Incremental Progress

Slowly but surely, the miles are getting quicker and the paces are getting more steady. It has been a busy couple of weeks but the workouts are paying off and I can see the changes. I am still working on finding a balance between workouts and rest, testing new nutrition to see if it works and trying to run with purpose. 

I’ve been doing speedwork once a week, 2-3 tempo runs a week and my long run on Sundays. I keep sprinkling yoga, strength work and TRX to keep myself healthy. I probably should foam roll more regularly...I’ll get on that. 

We are about a third through the training cycle and less than 50 days away from the Baltimore Running Festival and MCM weekend!
