cough, so.... being called Blue, or Teller, or Blueteller, or Blue-nim, or Teller-nim.... the Wise one, Precious one, Honorable one, Dear Wise person——if you are to transmigrate in lcf and have any of these as your name/title, what would the characters will call you and why:3
(i vote Dear Wise Person as what Clopeh will call you, you're his mentor figure)
What an interesting question! I like it!! 😂
I am, and forever will be, the Glutton Priestess' greatest fan (as everybody who knows me on Discord knows)... So, in the spirit of that – pun intended – I would be either literally the Indestructible Shield Ancient Power.... Or, if I were a regular person who got transmigrated into TCF world, I would become a baker in the Henituse Territory. Remember that one baker lady in the very beginning, who offered to sell Cale bread that she already pre-packaged for him, and he called her a good merchant? Yup, that's me 🤣
Heck, now I wanna write a Self-Insert fic where the POV character transmigrates as that exact woman and acts exactly as she did in the story because Cale gives her a lot of money lol
I would be the first one to fuel the rumor mill regarding Cale changing, pushing the "Young Master Silver Shield" agenda that he hates because pre-war it was actually VERY important for the public to trust Cale as their Commander, even if Cale hated the idea. There's a reason why he let Alberu place him in that "hero" spot since the start.
Naturally, I would also become the super secret leader of the YHW, aka. the in-universe Cale Henituse Fanclub, and become the author of all the "biography" novels that got written about Cale right away – you know, the ones that even Toonka read despite not liking reading hahahaha...! If not my "Blue Teller" nick, I'd probably go by "Blue Shield" or something similar.
I would also, probably, maybe, definitely, secretly meet up with Clopeh from time to time, to provide him with intel for his Caleism agenda. Nothing TOO personal mind you, I wouldn't do Cale dirty like that, just casual facts that Clopeh would find out eventually anyway, because why not? Better than some dramatic exaggeration that would make Cale TOO heroic-looking lol. Because it's better for the public to know basic stuff about Cale right away, rather than stewing in curiosity and making up an even wilder origin story for him. Which, knowing Cale, is absolutely plausible.
...Would that be kinda evil of me anyway? Probably. But, I'd just call it... Preemptive Damage Control & Management... I mean, even Alberu gave up on that by the end of Part 1 😂

. . . (🍷) ֶָ֢ 𔓘 HOME IS WHERE YOU ARE ; an akutagawa ryuunosuke fic.❞
˗ˏˋ ꒰ 🍷 ꒱ . . . ahhhhhhhh finally the man i simp for is here!!
˗ˏˋ ꒰ 🍷 ꒱ . . . tw ; fem!reader, angst, comfort, hurt/comfort, husband!akutagawa, father!akutagawa, wife!reader, akutagawa siblings and their slight bonding time, akutagawa is insecure and feels he is a worthless shit, dazai angst (mentioned for aku regarding the older and his mentorship), slight suggestive ending and that's all i remember tbh
oxygen is absolutely essential for human survival and so are some more external factors which extends further then what a human's basic needs may require. however, we aren't talking about human needs but rather what one's humanity needs.
in initial years even the strongest man alive would need a father, a pillar of support and a bundle of knowledge.
of course the mafioso never had the privilege of having this one figure and rather he was this figure for his sister but only his sister knows if he played the role right or failed.
what he, the mafioso who is now on his way to exit the slums he grew up in, is sure of, is that he is failing as an actual father and as a husband.
"maybe if it was a daughter  . . . instead of a son then . . .  maybe you could've seen gin in your child and loved it." were the words you uttered in despair a week ago to him, what resulted in these words being spoken was the incompetent man himself who felt himself flater when he picked his  son and the nearly one year old began crying. he wasn't scared or else you would've not wasted a second in taking him from akutagawa's arms but rather it was the feeling of finally being adored by the man whose appearance he takes after greatly that moved the naive heart of his son.
akutagawa couldn't take the horrifying resemblance out of his mind. the way your chin wobbled and lip quivered as you tried not to burst into tears and the eyes glossed over with tears which screamed of despair was what he found on his son's face as well. and he wondered, truly he did of who is more starved of love ; him, his son or you?
his only regret was that he stood like he always did whenever faced with the outburst of someone he is close to though the one who made him adopt such a habit isn't here anymore with him and the next morning, akutagawa had to leave for a week long mission overseas with his sister and of course he would crumble and his facade would break when gin found him staring at a picture of you and his son on his phone one night when he was fooled to think his sister had already submitted to her slumber, she didn't, she watched the previous and the night before it as well but waited for the cause of her brother's despair.
akutagawa pushed his hand into the pocket of his long coat and felt for the small velvet box as if the object could help to soothe his nerves and anxiety.
he told gin everything for who else if not her whenever something concerned you? when the topic revolved around you or around your son, the only person akutagawa trusted enough was his own flesh and blood. and he wonders why gin respects, admires and loves him so much when all gin felt was admiration for the man she feels fortunate to call brother.
but akutagawa doesn't feel so. he is but failure in the rawest form. a tragedy and a utter ugly and horrible mess of his past self which was broken by the mind of curiosity and joined back in a way he (akutagawa and the man who was once his mentor) knew there was no going back to who he was before. but that's fine after all, akutagawa had been a monster since birth.
akutagawa's hand left the box which oddly provided him with strength as he stood infront of the door behind which lied his home, he punched in the pass code before hearing the click of the lock unlocking and the cold of the metal he pushed down on felt a bit too chilly today.
or is this because he is scared of failing? of disappointing and of loosing the only chance he has of having a family of his own and proving to himself that he can be something more than a tossed aside toy?
akutagawa shook his head as he entered the apartment and closed the door behind him with his leg to see the boxes containing many items ranging from clothes to toys and teethers and various other items which akutagawa bought himself for his son with the assistance of his sister during the last two days after the mission was completed.
akutagawa took off his shoes and quietly strolled into the nursery room. he stood infront of the crib and peered down at the face of his son. akutagawa gulped as why was it that such an innocent soul was cursed to have features similar to him but just softer?
