Just Finished: CastleVania: The New Generation

A fresh iteration back when it came out, The New Generations takes us to a trip through Europe looking for Dracula's Castle during the 19th Century.

Exclusive to the Megadrive this exclusive release (known as Bloodlines on US) brings a new team of vampire hunters with Eric Lecarde being the star of the game as it allow us to use the spear instead of the classic whip.

It's a fun and challenging game, with lots of visual enhancements only able to being reproduced on the Sega's 16bit console due to the graphic processor. A very fast paced experience that makes this one of the best titles on the Mega Drive (Sega Genesis) and a pretty good CastleVania!

Just Finished: Tetris 2

Well, I really wasn't expecting this! I've never played Tetris 2 before so I thought it would be the same game with some fancy artwork. But instead Nintendo brought a new different approach to the game adding "colors", 3/6 line rules and "bombs" to detonate. At first I wasn't getting into to it but as soon as I understood what I could do it became as addicting as the first title. Very clever, very good. Well Done!
