So i was thinking what if Yuu or Fuyumi is Shirayuki twin sister and she suddenly transported by a black carrige to night raven collage infront of her sister, Zen, Mitsuhide, Kiki and Obi? Her sister married with the second prince so when she got missing all hell would broke loose, Mitsuhide in panic, Kiki is mad, Obi going to kill someone. Izana plotting things with Zen. They fond of Yuu as little sister they never had afterall.

When she come to the school and knowing she cant come back she say "Oh no Izana nii and Zen would wrack havoc right now. Wait how about my work?!! Oh no my babies!! The plant would die without me!! What about nee san?!! She would be stressed she's pregnant with little prince or princess right now!! Obi, Kiki, and Mitsuhide would be so mad!! Im so done!! " Yep she's more concerned with her medical plant and how the other's would wrack havoc to search her as she is an important pharmacist in the kingdom with her sister before she got married.

When Fuyumi explain she's younger sister of a princess consort everyone in uproar. Crowley sweating bullets knowing she's an important figure. If something happend to her his head could fly!!

She ask Crowley to at least search a way to made her can communicate with her sister and brother's in law ASAP, if not Izana could start a war to neighboring kingdom just to search for her with Zen in their over protective brother mode and he agree with it even ask Lilia to ask Maleus if he maybe know something.

Knowing this is not a laughing matter Lilia agree and in the mean time Fuyumi need to stay at Pamofiore while Ramshackle being renovated and Vil agree with it. Afterall if she have magic Vil know the girl would be shorted to Pomefiore as she an axellent pharmacist.

Riddle Rosenheart

Riddle think she is smart. He fist meet her in the morning picking a weed at the side road that aparantly could be used as remedy for fever. She say it was the perfect time to pick because the effect would be more potent. He don't know that and make sure to remember it.

Fuyumi don't like to see Riddle being too strict and ask him why he become like that. When she hear what Riddle mother do to him Fuyumi was so mad. Fuyumi tell him that what his mother did is wrong and made his grow disturbed. She literaly claim him as little brother and invite him to come with her if he want when Crowley found a way for her to comeback to her kingdom.

He is surprised but happily accept it. Fuyumi eventually decide to stay until Riddle is done with his school years, and Riddle become calmer with her around. He start to call her nee san made her occasionally give him a big hug.

He wasn't happy when he know his nee san actualy run away from her birth place Tanbarun because an idiotic prince want her and her sister as concubine. He is so going to give him a beating if he meet him.

When Fuyumi found a way to contact her family they also agree to adopt Riddle. Izana and zen teach him Clarines law.

When Riddle overblot her patience is gone, she give a piece of her mind to his mother and tell her Riddle already agree to be adopted by her. This shock her she scream at her but she calmly say that he already 17 and he could pick what he want "You say your rules is the right but you can't even see he hasn't growing right physically and mentaly. You are lucky this is not my kingdom or you would be in jail right now for child neglect." This stunned her and her husband give his signature to agree with the adoption because he actualy love Riddle and want him to find his happiness.

Tray Clover

Tray think she is strong, she don't cower at Riddle and give him a piece of her mind without screaming or insult him. She calming him and ask him what wrong first before give him other option. She teach him to become better leader instead force him with her belive. She never say Riddle is wrong, but he tell him his magic should be the last resort to punish someone.

She teach Tray how to cook things with herb not just made it more delicious but also tell him the effect he could get from each herb.

She scold him as he coddle Riddle too much because as a leader he need to know when he was in the wrong. Izana even never coddle Zen and he is a real prince!! Tray could only accept it while sitting in seiza for an hour.

He was sad to know his friend would come with her when she can comeback to her kingdom but happy as he would be free from his mother.

Carter Diamond

Carter think she's cool, there is no one who could stop Riddle when he is too strict than her and he literaly think she is Riddle sister the first time he saw her red hair but she apparantly not. They don't have any blood relation with each other but she did think of Riddle as little brother.

He is exasperated knowing a phone still not found yet in her world and they still use a bird to communicate with others, can't imagine how bored she could be without one but apparantly she isn't and obsessed over medical plant instead.

With her obsession with medical plant and her beauty Carter think if she have magic she would be accepted in Pomefiore easily.

He teach her how to use a phone when Vil give one to her.

Deuce spade

He think she is so calm, the first time he meet her Ace insult her as she don't know about the seven statue on the hall, he is trying to stop him as he dont like ace to hurt other people feelings. But instead being mad she don't give him any reaction. Grim was the one who is mad and she stop him in time before he could burn the statue.

