

"We separated earlier at Farm Arrays. Hunter kept insisting he has to do it alone, despite my pleading. Instead, I was told to head straight to Five Pebbles. I thought we had to visit there anyway? Iterators often use slugcats as messengers, I've learned..."

"Sigh... I feel a little lost all on my own. I miss Hunter already. I hope that, despite everything, he's okay and we will return to NSH soon. But first, I need to pay the local iterator a visit. I'm hoping for some guidance in regards to... ahem... rot, yeah. I heard they've been affected by the disease, too. Maybe they've got an idea on how to manage it? It doesn't hurt to try. Maybe I'll hang around this area for a while to collect as many pearls as possible, then have Five Pebbles read them to me? One of those has to have some kind of instruction on how to treat rot, it has to... I refuse to believe that the disease which plagued iterators for countless cycles is untreatable."
