before you read: this is a remake (re-vamp if you will. sorry.) of my very first social media au on tumblr!! the original is very cringe and old. i want to give it an update, hopefully this one ages better. its pretty much the same. if you follow me for my enha fics, the level of seriousness is higher than dwmb or s4u was (don't expect any cult or staples subplots).

Jisung felt like his entire body was going to explode, not figuratively speaking but literally. Only this wasn’t because of some weird food combination Xiaojun stuffed down his throat during a hot pot, no this was serious. The sun was shinning way too bright, everything was way too loud, and he still couldn’t help the weird intense smell of iron, this time coming from everyone.

Chenle asked if he had been drinking, that it seemed like he had a hangover, to which he replied he wished it was. A hangover felt like paradise in comparison to the overwhelming pain Jisung was trying so hard to hide. He didn’t want to be a buzz kill and make you feel uncomfortable by his presence.

He felt bad enough that Chenle had mentioned to you that he went MIA and that’s part of the reason you booked a flight back home sooner. You were planning on visiting anyway, but still, he felt guilty knowing he caused you distress.

“She should be coming out soon,” Chenle says waiting by the luggage carrier, he glances over at Jisung. “Calm down already, you’re making me anxious.”

Jisung frowns, “I told you this wasn’t going to work, if anything I feel worse than before.”

Chenle shrugs, “Let’s see how long that lasts.” Before Jisung can respond the sound of a yell shakes him to his core, not particularly because of how loud it was, but because he could recognize that squeal from anywhere. He’s sure he’s memorized just about everything about you.

You run towards your brother jumping into his arms, Chenle feigning disgust but carrying you anyway. “Gross, get off of me you animal.”

You hop back onto the floor, slapping his arm playfully. “You are still just as bitchy as before. I’m telling mom that you called me that by the way.”

“Go for it, she’d agree with me anyway.”

“So full of yourself no wonder your head just gets bigger everytime I see you.” you gesture an explosion with your hands.

Jisung lets a laugh slip out, Chenle and you finding his eyes in the next second. You run over to Jisung in a millisecond, clinging to him like a bear. He smiles to himself wrapping his own arms against you tighter only letting go of you once he notices the questioning look Chenle gives him.

“Where have you been? Lele told me you went ghost and I was like Park Jisung? What better does he have to do that he can’t answer the phone you know?” Chenle chuckles at the accidental insult, you’re too busy rambling to tell him to knock it off though. “I was worried for you! So then I was like no I have got to go back sooner and make sure he’s okay.”

Your eyebrows furrow finally processing the state of him, his clothes are sleeping clothes full of wrinkles and complimentary to his under eye bags that make it seem like the clothes were just for show.

“Jiwi? What’s wrong?” His stomach flutters at the use of his old nickname. “You look so pale.” Your thumb traces his cheek. “Should we go to the doctor?”

His breath hitches at the contact. “That’s really not necessary.” He feels the nausea hit him once again this time stronger than it’s ever been along with a sudden lightheadedness making his vision go blurry.

“You’re not okay.” You step closer to him holding onto his arms. The feeling only gets worse. He smells a hint of sweetness coming from you, his stomach churns, only this time he realizes how hungry he really is.

He backs away from you, almost tripping over his own feet. “What the hell is wrong with you?” Chenle’s voice sounds muffled. It’s the last thing that he makes out before he loses consciousness.

for a very long time, the parks have been in hiding and were constantly moving around, until Estella suddenly got pregnant. She tells Minyoung, her husband, and he’s immediately ecstatic. It was very rare for a vampire to get a human pregnant, and now that Minyoung had gotten Estella pregnant, the 2 had to be careful, especially since he was a vampire and she was one to become after the birth of their son. There were cults in the vampire world, all around the world there were vampires, very few knew the history of them, while most people believe they were myths.

9 Months Later

The day where Estella gives birth finally comes, she’s at her last push and finally, the baby is out. Minyoung stayed by Estella’s side as the nurses helped her hold the baby for a bit before taking him to get properly cared for. “Do you have a name in mind, Mrs. Park?” the nurse asked, as Estella wondered for a bit. “Hm..” she hummed softly to herself, her faces stained with tears from the pain from a few moments ago, mixed with joyful tears. “Ezra.” she said with a smile as the nurse nodded with a smile, going over to the counter as she takes a birth certificate and writes down the name of the baby boy. ‘Ezra Alvarez Park.’ and just like that, the 3 became a family, but a family in hiding.