She just say she would mark ace as 'troublesome' student and tell Crawell to give extra attention to Ace behaviour. When Crowley come she tell him what Ace did and he punish him and Grim to clean the window as he not just insult a staff member but also someone who have relation with royal family from another world.

This shock them ofcourse but the more shocking was she could calm the house swarden when he hear the news and made Ace got more lenient punishment (cleaning the flamingo cage for a week without magic). She aparantly claim him as little brother and they are become really over protective with each other.

Her knowledge of herbs also facinating, Crawel class always more fun when she's around.

Deuce tell her his past and she just smile and say she' proud that he could change.

She think everyone younger than her is her cute little brother and apparantly Riddle and Deuce is in her favorite list.

Ace Trappola

Ace don't like her as he can't make fun of her, and because she's the staff and have relation with royal family in another world he can't do anything to her. She also mark his name as 'problem child' made the teacher give extra attention at him and made him can't run away from his punishment.

When he found out she have brother sister bond with Riddle he is freaking out and when Riddle hear about what happend he also mark Ace, he say "You, insult my nee san again it would be off with your head!!" Yup Riddle had sister complex over her.

In the end he never dare to make fun of her again but he still thankful that she made Riddle become more lenient with his punishment, he already hear some horor story from the others. Can't use magic the same thing as choping your head as a mage afterall.

She think of Ace as mischievous annoying little brother.

So "Good Witch" is being taken off of Netflix so of course I started watching it to see if I was missing anything and I wasn't. It's one of those shows that has the potential to be good if it had better writing because it, for the most part, seems like it has some good story lines. A new doctor in town who has to basically start his clinic from scratch in a town that doesn't trust doctors because their last town doctor was an asshole after the narcissistic mayor screws the new doctor over by telling him it was fully stocked when it was barely functional while also dealing with a divorce and having full custody of his son. A son that is spoiled and trashed a person's house and skips school and his dad doesn't have the emotional availability to take care of him so their relationship is strained. They have the self-centered mayor who doesn't admit to her own faults or thinks things through (holy shit how did she become mayor?). There's another dude, Derek I think, who was acting weird for half the episode and seems like... Well I don't know if he's a shitty partner or if becoming a police officer was so important to him that he didn't want input into his decision including his partner or what but. He's a police officer! And all the people he loved, including the main characters which I haven't even talked about yet, were being assholes about it for reasons ("this is the last thing your father wanteed for you" he said accusingly) they don't really explain. I think the dude's sister implies that their dad died in service, or like a long string of family members died in service, but they don't say what happened or why I should care about this (I guess if the dad did die in service I could understand why they would have such an unsupportive attitude but still. Maybe it's the dry dialogue with no character voice behind it. When they talk it's always so stale omg no soul behind those words). There's also a new chief of police. I think he called out the mayor a few times for her bullshit so I think they're good?

Ok so the actual two main characters, the Nightingale's! Danny Phantom witch au or crossover anyone? Jk. They're... good witches... That's really all there is too them... They don't really have personalities other than being nice and being whimsical but no personality to make me care about them. Magic is barely there so for but it's just the first episode so who knows. They make it obvious that the new doctor and the witch mom are endgame but they also obvious make the doctor's son (who I am going to refer to as "Troubled Boy" from now on) and the witch daughter endgame with a childhood friend love triangle that he's obviously going to lose which is going to be awkward because if the doctor dad and witch mom get together then that means the kids are going to be step-siblings and good luck explaining that. When the witch daughter first sees the troubled boy and her childhood friend gives her a psychological profile per her REQUEST and they start looking down on him ALREADY EVEN WHEN HE HASN'T DONE ANYTHING YET (which makes me think they do this REGULARLY and that annoys me. Especially since with the dialogue I'm not going to care about this one obvious flaw). They try to pull an "I'm not like other girls" thing but then make her show immediate interest in him despite the fact that she was looking down on him literally half a second ago. And then she's just nice the whole episode. Well ok. Both ships they're trying to pull and enemies to lovers but I don't care about them and one of the ships is a one-sided enemies to lovers thing which isn't that fun especially since the doctor kind of had a point in telling the mom witch that she shouldn't have been prescribing what at first I thought was safe nonrisky herbal remedies or like a magic potion thing but no she says she watches what proportions she puts or something which makes me think she prescribes like. Real medicine. Presumably without a license or something. I will give her credit that she is in fact good at what she does and has a point in telling the doctor that herbal remedies are also an alternative form of medicine. Also the doctor not believing in herbal remedies because they're not pills and therefore not giving his patients that option?? Like sir???? Did no one teach you about this when you DID go to medical school??????? What did you think people used before pills were made??????????

