Quick comic based on the Forecaster’s dialogue when he thinks about ‘You’, more below the cut + some details i wanted to ramble about
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
page 1.
- wanted to give the Forecaster’s psyker abilities some kind of representation, and ultimately landed on a snake skeleton for the vibes and symbolisms
page 2.
- trying to use this page to represent the massive, overall concept and ideas at stake in the weeks surrounding the second battle for Hoover Dam, contrasted with the small, moving parts that keep it going and ultimately shift the overall outcome
page 3.
- trying to tell something of a story posture and expression-wise with House, Kimball, and Caesar: Kimball and Caeser leaning in, invested in the game, with House leaning back and merely watching, with his cards facedown on the table instead of in his hand, as they’ve been long since memorised
- the chips form important areas in the game overtop a faint road map of the mojave on tha table. These places being Camp McCarran, the Strip, Hoover Dam, and the Fort, with the platinum chip sitting alone in the Goodsprings area
- the four handguns are the ones you get in the DLCs - Police Pistol from DM, Sonic Emitter from OWB, Light Shining in Darkness from HH, and Laser Detonator from LW
- the symbols at the bottom in the shadows represent some of the factions the Courier can ally with/help in the game (from left to right: Chairmen, Boomers, White Glove Society, Remnants, Omertas, Followers of the Apocalyse, and the Great Khans)
page 4.
- the symbols on the cards further goes into the metaphor, with the ‘hand’ the Courier is holding containing the factions who can help them in the final battle - the Mk 2. Securitrons, the Remnants, the Boomers, the Khans, the Strip
- My courier, Zihun, has a glass eye modelled after a Nightstalker, hence the reptillian eye in the last panel
page 5.
- storm clouds. augh. agonies.

Bomb Rush Cyberfunk theory time!
This one is more or less has been talked about by some fans, but I never saw any full analysis on it or anything so I'll do that
Game spoilers under the cut
The theory is that Felix is from Old Amsterdam
And here are my three pieces of evidence: 1. The Versum Hill backrooms tomb
This one is straight to the point. Felix has the same mask that the mysterious Old Amsterdam tomb has
Of course, this one has a strong counterpoint of Felix clipping into the backrooms finding the way into the Old Amsterdam and taking a mask from there
Tumblr media
2. Felix didn't use the jetpack.
Every crew in a game uses the jetpacks... Well, except for the Oldheads! Yep, even the playable Oldhead uses the boombox as the jetpack substitute, and those dudes are all about the oldscool. And also they remember Old Amsterdam too. Which means back when the city wasn't buried under the New Amstedam, people didn't had the jetpacks. So perhaps Felix didn't use the jetpack for the same reasons. He's not used to it and prefers the old classic ways Counterpoint - there might be a million other reason why he didn't use the jetpack
3. The first dream sequence.
DJ Cyber tells us that dreams are made of things we saw, even if we don't remember about them. And later we get confirmation by seeing the level made of Versum Hill parts and we also see the fragments of memories that happened the night Felix died. But before even that, there is a small area that doesn't even look like it belongs to the game
Tumblr media
This buildings look way too classic for the New Amsterdam. But is there any place there we still can find these types of buildings? Yes. In remnants of the Old Amsterdam under the Pyramid Island
Tumblr media
And I don't see any counterpoints to this one So yeah, It's heavily suggested that Felix IS from Old Amsteradm. The question is how did he stay young while Oldheads became, well, older. Are those tombs actually some sort of cryochambers and one of them kept him alive and fresh? Or did he somehow time traveled into the future and now can't go back?
Maybe we'll find out in DLC or even BRC2...

After a little discussion i had about if the ARG is important to understand and appreciate Sea of Stars and the Saboverse as a whole, i have some thoughs
Mainly that: no, you don't need to read the ARG
It was always planned as something only for the most hardcore of fans, the ones actively searching for more stuff
There are only three informations that are at the moment ARG exclusive:
- the Demon King in The Messenger (AKA Dweller of Strife + the Acolytes) is a pale copy, and the real one's remnants are inside Clockwork Castle
- Resh'an and Aephorul were lovers, and created the Elixir of Life to escape until society accepted them
- the Shopkeeper is a woman, and she descended from The Watchmaker
The rest is just community fluff and Resh'an being incredibly emo, nothing essential
I feel like these informations are important, but they just weren't able to be explored yet.
Continued ramblings below:
About the DK, with Picnic Panic being part of a planned three-act DLC (Barma'thazël's Revenge) that they stopped working to prioritize Sea of Stars, and the final one presumably having you reach Clockwork Castle, this could have been explored there. Or maybe in another game. We still have 3 more books to go, in the end
Shoppy descending from the Watchmaker... with the DLC being called "Throes of the Watchmaker", this has the potencial to be explored there. Or not. They are characters so far apart, HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF YEARS APART, knowing this information would change your whole perception about the games? This only happens because of the curse of knowing stuff lol, and as someone that knows I would like to see this being explored. But my point is that this isn't fundamental.
And Shoppy's gender... people misgendering her after playing The Messenger bothers me, but it isn't the devs fault IMO. They never use pronouns with her in the game for a reason (iirc Thierry said he didn't want anyone to assuming stuff about the Shopkeep, and that's one of the main reasons behind him writing first in English and having ENG as the only canon language), and people using he/him are taking that out of their asses. Just a one minute Google Search and you find that information, you don't need to read all the ARG logs
There are other stuff like Primals or Shoppy being the first Messenger, the Artificer giving the scroll to Monk that Bowman got because she got transformed into the Queen of Quills and then gave to Ninja, or the entirety of Void Logic being explained and still making us confused to this day, and this is all fluff. Like for real, all that was needed to be in The Messenger for the BIG LORE is already there, and for Sea of Stars too
And for the big elephant in the room, Resh'an and Aephorul being really gay for each other. This is something not even the ARG explored further! Resh'an said that at February 2019, when we didn't even knew who a Fleshmancer/Aephorul was, then when he got to tell the community about him Resh'an explicitely said that he didn't want to elaborate further on his personal past with Aephorul. And with Sea of Stars, we got a taste of that, but it was only their introduction to the world!!!