akutagawa's hands turned to fists by his sides as he continued to stare down at his son with a longing and he pondered for a while.
after what seemed like five minutes of contemplating, akutagawa saw his son stir in his sleep and he got alarmed thinking the little one would wake up at any moment. the little boy turned to face akutagawa and opened his eyes and oh.
akutagawa's heart beat fastened and his eyes widened at the innocence and purity in his eyes. he had this innocence once too. so did gin and maybe, maybe dazai did too?
akutagawa ridded himself of all these thoughts before he leaned down to pat his son's back, the latter looked up at akutagawa and the father had to brace himself and use everything in him to not cower under the pure stare of his son whose face brightened at the sight of his father. the boy giggled and the father closed his eyes, the combination of his son's giggles and his own heartbeat is oddly not that bad or unbearable to hear.
when akutagawa opened his eyes again he saw the boy raising his little chuuby fingers to akutagawa and he hesitantly raised his own hand towards his son as well but before the boy could take his father's finger in his hold, akutagawa flinched and pulled his shaking finger back.
the boy pouted but blinked for how can his young brain comprehend the horrors and anguish his father is experiencing?
akutagawa stared at his fingers and then at his son in horror, he couldn't let the soul filled with hope and dreams to be tainted by touching his hands which are daily stained in blood.
but when his son began to whine and babble as he made grabby hands at akutagawa, the mafioso could only stand his ground for a few seconds before his resolve crumbled and he extended his hand for his son to hold.
the little boy immediately latched his hand around akutagawa's fingers and giggled, a smile appearing on akutagawa's face as well. he turned to look towards the door to see you standing there, leaning on the doorway with your head against it and arms crossed over your chest.
akutagawa found it hard to breath but so did you. how were you supposed to talk to the one you are afraid of disappointing and how were you supposed to talk to the one who felt too scared to be cared for?
but one more glance at your husband's finger gripped by your son and your heart melted like it always did and you smiled in defeat at akutagawa, letting him know you had let your walls down again and are ready to talk to him again. the man widened his eyes slightly in surprise because truth be told, he seriously thought he failed and messed everything up this time and that this is the last time he would be able to see his son or you and hence he tried to savour the moment.
slowly and very faintly, akutagawa smiled back and tilted his head.
"i missed you."
there it is again, the feeling of hope of having a future brighter then the past when he read what you silently whispered and akutagawa nodded before he awkwardly looked at his son again, pursing his lips but then he looked at you and muttered,
"gin missed you both . . . and so did i."
the words makes you smile as you nod and turn around to leave the man alone in the company of his son. only lord knows how hard it must've been for your stoic husband who is generally bad with dealing with feeling and emotions to utter these words to you.
you smile as you sit on the couch and take your phone out to ask gin when she would be returning at night as the woman was immediately called to the port mafia headquarters for what you assume as her reporting her end of the mission. you hit the send button and scroll up to play the video again which gin sended you two nights ago, the video showed akutagawa with furrowed eyebrows as he compared two different types of rattling toys before looking at gin and shrugging, he said something along the lines of "both looks shit. how on earth do kids play with these?", before he tossed both into the shopping cart behind him as gin giggled.
you remember how when you saw the video for the first time and read the caption gin added 'looks like papa is trying to make up to his baby and wife.', made you smile and your anger immediately evaporated.
it must have been ten minutes later when you were leaning back on the couch with your legs on top of the coffee table infront of you when the door to the nursery was quietly closed, you turned your head to see akutagawa approach you after what you assumed was him putting his son to sleep, the thought itself made your heart swell with adoration.
". . . i put him to sleep." akutagawa whispered albeit he remained unsure of what to do. should he sit on the couch next to you or continue awkwardly standing infront of the coffee table under your gaze which seemed to see way beneath the layering of his clothes and skin and made him feel utterly exposed to you?
he decided on the former.
your voice isn't soft nor is it gentle, it is shaky and unstable, raspy and filled with sorrow. but akutagawa was never into that type anyway, the calm before the storm? yeah no. akutagawa knew the storm and felt calm in it for he is the one who grew through the storm and lives in it.
akutagawa sat next to you and you tilted your head in his direction as he contemplated before he extended his hands to grab your thighs and place your legs on his lap, it gave him a sense of security as he tricked his mind into believing he is being restrained until and unless you two clear the tension between you two but you both knew it was mostly so he could have something to focus on rather then looking into your eyes with the fear of his stoicism slipping away.
"it's not that you are a bad father." you began after concluding that he wasn't going to make the first move, you looked down as you picked on your nails to distract yourself, "you are trying. and that's what hurts ryuu. you are trying and i see it, i see your efforts but our son . . . he is not even one yet, he doesn't and won't understand it. us trying isn't enough for him because he will grow up to despise us both because he doesn't know you like i do, he hadn't seen you struggling and . . . and he won't see you as a father but as a man he shares the same features and last name with." you confess.
safety and protection is a luxury he never received but is trying to give.
"what good is not looking past your exterior? i just . . .  love you alot to even think of you as a lost case." you answer before you look down as you part your lips but close them again before gathering the strength to look up at akutagawa, "are . . . i thought about this alot but  . . ."
". . . i know." he answered after a long moment of silence and you looked at him, thickly gulping as the nimble and lithe fingers of your husband traces over your thigh. he pushes your nightgown upwards to reveal more of your skin to him. "maybe your biggest misfortune was falling for a monster like me."
the words hit you and you feel the effects of it physically, your breath got stuck in your throat or did they even ever travel through the windpipe because maybe the latter can explain why your eyes are getting teary.
your brain sighed at the way your heart is making these baseless excuses to explain its sadness at the words of the one it dances every day and night for.
akutagawa sadly looked at you and he felt time blurring around him, your eyes filled with tears were shining or maybe it was the light reflecting it?
okay but how will he explain his own heart beating faster as if mimicking your's to not let your heart dance the waltz of sorrow alone?
"then change my misfortune into fortune." your voice cracks as you look at him through teary eyes, head tilting as you smile in defeat and in response, akutagawa comfortingly squeezed the flesh of your thigh.