A few years pass, actually, a bit more than a few. Within those years, the Park family had grown. A Happy family of 10. Yes, 10. After Ezra, Estella had given birth to triplets unexpectedly, neither her or Minyoung expected it since she was already a full vampire, and it was very unlikely for her to get pregnant, the chances were very few to none, let alone being able to get pregnant with triplets. None of the 3 looked alike, it was hard to even guess that they would be triplets with how different they all looked, but they did resemble their parents. After the triplets, came another baby, at this point Estella and Minyoung were shocked, how could she get pregnant.. AGAIN? regardless of her being pregnant, they decided to love the baby, and like that, came River, yet again after a few months, came another, at this point both adult vampires werent shocked, they had wanted a big family anyway to begin with, so they only loved the babies they had more and more, then came Jasper, at this point, Minyoung and Estella hadn’t expected to get pregnant again, especially with how many kids they had now, but again.. they thought wrong, not too much later, Estella became pregnant with twins. “That’s it, after these two little stars are born, i’m seeing a doctor to get myself a ring or something down there.” Estella told Minyoung as he chuckled at her words. after the 9 months, came a beautiful baby boy and girl. Elvira and Everett.

Finally, Estella stopped getting pregnant, now 17 years later, all her kids were grown, they settled down in Seoul, South Korea after the twins were born, Minyoung knew it would be rare for anyone to ever think they were vampires, everyone in Korea mostly had perfect glass pale skin, similar to a vampires, so it would definitely be easy to blend in. And that, was just the beginning of their new lives.

After some years, 4 boys had gotten married and had kids of their own now. Ezra, Colton, Sebastian and Julian had kids of their own, of course the oldest and triplets still looked as if they were in their early 20’s, even if they were hundreds of years old by now.

Sebastian was happily married to a Woman named Sapphire, with 3 kids. 2 Boys and a Girl. Sebastian loved both his wife and kids to death, he would do absolutely anything in his power and will to protect them from anyone and anything.

One day, Sebastian had left the house around 2:40 am, he decided to go take a late night drive and walk by downtown, just to clear his mind, leaving sapphire and the kids at home to rest. As he parked his car and got out, locking it, he felt uneasy suddenly.. but ignored the feeling, moving on as he walked under the moonlight, watching cars pass by as he walked, digging his hands in the pockets of his sweater. Suddenly, he sees something flash by, as if.. it were another vampire? ‘No.. it cant be.’ he thought to himself, he knew there had been some people after them before, but they hadn’t come bother in a while, so it was hard for him to believe, with Sebastian distracted, a man had suddenly appeared behind him, harshly wrapping his arms around Sebastian’s neck and puts a cloth over his mouth, making him pass out.

An hour had passed, and Sebastian had slowly began to wake up, but when he tried to move, he couldn’t. His hands and legs were tied up to a chair, he panicked as he looked around, seeing a man in black walk out of the shadows. “Ah.. Finally.. after YEARS of chasing you.. filthy creatures.. i’ve finally caught one.” the unknown man said in a raspy voice, saha looking at the man, his power utterly useless in the situation.

Back at home, sapphire was still asleep along with the kids in their own bedrooms, since sapphire wasn’t latched around Sebastian as usual, they were touching and feeling around the bed so they could cuddle into him or hug him as they slept, but they didn’t.. feel him in the bed with them.. they suddenly woke up, their eyes glancing around the room as they sat up, wondering where saha was, they decided to get up and look around the house before deciding to call him. 10 minutes after looking in and out the house, sapphire never found Sebastian, so they decided to call his phone, which went straight to voicemail since it was powered off.

“Hm..” the mysterious man hummed to himself. “I wonder.. if sapphire is up looking for you by now.. you’re not with them in bed.. sleeping peacefully.. rather, you’re here! locked up in.. well. lord knows where right?” the man said, laughing as he shook his head and chuckled.

sapphire began to slightly panic since sebastian didn’t pick up his phone and his location was off. “fuck.. where could he be at this time of night?” they whispered to

themselves as they sit on the bed, running their hand through their hair as they wonder.

