Episode 7, season 11 of King of the Hill is basically episode 4, season 4 of Adventure Time except it's Bill Dauterive dating Reverend Stroup instead of Mr Pig dating Tree Trunks. Two dorky old creatures find love and everyone else finds it nauseating.

Bill's romances are never allowed to last beyond an episode because the narrative requires him to be perpetually the lonely sadsack friend, but you know, I hope eventually, perhaps after the show ended, he and Reverend Stroup tied the knot and adopted a rejuvenated lich.