"what good is it having faith in a lost case?"
akutagawa closed his eyes as he repeated the words 'my husband' in the back of his head. the title fills good and soft on his tongue and maybe it's why his shoulders relaxed as he moved before laying down on the couch with you still on top of him as he didn't break the kiss for even a second.
you take a deep breath, "am i holding onto you against your wishes ryuu?"
you were going to clarify your meaning and feelings more but it all disappeared the moment you saw akutagawa stare at you in utter surprise on his usually stoic or sad and almost lost face. you take a few shaky breaths to not burst out crying as that'll just hinder your conversation and so instead, you shrug and try to smile admist your quivering lips.
"what made you think that?" he asked, voice uncharacteristically soft.
". . everything since the past few days." you answer and watch akutagawa pat your thigh as an indication to ask you to move closer to him.
"i told you i am a lost cause. i'll hurt you and disappoint you."
but how can he when even the tone he is using with you is one which felt as if it's a feather tickling you?
"i also told i don't care, i can take it as long as you love me." you mutter out, moving near him as you hide your face against his shoulder and akutagawa gripped your hips to lift you up before adjusting you to sit sideways on his lap.
"can you take it? are you ready to wait for an excruciatingly long period of time?" akutagawa muttered against the top of your head, his hand smoothed the nightgown cloth against your legs.
"always." you breath out, closing your eyes.
akutagawa looked down at you and shook his head, leaning down to kiss your nape before he mumbled against it, "you really are an idiot for saying this."
"let me be one then. a idiot in love." you peek up at him and akutagawa took it as an opportunity to cup your jaw and pull you towards his mouth.
"does this make me the fool trying and disappointing you every time?" he whispered against your lips and licked his own.
". . . you are a good father and a good husband. you . . . i just i don't know."
"you don't know?" akutagawa's lips curled up into a small and amused smile. you leaned near him and the distance between your lips and his is enough for someone watching from a distance to assume you two are kissing.
"i just know that i want to spend my life with you even if it means waiting for you, i just want to appreciate your efforts for me and our son but . . . that'll only be possible when you stop viewing yourself as a monster."
"and what am i if i am not a monster?"
"my husband." you close your eyes as you lean to kiss him, akutagawa hums before raising his hand to massage the spot behind your ear while the other gripped your thigh to pull you more onto his lap.

You Keep Slipping From My Grasp 1/7
Ao3
Ship: Spirit Halloween
next
Summary:
Danny has been getting the hang of this whole “Ancient of Doors”, “Apprentice to Clockwork”, “Dad to the Chaos Gremlin Dani” thing, and he’s really starting to find his flow! Sure, he sometimes misses the life that could’ve been, but overall everything has been great! Sure doesn’t need anything throwing a tangle in things.
Bruce is suffering. He doesn’t know who he is, where he is, or what the hell is going on. All he’s running on is instinct and strange forces propelling him towards some end he’s not entirely certain of.
Basically, Danny tries to help Batman over the course of events covered in Batman:Return of Bruce Wayne
Chapter One:
“Clockwork? Are you here? I got your message.” Danny floated up the tower, peeking behind cogs and pendulums, hoping to find a glimpse of his teacher’s signature purple cloak.
It had been a long time since certain… events had led Danny to become a far more permanent resident of the Infinite Realms. Of course, he wasn’t alone, as much of Amity had also followed him here to carve out a new life all together, his friends and family included.
Danny had since reached maturity and been recognized as Ancient of Doors for his actions. When faced with his evil future self, he strove to find another path where he didn’t become that future self. When Dani was revealed to be with the enemy, he chose to love her still, rather than hate her as many would. When he was faced with a reality where he was famous, and accepted by his parents, he chose to undo all of that for the peace and safety of his friends and family. While he now knew his parent’s acceptance would always come, he still had to make the choice then to put his trust in them and reveal himself so his friends could be saved when the GIW came to destroy Amity Park. And so, for his commitment to forging new paths, always finding another choice, and braving the unknown he was named Ancient of Doors.
Sam had also found her own mentor in Undergrowth, working hard as his apprentice to aid him in his duties as Ancient of Wild Growth. Tucker and Technus had quickly formed a rivalry, both competing to see who would reign supreme as the Infinite Realm’s ultimate tech master. Jazz had found her purpose in the Department of Lost Souls, as an advisor to those who weren’t certain about their afterlife, and what they wanted to do with it. After Jack and Maddie’s change of heart with regards to ghosts, it was not long before they found new purpose in investigating and researching the many mysteries of the Infinite Realms and beyond.
While he and his friends had reached their own maturity, Dani had remained a child. Something about “It’s easier to cause chaos this way” and “No one ever suspects the baby”. Danny’s fondness for his clone only grew until he saw her less as a cousin and more as a daughter. Ultimately, it was only a surprise for Danny and Dani when the ghost-bond snapped in place, formally cementing her as his daughter, to both of their suffering.
Currently, she was out in one of the universes, chasing after some hybrid spider-pig, Danny thinks. Unless she got distracted and went to hang out with Klarion again, in an effort to “maximize joint chaos”. Tucker and Sam were both busy with their respective duties, Jazz was at work, and last he checked Mom and Dad were elbows deep in a mech suit they were hoping to get working off an Infinite Realms Corn-based fuel Sam had created. Danny had been feeling quite bored before he got the summons from Clockwork, and had jumped on it right away, hence his surprise at not being able to find his Mentor anywhere.
Danny had finally reached the top of the tower. He could see a table set up with a small tea service, but still no Clockwork. Figuring there’s nothing else to do, Danny pours himself a cup of tea, and settles in to wait.
Who is he? What is this place? His hand rests against a cool, smooth surface that appears so at odds with the rest of his surroundings-rocky ground, a red sky, and the water lapping against the cliff-side. There is nothing, and no one else that he sees, except – a cave. He stumbles in, visions of symbols surfacing in his brain- two “W”s, an “S”, a bat. He carves these into the rock-face desperate to have a visual trigger that would help him remember anything, but nothing comes.
