Trey's Chow Down received a tip about this amazing queso dish being served in Fort Worth at an authentic Mexican restaurant. Located in Fort Worth at Benito's - Authentic Mexican Food on Magnolia Ave you can have some of the BEST QUESO FLAMEADO you will ever eat.

I was impressed when I saw the presentation and tasted the fresh QUESO FLAMEADO. Served with fresh house tortillas and fresh pico de gallo. They only use the freshest ingredients and vegetables to create a bold cheesy flavor profile. Look 👀 at the ***CHEESE PULL*** of this Queso Flameado. It was R.I.D.I.C.U.L.O.U.S! #RidiculouslyDelicious that is!

The Teenager had another COVID test this morning so we can get him in to see a doctor. Just can’t shake his cough. Fingers crossed it comes back negative.🤞 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The Welshman is headachey and tired after a rotten night’s sleep. He had his first COVID vax yesterday. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I had my second COVID vax yesterday, and am feeling rotten, whilst also feeling very lucky! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Side effects are normal. Not everyone will get the same reaction. Some will get them mildly, only with the first or second shot, or not at all. Some will get all of them. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I spent a couple of days in bed with joint pain, lethargy and dizziness after my first shot. This time, much the same but I also feel a bit nauseous. My hands are very swollen and sore, and I have a bit more muscular pain than last time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The swollen joint pain is a little tough as I’ve done so much work recently on my gut health with @anthia_koullouros_naturopath, which really decreased my inflammation and pain and increased my mobility. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ But I know that in a few days, I will be back to normal. I remind myself that this is how I used to be all the time, on a good day. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Please get vaccinated as soon as you can. This was an experience. The process: slide spoon along the side of bowl to pick up a dollop portion of the torched marshmallow, continue without picking up spoon to scoop a portion of the warm/hot blondie bar, caramel, and chocolate. Place in mouth. Let the flavors, texture, temperature set in. Savor this moment for one second. Then quickly aim spoon for the ice cream to scoop and then into mouth. New BBQ Discovery 😋 South Fort Worth 🚗 Texas Monthly Nunber #1 of 50 in Texas. Trey's Chow Down heard about this new Texas Craft BBQ location in South Fort Worth that opened last year.. We took a ride over 2 weeks ago to check out some smoked meat and sausage deliciousness. @goldeesbbq is located on Dick Price Road in an old cozy building that screams BBQ time. The service is fantastic with all smiles and there is plenty of parking which is a plus these days. We tried the Smoked Brisket which was succulent and flavorful. The ribs where tender fall off the bone and #Stupiddelicious. The smoked turkey was also succulent and loaded with flavor and savoriness. They offer a BIG variety of custom smoked Sausages and we tried all 3 flavors from that day. Each one was fantastic great snap, flavorful and delicious.