“lets.. call them up, shall we?” the man said as saha felt scared, not because of where he was, but because he knew what he’d say to them, would send them immediately into panic, and he wanted NOTHING to happen to them, let alone the man bring his kids into the situation. the man then dialed sapphire’s phone number, and sapphire immediately picked up since they thought it was sebastian on a different phone. “Sebastian! where are you? why didn’t you pick up your?-“ they were cut off by the man speaking. “oh dumb clueless sapphire.. like always.” he spoke, a shiver running down sapphire’s spine. “who the fuck is this? where is sebastian?” they asked, a stern tone came from their mouth. “who i am.. is not important, whether.. your husband, where he is.. and his well being should be your priority.” the man said in a low voice, sapphire’s free hand turned into a fist, their jaw clenching. “where the fuck is he.” they said, their tone filled with anger at this point since the unknown man was only playing at this point. “if you really want to know.. you’ll come find him yourself, otherwise.. he dies.” the man said before hanging up, leaving sapphire with tears in their eyes. “now, we wait! better show if they bring.. what were their names? haneul.. yuna and carlos? oh this is exciting~” the man said, sebastian trying to break free from the chair. “don’t you dare lay a finger on my kids.” sebastian said through the cloth in his mouth, the man turning to him. “oh i wouldn’t hurt them now.. i’m not evil. maybe.. evil enough for something else though.” the man said, then disappearing into the shadows again.

a week had passed by now, saha had gotten a bit thinner since he was being starved, and was only given water, he was weak, he felt useless without sapphire, his head was drooping low and he had no energy. sapphire on the other hand had been searching for sebastian, everywhere they could think of, and not a single place, did they find him. suddenly, an idea pops into their head. “ezra, oh my god.” they said as they snapped their fingers, and within 20 minutes, they were with the kids at ezra’s house. an hour had passed, the kids were with koa passing by time, while sapphire had just finished explaining to ezra the whole thing that had happened, and at the same moment, he was concentrating, why? because his power allowed him to find anyone in the world, as long as he had ‘taste’ of what their mind was like. and within a minute, he came back to reality, writing down immediately on a paper with a pen and address on where sebastian would be. “go here, and please.. update me on my brother sapphire.” he said as sapphire nodded, giving him a tight hug as they then run out, yuna alerted haneul and carlos, who quickly said bye to koa, and went running after their mom. “where are you going?” haneul said as saha stood at the drivers seat. “…. um.. to see your dad.” they said, and within seconds, carlos was in the back of the car, how? he shape shifted into a snake while sapphire was distracted, and snuck his way in. “we’re coming to.” haneul said as sapphire sighed. “no, you guys cant.” they said, but haneul and yuna were already in the car, buckling themselves in. “mom, it’s dad. believe us, we’re just as worried about him as you are. please, let us come.” yuna said as sapphire sighed. “fine, but you’re staying in the car when we get there.” they said, as they got in and started the car, driving off once they were buckled in.

2 hours on the road had passed, and sapphire had just parked their car at the address Ezra had given them. “this is it, STAY here.” sapphire said as she looked at all three kids, who only nodded. sapphire unbuckled themselves and got out the car, making sure to lock it as they walk quietly into the sketchy building. “are we actually?-“ yuna said as the door suddenly opened, Carlos outside already. “c’mon or the cars gonna go off!” he said as yuna nodded and quickly got out, haneul following right out as they then close the door, waiting a few seconds before clearing the coast. “we’re good, it didn’t beep!” haneul said as they then waited a few minutes before following sapphire where they had gone into.

sapphire was walking down a hall, seeing some stairs that led to a basement, deciding to go down, they made some turns, finding some empty rooms as they got chills, suddenly they walked up to a door, their hand shaking as they twisted the knob slowly, opening the door as they walked in slowly, seeing sebastian on the chair, hopeless and exhausted, seeing how much thinner he had gotten as they run up to him, wrapping themselves over him as they begin to sob. “oh.. my baby. i’m here now, hm? let me try to get you out..” they whisper as they try to undo the knots around his legs and hands, sebastian opening his eyes as he looks down at them. “s.. sapphire?” he says in a low voice. “yes baby, i’m here now, okay?” they whisper as they look up at him, but sebastian shook his head. “no.. it’s dangerous.. you need to leave..” he said as sapphire ignored him, trying to still undo the knots. the 3 kids were walking down the same path sapphire had taken, being as quiet as possible as they stand behind the door to where would show sebastian and sapphire, hiding in the dark shadow as then suddenly sapphire turns around, hearing a soft chuckle. “tch tch. clueless sapphire.. like always.” said the man, 2 more coming out as they walk up to sapphire and pick them up, holding them back as sapphire shook their head, kicking and trying to get out of their grasp. “leave.. my wife alone..” sebastian said, his voice low and quiet. “aw, still think we’ll listen? too bad the kids aren’t here to watch the show..” the man said as he suddenly pulled out a gun, a pistol, sapphire’s eyes widening at the sight as tears begin rolling down their eyes, they couldn’t use their power since nothing could be used for them to hurt the 3 men. haneul crept in quietly with yuna and carlos behind him, staying still as possible in a corner as they watch.