A rock clatters against the floor of the cave, followed by someone’s voice. He approaches, steadily, entering into the light. Four men stand before him, weapons raised. They say something else, but he can’t understand.
“Where am I? What is this place?”
They do not answer him, but pull back their weapons. They introduce themselves, and speak some more. Names, he realizes- Man, Boy, Giant, Surly, Joker. This last one gives him pause, tickles something in his brain that upsets him, but soon his eyes lay on the structure from before, and he stumbles back to it, certain it must contain some clue.
The men he walks past continue to converse amongst themselves, but he has only one destination in mind. He digs through, looking for anything, but comes up only with a large swath of fabric. That same “S”, that calls to him but gives no answers.
The men set up camp, cooking as they go. They invite him to join, and he does, his hunger for food now outweighing his hunger for knowledge.
“Danny, I’m glad you came as soon as you could.”
Danny’s teacup clatters as he jolts in surprise. He turns to face Clockwork, “I hope you don’t mind that I helped myself. What did you need my help with?”
Clockwork’s face turns a bit grim. “There is… something twisted in the time stream in one of the Justice League universes. While I can tell it is meant to happen, I am still uncertain about what is actually happening, and fear that I am unable to see with any certainty the outcome. I need you to venture to when this is to investigate on my behalf.”
Danny nods, his concern growing. “Of course. Is there anything in particular I should be prepared for?”
Danny swears he sees the corner of Clockwork’s mouth twitch up into his signature sly grin, before his face is quickly schooled and he says “No, just observe for now. Your destination is through here.”
Danny watches as the cog begins to glow before he ventures forward.
Immediately he is met with the sight of violence. It seems one group of cavemen has taken to attacking another during their dinner. Danny watches, cautious against intervening, trying to figure out who he is meant to watch for. He sees one man, dressed in black bottoms, escape the field of battle with a young boy and hide in the bushes. The battle quickly turns against the four who had been eating dinner, and Danny looks at the leader of those attacking, surprised that the leader’s face is familiar to him…though he can’t quite place who.
The man from before rejoins the fray, quickly beating many off before ultimately being subdued himself. The leader of the attacking cavemen crows in victory, before the army collects the man they’ve now taken prisoner and any other spoils, and returns to their home base.
Danny follows, trying hard not to focus on the bloodshed beneath. He may have lived a long time, but the kind of person willing to commit such violence is not someone he goes out of his way to find. He watches as the chief holds the man they took captive above his head.
“Conquering Chief Savage brings gifts from the forbidden land!”
“Shit,” Danny thinks, “I can’t believe I’m witnessing Vandal Savage’s villain origin story. Or is he already a villain at this point?”
Danny continues watching as they tie up the captive, who they’ve been calling ‘Man-God’ underneath a giant bat pelt. He takes a closer look, before reeling back in shock.
“I thought his pants were weird, but those are pretty 21st century” he thinks, before glancing around at hearing a shuffle. He sees a shadow lurking beyond the camp, crouched down. Danny approaches, recognizing the boy that had been rescued from the fight. He wears what looks like a yellow utility belt, and has painted a bat-shaped mask over his eyes.
“Wait… bats, a yellow utility belt…” Danny glances again to the Man-God strapped to the ground.
“What is Batman doing here..?” Danny pauses, thinking. He should only be here as an observer, but it has never felt right to just stand on the sidelines when he can make the choice to do something to help. Maybe he doesn’t have to do too much. He floats over to where the Boy is crouched, clearly wanting to help but paralyzed with fear and indecision.
“Go to him. Help him as he has helped you. There has been enough bloodshed this day, will you wait around to see more?” Danny whispers to him, watching the boy’s eyes harden as he comes to a decision.
The boy is quick to act now that he’s made a decision. He approaches Batman, and frees him from his bonds. Danny watches as they collect themselves. Batman dons his utility pelt, and the bat pelt that had been hung over him. By the time they’ve finished their preparations, the sun has risen and the men who captured Batman are rising.
“Should I cause a distraction?” Danny wonders, but before he can do anything, Batman and the boy spring into action, taking out fighter after fighter, until Batman is left facing Vandal Savage.
They charge towards each other, but Danny’s attention is caught by a shadow that begins to pass over the battlefield. He looks up, noting an eclipse is starting. He can feel the energy changing, knows that something is going to happen when the sun has been completely blotted out.
But Clockwork has instructed him only to observe, so observe he will. He turns back to the battlefield, noting that Batman and the boy have managed to push back Vandal Savage, but are still being chased off by the remaining caveman. They drop over a waterfall, but when Danny follows, he only sees the boy surface.
The sky is dark now, as the sun has been completely covered, and there is energy concentrated underneath the water. Danny focuses, in the way Clockwork has taught him, to figure out what lies beneath and where Batman has gone.
“A strong amount of time-manipulation energy…No Batman, not in this time anymore.” Danny looks around to see the boy has realized Batman will not follow, and has left to find shelter.
“Did he make another jump through time? But how? I didn’t see that he had anything on him capable of such a jump?” Danny thinks. He’s considering if he can piggy back off the residual energy to jump to when Batman is, but a portal opens behind him and Clockwork steps out.
“Danny, I think it would be best if we return now.” he says, gesturing for Danny to follow.
Back at his mentor’s lair, Danny explains the situation to Clockwork. Clockwork inclined his head in thought, only speaking after some time, “I can’t say for certain whether or not Batman was meant to be in that time period. However, there is something suspicious about the way he’s been traveling through time. Did you notice anything off with the time manipulation energy, Danny?”
“I can’t say for certain,” Danny starts, “Though I did notice there was a build-up to the event, in line with an eclipse. Then again, I’m not familiar enough with the way dimensional energy manipulation feels in the universes with the Justice League to say for certain.”
Clockwork hums, before turning to rifle through a cupboard that popped up behind him. He pulled out a glowing orange orb. “Here, it’s a record of the time-manipulation energy gathered from one of the Flash’s misadventures. Can you compare and feel any difference?”