More like anything else, this feels like something to be explored on the next books (just explaining this better, Thierry Boulanger, aka Creative Director and Writer and some other stuff, has come and said that his dream is to tell this grand story in 5 arcs/books (books because Sabotage works directly with Resh'an, translating the books he writes into videogames) book 1 being TM and book 2 being SOS). This narrative, at least for me, feels like it is about them. About these "gods", the harm they created to this world, and how Resh'an wants to redeem Aephorul. It feels... like a slow burn. And that's why i think they didn't want to tell this right now
Like, Time Shards. We didn't have much lore about them in TM, then SOS comes and BOOM, Time Shards indicate the presence of a timeloop. And maybe Resh'an created them too?? This recontextualizes the nature of the Messenger narrative. And them being More Than Friends can be that too, both for the general public and the Lore Nerds. We still don't know about their society back then, or if the flashback cutscene was pre or post elixir, or why specifically Aephorul became evil, etc. This all feels intentional, ya know
The rest of the ARG is just a bunch of fun interactions the characters and the community had, and a buuuunch of foreshadowing to what we get to see in Sea of Stars. Either Clockwork Concierge (AI Core) hinting about his past with Caël and the Kids, Arty saying he was a robot, or Resh'an literally infodumping about the Guardian Gods, Dwellers and World Eaters. We see all of this in Sea of Stars, and that's amazing!!!! It's so cool to see all of that being real, and that makes me confident that all of this unresolved stuff is something thar Sabotage wants to make real too
/rant over
But would i recommend reading the ARG? oh sure i do. It's very fun. The narrative framing of the games being books written by The Archivist and SaboTeam working for him is so interesting. And also, we get tons of insight into Resh'an's mind and how he's just extremely depressed, how he misses Aephorul and yearns for being loved but doesn't know how to deal with that when people love him back
Also Clocko's adorable
---
EDIT: After chatting with someone, they pointed something about Shoppy's gender that is really relevant to bring out. Yeah yeah, Sabotage wrote the game with English in mind and in ENG they didn't pronoun her at all. But two things
First: in many languages got translated into, including Quebecóis which is a script Thierry himself wrote, since you need to gender stuff, the Shopkeeper got treated as male because of defaulting. So if you played the game on those languages, and didn't follow any stuff related to it, you just assumed Shoppy was a man and moved on with your life.
Which, by the way, is something I MYSELF made. I stopped following the ARG in 2019, so I didn't see the conclusion about her gender for years until some months before SOS came out. And as something I still haven't told, I come from the forbidden land of Brazil, and the PTBR translation of TM is one that suffers from that, so I defaulted her as a dude for years and years
And second: even if you played the game directly on english, if you speak a language that also does the male-defaulting, you probably did that too, and that is not your fault
In the end, this isn't anyone's fault. I may have been too mad at seeing native english speaking redditors calling her a dude? Yeah maybe. But yeahhhhh we live in a society in the end, and them being explicit on the text about her gender on the future would help that at lot
Thankfully on the easter egg she's referred as a woman on SOS in PTBR, which is GREAT

Quite frequently we see that entire groups of Asians (well, Chinese) get turned into ghouls. The submarine in fallout 4 for example, not a single member of that crew died due to radiation they all turned. So. A thought my friend and I had. What if that one special thing that determines if your die or ghoulify is Gengas Khan's genetics. Its the only genetic link I can think of that would explain this kinda distribution, at least without getting into racist pseudoscience wich hopefully the series itself doesn't do.
I don't think you're off-base in thinking there must be some genetic marker that predisposes someone to 1) ghoulification rather than death, and 2) the length of time spent sentient prior to becoming feral, but I personally don't think it's related to Genghis Khan's bloodline. Prisons and military installations full of ghouls are effective set pieces, and I think the groups of Chinese ghouls found in the games are there primarily to illustrate the forces of war that literally could not care less about the people caught up in it. More under the cut.
There are quite a few instances across the games where Chinese ghouls are living in groups, either sentient or feral, but these groups typically occurred for one of two reasons. The first reason is imprisonment, which includes the Turtledove Detention Camp in Fallout 3's Point Lookout DLC, and the Little Yangtze concentration camp in Fallout New Vegas's Old World Blues DLC. Both ran American programs of torture and experimentation prior to the Great War, and both were in close proximity to toxic waste that permeated the soil and water, which ghoulified the surviving prisoners after the bombs fell and their captors abandoned them.
The second reason is jingoism. This covers the Chinese remnants at Mama Dolce's and a couple of listening posts in Fallout 3, and the Motherlode Acquisition Facility in Fallout 76. The Motherlode Acquisition Facility is sitting right on top of what looks like an ultracite fissure site (which I can say from experience is not great for one's health), but besides that the sentient ghouls in each are doing what the Enclave does - carrying out covert military operations and extending the war past the point of nuclear annihilation. Ghoulification is practically a bonus in this case as it extends lifespans and eliminates the threat of radiation sickness, allowing agents to better carry out their missions on American soil. Whether or not the Chinese remnants all submitted to this process voluntarily is obviously up for debate - there is at least one spy in the Motherlode Acquisition Facility that doesn't want to be there. You also pointed out the Yangtze-31 submarine in Fallout 4, which touches both reasons - a Chinese nuclear payload that contributed to the Great War, and naval mine damage that caused a reactor leak which ghoulified the crew and shut the vessel down. Still, Captain Zao harbors no ill will to peaceful investigators, so it's safe to say he and his crew were primarily the victims of circumstantial imprisonment.
