I've been working on subtitles for a few things for the last few months, for some friends and to practice my own translation/localization skills. should I post them here? what does everyone think?

so idk what exactly is meant by "yuri shounen" (is it yuri that runs in a shounen magazine? or is it just like, action stuff or genre fiction? i'm assuming the latter bc yuri runs in shounen magazines not infrequently) but here's a small list of stuff off my shelf and things i've watched that maybe qualify:

this is without even mentioning the entire girls with guns genre, girls' sports anime... there are so many kinds of yuri out there. shoutouts to women

there should be more Yuri Shounen

reflecting on how when i watched baddy for the first time (it was So Good) everyone in the chat kept going "wow this is so weird what even is happening lol" and i sat there going "i mean it's a bit over-the-place sure but it's not that bad?? what am i missing" until recently i realized that the structure of baddy (and perhaps most revues idk i've only seen baddy) is just the way french musicals are structured. song and dance numbers that place more value in themes or spectacle or dance & song than anything like a "plot" or "continuity that makes sense"
