I am like 90% sure this has been done before but Star City being 100% aware that Green Arrow is Oliver Queen but keeping up the charade for him. Yk there is this bit in the comics about how easy it is to figure out bc of that goddamned beard, Mia was all like "??? Of course i know, look at your chin, my guy!"

I just REALLY enjoy the idea of Star City people being all like "yeah sure thats our billionaire gone broke next door but noone has the heart to tell him." At the same time when inquired they immediately protect his identity like "GA is Ollie Queen? Are you mental? That guy is rescued by GA like a few dozen times a year, trust me I was there once. Plus, Queen helps at the soup kitchen my cousin is at and he says there is no way he could work a bow, guys way too incompetant. And ey, one time he was helping my Nana carry her groceries home and this guy demanded money from her and BAM there was GA stopping that shit right then and there, scared the shit out of Queen, guy was useless! GA is Olliver Queen... can you even hear yourself?"

And it's all bc he is so integrated into the community and basically friends/aquaintances with everyone, noone wants to see him arrested for vigilantism and everyone who does has to fight an entire community's worth of testimony saying that Ollie can't possibly be GA. But absolutely noone wants to tell him hes so easy to figure out, too, hes having too much fun, leave him be