the man walked up to saha, shaking his head. “pity. you had a beautiful family sebastian..” the man said as they pointed the gun to his chest. “i guess i’ll do what i do best, ruin it.” he whispered as sapphire sobbed. “NO!” they shouted, their shout echoing as haneul flinched a bit, squinting a bit as he saw, shaking his head. “no..” he whispered as yuna gasped, but carlos covered her mouth immediately so they wouldn’t be spotted, tears rolling down her cheeks already as carlos hugged her tight.

“no stop! stop! no!” sapphire sobbed out, squirming in the men’s grasp, trying to get out and get to sebastian.

sebastian looked up, his eyes showing he was exhausted and drained, looking at sapphire with a very small weak smile. “i love you.. sapphire, with all my heart.. tell the kids i love them to-“ he was cut off by the trigger going off, silence fell as yuna broke down. “daddy!” she yelled as she ran out of carlos’ grasp and to sebastian, hugging him as she sobbed, the men dropped sapphire as they fell to the floor. “the kids were here? that was unfortunate.. for them.” the unknown man said as he disappeared again with the 2 men, but before they could get anywhere, they were attacked by a wolf, huh? where did that come from.. ? carlos. he had shape shifted into a wolf, something he had struggled with before, but anger rose in him and he was finally able to do so, tearing the men down into pieces as yuna sobbed, sapphire running up to the 2, holding onto sebastian’s now lifeless body. “no.. im so sorry i didn’t come sooner.. i didnt do anything to stop this..” sapphire sobbed out, haneul cried, but stood behind the 2 girls, closing his eyes as he made a promise to sebastian, to always look after the family now, to love and protect them the same way he had done, and step up to better brother to the twins. “i love you.. dad.” haneul whispered as he looked up, a clear glass ceiling showing the dark sky, filled with stars.

not sure if this will get any views.. but i want to put out that this is my first time writing something like this. i like to write for fun, and with a friend, thought it’d be nice to write a plot and write it out! you watched as Jisung poured an unhealthy amount of butter on the large thing of popcorn he ordered, his finger practically glued to the dispense button.

"just a bit more," jisung muttered, tongue slightly poking at the corner of his mouth.

"i don't even like butter on my popcorn, why are you putting so much?"

he turned to face you, finally pulling his finger away from the button.

"well it's not for you yn," jisung joked, at least you thought it was a joke.

you grabbed a few handfuls of napkins while jisung sampled his soggy treat.

"oh-"

jisung ripped one of the napkins from your grasp and spit into it.

"-my god. that's way too butter." jisung grumbled, face still buried in the paper.

"clearly you don't like butter either," you laughed.

"ok maybe i don't, but i just wanted to try something new." he shrugged.

the two of you made your way to your theater, barely edible popcorn in hand. right before you entered, jisung stopped.

"you okay ji?" you questioned.

he was frantically ruffling his hair and adjusting his clothes.

"do i look hot?" he asked, looking at you with a concerning amount of fear in his eyes like your answer was life or death.

"uh," you looked him up and down. you hadn't noticed before but jisung seemed to have put a lot of effort into his appearance tonight. he normally dressed pretty nicely, but something was different tonight.

"you look really good dude, and that's real."

he sighed and his shoulders relaxed a bit. "okay good, good."

"why does that matter though, the theater is dark."

rather than answering, he lightly shrugged as he led the way to your seats.

the theater lights were already dimmed but you could still see how packed it was. the atmosphere was alive with the excitement of dozens of twilight fans.

you, however, were anything but excited about the movie.

yes, you liked the first movie, but sitting through two hours of a girl falling in love with a vampire didn't really entice you at this current moment.

going with jisung made it bearable tought. it warmed your aching heart that he's including you in something he loves.

you could physically feel how excited he was from his intense grip on your wrists as he pulled you through the seats. he was dragging you so close behind him that you couldn't see where you were going. you didn't even know you had made it to your seats until he, rather forcibly, shoved you down into it.

