I'm Breakthrough Hypnotherapy, an experienced Meditation Coach here to help you find your best self through meditation. My path to meditation came from my own desire to heal the stress and anxiety lying deep within me. I knew I had to share this feeling, and today I could not feel happier or more fulfilled with my professional journey.
Since 2000, I have dedicated myself to helping others feel more empowered and fulfilled through meditation. Each and every human being has a beautiful light within themselves, and I can’t wait to help you unlock it.
Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a cutting edge technique that uses regression therapy. It assists in shattering old belief systems that no longer serve you, and replaces them with more empowering thought forms. While in hypnosis we will explore the subconscious to get to the root cause of the issues you choose to address. By regressing you back to pivotal scenes in early childhood, infantry, womb, and sometimes even past lives, we review, understand, and change the meaning attached to these scenes; rewiring and transforming you for the better.

After reading the reforms on abolitionanddisabilityjustice.com I'd like to share a story!
Please please heed these trigger warnings because this rant will not be very filtered.
>!severe depression!<
>!Homelessness!<
>!Mental illness!<
>!unsupportive family!<
>!heavy SH!<
>!drug use!<
When I turned 19 I had just transitioned out of longer term residential care due to a break down I will talk about at a different time. Alot of my life at this point was filled with regrets, my family completely unsupportive to my transition left me solely reliant on myself in the southern California housing market. I had managed to get into a halfway house that was suppose to help me keep my head up while I worked on something more permanent, but being the young trans guy in a really shitty cramped area had severe affects.
Those that respected my choices were known, and those that didn't made it clear I needed to go. By the second month, I was already back to my harming ways. Nothing deep at this point, but still enough that I couldn't handle it. My mom kept telling me about how great life is without me, and my older sister relished in my horrible state. Both her words and my sisters smile swim in my head today.
A couple days before my birthday I had a routine inspection/drug test to be able to live where I did. Although I was a trustworthy person and hadn't even tried weed at this point, they still watched me go. I had cuts on my upper thighs, light but often enough that the faucility immediately terminated my lease and took my rent money away. I was told to evict off the property by the end of the day, and spend the beginning of it calling everywhere looking for a place. My treatment center I had just graduated from refused reentry without hospitalization, and I didn't want to go back into one of those again.
I took off and eventually holed up in a hostel around the area so I wasn't suffering, but was back to a single suitcase with everything I owned. My cutting from then got immediately worse, to the point of needing stitches but I was being left to suffer, even going to therapy weekly, being on meds, I still was homeless, working two jobs to just keep a shelter roof over my head, and fell down a path of peddling. I had to crawl my way out of that hole with the aid of my boyfriend. I was dead inside and out, and without family willing to help..
This could have been avoided if the treatment center would of taken me back, like they're commitment was suppose to be. It would of been better if more homeless mental health clinics existed or we had better support for crisis situations.
This wouldn't of been so horrible if the halfway house didn't kick me out, and had chosen to help like marketed. You don't respond to a problem by making more. People with chronic mental health, even self sabotaging ones, can repair themselves and find a reason to live. They may be the intern, the barista, the car valet, but they're out there. When society resigns someone to the pits it destroys spirits and corrupts lives. Do not let it keep happening.