Ohhh, in terms of Descendants, I would love to see more non-magic AUs! Like, a common AU is magical settings, like Hogwarts or magical creature based universes or royal settings, which Descendants is very similar to. What about 'normal'-AUs, with no magic or royalty or anything. Modern day where the Isle kids are maybe kids who have trouble with the law and want to start a new path and Auradon kids are prep school kids who do skiing trips instead of dinner with kings and queens. There is no magic to solve problems or dragons to fight or future queens/kings, just teenage kids trying to live their life despite what other people think of them.

Instead of Mal being the daughter of the wicked Maleficent, she's the daughter of a woman who's done serious jail time for kidnapping/attempted murder and everyone believes Maleficent's influence has shaped Mal into a bad kid, still vandalizing her town and skipping school.

Jafar is a disgraced local politic caught in embezzlement, Jay is still pickpocketing to feed himself because no one will hire his father anymore.

Cruella has animal cruelty charges up the wall, not with talking dogs, just normal dogs she wanted to turn into a coat and she's been shunned for years, Carlos growing up in isolation as no one wanted to befriend the son of the puppy killer.

Evie is the daughter of a woman outed for marrying her last husband for money, rumors running rampant that she killed him. Snow White was whisked off into custody with a nice family, while Evie was left behind for people to point and whisper at.

Ben isn't the future king, he's the son of the mayor. Audrey comes from a wealthy, well-known family (think Gretchen from Mean Girls, whose father invented the toaster strudel). Chad comes from money too, and they all go to a private school that teaches 'geography' and 'algebra' instead of 'remedial goodness' and 'virtues and values'.

Ben convinces his parents to start a program for kids from the bad side of town to be allowed into their school. There are no famous villains to be whispered about, only those with criminal pasts and their kids who were left forgotten. No wand to steal, no spell book for guidance, no love spell cookies. Just kids trying to make it work in the real world.

Thinking about how I would rework silver eyes and honestly I think itd be cool and fun to just lean further into the Sharingan comparison and give it actual stages of progression, instead of it being an all-or-nothing thing that in turn mandates that Ruby has to be completely incompetent at using it in 80-90% of situations, or else the conflict would be over.

So in my AU, it has ten stages. (Nine, in general practice. The last is more of a mythical/worldbuilding thing that probably isn't real.)

Each stage both unlocks a new thing it can do, and can improve what you've unlocked in previous stages. (In DnD terms, kind of like getting the choice to perform a basic spell at a powered-up higher level) Each stage is mastered with training, and you cannot unlock the next if your mind and Aura aren't strong enough. But each time, either intense emotion, or a sort of "epiphany" moment of self-actualization, is still needed as the "final trigger" to progress to a new stage.

All of its abilities are a form of "magic", and do not directly use Aura, but still tie into it. Instead, the eye abilities accumulate "Tarnish", a new cost for the ability. Its only remedy is time and rest. Tarnish is lasting strain upon the user's mind and soul, chaotic dissonance in their Aura that causes the user's maximum Aura capacity to progressively weaken the more they use these. Along with this, the user's emotions become increasingly dulled. High Tarnish also causes physical pain, tingling, numbness, and has additional, increasingly worse effects on consciousness, critical thinking, and motor function.

However, the Tarnish generated by lower stages of the eyes is minor, generally dissipating over time faster than it builds up. Still, Tarnish always dissipates much slower than Aura can recharge. Past a critical point, it no longer dissipates at all. If one stops just before this point, it can still take over a month to fully recover, and will leave you effectively unable to do anything Aura-based for several days.

After the critical point, the user becomes an emotionless and powerless husk. Forever.

This in turn is actually perfect for the creation of Salem's Hounds. A fully Tarnished being results in a more powerful Hound than any alternative. The reason why is not well understood. Anyway!

Stages: Part 1: Pre-Beacon Unlocks

Stage 1, Ward: Cannot do harm. Weak Grimm recoil from the light, but the range only extends a few meters from the user.

Awakening Trigger: Ruby learning of her mother's death as a small girl.

