This is the baseline interior I'm shooting for. A lot of stuff still to do, and inner door walls, and bed of the SUV, but this is where I'm at thus far for ideas. Doing a little more tinkering, and then on to the dashboard... the effing dashboard. I hate the dashboard. I usually cheap out on it, but won't this time. Found the perfect bucket seats for the Goat!! I have to build some boxes to raise them up a little bit and angle then forward. Lucky to have a pile of old bodies and interiors laying around! Well, got all the links mocked up, servo installed, and getting it ready for some wheels and tires. I like this set up a lot! @lockeduprc did their homework on this, and it shows! I had to move the forward to make room for the track bar which is no big deal. This thing is looking good so far. No servo in sight. Going to install the drop link for the pan hard bar. Then I'm going to build a whole new front axle for this. I need to get longer links and push the front forward about an inch. Need to clear the rear of the wheel well more. Getting the holes lined up to make the CMS set into the frame rails, and to get the drop bracket set up. Digging this CMS from @lockeduprc right now! Working on the goat today. I used the @tjrcproducts high clearance skid as I wanted a nice flat mounting spot for the Transfer case. As you can see the skid is a fatty, so I trimmed some chassis away to fit the skid. Getting the chassis done so I can get the interior started. The part of cleaning and prepping a body is frustrating, and fun all at the same time. I've learned that power tools are not always your friend. I picked up this little hand saw to help with the hard to reach places. I enjoy building stuff, working with plastic, and getting it done! Getting the Resurrection of The Goat started! Decided to cut out 4 door windows this time around. I will finish the windows up, and get to work on the chassis.