Bipolar disorder is a lifelong condition that doesn't go away on its own. While it can feel overwhelming and isolating at first, an early, accurate diagnosis is the first step toward getting better. Navigating Rehabilitation A Comprehensive Guide to Rehabs in Sacramento
Rehabilitation centers play a vital role in providing support and treatment for individuals grappling with substance abuse and addiction. In Sacramento, California, a variety of rehab facilities offer diverse programs tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual seeking recovery. From outpatient services to residential programs, the options are abundant, providing hope and healing for those in search of a path to sobriety.
Understanding the Types of Rehabilitation Programs: Rehabilitation programs in Sacramento encompass a range of services designed to address different levels of addiction and individual needs. Outpatient programs offer flexibility, allowing individuals to attend therapy sessions and receive support while maintaining their daily routines. These programs are ideal for those with mild to moderate addiction or those transitioning from residential treatment.
On the other hand, residential or inpatient rehabilitation programs provide a more intensive level of care, offering 24/7 supervision and support in a structured environment. These programs are suitable for individuals with severe addiction or those who require a higher level of medical and psychological intervention.
Tailored Treatment Approaches:
Rehabilitation centers in Sacramento employ various treatment approaches to address the complex nature of addiction. Evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing are commonly utilized to help individuals identify triggers, develop coping skills, and modify unhealthy behaviors.
Additionally, holistic approaches including yoga, meditation, art therapy, and equine therapy are incorporated to promote overall well-being and address the underlying issues contributing to addiction. By addressing the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of recovery, these holistic approaches enhance the effectiveness of treatment and support long-term sobriety.
Dual Diagnosis Treatment:
Many individuals struggling with addiction also experience co-occurring mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, or trauma. Dual diagnosis treatment programs in Sacramento are specially designed to address both substance abuse and mental health issues concurrently. By integrating psychiatric care with substance abuse treatment, these programs provide comprehensive support to address the complex needs of individuals with dual diagnoses.
Aftercare and Relapse Prevention:
Recovery from addiction is an ongoing process that extends beyond the duration of formal treatment. Rehabs in Sacramento prioritize aftercare planning to support individuals as they transition back to their communities. This may include continued therapy, support group participation, sober living arrangements, vocational training, and assistance with developing healthy routines and coping strategies.
Furthermore, relapse prevention strategies are emphasized to help individuals recognize triggers, manage cravings, and navigate challenges without returning to substance use. By empowering individuals with the skills and resources necessary to maintain sobriety, rehab programs in Sacramento promote long-lasting recovery.
Finding the Right Rehab:
Choosing the right rehab facility is a crucial step on the journey to recovery. When selecting a rehab in Sacramento, it's essential to consider factors such as the facility's accreditation, treatment approaches, staff credentials, amenities, and aftercare services. Additionally, individuals should assess their own needs and preferences to ensure a good fit with the program's offerings and philosophy.
Rehabilitation centers in Sacramento play a pivotal role in helping individuals overcome addiction and reclaim their lives. With a variety of treatment programs, evidence-based therapies, holistic approaches, and aftercare services, these facilities provide comprehensive support tailored to meet the diverse needs of each individual seeking recovery. By addressing the physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of addiction, rehabs in Sacramento offer hope, healing, and the opportunity for a brighter future.

(some brief mentions of suicide, health issues, and general depressing ancestry shit ahead)
I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with my grand uncle this afternoon. A lot of information that I was able to scramble together from ancestry was true, like the years he and his brothers were born and that sort of thing. My great-grandpa didn’t move around much after he relocated to Alaska and it sounds like he preferred it that way. There was some mixed information where it sounds like he didn’t talk about his family much at all but also my grand uncle can remember taking a trip to see relatives when he was very small (like single digit age), including meeting his grandma/my 2nd great-grandma down in California.
I’m also amazed at how over the last few decades we’ve been almost circling each other without ever meeting. He lived up here in Washington and worked for Boeing around the year we were up here for my uncle’s wedding. When Alice and I moved her out from New Hampshire, we drove through the area in upstate NY where he has been living for the last 20 years. He briefly lived in the Chicago area, where at one point his half sister lived three hours south.
Years and years ago when I decided to tackle this part of my family, my original intent was to see maybe if there were any genetic health issues on that side that we should know about since my dad had zero information. I finally got... an answer, sorta. My great-grandpa in 1987 was facing a health issue that may have been colon cancer, but you know how he actually died? He killed himself before finding out. I get the impression that he did not want to go through the treatment for that and/or end up with a colostomy bag, which like
I feel angry finding this out because by all accounts once he was settled in Alaska he was an upstanding man, but we know him as the man that abandoned my grandma and her sister. I don’t know what it’s like to live with a colostomy bag or go through that but at least now in 2023 I know that there’s people out there destigmatizing it and just living their lives. He could have lived and he didn’t. His death was the first major family death that my grand uncle experienced and it wasn’t until he was in college. I felt an ocean of difference in our lives finding THAT out because I’ve been unfortunately acquainted with death for most of my life.
I also just can’t help but interpret finding out his manner of death as just the inevitable end result of what colonization has been trying to do. I straight up told my grand uncle that I think the reason why our family is Like This is because his grandma was in the residential school. This is all by design. The intended result of these fucking schools was to tear families apart and generations later this is what happened. I’m also completely over the fact that I keep hearing stories from relatives about why nobody talks to each other any more and I am about to message my aunt and be like “let’s bury the hatchet. you have uncles out there that want to talk to you” because I’m fucking DONE with it. My maternal grandma died having not spoken to her brother in ages. My dad’s side had completely shattered family relationships. Time is a thief and so is colonization and I want to take this shit back.