"ji, what time does it start?" you asked.

no response.

instead, he gapped at the blank screen and bounced in his seat, the popcorn jostling in its bucket.

just as you were about to ask again, the screen came to life, answering your question.

you settled into your seat and prepared for a very long two hours.

around the thirty-minute mark, you noticed something strange about jisung's behavior.

when he came over to watch twilight with you and renjun, he was quoting every line. dramatically enough to the point that renjun had to hold his hand over jisung's mouth to make him stop.

but right now, jisung's mouth was closed. in fact, he wasn't even looking at the screen. he was too busy texting someone to pay attention.

"im going pee." jisung whispered, placing the popcorn in your lap, before practically sprinting out of the room.

it couldn't have been more than a minute before you saw him sit back down out of the corner of your eye. you guessed he was paying attention after all and didn't want to miss anything.

you mindlessly reached for some of the popcorn when you felt a hand graze yours.

giggling, you turned to smile about the cute moment, but your smile quickly fell when you saw hyuck awkwardly smiling back in jisung's place.

"oh jesus christ" you uttered, rather loudly, garnering a few shushes from those around you.

hyuck, holding his smile, brought his finger to his mouth in a shushing motion.

"where is jisung?" you whispered, annoyance coating your tone.

hyuck leaned back in his seat and tilted his head to the side.

over him you saw a very giddy jisung, kicking his feet in his new seat, and a very shocked chenle next to him.

seeing this made everything click in your head. why jisung said he was going to be horny all night, why he was dressed the way he was, why he asked if he looked hot, and why he wasn't invested in the movie.

these motherfuckers set you up. jisung went behind your back to work with your number-one opp.

and for what? just so he could get some play?

realistically, you couldn't be too shocked, this was a very jisung thing to do. especially for chenle.

regardless, you were still extremely ticked off.

"im not dealing with this" you mumbled, grabbing your stuff to move seats.

before you could fully stand, hyuck grabbed your wrist.

"all the seats are full," he informed you.

of course they are.

sitting back down, you tried your best to watch the movie, but it was kind of hard to focus on edward stalking bella when you had your own stalker burning holes into the side of your head.

this movie was actually pretty accurate.

his staring became so intense that you couldn't take it anymore.

"holy shit, what donghyuck?" you half whispered, half barked at him.

"can we talk?" he asked.

thats it? he did all of this just to talk?

"please?"

you rubbed your face as you thought, accidentally massaging a ton of butter into your pores.

his tone seemed genuine enough and maybe he would finally leave you alone after he said when he needed to.

with a sigh, you nodded.

with his will now reinvigorated, he took in a deep breath.

"ok look i'm really, really, sorry for drinking your blood without your permission!" hyuck exclaimed.

the lady sitting next to you leaned forward and gave him a disturbed look.

"um we're talking about the movie, mind your business lady." hyuck retorted, holding his hand out to her.

"oh my god" you murmured, pulling yourself and hyuck out of your seats.

you shot a quick apology to the woman before heading for the exit, slamming the popcorn into jisung's lap as you passed.

hyuck gave a quick thumbs up to jisung as you pulled him out, but he didn't see if jisung returned the gesture because he was distracted by the message chenle had typed on his phone.

'enjoy this movie like it's your last because im going to kill you tonight. and it will hurt.'

"ok what." you stared at the man in front of you, finally being able to see him.

hyuck, like jisung, clearly put effort into his appearance. he was even wearing the leather jacket you complimented a few times. if you weren't so pissed off, you would have found it endearing that be made this much of an effort for you.

hyuck wasn't looking back at you. now that it was just the two of you, he felt exposed and vulnerable.

"i'm um," hyuck fidgeted with his jacket's zipper, "i'm really sorry."

you had to hold back a sigh. that was such a nothing apology.

"do you even know what you're apologizing for? do you know why i'm mad?"

based on this and what he yelled in the theater, you knew he didn't.

you didn't care that he was drinking your blood. that part was whatever. you only cared that he lied to you. he repeatedly lied about it even after he said he was telling you everything, and that's something you weren't sure you could forgive.

slowly hyuck shifted his gaze to meet yours.

"you're mad that i lied to you."

ok apparently he did know.

"im so sorry for lying to you yn. i'm not trying to excuse it but can i please explain."

against your better judgment, you gave him a small nod.

maybe it was because you were so taken aback that he knew why you were upset, or because you genuinely wanted to hear what he had to say, you weren't really sure.