But for imprisonment by either the state or circumstances, there are plenty of documented instances where the populations affected weren't primarily Chinese. The Californian residents of Vault 12 in the first Fallout game, a vault whose door was designed to close improperly, is one such case. Vault 34 in Fallout New Vegas saw a chunk of its own Mojave Desert population mutate thanks to a damaged reactor. The beached FMS Northern Star in Fallout 4 has a Norwegian ghoul crew. The remaining inmates of Eastern Regional Penitentiary in Fallout 76 have become emaciated and feral, and they were Appalachian criminals and union organizers.
Ghoulification for the sake of America is a little harder to find, but I would argue that mutation is still a tool of those who are dragging the nation's corpse around. The Enclave classifies all mutants, ghouls included, as subhuman and worthy of extermination, but they're still willing to exploit Fallout 2's super mutant Frank Horrigan for their own purposes. If they viewed ghouls as useful, I have no doubt they would have ghoulified their own ranks.
Really, what we have in the case of the Chinese ghouls on American soil is a display of writer-induced survivorship bias. The setting draws heavy inspiration from the Red Scare and McCarthyism, where instead of the Soviet Union, Communist China has hidden within the United States to further its own goals. While the games make use of environmental storytelling elements like holotapes, journals, and propaganda, it's just more interesting for the player to occasionally happen upon a populated secret base or prison or submarine to see the extent of the Chinese infiltration and America's paranoia. Oh, it's been 200 years since the bombs fell? Well, lucky for the writers, they have this in-universe explanation for why someone might have lived long enough to meet the player character. If it weren't for the preserved groups of Chinese ghouls, we probably wouldn't see the pre-war Chinese people at all.

Context
Context for choice 1.
We are going to find out about the other bullies. Cassie's dad is Bonnie Bully, Jeremy Fitzgerald and Beta tester Jeremy "REMEMBER JEREMY" Freddy Bully is Sammy Emily and the CEO of Fazbear Entertainment and the villain in this new story. Chica Bully is Fritz Smith and the new killer. Here is my pitch. Michael took Fritz Smith from his friend. Fritz was the one kid who took the fall for CC’s murder. Perhaps after all this time, he is let out or prison and Sammy is there waiting for him. Sammy offers him a job and a means for them all to atone for what happened to CC. Turn Fazbear Entertainment into a happy memory for everyone. But Sammy is lying. Jeremy’s fate we all know what happens in HW2. But The Mimic needs a new apprentice and what better killer to use than the person who took the fall for the Bite of 83.
Maybe Michael can come back. There is certainly evidence of Michael’s survival. Theory 1. Theory 2. Theory 3.
My pitch is this. Michael would find Vanessa and Gregory and help them. He’s been working on the inside of Fazbear Entertainment(his email in FNAFAR) to find out who and why is orchestrating everything since everything was supposed to die with him, William and Henry. The children are still here(Tangle) his father’s agony has infested Fazbear Entertainment and somehow his old friends are involved. At some point Michael is able to save Jeremy and Gregory and Vanessa can break through to Cassie.
The final confrontation would be between the four friends that started it all. Michael and Jeremy reach Fritz and leave Sammy down to die with The Mimic and burning them both together and Fazbear Entertainment dies with them, thus ending the nightmare once and for all.
Context for choice 2
In Ruin, if you look very closely, you will notice both Burntrap and The Tangle have purple eyes.
Tumblr media
What if It was actually canon and Afton just transferred his remnant into The Blob and left The Mimic in his endo shell?
We do have a blink and you miss it cameo.
Tumblr media
ALSO. The trailer lines
“You will do as I say, you will bring me what I want, and if you fail me, then you will–both of you–BURN!”
I believe Afton was the puppet master. Vanny and The Mimic were his thralls. The Mimic allowed Afton to use it’s body, and his resurrection was complete. And both Burntrap and Princess Quest endings were canon. First Gregory ventured down to the basement and then Gregory went back to complete Princess Quest. Gregory saved Vanessa, while The Blob took Afton away and as The Blob took Afton, Afton took control of The Blob and left The Mimic down in the basement.
And then, Afton left inside the Tangle's body. Slowly, but surely The Tangle becomes the Afton Amalgamation like in Princess Quest. Hoping it will look like this art by xXmissrosearts
Tumblr media
But I believe all the Nightmarionne easter eggs is going to lead to Charlie coming back to kill William once and for all
Context for choice 3
youtube
Context for choice 5.
Gregory represents Freddy, Cassie represents Roxy and eventually we will get kids to represent Chica and Bonnie(I would've said Monty, but you know he's deader than dead atm lol) maybe they could you proto-Cassie be reused to be Chica's kid and someone new to bring back Bonnie.

(Series: Zero no Tsukaima | Artist: Eiji Usatsuka)
I've had two big distractions this month: Fate/Samurai Remnant and Papa's Cheeseria. F/SR is just a genuinely fun game with a really interesting plot that I want to keep on playing to find out more. I've done 2/3 of the endings and I'm currently doing the DLC before I get the third one. YouTube recommended me a video of someone playing the Papa's games and it made me really nostalgic so I ended up downloading Flashpoint to play them and it's been really addicting. There's something about the play loop that's so satisfying and makes it hard to stop once you've started.
Due to that, I've barely watched any anime this month. I've only picked up Love Live Superstar Season 3 of the seasonal anime. I'm really liking it though. I think it's an improvement over Season 2. I love that the group has been split up and it was smart to only introduce one completely new character and continue developing the existing ones. I've enjoyed both performances this season as well. I did try Acro Trip but it just wasn't for me.
