Sunday 28th August 2016: So, after an….eventful…night at Rufford Abbey last night, a bit of meditation today with my favourite Native American guide was just what I needed to save my sanity and get me grounded again. Thank you so much for the guidance Rachel Surtees, I’m eternally grateful. And for anyone who cares to know what my Reiki guide looks like….this is the closest I could find, he dresses like the pic on the left yet his hair is always down like the one on the right. But even this handsome guy pales in comparison, ‘otherworldly beautiful’ is the best description I can think of.