"jaemin didn't tell me the blood was yours, he said it was from your clone. i believed him, which was stupid because the blood tasted identical to yours. that should have tipped me off but i didn't know jaemin was insane at the time so i didn't question it."

you cocked your head at him, "you thought i was cloned?"

"he just said the blood came from someone that looked exactly like you, and i jokingly called her your clone. a little bit of me did think you were cloned for real though."

"you do know that technology hasn't been invented right?"

he held up his hands defensively, "i know that, but i didn't know vampires were real until three months ago and look where i am now."

"fair enough," you said.

"anyways, i wouldn't have drank it if i knew it was from you. the whole reason why i had jaemin get blood was to stop me from drinking yours. i should have investigated where he was getting it from, i'm sorry."

jaemin being behind it made a lot of sense, but this still didn't explain why he lied.

"i dont know if you noticed donghyuck, but i"ve been extremely understanding about this whole thing. if you had told me this upfront, i wouldn't have been upset. so why did you lie?"

he took a while to respond, lost in thought as he stared at your hands, specifically at the still-healing cut on one of them.

gently, he grabbed your injured hand, lightly tracing the scar with his index finger.

you didn't pull your hand back, even though his touch hurt. it had only been a little over a month since you got it, and while it was healing nicely, it still ached when it came in contact with anything.

"i dumped so much stuff on you at once. at the time i thought it was because i wanted to protect you, and that was definitely part of it."

you made eye contact again as he enclosed both his hands around yours.

"but there was another part of me who wanted you to think of me as your hero. as the guy who saved you from the dangerous monster, even though i was the monster who put you in that position to begin with. i made jaemin seem worse than he was to make myself seem better."

hyuck was very grateful that his heart didn't beat because he was sure you would be able to hear it if it did.

"yn, i like you. so much so that it freaks me out. i know me telling you this probably won't change anything, and i accept that. i just wanted you to know that i never meant to hurt you and i'm sorry for lying to you. i hope you can forgive me, but if not, i understand. im sorry for everything."

every time you thought you knew everything about this situation, another bomb gets dropped on you.

your brain was simultaneously filled with a million thoughts and no thoughts at all. you couldn't even begin to process what he just said.

so you didn't.

"come on," you said as you began to walk back to the movie.

"huh?"

that was not at all the response he was expecting.

"i'm going to need some time to think about everything, so for now let's go back to the movie," you explained.

"oh um, yea thats fine, take as much time as you need." hyuck awkwardly rubbed the back of his neck. "but i think i'll just stay out here."

you rolled your eyes. "you paid for tickets, so come watch the movie."

still, he didn't move.

"i know you want to see what chenle and jisung are doing right now."

he perked up at that.

"plus it's almost the baseball scene."

hyuck gasped.

"wait i love that scene! why are we standing here, let's go!" he excitedly exclaimed as he sped walked ahead of you.

the rest of the movie was uneventful, even with your attention split between the screen and the odd couple sitting next to you.

at one point your hands accidentally touched on the shared armrest, neither of you moving away.

you're not sure what made you do it, but something possessed you to grab his hand.

hyuck froze, not wanting to stop your actions.

the two of you held hands until the credits rolled, and for the first time since you cut your hand, it didn't hurt while touching something.

without looking, chenle knew it wasn't hyuck sitting next to him. hyuck smells like a vampire that has yet to fully shed his human skin, but the person sitting next to him reeked of desperation and way too much cologne.

if the smell didn't tip him off, the sound of this guy's heartbeat did. it was so loud that it drowned out the movie, not that he was complaining about missing the cringy dialog.

he moved to tell this dumbass to get out of hyuck's seat but stilled when he saw jisung blushing back at him.

"hi lele," jisung whispered. his excitment was so overwhelming that he couldn't help but kick his feet and shake in his seat.

for once in his life, chenle was speechless.

how the fuck was jisung sitting next to him right now.

all he could do was gawk at the boy.

"you're cute when you're surprised, but you're always cute though so i'm not surprised."

"jisung," chenle spoke slowly to not psych himself up,"how are you here right now?"