Danny closes his eyes before focusing again. “I can feel there are some significant similarities, but it feels like both have an added component that is different from each other? I don’t know if that makes any sense.”
“The energy reading from the sphere I handed you will likely contain energy both from the time-manipulation and the Speedforce the Flashes use to travel between time. If we assume the time-manipulation energy is the constant in both samples, then…”
“There’s some other energy added into the mix that is propelling Batman forward through time?” Danny finishes.
“That is likely the case. Until we know what it is, it would be best to exercise caution. We don’t know how it interacts with the time-manipulation energy, so we can’t predict how it might affect you Daniel.” Clockwork pauses in thought once more, “I’ll spend some time figuring out where Batman made his next jump. In the meantime, take a rest and prepare yourself.”
“I’m not totally familiar with the universes containing the Justice League. I’ll spend some time researching for now… and maybe I’ll ask Dani what she knows when she returns.”
Clockwork smiles slightly, before nodding. “A fine course of action, it might be best to gather all the information we can before proceeding.”
A/N:
At the time of plotting this, I haven’t read A Glitch in Time. I know that there are some time periods in common that Danny and Bruce travel to, so I want to address that at this moment I’m not planning to reference A Glitch in Time.
As for actual writing, I feel a bit stuck on how much of Batman: The Return of Bruce Wayne to actually reference, as I’m aware that most people in the dp x dc fandom are more familiar with Danny Phantom, and from other references I’ve seen to Batman’s travels through time it might not be a story many are familiar with. That being said, I don’t want to just directly repeat details from the comics. I guess if you feel I didn’t provide enough background from the comic series to understand what’s going on, or that I should maybe try referencing less, please let me know so I can make corrections.
On that note, I do recommend reading Batman:The Return of Bruce Wayne if you get the chance. There are so many interesting layers it adds to the mythos and history of Batman and the Wayne family, and it’s really a great read. It helps that you don’t really need too much knowledge of what comes before– except maybe that Batman had crafted a god-killing bullet he shot Darkseid with, before Darkseid retaliated and “killed” Batman. Even this is alluded to in the story in enough detail that you can understand what’s going on, though.

- not rebellious after 6x7 but not as much of a simp
7: the bastard (he/him)
- a magic-wielding trickster (Loki-adjacent ig but I didn’t know about that when I made this up)
- plays tricks to the detriment of others and is full of himself
- puts down anyone for his own gain
- loves chaos
- has a slight crush on 8
8: pretentious girl next door (she/her)
- convinced she’s better than all numbers below her
- talented sorceress, but not as much as those above her or 5
- admires 9 as a mentor and does everything to get his attention (she fails)
- constantly trying to improve herself
- highly intelligent
9: emo wizard (he/him)
- he doesn’t care for any numbers beneath him, including 8
- dislikes most everything and everyone
-fully thrown himself into magical studies and is now a prodigy, close to but not exactly on-level of the double-digits
10: The master (they/him)
- almost god-like from the magical power he has attained at this point
- benevolent by convenience
- not fond of any other numbers, not pretentious just highly introspective and antisocial
- teaches some tricks to those below them
- I imagined he was so busy with his studies he rarely interacted with any other number (that’s why his multiples are so simple)
11: wacky uncle (he/him)
- THE guy
- 3 but like Hawaiian shirt on the beach with flip flops kinda way
- always though of him as adjacent to Doc Brown from BTTF but with more zany sound effects
- 10,11, and 12 are equally powerful but 11 uses his to just make sandwiches and shit
12: the reluctant mom (she/her)
- caring but won’t admit it
- usually the one to teach lower numbers magic
- ends up helping the numbers more than one may think
- pretentious as a coping mechanism
OKAY OKAY OKAY LET ME EXPLAIN WITH THE MULTIPLES:
- products of these characters are basically the embodiment of their relationship in numeric form, but are also physical and comparable kinda? It’s hard to explain, but I think it makes sense???
- since I didn’t need pneumonic devices to remember things like 3x3 and 4x3, multiples of numbers that are characters aren’t counted
- generally, even numbers are considered ‘stable’ (as in, representative of a relatively healthy/normal relationship) and odd numbers are ‘unstable’ (meaning generally chaotic but with various embodiments)
- multiples of 2, since she’s so accommodating, are considered the ‘ideal relationship’ or ‘best form’ of the number she’s multiplying by
- numbers within the multiple are similar but not necessarily the characters talked about prior
I won’t go through all the products but here are some keystone ones I use:
3x7=21: two relatively chaotic numbers that like playing jokes create a number beginning with an even number and ending with an odd number because it’s unexpected and funny and shows their chaotic but not unsustainable relationship. 7 grows bored easily, however, and even 3 is to stable for him…
4x4=16: since 16 is the product of 2 and 8, considered to be the perfection of 8 and 4 wants to be like 8, his interaction with himself leads to a product that embodies his unhealthy idolization of 8 and his grandiose ideals of himself (thinking he himself is 16, not just 8, which is his perfect form)
6 arc:
6x9= 54: 6 tries to get along with bigger numbers in an attempt to impress 7 regardless of how 9 is not interested in getting to know her. 9 contribute the first digit of 5 as an odd number like him, conveying his vanity, and 6’s need to be liked by 7 is embodied by 4, the last digit of 7’s perfect form of 14
6x8=48: 6 befriends 8 in an attempt to get to 7 who’s been ghosting her, and 8 (despite herself) forms a relatively close bond with her and advises 6 to seek joy from herself before seeking joy from 7, which 6 says she takes to heart but doesn’t really, a fact 8 doesn’t notice because she’s too wrapped up in congratulating herself on how good of a number she’s being. The last digit represents 8’s vanity permeating her and 6’s relationship while the beginning digit represents 6’s persistent thoughts of getting close to 7, now becoming more focal in her mind as it takes the first number here as opposed to taking the second number with 9.