I also read Fate/Alternative: Sougin no Fragments volume 4 but I haven't been doing review for this series due to the plot structure making it too hard to talk about. I've only got one volume left though so maybe I'll post my thoughts on the series when I'm done.
List of reviews:
Tensei Oujo to Tensai Reijou no Mahou Kakumei: Oukyuu Hiwa

E-EXCUSE ME?! (That drawing also made me think of how Ludwig's eyes were growing on his right shoulder too, so it could really be Moon's side effect but) EXCUSE ME! This theory sounds SUPER interesting?? So you think there were many Dolls mass-produced, and the one we meet in the Hunter's Dream is just one that "survived"? Or like what? Can you please elaborate, this sounds like a really unique take?
Oh you mentioned it on your reblog but yeah it is reminiscent of Ludwig! It's also really interesting how he's the only beast that obtain additional eyes... but instead of being in his head it create another head- ok anyway we'll talk about it another day let's go winter lanterns theory! XD
This time I will "try" to not divague too much on all the other theories & interpretations I know/have or we'll still be on it tomorrow 😂(sorry I failed)
Because if you ask me seriously what I think are the winter lanterns well I don't know 💀 I'm not sure at all what the hell are they, why they're here and how they came to life. I have/know tons of possible ideas. I guess for a fic I could choose but canonically I really don't know what they are for sure. (I won't be referencing the demake versions that is really cool btw or the comics ver because I haven't read it yet!)
So well I think everyone who played Bloodborne know what this abomina- I mean enemy is.
Tumblr media
They have a part of the doll body (form, clothes, wooden joints hands and fingers like the doll) they're made are made of messengers and have eyes (like mensis brain) and inflicted frenzy like the giant brain. + they have those horrible little jaws... and they sing this...
I'm unsure some say it's Mergo's lullaby other said it's the hunter dream music, some said it's neither... so if someone know... because really idk. It's beautiful yet disturbing. the voice is too deep and distorded.
(Did you know the doll was supposed to hum a lullaby in her sleep? When she nap there's black corner on the screen like there's a dialogue but there's nothing, it's the last thing remnant of this cut content. it's actually in ver 1.00 apparently)
They can be found in the nightmare frontier (3 of them I think), the nightmare of mensis (5?) and the fishing hamlet (2) in the hunter's nightmare (dlc). (Ok 10 of them, add the doll 11, add Maria 12, like the 12 hours of a clock. COINCIDENCES?!?! cough couch sorry yes it's probably the case but still hahah it's funny)
Ok so about the theory I was referencing here and referenced once in a while. I originally saw it on reddit but sadly I can't find the link anymore 😞
Basically, the original speculation said that the winter lanterns could have been created by Mensis (eventually healing church), to take care of Mergo, if I remember well. And then they become corrupted by the nightmare.
After thinking about this and other theories I read concerning the doll (that she could have been created by healing church originally and Gehrman recover the doll after/was given to him and then he made the clothes etc) and the extra knowledge I have on Japanese dolls (yes I made researches oh jp doll and it's even more interesting than the European victorian era one ahah) I could share the following ideas :
That maybe the winter lanterns were originally created by the church/mensis to help them + hunters in the nightmares. Because it was too dangerous to let humans go there for too long. But eventually, because no one cared properly for them, after a while, they become corrupted (or after Mensis did their ritual) and well become like this*. They would have been created after the original dolls because that had lot of potential or smt. They have clothes really similar to the doll but also the black church attire and without the dlc they are highly associated with the lecture building aka linked with church & mensis.
It's interesting to note 2 thing :
Their name come from the alkekengi plant (more explanation on reddit). they are called Hozuki in Japanese. (they even made little dolls with the grain hehe)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
*So about the dolls in general. I believed the doll in Bloodborne is highly inspired by the mourning doll from victorian era (I explained here a little) but it's interesting to see how they traditionally view dolls in Japan (because the devs are Japanese). If you're familiar with the culture/legend in shintoism/buddhism, they believe that objects and especially the one we cherish the most, have a soul. So they think dolls have a soul and they have special ceremonies to dispose of them when they aren't needed anymore called "ningyo kuyo". A way to thank them to have been there during childhood and to free their spirit by purification (burning them in a ceremony with prayers etc). But why? Well if it's not done it's believed that the soul stay but would become an evil spirit. because they were abandoned and not taken care of anymore. there's Yoke who might come from here or another good exemple : branette/banette the Pokemon
Tumblr media Tumblr media
So... I wouldn't be surprised if that's why they turned into nightmares monsters. The doll was actually treat with care and respected, was loved. Not the others. They probably didn't even have a face...
---
There's really tons of other speculations on them so have a few others here as well :
Some people think it's failed attempt to the doll creation and they were discarded/abandoned but it don't make sense to me, are at least not like this. it's also highly possible that's it's some kind of "echo" of the doll + messengers. the 2 thing that are supposed to be to always be safe and nice. Some think only the hunter/us could see them or see them like this. It's unclear.
Also I do headcanon in part that they could have been Maria very own nightmares (they do have horrifying similarities with the patients of the researches hall... and some they are always in the nightmares).
Tumblr media
The patients head (alone) cause frenzy as well. I feel like if the experiments had succeed (obtained additional eyes on the inside, for the patients), it would have been way too similar to a winter lantern. + they look similar to the doll and if we go on the headcanon that Maria used to wear smt really similar to the female black church attire during her time at the research hall well...they're based on her too. I imagined she could have been plague by nightmares of those but it's really headcanons territory.
Another theory I saw earlier while doing researches : they could have been human actually who transformed, past black church female doctors or hunters, but that don't explain the wood hands or why they transformed and all the other guys just died.
So yeah there's way too much thing it's always really interesting to know what people think
Next time I might share my more detailed headcanon concerning their creation + the doll hehe.

FNAF Theory: Cassie's Father Was Springlocked And Became Burntrap...
