If there was one thing I could get the One Piece fandom to stop spreading it’d be the “Oda said Zoro would kill another Straw Hat if Luffy told him to.” That is not even remotely true, no one has ever been able to provide a source where he said that. It’s just an unsubstantiated fandom rumor that’s been tossed around for years so stop stating it like it’s a canon fact

#one piece #my thing about that is it’s a paradoxic hypothetical #because luffy would never ask and if he WAS the kind of man who would ask Zoro wouldn’t be following him #‘but you could argue that Zoro knows Luffy would only ask if he was serious—‘ NO because there is literally no possible situation that #would make Luffy order Zoro to kill one of their nakama #its fundamentally incompatible with the core of his character #rambles #regardless of my own personal feelings about it I’m not gonna begrudge anyone a headcanon #but ACKNOWLEDGE that it’s a headcanon and not something Oda has ever stated