6x7=42: finally 6 gets 7’s attention and they date, which is apparently stable, which makes 7 uncomfortable and causes him to distance himself from 6. The beginning digit represents the persistent idolization of 7 by 6 as previously discussed, and the final digit is even as well to represent how ‘stable’ the relationship is by 6’s own design. 7 hates this stability, though, used to chaos and being frankly cruel, leading to…
6x6=36: after 6 realizes how toxic 7 is and that he doesn’t really want her like she wants him, she finally steps back and breaks up with him. She goes on a journey of repairing her relationship with herself, culminating in a happy identity number with the first being a factor of herself and the second being herself. This shows her growth as a person to finding value within herself instead of in the arms of another.
I probably sound insane and this definitely doesn’t make sense but it’s how I learned my multiplication tables lmao

Probably gonna get some Sakura haters (probably including the misogynist troll variety, kill me now lmao) on this post but... here goes.
Rewatching the episodes where the majority of the Konoha 11 decide to "deal with" Sasuke and the fallout from that. And well, I think people's reaction to Sakura's "confession of love" to Naruto is unfair.
Yes, it was emotionally manipulative of her. Yes, if it had worked it would've resulted in a relationship based upon a lie. Yes, she hurt Naruto with that attempted manipulation. And yes, she's normally smarter than to think that's a good idea.
But y'all forget how emotionally broken she was at the time. She'd just gone through witnessing the entire village of Konoha being razed to the ground. People she had been treating at the time probably died in that Shinra Tensei attack (yes they were brought back afterwards but it was still traumatic). Her sensei and the 5th Hokage was in a coma that no one knew if she'd ever come out of. Danzo had just undermined and replaced Tsunade as Hokage, with her still being in a coma and being unable to defend herself from being deposed in any way, and then basically sent out a kill order on Sasuke. Sasuke, the man she's loved since she was a child, that she begged to not leave Konoha, had been directly involved in *two* different missions to bring him back, both failed, one of which was only a few weeks earlier and they had come *this* close to making it to him in time. Sasuke, the man she had only just found out had joined the Akatsuki and "kidnapped" Killer Bee, making Danzo's order all but justified. Sasuke, the man Naruto just willingly got the shit beat out of by Hidden Cloud ninja, in an attempt to appeal to their senses of mercy in regards for Sasuke. She has to be feeling absolutely powerless at this point. Afterall, she wasn't able to do much during Pain's assault (or probably at least perceived herself that way), can't do anything to help her comatose mentor, can't do anything to stop Danzo from taking over her mentor's position, and so far has been unable to bring back Sasuke. She feels powerless.
And then Sai comes up and tells her that she's part of the reason Naruto is in so much pain over Sasuke. That his promise to her to bring back Sasuke is causing Naruto even more pain and his shouldering of that burden is getting ever harder. And mind you, Naruto only recently lost his greatest mentor. And she's told that the rest of the Ninja of her generation (with the exception of her and Naruto obvs) have decided that they'll go and kill Sasuke themselves to avert war with the Hidden Cloud.
Sakura is incredibly fragile at this point in the story. And now she's told that she's causing one of her closest comrades and friends immense pain, and that said comrade's love for her is only intensifying that pain. She's feeling like a failure in *multiple* ways at this point, she's terrified she's going to lose her mentor, and her lifeling love interest, and she's struggling with the fact that her peers in the Konoha 11 *might actually have a point* in thinking everyone would be better off if Sasuke were dead. She's under so much emotional distress from so many sources, feeling guilty for not being able to bring her sensei put of her coma, not being able to stop Danzo from taking over as Hokage, not being able to stop Danzo from issuing an order to hunt down and kill Sasuke, etc etc. And there's nothing she can do about any of it. But she perceives that there is at least *one* thing she can do something about: The pain that Sai just told her she was putting Naruto through. And in her desperation and guilt, she decides she's going to sacrifice her own happiness and aid in killing Sasuke, and is willing to give Naruto what he's wanted from her for a large portion of their childhoods as extra insurance that he'll give up on aaving Sasuke.
No, her and Naruto probably would not have been happy in the long run in a relationship built upon a lie like that. But again, she's not in a stable emotional state right now. She's probably not thinking long-term consequences. She tries to put on an act to convince him of it.
My point being that yes, maybe normally she'd be smarter than that. But there were a lot of extenuating circumstances that affected her emotional stability and judgement in those few episodes.
Not only that, but something I neglected to mention earlier in this post is that *she is a child* at this point. A teenager yes, but still a child. Her emotional maturity (outside of moments of cartoon gag violence, which imo should be given a pass considering the medium and the genre) is incredible for someone of her age at this point, sure, but at the end of the day she is still a child soldier in a world without mental health professionals and therapists. Under the pressure of what she was going through at the time, just about anyone of any age would have likely snapped, much more so someone that's only 16.
I have my issues with how Kishimoto writes Sakura, but this particular incident is not one of them for me.

First off, loving ZotS rn (it’s one of five fics I actually set email reminders for updates), so thank you for the great work!
Second off, with the upcoming festival ‘arc’, I was wondering how Maki is going to be playing in this fic and how her interaction with Shiki will go. So far, the only interaction we’ve seen her and Mai have with Shiki was the last festival where she basically put Naoya in his place and after re-reading it, I can’t help but imagine the kind of impact that kind of thing could have on her (a strong woman who is not only willing to defy a major clan but has the ability to back it up). Since we don’t really have any knowledge of her past between “leaving” the zen’in clan and joining jujutsu tech, a part of me hopes Maki seeks out Shiki this festival and pulls a korra-esque reverse-Luffy (“I’m joining your crew and you’ve gotta deal with it”). Plus, with how much both of their combat styles focus on cursed tools and shiki’s willingness (if poor ability in communicating it) to teach, I can imagine Maki seeing her as a mentor figure (at least more than Satoru, but that honestly isn’t that hard).
On Shiki’s side, though, I’m curious how she will regard Maki’s abilities with her HR. On the one hand, even if she’s not been told the full story on Toji, the fact that she not only “fought” him but also nearly got killed doing so should make her one of her biggest supporters since she knows not to underestimate someone with those abilities. At the same time, I’m kinda worried Shiki’s going to mess it all up like she did with Aikawa by saying something that could be interpreted as diminutive like “why be a sorcerer, I can barely sense your cursed energy?”.