"oh donghyuck had this big plan to get to yn and he needed my help. this whole thing was his idea."

fucking hyuck.

chenle could see hyuck and yn getting out of their seats, so he quickly took out his phone to type a message for the bastard that put him in this predicament.

as hyuck passed he gave jisung a little smile and a thumbs-up, which he returned eagerly. chenle stared daggers at hyuck from behind his phone, thoughts of revenge already flooding his mind.

once his mortal enemy left the room, he tried to think about what to do, but all he could focus on was the vibrating boy next to him.

"holy shit, sit still." chenle spat, putting a hand on jisung's arm.

jisung stiffened under chenle's touch, his eyes going wide.

"woah."

seeing his reaction, chenle quickly removed his hand but jisung caught it, placing it back where it was.

"no keep it." jisung looked at chenle with puppy eyes, but his cute persona was betrayed by the nails digging into chenle's wrist.

jisung's grip hurt, but chenle would be lying if he said he didn't like it. so he kept his hand on jisung's arm, pulling away every so often to make jisung's hold tighter.

"lele can i ask you something?" jisung leaned in and whispered very close to chenle's ear.

chenle grunted in response, preparing himself for the freak shit that was about to leave his mouth.

"why do you hate twilight? i love it so much but it must be different from a vampire perspective yeah?"

the sincerity in his voice caught chenle off guard for a second time that night. no one ever asks why chenle does anything, so for someone to be genuinely curious about him was a new thing for him.

"oh you don't want to get me started."

this sent chenle on a rant that lasted the rest of the film. he was so engrossed in it that he didn't notice when jisung shifted his hand into his own.

the two of them went back and forth talking about all the good and bad things surrounding twilight, only stopping when jisung offered chenle some popcorn.

"oh what the fuck, why is there so much better." chenle heaved into his hands, the texture alone making him gag.

"what?", jisung confusedly responded, "donghyuck said you liked a lot of butter on your popcorn."

"what did i say?" hyuck asked, just coming back after his talk with yn.

"you told him i like a lot of butter? are you actually braindead?" chenle whisper-yelled over jisung.

"oh yeah, i said that because i used to love hella butter on my popcorn before i turned. and i didn't want to pay for my own popcorn so i had little ol' jisung do it." hyuck replied, patting jisung on the back and taking a handful out of the bucket.

"eugh-" hyuck frantically searched for a napkin. "holy fuck that shit is rancid!"

It’s been about a week since you bonded with Renjun; you haven’t seen him since the day you first summoned him.

The day after you summoned him, everything was fine. You didn’t feel weird, and you didn’t have any side effects from being bonded to a vampire, as you expected to be feeling thousands of different things at once because he’s a vampire and you’re a human; you expected the bond to affect you in some sort of way.

And well that was the case the next day.

You woke up with the strangest feeling ever concocting in your stomach, you had no idea what it was. It was like an insatiable hunger for something... but something you have never craved before.

And that’s when you remember, you can summon Renjun and ask him about it. Sure, he told you that you shouldn’t summon him again but... you really need to ask him about this because these feelings were getting out of hand and you were feeling that wretched thirst for blood again.

You follow the summoning ritual you did before and just as you thought, Renjun appears before you again.

It takes him a moment to realize where he is and to adjust to his surroundings— a surprised look appears on his face when he notices you’re the one who summoned him. “You know, you don’t have to do the ritual all over again just to summon me. Just call out my name and I’ll be here.”

You blink at him, unsure of how to respond to his casual words as you expected him to be all angry at you for summoning him again. “I... I didn’t know.” You say, your voice wavering. “I wasn’t planning on summoning you again but, this is important and I need your help.”

Renjun’s expression softens, but there’s a curiosity in his eyes. “What’s wrong?” He walks towards you, taking your hand to heal the cut again. “What do you need help with?” Renjun asks, keeping his voice calm and his touch gentle.

You take a deep breath as Renjun heals your palm. You rummage through your thoughts, trying to find the correct words to explain this strange feeling. “Ever since we bonded, I’ve felt... weird, really weird. A sudden surge of emotions just explodes in me, and I feel this odd hunger for blood.”

His gaze sharpens as he listens to your explanation, nodding to your words. “It seems like when we bonded, a part of my essence was shared with you but yours wasn’t. These strong emotions that you feel are my emotions. Whatever I feel, you feel it too, but stronger.”

Renjun reveals as he lets go of your now-healed palm. “What?” Your jaw drops, in disbelief of what you just heard. “So... I just have to deal with these emotions? Renjun, I might actually lash out at someone and start trying to suck their blood because of your bloodthirsty ass.”

