why does recovery take so long..
#camera talks#and so much effort#like. i know why obviously#but also i didn't do half this stuff to mess me up so why is it on me to spend the next 30 years of my life fixing it#rghgrhrg#this is about like. everything#i feel really worried for/about them for no reason and i got the urge to reach out but i cant do that ever#im trying to get better#and when mental illness comes from childhood trauma like wtf am i supposed to do with that#its just tough. sigghhh one more year i got this#i got my people i can do thiss <3