Anyway, sorry about the rambling, I just really love your story and wanted to take my opportunity to ask a question that’s been on my mind for a while.
Thanks for reading and I'm glad you're enjoying the story!
Maki and Mai haven't been part of the active storyline aside from that one appearance during the first Obon. There are certain similarities between Maki and Shiki, such as their love for sharp, pointy objects...
Going to be keeping quiet for now because we'll be getting to the Zenin twins in the future. Assuming I don't make any last-minute changes, there are plans for them making an appearance during the upcoming festival. :)

eeee okay!! i was gonna ask about the actor au i know its from ages ago but im a sucker for that kind of au 😭 thinking about the cast all taking care of each other on set and stuff and everyone is ik's biggest hypeman/woman, after all shes carrying the whole show on her back. ik falling asleep mid-scene and belphie carrying her back to her trailer and telling off the directors for pushing her... beel sneaking her snacks on set just in case.... mammon and ik making each other crack up while theyre trying to film........
i do have a soft spot for this genre of au, especially since here the actors just get to be regular people... allow me!! (this ended up being more au framework than cast interactions so feel free to ask for more of those haha)
okay so quick refresher on what i'd previously established: jtta is a show, and everyone's an actor in it
for simplicity's sake, they all have keep their names, and the character they play within the show is just named for their sin/role
so lucifer's character's is Pride, mammon's is Greed, so on for the other brothers - diavolo is The Prince, barbatos is The Butler, etc
of the brothers, in this au, only beel+belphie are still twins, and satan+lucifer are cousins, but the rest aren't blood-related
now starting to add some stuff...
diavolo's already very well-known before being cast, he'd be the Big Celebrity Name that draws in people
they're all from varying backgrounds - lucifer used to be a concert pianist, solomon was in stage magic, asmo's an idol, satan and simeon were both in theatre, luke started out in local pantomimes and got scouted, etc.
of everyone, simeon, levi, ik and luke are regarded as 'newbies' to showbiz
ik and luke because they're young, though luke has more acting experience (ik got called to audition purely by chance so this is her first role)
simeon because he came into acting from having been a nurse, which doesn't really prepare you for the job
and levi because this is his first role, his previous work has always been on practical effects and such (so he ends up being the most nervous in interviews)
before being cast in the show, lucifer and mammon were already acquainted - lucifer was mammon's mentor when he first got into acting, so they're under the same agency (they get called 'double threat' because they tend to appear in the same productions)
satan and lucifer are fairly distant emotionally, but they aren't on bad terms, they just had different trajectories in life before both ending up in acting
(satan starts a faux-rivalry with lucifer to prepare for their roles as wrath and pride feat. all the baggage from obey me, and it turns out they're actually very good at annoying each other in real life)
everyone has the same base personalities - mammon is still loud and impulsive, levi is still self-conscious but passionate, diavolo's still cheerful and confident
but with some elements softened (for example, barbatos isn't a super dedicated butler who literally lives to serve diavolo, he's just a good friend of his)
partially because the different setting means there's a different sort of social hierarchy, partially because they're all humans who lived mundane human lives and experienced a lot less trauma
e.g. lucifer is still fairly formal, stern, and not exactly cuddly, but he's much softer by default, has less sophisticated speech patterns, and has a higher tendency to joke around with the others
before they start filming, they get the cast to spend a few weeks together to get a feel for their chemistry
the seven 'brothers' click fairly quickly, but it takes a bit longer for the purgatrio to do so because for some reason simeon and solomon can't STAND each other in the beginning
it's so bad at some point that they almost consider recasting, but then one night they get drunk together and suddenly they're best friends the next day
ik's probably under a lot of pressure, since she's completely new to all this and is now expected to shoulder basically the whole show
diavolo and barbatos would be the quickest to take her under their wing
but ik is a little (a lot) intimidated by her new co-star, given that diavolo is like a ss-tier celebrity (as is asmo, solomon (though he's less mainstream and more cult-following), and lucifer to some degree
so at first she gravitates towards levi instead - who is similarly new to the scene, and not too busy arguing with solomon like simeon
and since levi's also spending time with his 'brothers', at that point ik gets pulled into the group
it's only after getting used to lucifer that ik can graduate to just accepting diavolo's support without freezing up
anyway by the time filming starts the entire rest of the cast has agreed: ik must NOT be bullied by the directors, we are going to make her first acting job go as SMOOTH as possible
there's actually a bit of an issue where they film scenes from earlier in the season before the characters have actually bonded in canon, but because ik's already formed a very strong bond with the 'brothers', their acting ends up being too familiar
the scene will call for pride to very haughtily look down his nose at the lost kid (ik's character name) and say something scathing, and instead lucifer will look at ik with the Gentlest eyes and deliver the line with entirely the wrong vibes
they're still actors at the end of the day though, so once suitably scolded they do know to ignore their real life relationships and play the roles as directed
one time ik accidentally breaks a prop mid-scene, which mammon notices before the directors can, so he grabs it and makes it look like he did it instead (he gets a reprimand for not being careful, but nothing otherwise. even so ik feels so bad that mammon has to distract her with card game)
later they figure out what happened while reviewing the footage, and when they go to ask mammon about it he's like "yo you stay QUIET about this, understand?!!"
beel is ik's designated hide-behind person when she gets nervous/uncomfortable in interviews, while belphie is the designated deflect-the-questions or tell-the-interviewer-to-fuck-off person

Aside from each other, obviously, who is your favourite character for Tim and Lucy to each interact with? (So basically, your favourite non-Chenford relationship for each of them — platonic, professional, or otherwise.) And, who is the one character you wish they would each interact with more?