To think that these strong emotions that you’re feeling are not even your own emotions, but his that overpower yours. You feel a bit helpless because of it. “What am I supposed to do, Renjun? Just hope that your emotion doesn’t make me hurt someone by accident? I can’t live like this for the rest of my life.”

“Calm down, you won’t be hurting anybody and I’ll make sure of that. You can separate my emotions from yours easily. You just need to learn how to do it and I’ll teach you that right now.”

Renjun says, and it just now hits you what you’ve gotten yourself into because of this bond with a vampire. Screw you for being so interested in vampires in the first place, maybe you should’ve listened to the people saying they’re just fantasy creatures and not actually real.

“Please, teach me how. I can’t handle this any longer.” You beg, sounding desperate. You just wanted these overpowering emotions to be gone once and for all. Dealing with your feelings was enough but Renjun’s feelings on top of yours are just too much for a human.

Renjun reaches out, gently placing his cool hands on the sides of your head. His touch is soothing. “Close your eyes,” He instructs softly. “Focus on my voice. We’re going to start by building a wall, something to keep your emotions separate from mine.”

You do as he says, shutting your eyes tightly. His voice becomes your anchor, something to cling to in the swirling chaos within you.

“Imagine a barrier,” Renjun continues. “Something strong and impenetrable. It can be anything—a wall of stone, a shield, a fortress. Picture it in your mind.”

You try to imagine the image, but it’s hard to focus with everything crashing around inside you. “Breathe,” He whispers. “In and out. Slowly.” Renjun’s voice is so calming as he guides you through this.

You take a deep breath, then another, and slowly, the insatiable hunger you’re feeling begins to recede. The barrier you’re imagining starts to take shape—a massive wall of thick, dark stone, encircling your mind.

“That’s it,” Renjun encourages. “Now, I’m going to guide you through separating our emotions. I’ll help you push mine to the other side of that wall.”

You nod faintly, trusting him entirely. His voice soothes you as he walks you through the process. Slowly, you start to feel a difference— as if some of the weight you’ve been carrying is being lifted.

“It’s working.” You whisper, relief flowing through you. The intensity of Renjun’s emotions begins to dull, becoming distant instead of an overwhelming torment.

Renjun’s hands slip away from your head, but you keep your eyes closed, holding onto the calm he’s helped you find. “You’re doing great,” He says softly. You slowly open your eyes, meeting his gaze.

“Thank you, Renjun.” You say. A small smile appearing on Renjun’s face. “You don’t have to thank me. It’s my job now to help you through any struggles as we are bonded.”

It’s as if a sudden flame lights up inside you as you look at Renjun and the moment feels right. Without thinking, you reach up, your fingers brushing against his cheek. “Y/N...” Renjun’s voice is quiet.

But before he can say anything more, you close the distance between you two. Placing your lips onto his, sending a spark throughout your bodies.

He responds immediately with his actions. In one, swift motion, he pushes you gently against the wall. The cool surface of your bedroom wall pressing against your back. Renjun’s hands urgently finding their way to your waist, gripping onto it.

The kiss is intense once he takes over it, deepening it. His lips move against yours with a hunger, one that wants to devour you fully. Your fingers tangle in his hair, wanting... no, needing him badly.

You pull away, the both of you breathless from that heated kiss. The look that both of you have in your eyes is one filled with desire and a need for each other. You both know what you want. “There’s no going back now.” Renjun murmurs as he starts leaving trails of kisses on your jawline, then leaving kisses on your neck.

You bite down on your bottom lip as you feel his hot breath on your neck, making you feel even more heated. “Good,” You breathe out, your fingers trailing down his chest. “Because I don’t want to. I need you, Renjun.”

“I’ll show you how much I need you too, tonight.”

GUIDELINES:

all the fics in this collaboration will be set in the dark moon universe, with the members being vampires/werewolves (depending on their group)

x reader & x oc fics only. no member x member.

plagarism is strictly prohibited.

minimum word count: 1k (add read more cut aft. 500)

nsfw scenes only for members born 2004 or before. for ni-ki, harua, taki and maki only suggestive scenes are allowed.

your fic can include sensitive subjects as long as they are not romanticised, portrayed in bad way or represented incorrectly. must have warnings at the beginning of the post if there are any triggering topics.

you do not have to be incredibly familiar with the lore, but at the very least have the basic understanding of it in order to set your fic in that au. which characters you do/do not include is up to you + i can always help you understand the lore!!