Stage 2, Stun: Immobilizes and overwhelms the senses of weaker Grimm for several seconds, and also causes mild burns. The light is also disorienting for normal, non-supernatural reasons against humans at close range.

Awakening Trigger: Bullying at Signal (Cliche, but I really want a better actual reason why Ruby starts out awkward and self-conscious, and of where she picked up the idea that she'd prefer to be "normal".)

Stage Three, Gaze: Any Grimm that should be hidden or obscured can be clearly seen through any obstacle, as if faintly glowing silver. Weak points can be picked out as particularly bright areas on a Grimm.

Awakening Trigger: Bullying Part 2, Electric Boogaloo

Stage Four, Petrify: Can encase one target up to mid-level, such as an Ursa Major, in stone, or fully petrify them. Requires several seconds or more of sustained focus. Ruby herself remarks that it's often impractical, unless she's restrained. This is also the first stage to be able to cause rapid Tarnish buildup.

Awakening Trigger: When she stands up to her bullies at Signal without Yang.

She is at Stage Four when she arrives at Beacon.

Stages Part 2: Beacon/Post-Fall Unlocks

Stage Five, Scour: Any Grimm-produced substance within a few yards is rapidly destroyed and nullified. This includes slime, ooze, toxins, acid, projectile attacks, and even their elemental attacks, but it only works for a few seconds at a time. It can also weaken Grimm defenses and erode their armor, but does not kill outright.

Awakening Trigger: Entrance Exam

Stage Six, Ray: The eyes produce a beam that causes Instant disintegration of one or two small to mid-size Grimm, and causes the skin of larger targets to "boil" like hot tar, doing great harm.

Awakening Trigger: Volume 2

Stage Seven, Luster: The Silver Eyes equivalent of the three-tomoe Sharingan, the furthest you'll normally get. Users briefly gain an altered silver Aura, essentially making all of their attacks and their very touch "super effective" against Grimm. Watch out for all the Tarnish, though...

Awakening Trigger: End of Volume 2

And Now We Get Spicy...

Stages Part Three: Refinement

After this point, the user must be both sufficiently powerful and directly witness a great loss (This need not be death, but often is), to unlock the "Refined" Silver Eyes (basically Mangekyou Sharingan). Unlocking Refinement is very strenuous upon the body and soul. Passing out or going comatose after it is first attained is common, as the user's first time inevitably generates high levels of Tarnish. It is also possible for someone to permanently "fail" their Refinement and get stuck at Stage Seven instead, if they face a great tragedy before they're physically and emotionally prepared for it.

But once Refinement is attained, "Ward" becomes passive, and works on Grimm up to mid-level, such as an Ursa Major or Manticore. However, the default radius is still only a few meters. This would potentially add some logic to why exactly Ruby just walks around with Relics, since she can now cancel out their attractant properties without any significant effort, and it would also help explain her moments of overconfidence and recklessness.

As for active abilities:

Stage Eight, Smite: What Ruby canonically does with her eyes. A powerful area-of-effect blast that can kill or petrify all Grimm in the area.

Awakening Trigger: RIP Pyrrha

Stage Nine, Sanctify: Objects, buildings, and places can become infused long-term with the ability to repel, or at greater levels of investment, actively harm Grimm. Effectiveness can build cumulatively, but scales down in inverse proportion to the total size of what is Sanctified. Handheld weapons, for instance, can become extremely damaging to Grimm for centuries, if sanctified by many at a time, or given many years to be imbued with power. An entire place/area is much harder. Ideally, it is meant to be used by entire groups of SEW. Ruby herself can only safely Sanctify something like a large house for a day or so, but maintains a permanent low-level effect on Crescent Rose. Can briefly "stack" with Luster for some Real Bonkers Finishing Move Shit.

Awakening Trigger: During V6

Stage Ten, Salvation: An ability detailed only in legend. Allegedly, the ability to "purify" a Grimm without killing it, turning it against all of its brethren. In some legends, this even bestows it Aura. What this process would truly entail, or how this stage is actually reached, is unknown. Sources tend to be somewhat contradictory of one another.

Awakening Trigger: N/A

Well, now that I have a little less stress, and more desire to draw, this thing left them.

I don't draw anything genderbend related really, but Hanne and Elias(? called for it.

With the same Dark Helsa au!, in this case with Elias as the "Ice King" and Hanne.