[Note: Reading This Theory Is Optional, also spoilers will be mentioned from the FNAF Movie. but will talk about the theory about Cassie's Father. this will be for Mature Audience Readers Only. also do NOT reblog this without permission.]
it is possible that Cassie's Dad never came home after leaving her a note, which could possibly be that note we find when we are wearing that Security Mask that looks like Vanny.
Cassie's Father is likely The Bully that had on The Bonnie Mask, and were friends with Michael Afton/Bully Who Wears The Foxy Mask.
the friends of Michael Afton, likely tried to change and no longer be like what they were when the accident happen at Fredbear's Diner.
it could be possible that each of Michael's friends, ended up losing their lives while working at The Mega Pizzaplex or half of them did so when working at The Old Pizzeria.
if the other former bullies also had children, besides Cassie's Father & Gregory's Father...
then the other children who could be friends with Cassie, but didn't go to her party because their parents stop them because of the disappearances that were happening...
the bully that wears the Freddy Mask, could of been the elder brother of Charlie Emily.
each of the bullies that were involved in the bite of 83, and got jobs at the Mega Pizzaplex maybe as early as 202X.
each of them could of had their remnant and memories placed into Glamrock Foxy, Bonnie, Chica and Freddy.
I still can't seem to get to the place where Glamrock Bonnie is suppose to be in the Ruin DLC, it seems to be difficult at the moment, but at least I was able to get the Scooper Ending in my first time beating that FNAF-SB's Ruin DLC.
for all we know, the Glamrock Bonnie that looks destroyed, could be a Prototype, and it lets The Real Glamrock Bonnie along with Foxy, to fake their "deaths" so they can move around the Pizzaplex and turn off the cameras so they wont be found out.
even if Cassie's Father had been Springlocked when ending up in the old Spring Bonnie's suit, his remnant and memories possibly went into the Glamrock Bonnie, who was his favorite.
half of him was still trapped in the Spring Bonnie suit, while the other half was trapped in Glamrock Bonnie.
the room that we find in the mini-game, where the Purple-Guy is cornered by the ghost children, and ends up trying to hide in a Spring Bonnie suit....it is possible that that was NEVER William Afton, that it may have been Cassie's Father who was trying to help free the ghosts of those children, only for them to mistake him for someone else.
the three machines in that room, were likely The Princess Quests 1, 2 & 3.
William Afton could of still ended up being springlocked, but it was in a different location.
there could be different types of dark secrets yet to be revealed about the FNAF Timeline.
that blonde ghost boy from the FNAF Movie, is suspicious.
he is likely a bit more powerful than the other ghost children, and he likely went to get the man who was known as "William Afton".
I can't help but find that ghost boy very suspicious, and he isn't as innocent as he appears to be. in theory, it was him that may have talked the other ghost children into trying to make Abby into one of them.
because of the strong influence that the ghost boy who controls Golden Freddy has on the other ghost children, he is able to corrupt them and make them agree without questioning what they are doing is wrong.
if the FNAF Movie's Timeline also took place in the same world as FNAF-SB's Timeline, then the animatronics that are seen in the FNAF Movie could be moved to the Pizzaplex after it is fully rebuild and fixed.
they could end up being kept in a different part of the pizzaplex, like a storage location until they can be moved to a more permanent location for them.
Vanessa Shelly and Vanessa A. could be two different people, and for all we know, it could of been Vanessa Shelly who was Vanny this whole time.
the story that was being told by the Candy-Cadet, is possibly about Gregory and Vanessa, and the monster could be the mimic...
the mimic might of not of been the first one to lure Cassie to the Pizzaplex, and it might of been Gregory the whole time.
when Cassie was wearing the mask, some of her memories were likely being projected, both her best and worst moments.
one of the best memories was her bonding with Roxy,
and one of her worst moments was when no one came to her birthday party, and while it might seem Gregory was part of the best memories that comfort her, but there could be more to meets the eye to it and he may have been the reason why her friends didn't show up in the first place.
even if we do try to do a Pacifist Route in FNAF-SB, where Gregory doesn't harm the other Glamrocks and take their upgrades and give them to Freddy...
the true timeline that leads to the Ruin's Future events, will always be where Gregory took their upgrades and gave them to Freddy.
so no matter if we choose to not take the other Glamrocks own upgrades or if we do take them anyway, in Ruin DLC the outcome will always be with Gregory taking their upgrades.
the mini-games could be stories that are being told through Arcade games that are in the Pizzaplex, and the stories could be memories from the remnant taking from their original sources.
which would mean that the mini-game that shows the Crying Child, are made up of memories of the remnant that came from the Crying Child.
remnant could hold copies of the memories of the original person that it came from, the soul that owns that remnant will either be together or separate in the same or different vessel.
Cassie's Father who was likely the Bonnie Masked Bully in his Youth, his Soul may have became trapped in the Spring Bonnie Suit, while his remnant that had a copy of his memories ended up becoming a part of Glamrock Bonnie.
we could think of parts of Cassie's Father was cleaved into different places, one of them being with the original body that would become Burntrap, the other became a part of Glamrock Bonnie.
and another would end up becoming Mxes with no memories of who he originally was but only that he needed to keep Cassie from freeing the Mimic, he could have no memories of Cassie so he might not feel anything when placing Cassie in some form of danger when calling either Chica or Monty or Roxy to where she is.
but if the Mxes did have some part of the remnant that came from Cassie's Father, then it might take time for some of those memories and emotions to appear in Mxes if it ends up being brought back.
Cassie's Father likely found out about what happen to the Missing Children and the Missing Therapist, and tried to free them.
the ones he wanted to start with freeing was the children, but something went wrong when they tried to do this and it ended up causing him to try to hide in a Spring Bonnie suit and he would end up becoming trapped and not going back home to Cassie.
