I'm learning about boundaries so I can better establish them with others in my life. It seems that sometimes boundaries need to be verbally communicated & made clear to others. Then, you need to follow through with your actions. I apologized to a friend if I crossed or over stepped any boundaries with him. I told him that I'm willing to learn & understand the boundaries that he has that maybe I don't see clearly.