After the death of the kings of Arendelle Agnarr and Iduna and in a fit of anger and pain, his powers are unleashed by accidentally freezing his kingdom, so he desperately tries to remedy it by helping his kingdom. However, the neighboring kingdoms find out about this and fearfully attack Arendelle, Elias proves to be afraid of war at first, but over time and realizing that diplomacy did not help at all, he ended up using his powers to protect Arendelle.

Liquidating kingdom after kingdom and with time his mercy and fear dissipated freezing his heart.

Each kingdom he defeated was a new kingdom for him, making Arendelle one great empire covered in snow. Likewise, he took prisoners and they were trained to create merciless and resistant soldiers.

Over time, several kingdoms decided to stop wars and ally with the "Snow King" and thus avoid further losses. But others simply did not give in and more warriors and families died.

But Elias continued to feel a great Lack of "Something" that he only managed to "quench" by liquidating and conquering everything in his path.

That emptiness became bigger after his brother Andrew (? Escaped with a girl who belonged to his army. His beloved brother, whom he had always tried to protect, had "betrayed" him. (But that is another story)

Over time his advice let her know that with the rapid growth of his empire, it was necessary for her to marry and have a descendant as soon as possible.

Elias was not going to accept but he realized that if he wanted his kingdom to continue being the most powerful of all he needed an heir with his powers.

The rumor spread to the other kingdoms and that terrified them, because a new heir with magic would only be his downfall, so the kingdoms refused to present the princesses of their respective kingdoms to his majesty. Well not all of them did.

The Southern Isles were, until the great rise of the Snow King to his frozen empire, the most feared and respected kingdom of all.

His wealth was abundant and his army was the most powerful and strong of all (there are those who affirm that if King Elias did not have powers, the army of Arendelle and that of the Southern Islands would be the most powerful and invincible of all).

So when the king of the Southern Isles found out that Elias was looking for a wife, he got down to business, because he saw a great opportunity to expand and form a great alliance with Arendelle.

The king of the southern Islands was the father of 13 daughters and most of them were already married or engaged, except 2 of them; one of his twins Regna and his youngest daughter Hanne.

The king planned to present Regna to Elias as her betrothed, since Hanne didn't really consider her important enough to present to the king.

But when he is face to face with Elias, he seems more interested in Hanne. For the same reason that he can see people's hearts, Hanne's heart is more interesting than Regna's.

So he has more interaction and courtesies with Hanne. With the intention that perhaps she would be better to take her as her wife. The king of the southern Islands was the father of 13 daughters and most of them

Dolores. A Fairytale. - Chapter 1 - "The Morning routines and other very ordinary rotes for very ordinary knights" (C:tD!AU)

(TW hints of abuse. I didn't like my first chapter 1 draft at all and decided to start from scratch. There's first hints in here as to what Arts and Realms Dolores practices)

Let me tell you, toothpaste is quite the thing.

It's meant for plain old oral hygiene, usually it tastes like an almost obnoxiusly chemical imitation of mint or, more rarely, like almost nothing at all, and that's a shame, really, for toothpaste can fool you into thinking that, sometimes, it's a mystical ingredient to a long forgotten potion, like coagulated unicorn blood, sparkling dark red. Other times it's striped in bright greens or cyan and pointing the little blot upon your toothbrush towards the light makes them glow ever so faintly.

And at other-other times, it may resemble colorless craft glue. I remember that many a year ago when I was a girl, I hated that barely-opaque toothpaste type as it could conjure up that thought in me, the grizzly mental image of a perfectly sealed shut mouth unable to make a sound no matter how hard it tried.

Yes, wouldn't it just be horrible to never be able to scream, for no soul around to hear the muffled whimpers trying to pry themselves free from that poor, abused orifice in hopes of anyone to realize they've been called to action, "Someone save her, a maiden in grave danger!" Lord, how I had wanted to scream and cry until my throat was so wounded it would spill blood like a fountain, dark red and glittering maiden's blood.

And, at last, toothpaste can look and smell like an herbal tincture. Some remedies and glue are quite similar in that they're both supposed to "patch up" something, be it paper, wood or severed skin. They also, wouldn't you know it, both taste horrible (like toothpaste) It should be noted, though, that Betaisadona is quite pathetic at making a table leg stick to its top, likewise you should not smear actual glue on your wounds. Then again, modern medicine may have a few tricks up its sleeve that I, a wayward fairy, could not have imagined with my education frozen in time from all the decades I've spent near-immortal in freeholds where no self-respecting Nocker would've touched a bottle of gorilla glue with a ten-foot pole.

