A modern au where Kylo Ren is an actor with a strange infatuation for his hairdresser named Rey. But nothing is simple in a world full of rumors and deceipts.

Excerpt:  “I wouldn’t call you defenseless,” Rey says. 

He smiles at her, bemused. But she sees the vulnerability in his features. She once would have never noticed. 

She spritzes a few of his strands with water to frame his forehead and temple. He looks rumpled and sweaty and Rey is really beginning to like her work. She is beginning to like the way she can mold him. Sculpt him.

"And what would you call me?" He challenges.

Ben is coming back from whatever astral plane he’s in now to return to her. That’s my head canon.

I think a better ending would be Rey searching the galaxy for him. It would have made a nice juxtaposition with her former state of waiting for family. IF they wanted to do the “Kylo’s dead thing”

He should have been ALIVE but I digress.....