Glamrock Bonnie could have the Remnant of Love, Burntrap could have the Remnant of Determination or Perseverance and Mxes may have some of the Remnant that make up Justice.
if this theory proves to be true, and Cassie found out, the truth might end up hurting her and even finding out that Gregory knew what happen to her father and never told her.
we only know very little about Cassie's Father, we know that he worked at the Pizzaplex and he had a Faz-Wrench.
and the possibility that he and the Bonnie Mask Bully are one in the same person.
some fans have already theorized this, possibly from Cassie talking about how Bonnie was her Father's Favorite.
for all we know, there was always going to be some plot twists that had to do with some hidden secrets that would be later revealed as the story of the FNAF Game progressed.
Gregory could turn out to be the son of the Freddy Mask Bully, who might of not been a very good person and may have a dark secret about them, seeing as their mas was the only one that didn't show those white pupils like the Bullies who wear the Foxy, Chica and Bonnie Masks.
the one who might be deeper linked to what happens around the Pizzaplex and even at the other locations, might be Gregory's Possible Father who was The Freddy Mask Bully.
Gregory might be working with The Freddy Mask Bully, who's true name is unknown but for all we know, he could be a Emily or Afton.
it could be possible that the Foxy Bully and The Crying Child, may be a Afton but they could also be a Schmidt.
the Foxy Mask Bully could be Mike Schmidt, while the Freddy Mask Bully could be Michael Afton or Michael Emily.
both William Afton and Henry Emily, could of both named their sons Michael, and only one of them ends up going by the nicknames Mike and Mikey.
and the Michael that may have been working at the Sister Location, could of been Michael Emily and the one he was speaking to may have been Henry Emily, his Father...but then again that theory may end up being debunked and that's okay.
but Gregory could of been involved in Cassie's Father going missing and him ending up becoming a victim of the Sprinlocks.
we know there are some secrets about Gregory that might end up being revealed one piece at a time, just not fully all at once.
and for all we know, the theory about him being the son of the Freddy Mask Bully could be correct.
even if it might seem that the Mask-Bot might have the spirit of Cassie's Father, but it could be someone else who could of been close to Cassie's Father.
I might not have much to go by other than the stuff I already mentioned about the theory that Cassie's Father may be the Burntrap in the FNAF-SB's Games own Timeline, and parts of himself ended up separated, like both his Soul and Remnant may have stayed in the Burntrap, while other parts ended up becoming a part of Glamrock Bonnie and Mxes.
Gregory's Father "The Freddy Mask Bully" could of had his Soul and Remnant either end up in the Prototype Glamrock Freddy or the Real Glamrock Freddy.
Gregory might not be as innocent as he appears to be, even if we could keep him from doing any harm to Roxy, Chica and Monty but the True Timeline will always be where he ends up doing harm to them, no matter if we allow it to happen or not at the starting events that take place before Ruin.
for all we know, it might of not been Mxes that was calling Monty, Chica and Roxy to where Cassie was, and it may have been Gregory the whole time.
and Gregory could of been lying to Cassie and he was the one who was controlling the other Glamrocks and making them chase after her.
if we were able to give all the Glamrocks their upgraded parts back, like not just Chica's beak and voice-box...
but also Roxy's Eyes and Monty's claws & legs.
then that could be a interesting concept, maybe in another part of the FNAF Security Breach's story, where Cassie helps Roxy and Monty.
Monty being so aggressive like a feral animal, could be from the control that Gregory might have on him when making him go after Cassie.
there could be more to Gregory than meets the eye, and the only way he becomes "Good" is if the Player makes sure to not have him hurt Roxy, Monty and Chica and take their upgrades to use on Freddy.
but once again no matter if we choose a Paciest Route when playing FNAF Security Breach, Gregory in the Ruin's Future events will always end up hurting Freddy's friends and taken their upgrades.
Gregory could of been the one that caused Cassie's Father to end up as Burntrap, or him having knowledge of who caused it...
possibly being Henry Emily who caused Cassie's Father to become Burntrap.
for all we know, Henry Emily might be Gregory's Grandfather and it could also mean that Charlotte Emily is Gregory's Aunt.
Cassie could of been placed in Foster Care after her Father never came home, if it was just him and her.
or she may have been with her Mother the whole time after Cassie's Father went missing.
if Cassie's Father did end up becoming Burntrap and did try to free the ghost children, if the theory ends up being true then maybe it will be revealed in the future or maybe debunked.
not everyone has to agree about the theory, that Cassie's Father while trying to free the ghost children from the animatronics from the old location under the pizzaplex but only ended up becoming Burntrap and not being able to return to Cassie.
not all theories have to be correct and with how some theories are, and how some could end up being debunked, well the original fan theories that do end up being debunked can end up working in a Fanon Timeline...
not sure what else to say about the theory about Cassie's Father being mistaken for the "Purple-Guy" and even appearing as the Purple-Guy to both the Player and The Ghost Children, but it turning out it wasn't him but a man who will possibly never see his daughter again, or even if he did it would be what he had become and not the man he once was.
I can agree that Cassie's Father may be Bonnie Mask Bully, but it's okay that not everyone agrees that I believe that Cassie's Father might be Burntrap that is seen in FNAF Security Breach.
and that Gregory may have been involved in the accident that would cause Cassie's Father to become trapped in a Spring Bonnie Suit and then transforming into Burntrap...