For now, toothpaste would have to suffice. Last night I'd fought a horned dragon Chimera which had attempted to do unsavory things to a helpless little thing in her sleep, and as unbelieveable as that may sound, it did manage to leave me with some cavernous slashes all over my torso which, while chimerical in nature, still hurt, and even a knight as experienced as myself does not enjoy the ache. I'm no Siegfried and yet that dragon could very well been a Fáfnir, with fiery breath and fiery loins.

So I, the toothpaste obsessed, silly dollar-store-Sigfried, smear nearly the whole tube all over my bare, no longer clad in rose-gold Voile chest and abdomen, invoking Heather Balm with all my might and lo and behold! The glamourous tincture is working its magic and, almost like a fata morgana, the wounds begin to flicker more and more, they waver and fade like a trick of the light until suddenly they just disappear, leaving clean, unscarred skin in their place. Mostly unscarred.

"Aren't you just a fine doctor?" I ask myself, short of striking a gallant salute when I remember that, no, Dolores S. may be a decent chirurgeon but also that she's most certainly a terrible dentist; I embarrassingly haven't actually gotten around to brushing my teeth yet. Not just a knight but a jester, too, it seems.

A half-nude jester with faded-pink hair standing in her dingy studio apartment, covered in gluey balm, more akin to a madman than to fairy nobility. I should hasten, my guitar won't play itself, lyrics need a voice to give them life, and what is a street musician without their daily penny or two?

Wuxia AU (Section 1: Introduction)

I imagined Giovanni serving Tang Yuan (汤圆, a traditional Chinese dessert of (sometimes colourful) glutinous rice balls served in hot broth) to his brothers (minions/boys) and now I have an AU setting.

Also, Happy Winter Solstice!

Inspired by old Kung Fu and Wuxia films from the 70s where:

Anything can be a weapon in the right hands

Anyone with enough training or experience can be a capable fighter

And, chivalrous heroes and sinister villains clash for treasures, ideals and fame.

Doesn't this sound a bit similar to Epithet Erased in some ways?

So here is an AU in which our midnight heist takes place in a grand temple hiding a treasure, with bandits and vagabonds behind every curtain, and a little girl trapped behind the closed gates. Also everyone is wearing some form of traditional Chinese clothing or clothing styles that originated in ancient China, and sometimes sing as in an opera.

Magic System

Instead of epithets and inscribed, anybody can harness Qi or supernatural powers through enough training and hardwork/grit. Our inscribed characters in this AU have these powers through years of experience using them, the luck to gain a boost (eating magic pills) or to be born with innate potential, or the unluck to be forced by fate to become stronger in order to overcome its machinations.

Characters

Molly

Pretty much the same with mostly aesthetic changes. Her powerset focuses on dispelling in order to control her older sister's with the opposite focus of creation. She has never wielded an actual weapon in her life.

Giovanni

Was once a good child who gained a passion in cooking to the point his skills are focused around making Soup and similar concoctions. Unfortunately he managed to read Water Margin and decided to become a bandit by joining the Yellow Scarfs (Banzai Blasters), a 'bandit' group more of a private criminal mercenary and highway robbery organisation.

Instead of baseball, in this AU Giovanni has a side skill in Da Tuolo (A Chinese whip and spinning top game) unmatched amongst his brothers (instead of 'boys' in this AU) and peers. Instead of the 13 combo effect, its now a 4 combo effect at the 'cost' of rarely using the whip as a weapon (It's his only one, plus he uses it for competitions. Furthermore he knows the pain of being hit with it by accidental self use or by others accidently hitting him with their whips during practice).

Sylvie

A young man (often mistaken for as a kid) from a pastoral family who studies and practices the analysis of Qi usage on the human body, as well as how to take care of it. A horn-hat wearing recluse who has more knowledge than his age suggests. Or at least, this is the story he tries to present...

His skillset focuses on pacification (useful for calming down animals and troublesome patients) with an odd ability of transforming into a bull monster as his 'dreamform' or something. He also has a large amount of magical trinkets and talismans as well as general knowledge of pressure points on the human body, these consist the majority of his arsenal in the event of a fight.

Mera

Born with an unusual amount of power, her magic tends to be rather unstable and constant usage can harm her. Her noble family could not provide a solution despite their wealth to aid her, and thus she left to travel the world with Indus to seek a remedy for her condition.

