SUNDAY MATINEE MUSIC VIDEO “Dancin’ by the River (Tex-Mex Garage Mix)” https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L14-hl4IEss — The lyrics came from a dream: I saw a clear summer day with a water baptism happening at Pine Creek, a scenic waterway that flows southward through north central Pennsylvania (and shown in this video). There was a romantic undercurrent between a man and a woman, visibly in love and grateful to be getting baptized. Surrounding them was a group of happy people having a festival—kind of like a Grateful Dead concert (minus certain substances).
This spicy jangly-guitar pop track was inspired by early Beatles, vintage Chicano rock’n’roll, Mexican gangster films, Roy Orbison’s “Pretty Woman,” and The Everly Brothers’s cover of "Lucille." On a cosmic jukebox it would play next to Richie Valens, Neil Diamond, and The Monkees ("Little Bit Me Little Bit You")—in fact, Davy Jones said it should be “top of the pops.” This recording (mixed by Tim Breon) has gotten airplay around the world and features the drum work of Bill Matlack, Jr. + vocals & percussion by evinrude a.k.a. Kevin Spyker. The song has been in my live set for years, including with Paul Farnham and The Gypsy Lizards, and the band October (with Ron Davis and Chris Haggerty).

On February 3, 1959, American rock and roll musicians Buddy Holly, Ritchie Valens, and J. P. "The Big Bopper" Richardson were all killed in a plane crash near Clear Lake, Iowa. Today is considered the day the music died. These three musicians are a big part of my childhood and the three of them are amazing Singers in my eyes.
Keep heaven rocking guys.

I have lived through most of the deaths in the tags, except for Buddy Holly. But I still mourn Buddy, Big Bopper, and Richie Valens (who was only 17 when he dies in that horrible plane crash).

Today, I went to the crash site of singer's Buddy Holly, Richie Valens, The Big Bopper, & the pilot Roger Peterson.
There was so much energy around that area. I sensed Spirit, so I started looking around, and out in the cornfield, I saw two black shadowy figures on each side of the field. I have no idea who they were. But, they were watching us.
There were people around, and I didn't want to make a scene.
I am going to go back with my daughter later this month, and we are going to bring a candle and try to communicate with whomever is there.
I'll let ya know what happens next time.

As nuvens e suas proezas,
trazendo as chuvas
que fazem reviver os nossos campos, transformando de secos
a verdejantes,
fazem aquela sombra refrescante
durante o sol escaldante,
um balé maravilhoso
com os ventos fortes de cada dia,
é uma espécie de dança de salão,
dois pra lá,
dois pra cá,
também servem de pintura,
deixando o céu azul negro,
branco
ou colorido com os fachos de luz,
as nuvens se tornaram
brincadeira de criança,
ao deitar no chão
e olhar lá em cima suas transformações,
hora é um coelho,
gato
ou cachorro,
em outras um trem,
um avião
ou caminhão,
elas mudam o tempo todo de aparência
só depende da nossa imaginação,
as nuvens trazem vida
e também a morte
dependendo da situação,
raios perigosos,

My Little Ruby". https://www.plasticosydecibelios.com/muere-chan-romero-el-autor-de-la-famosa-the-hippy-hippy-shake/