Hi! Im new to pokemon and you seem like the right person to ask, or can direct me to a better person to ask? I want to play every pokemon game but some are just the same game with small differences, right? Is there a list of which are the “ideal” games to play so I can experience it all correctly? I have been looking at the wiki pages but I dont know which pokemon are “better” so Im not sure which games to pick on my own! Thank you! :)
oh hey no problem!!
yeah so pokemon tends to release new games in sets of two, the two games are usually identical aside from certain pokemon that are exclusive to one version or the other, which encourages trading between players. for your purposes, if you're going to try and play every pokemon game, you don't need to play both X and Y for example, just one of the two. additionally sometimes pokemon releases a third version of... once again the same game, with perhaps a few story changes but mainly improvements to mechanics and bug fixes etc - this is more of a remnant of the older titles before DLC/patches were a thing and they don't do this much anymore but i digress. no pokemon between versions are "better", really just comes down to personal preference. most people pick by which box art pokemon they like better (like when diamond and pearl came out i picked diamond because i liked dialga more than palkia lol)
BASICALLY, tldr, if you want to play one of each pokemon game, you want to play the following... if i list two games, that means they don't have a superior third version, just pick the one with the pokemon you like more that's on the box art. i've also marked the games that are remakes in italics, so if you aren't counting remakes you can skip them (though i recommend them, they're usually good on their own merits and feel very different from the originals!)
gen 1: yellow (also has a virtual console release on 3DS)
gen 2: crystal (also has a virtual console release on 3DS)
gen 3: emerald + firered OR leafgreen
gen 4: platinum + heartgold OR soulsilver
gen 5: black OR white + black 2 OR white 2
gen 6: x OR y + omega ruby OR alpha sapphire
gen 7: ultra sun OR ultra moon + let's go pikachu OR let's go eevee
gen 8: sword OR shield + brilliant diamond OR shining pearl + legends arceus
gen 9: scarlet OR violet
the above list should take you through the key games of every generation without repeats. i hope this helps i'm flattered to be of service for this problem lol i hope you have fun!! if you're still confused or have more questions feel free to ask

I have reached the endgame of Super Robot Wars 30.
The Dreikreuz LGBTQ+_Community has defeated nearly all antagonist factions, including Dr. Hell's Kikaiju army[1], the mercenary Kingdom of Zilkhistan[2], the Neo Zeon remnant soldiers[3], the cosmic thralls of Triple Zero[4], the Wulgaru space fleet[5], the interstellar colonists from Pentagona[6], The Claw's cultish organization[7], the magitech forces of Zaloudek[8], the Super A.I. criminals[9], the otherworldly monsters of Cephiro[10], the Zanscare Empire and its superweapons[11], and the mysterious kaiju of Tsutsujidai[12], with their leaders either dead, defected, imprisoned, or otherwise MIA.
The crew has recruited nearly every character who could have joined the party, and there are no more opportunities to do so, i.e., I messed up recruiting a secret pilot from The Brave Police J-Decker and a secret supporter from SSSS.Gridman, but otherwise everyone else, including DLC characters, has joined.
The last antagonists remaining are the Quaestors, but to confront them will require a terrible sacrifice from crew! DUN DUN DUN!
To be continued...
Mazinger Z: Infinity
Code Geass Lelouch of the Re;surrection
Mobile Suit Gundam Narrative
King of Kings: GaoGaiGar VS Betterman
Majestic Prince
Heavy Metal L-Gaim
Gun X Sword
Knight's & Magic
The Brave Police J-Decker
Magic Knight Rayearth
Mobile Suit Victory Gundam
SSSS.Gridman

Hi! Sorry for the random question, but I got just the slightest bit curious which endings you reached during your playthrough of Fate/Samurai Remnant and what your overall thoughts on them were...? You don't have to answer this ajdhdjdh it's just a question I've been having.
no worries! i've completed 2 out of the 3 main story routes- flames of resentment and entreat the darkness. i did start the final route that focuses more on yui but got a bit distracted ^^;
i haven't done the dlc yet though
as for my thoughts- i liked it! i enjoyed the gameplay and i liked the characters a lot. my only real quibble is i think it probably had too many characters-as much as i love the rouge servants only 2 of them were really relevant to the plot in anyway which i found a shame. if it were up to me i think i'd either cut most of them or have had one of the dlc focus more on the ones who didn't get used much (rouge saber and rider at the very least deserved it as new characters)
also as a personal desire i do wish that theyd done SOMETHING w arjuna and rider's connection through lore. even if it was just some more info on indra
i really liked the cast though, and all the new characters were super cool

Rpg Anon: Strap in, mod. Cuz I gotta give my two cents on you being interested in Disgaea now.
First of all, I don't anything about what happens in disgaea 6 or 7. Kinda didn't care anymore after the older characters didn't feel like work was done to make their moves modern anymore.
Ok now, if you're that interested just of the hinazumi bit, you can ignore Disgaea 1 and 3. I didn't play them either but they didn't seem too interesting to me. Just know Laharl, Etna, and Flonne are old characters from the first game.
I recommend playing Disgaea 2, 4, and 5. Mostly cuz I biased like these ones. You can play 2 on a psp emulator like I did. 4 is the first game I saw and how I got into the series tho and 5 was pretty fun to watch and had a great story.
Before I gush over the hinazumi-ish details of Adell and Rozalin, important tips for Disgaea 2 tho. 1. DO NOT kill your friends. Friendly fire is always on and it's always a bad idea to accidentally do this in all the games but 2 actually punishes you HARD if you do it way too much. *shivers in fear remembering the Worse Ending* 2. Adell hits REALLY hard if the opponent is stronger than him. Prepare yourself to see him level up like crazy for being a level 100 fighting level 500's. 3. Adell's cowardly scaredycat little brother is the best unit in the game bar none. His aoe attack where desperately flails all around himself does more damage than anything in this game.