Her powerful abilities allows her to manipulate matter into a more fragile state like porcelain. She is rather tricky, and may use stealthy, disguised or unconventional weapons to catch her opponents off guard.

Indus

Same fellow as in canon Epithet Erased with the ability to create magical barriers. Only that he probably came from a nomadic clan in the west or north.

Percy

Either a former member of the imperial army or just born in a rather chivalrous martial arts clan, she serves the city guard with an honorable distinction.

She however, has a rather low stamina which regulates her to a support role, where she does her best to learn how to treat wounds, care for weaponry, and other skills a support role may need in the military.

Despite her low stamina, she is still a remarkable fighter nonetheless. Her weapons include the infamous Tamade Sword (他妈的剑！), and a pair of mirrors (one is semi-transparent while the other has a very bright reflection). Reflected light from the latter mirror can actual be used to revitalise one's face and skin; but when the former mirror is used to direct sunlight into the latter mirror, the resulting ray of reflected light can blind, scald and even burn anything it touches with enough exposure.

Ramsey

He has lived many schemes disguised as lives, but it seems his luck has run out, forcing him to be on the run. A former merchant, conman, and even a (albeit corrupt) governor; anything related to gold is his domain to rule if he gets the chance.

Speaking of gold, his skillset is focused around turning things into precious metals (though he prefers gold), he can even do this to himself to avoid physical harm.

Zora

Some say she served the Immortal Emperor when he was alive, while others say she was once a warlord who ruled over the far-flung steppes. Nevertheless, this mysterious and terrifying woman serves as mercenary and assassin for a shadowy faction that has plans to usurp the Mandate of Heaven.

Swords, traps, knives, bows, crossbows and flying guillotines may be her primary or secondary weapons. But her signature weapon is none other than a small water clock. No one has seen the use of such an odd contraption in the hands of a mercenary, much less its use as a weapon, and lived to tell the tale. Rumours say the waters of time drip and flow to her command, and from which she nourishes her seemingly unending youth.

Poor Vasemaker from the temple

Works in the temple to make, manage and take care of the vases there. Is also the artist behind the newest vase so beautiful as to be worth more gold than what the temple could afford. When Giovanni smashes a specific and rather intricate vase, this poor fellow wakes up and hops out of bed sobbing "My vases!" and "My life's work!" in the distance.

Meta Data: One of the first AUs we've made together. A setting centered AU inspired by the Wuxia genre. Pre-POP story.

Status: General character, location and plot redesigns made, little to no name changes. There are 2 world concepts (based on 2 similar AU concepts during early development that differed in cultural focus called 'Wuxia AU' & 'Silk Road AU', the former is the current basis of this AU).

At the end point of the story' I am kinda lost, as there's options: (1) have them stays in the library until the next day, talked about things then realizing their fathers quite close (2) Or, as Frederick is experienced to get locked up in the library… He knows how to escape and tiptoe-ing unnoticed by the prefected and professors to escort Gwen to her dorm (Hufflepuff at the lower ground, one floor directly below the main floor where's the library is)

the girl is Gwen, and she's searching to potion book that could give altenative to pepper-up potion (cold Remedy that could make the drinker has steam from their ears) as her siblings allergic to the potion over all

she bringing in Mr. Rat (Colonel snuggles becomes Lorena's personal pet but ofc it played together) to the library, but as they wandering the library somehow she's tripped (due to a book on the floor) which make Mr rat jumped and annoys the Monster Book of monster => which then proceeds to attacking Gwen, I am not sure if just nearly got attacked or make Gwen bitten a bit - but Episkey to the rescue!!!

if is not obvious already, the narrator is Frederick - as like the true bookworm of Ravenclaw - getting locked in the library isn't uncommon, but it's first time he has company {this oneshoot story' is the prequel of Hogwarts AU series of I ever write it, I just feel starting from OS is interesting}

Trans Weasley twins

One of them is AFAB, one is AMAB. (Unsure if it’s Frederick and Georgiana or Frederica and George, but they’re both shortened to nicknames real quick) They were born fraternal, but they start noticing the dysphoria when they’re kids. They’re both SO SURE that they should be identical, they practically live in each others head, for a while they aren’t sure if they feel that’s they’re boys or girls. They realize it’s neither, but the biggest issue is that they’re not identical. Sometimes magical twins have heightened magic that makes them share sensations, memories, dreams, etc etc etc. they keep getting mixed up bc they’re different when they should be the same. It results in speech delays and stutters, their accidental magic breaks mirrors and changes their hair length but it’s not enough.

