🎹🌈🕶🥁Done🥁🕶🌈🎹 This was a commissioned piece, my client made this canvas for me to work on, delivered it to my studio and agreed to pay me a set sum of money to paint him anything I wanted using already existing stencils. This piece took many days and many hours, it sent waves of nostalgia running through me to use some stencils that are the very first ones I ever made. Several of the stencils on this painting are almost 15 years old and this style of collaging is something that I haven’t done in a very long time. My client was overwhelmed. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK? 🌈🤷🏻‍♂️🎉WIP🎉🤷🏻‍♂️🌈 It’s rare for me to post pics of something that’s unfinished, but everything about this piece is rare. This is a commissioned piece, my client made this canvas for me to work on, delivered it to my studio and agreed to pay me a specific sum of money to paint him anything I wanted using already existing stencils. I don’t really do pieces like this anymore, it harkens back to my early stencil days circa age 16 when @girlwillramble and I used to roam the streets of PDX Spraying stencils and smoking pot on our bikes. I guess this piece made me kind of nostalgic because some of these stencils are the very first ones I ever made.