Now for the stupid gushiness. Spoilers tho. Adell and Rozalin start off really not wanting to be around each other. They really don't like having to drag or be dragged everywhere. Character Development happens tho and by the end of the game, well, Adell fucking kisses the insanity out of her. 👍. Funny as the credits show her trying to shoot him for doing that. Here comes the reall Hinazumi levels of tsundere lovey dovey shit. Come Disgaea 4, you can recruit them separately as dlc. The thing is, well, they both seem to have secret motives for why they want the job and need the money when you first try to recruit. Turns out they secretly wanted to buy something valuable for the other. (Adell wanted to buy a fancy necklace for Rozalin and Rozalin wanted to buy a new fancy house for Adell) How sweet. However, whoever you recruited first suddenly arrives after the second is beaten and admits their reasons and they feel moved. Cue the lovey dovey atmosphere of "You did all of this for me?" "You were doing all of this for me, too?" "I... um... uh..." *long silence and then the atmosphere burst into colorful hearts and rainbows as they're both lost in their own world, staring at each other in silence* What happens next can only be described as:
Ibuki coming out of nowhere screaming out "OH. MAH. GAWD. These two. Are. MARRIED!!!"
(Cue the tsundere.)
Hinazumi finally realizing everyone was watching: WE'RE NOT MARRIED!!!
Hajime: yeah um um um she's just a freeloader living together with me under the same house!
Mahiru: Hajime, you idiot! You're only giving them more of the wrong idea! Also who are you calling a freeloader?!
Ibuki: You two are definitely married!
Fuyuhiko: Okay okay! That's enough. You're both fucking hired. Work together as husband and wife to make money for the business, you two.
Hinazumi: We're not married!
(This was fun to go thru again.)
From then on, it gets more and more intimate and hilarious. Honestly, I wish I could gush over it more but I don't have time.
//Ok, so I checked out a video on what you were talking about, and I'll link it here.
youtube
//So there's two possible outcomes, as RPG said, and they both give off this absolutely perfect tsundere romance vibe. This is the most Hinazumi thing I have ever fucking seen, and I adore it.
//Kaguya-sama wishes it could be this good.
//And what's funny is I imagine this being a potential story interaction for the Survivor RPG we brainstormed a while ago. Except maybe instead, it's just Ibuki and the other Remnants teasing Hinazumi that they are stupid in love and married.

So I have some questions about Rasputin 1. how many subminds did he have
2. Do you think we'll see some of the other D1 warminds like Charlemagne
3. What was Rasputin doing on Io I remember there was a warmind bunker on Io and there's a crucible map that takes place in a warmind launch station for something called javelins
Thanks for reading this I want you know that I like seeing you talk about Rasputin
I'm glad you like seeing me talk about Rasputin! Because I like talking about Rasputin.
I'll caveat this by saying I'm traveling during Week 2 and won't have a chance to play Destiny till Saturday at the earliest, so if there's new Week 2 info pertinent to the question, I don't know it.
In order, the answers to your questions are:
In this season they seem to be using "submind" for pieces Rasputin might partition into when his main network was disrupted, so his submind count now (after the Pyramid Fleet's attack) is likely not his submind count from the Golden Age. We don't know how many we’ll see this season, but my money's on us rescuing seven. I say that because a) there are 7 notches on the "seasonal story" triumph and b) the Seven Seraphs faction/Seventh Seraph weapon line. During the Golden Age we know he had at least one, but that’s all we know for sure - the number of AI in general is unclear. In a fun wrinkle, canon initially said there were many Warminds, then the Warmind DLC retconned them to all be Rasputin subminds, then the Last Days of Kraken Mare un-retconned it back to multiple Warminds. Season of the Seraph hasn't yet declared one way or the other.
I'm hoping we see Charlemagne or a Charley-remnant submind. There are only a couple of known submind names, so this season’s writers are going to have to come up with a few more, and I don't see why not to include Charley. My personal theory is that there were seven Warminds including Rasputin pre-Collapse, and during the Pyramid Fleet's attack the Warminds were slain one by one with each one passing on what was left of its assets to the survivors before it fell. That would leave Rasputin with 6 "subminds" that are all that's left of his original comrades, which reconciles "multiple Golden-Age Warminds" with "but maybe they're all Rasputin subminds?" That tallies with a side comment in one of his messages about "reclaimed CHLM assets" meaning "stuff Charley used to own."
The Warminds' presence extended throughout the solar system. They had ground facilities pretty much wherever. Io had stations for monitoring Jupiter and the outer solar system as well as several launch sites for warsats and Javelin rockets; the Crucible map Javelin-4 is one of those launch facilities. The tall black finned rocket in the central round area of that map is a Javelin, and the rockets we helped launch during Season of the Worthy are smaller versions of them. We don't know much about the Javelins other than that they look cool. They probably served as missiles, cargo haulers, or whatever else the Warminds needed. Rasputin recommissioned/reconstructed a lot of his old Io sites during his arms buildup in Season of the Worthy and later used the Io batteries specifically to fire on the first Pyramid crossing into the Jupiter system (and got shut down for his trouble). That’s why the Warmind towers on Earth and the Moon were retracted in Season of Arrivals but the ones on Io were still deployed, just dark - Rasputin was cut off mid-attack.

Jeremy fictive culture, specifically Glamrock Bonnie, is getting excited that you're even included in the RUIN DLC
also Jeremy fictive culture, specifically getting possessed by Glitchtrap, is being so confused when people saying you/Glitchtrap is Afton? Like,, I suppose on a technicality yes? But it's really just Springbonnie AI + Mr. Afton's remnant + fires that corrupted the AI
Also also Jeremy fictive culture is tazing animatronics (bc I'm also both Phone Dude and the security guard in SL in my canon-) along with not liking being asked if I'm from a certain fancomic
-Jeremy Fitzgerald, cryptid collective
(p.s. glad to see you're doing better!!)
1. The tazing animatronics thing made me wheeze
2. Sorry for the confusion, that's gotta be annoying
3. Felt. Hate getting asked that sorta shit.
(P.s. we're glad to be doing better too, trust me)