Eventually, Molly and Arthur talk to a mind healer who suggests prolonged treatment with Polyjuice. Molly is already an adept potion maker (usually for household remedies) so she brews Polyjuice CONSTANTLY (there’s always a cauldron in the shed), it’s subsidized through their ministry health plan so they can afford it. The twins don’t care which of them has to change, they just need to be identical; they both carry around little canteens on their hips and switch which twin they change into depending on the day, sometimes there will be two little “girls” or two little “boys”, but they generally dress androgynous and they use they/them pronouns bc they’re more of a unit than they are separate. They sort of consider themselves a hive mind, some days they’re Fred and George and some days they’re more Gred and Forge, speaking in unison and unable to stray too far from each other.

When they reach Hogwarts age, there’s long talks with where they’re going to be housed. Bc there was never a question of whether they’d be sorted into the same house, but which dorm they’d be put in was a question. Somehow they agree on a plan where they’d place one bed in each dorm, enlarge it a bit, and they’d just bunk together whichever way they were feeling that night. It’s a bizarre system, but there’s not enough students to warrant a third gender dorm and they don’t want to be excluded from having other roommates so they’re up for it. People get used to asking the name of the twin they’re talking to before starting a conversation, but even if they didn’t it would be okay bc they almost always have each others memories so it wouldn’t matter too much. They do act /slightly/ different when they’re feeling more apart, and on those days they usually wear their ties differently so that people can tell who they’re talking to.

When they’re older they enter a poly relationship with Lee and Angelina. Some people think it’s a bit weird bc it’s maybe incestuous, but it’s hard for /them/ to feel that way bc Gred and Forge are more like one person than two so it’s more like there’s just extra bodies and they’re dating the same entity.

(No Fred death in this AU, but George does lose his ear) When George loses his ear there’s stress bc of the difference. There’s a compulsion for them to also slice off Fred’s ear. They want to get George’s ear remade, but bc it was cursed off it can’t be healed by spell work. Hermione suggests going to a muggle plastic surgeon to get the ear reconstructed. Molly is initially against it but considering it’s either that or Fred won’t be able to stop themselves from cutting off their own ear, they go do it (Arthur is fascinated). When they eventually get settled down in their Polycule after the war, with Lee and Angelina and the two of them all in one magically expanded apartment above the Wheezes, they have kids. Angelina carries them bc there’s extreme dysphoria (not to mention the consequences of Polyjuice use) about one of the twins doing it.

The Six-Eared Macaque remembered the day he first saw the girl. He remembered it well.

It was quite some years after he had been made the Empress's Champion, but not long enough that he still shivered at the memory. He had been called to the throne room by Her Ladyship and that's when he saw her. Young, with shoulder-length black hair, dressed in the pale blue of Her Ladyship's coven. When she raised her head as he entered the room, he saw that her eyes were glazed over, seemingly in terror.

The Mayor stood at her shoulder, the horrid creature. No one knew the thing's name, all anyone knew was that he went by 'Mayor'. He was the Empress's first in command, so it wasn't as though anyone could argue.

The Mayor flashed Macaque a smile with far too many teeth, his white eyes filled with gleeful malice. Macaque stiffened, and straighted up slightly under his cloak. "Macaque. This is M'Lady's new ward. Her name is Bai He. She will be a member of our Empress's coven. My Lady has asked me to tell you to keep watch over her."

Macaque ignored him, his eyes wide under his mask. That was a human name. The girl was human. What did she want with a human of eight years old, or however humans age?

The Mayor's smile grew wider with Macaque silence. Quickly remedying himself, Macaque nodded stiffly. "Tell our Ladyship that I agree to keep an eye on the child."

Macaque technically did as he was told. He watched the girl in the following years. He watched how her hair grew out and she began to pin it up, stating that it was the way the Empress wanted it. He watched the white streaks sneak their way into her hair and how she tried to hide them at first, but soon enough gave up. He watched the time that she had to do as she pleased dwindle as the years passed. He watched as her wounds, both physical and magical, grew in number. He watched as the child's ears grew pointed and her soul begin to radiate magic, no longer a human's but a demon's.

But then he did something the Empress didn't ask of him. He listened.

He listened as the coven scouts whispered about the Empress growing ill, and her ward tending to her. He listened as the girl screamed in agony. He listened as his Ladyship threatened the girl.

He listened as she made Bai He her host.