Ooooh… Well, that's relatively easy with Tim : Angela. I just love their dynamic. On the surface, it's full of sarcasm, teasing and playful ribbing but you can feel the genuine respect, admiration and love they have for each other underneath all that - no matter how much they might want to deny it. It's so palpable in the way they don't hesitate to have each other's back and are simply ready to drop everything for the other, even if that means losing their career. Like Angela said, they're BFFs… and the best part is that the show has never tried to change that or imply anything else - something that is all too rare. I do wish these two would be able to interact more often though… However, if I had to choose another character, I'd say Grey. I enjoy their mentor/mentee dynamic and how Wade is trying to look out for him, how Tim doesn't hesitate to seek his counsel, even confiding in him… and how Grey can still call him out when necessary. Now that Tim is fully back on patrol, I hope we get to see more of them.
As for Lucy, it's a bit harder, especially after this season. Jackson and Lucy's friendship was my all-time favorite dynamic, but alas… So I guess I would say Tamara. Their bond is so sweet. It shows us another side of Lucy. We get to see her caring and nurturing nature in full force and how it brought out the best in Tamara, how she was able to make her feel safe, to give her a place where she could be accepted… and considering Lucy's own background, I think that makes it incredibly moving and special. Especially since it's not one-sided : Tamara has proven on multiple occasions that she will have Lucy's back and that she loves her just as fiercely. I sincerely hope this won't be the last time we see Tamara!
And lastly, for who I wish she would interact with more : Nyla. I am incredibly sad and disappointed that these two didn't even have a proper scene together. Because up until this season, I absolutely loved their friendship. Or mentorship, I guess. It was so different than the one Lucy had with Tim, for so many different reasons. But the way Nyla warmed up so quickly to Lucy (seriously, it took one episode) and decided to take her under her wings, encourage her and tried to help her was so amazing. Even more so because Lucy didn't really get to have that before Nyla : we saw how she was looking up to Andersen but unfortunately, the Captain died… She barely got to interact with Angela… and don't get me started on her storyline with Talia. So seeing Nyla actively encourage and support Lucy was awesome and something that was so needed. And then, this season happened… The fact that we didn't have a single scene regarding the detective exam is criminal. Their interactions (if we can call it that) were such a letdown for me so hopefully, next season will course correct that.
What about you? Curious to read your answer :)

PLF Advisors: My Take on their Aliases, Bios and Quirks
Because why not celebrate this blog no longer being shadowbanned than by another list of MHA's most bizarrely handled Villains!~ Here is basically the names I thought up for most of them and tried to keep it in line with the whole 'religious' aspect of the MLA. Quirks are kind of based on vibes.
Sanctum
Tumblr media
“Currently, the oldest living member of the Meta Liberation Army turned Paranormal Liberation Front. Strict, no-nonsense  person that basically acted as temp MLA leader until Re-Destro was of age. He became Twice’s #1 Advisor in order to try to direct the most unstable of the League of Villains to more MLA values. It hasn’t really gone well in that regards. He joined the MLA since he genuinely believed that society’s current draconian ruling regarding Quirks was unsustainable and a new order that supported liberal usage of powers was beneficial to all metahuman kind. His base was a well known private university with Sanctum serving as it's President that would indoctrinate youth to the MLA. ”
Meta Ability: Sanctum - He creates an impromptu hideout for temporary rest and recouping for his allies...and if any enemy tries to answer without permission they are mentally harmed until they leave or die.
Vent
Tumblr media
“The second oldest member of the Meta Liberation Army. A Heteromorph whose seen a lot of tragic sights regarding discrimination for being so visually different and joined the MLA in hopes of elevating hopes of reform. Though in his age, he has since passed down his fire to Disgustus, while mellowing out a good deal. These days he likes to tell young folk stories of his youth and act as a mentor. Dislikes being called Grandpa. His base is a scrapyard that has hands in many recycling program efforts and non-profits, especially those related to defective support items in the hero industry and is constantly seeking volunteers/accepting rehab people to help in Vent’s operations…and eventually the MLA’s.”
Meta Ability: Air Manipulation - For a brief space and time, he can alter air to be able to fly or use air pressure to stall/crush his foes.
Blossom
Tumblr media
“Otherwise known as Auntie Blossom to the younger people in the MLA (she hates being called Grandma - she’s not that old yet!!). She operated an orphanage that took in kids and teens being abandoned or coming in abused because of society’s intolerance to Quirks and lack of accommodation for them. When the orphanage was in danger of being shut down, the MLA stepped in to give it the funds it needed to thrive. Because of that, both Blossom’s loyalty and a new stream of recruits was acquired that day. Blossom loves to spoil the younger MLA folks rotten, and can’t help but dote on even her peers as well. However, she has no love for the current status quo and is ruthless against those that support it. She’s the mother to another Advisor in the Violet Regiment.”
Meta Ability: Sweet Smell - Emits a pleasant scent that lowers enemies accuracy and evasion...leaving them open for Blossom and her broom spear.
Fervor
Tumblr media
“Dabi’s 1st ranked Advisor. Just one look and you get all that you would know of about FErvor. He’s an energetic to the point of insane man, whose own self-preservation isn’t even remotely close on his mind. He’s an utter battle junkie that loves to go all out with is Quirk in brawls. He was recruited int othe MLA after higher-ups witnessed his power in a street fight, and sought to recruit him. Currently, he’s the manager of a support Despite his looks, he’s actually pretty friendly to his underlings and his co-workers…they still are pretty wary of him though.”
Meta Ability: Frenzy - Like a shark, he enters a frenzied state when smelling blood. His pain sensors dull, and he grows faster and stronger too.
Strict
Tumblr media
“Strict is one of many in the Meta Liberation Army that believed he should have had a better lot in life than what he has now. He actually aspired to be a Hero himself, but his brutal disposition and cold attitude towards civilians/people he thought of as lesser had him expelled from his school. Eventually, during his current stint as head of a security company, he would come across Destro’s book, which eventually lead to him joining the MLA.”
Meta Ability: Gaseous - He can turn the very air around him into different sorts of gases.
Pierce
Tumblr media
“Pierce is an up-and-coming Commander of the Meta Liberation Army. He’s known as the charismatic bad boy of the new generation of MLA executives. He’s dating Bless, and is known for being a teasing, yet loyal companion. Pierce joined the MLA as a wayward youth without much to his name, yet eager to make his mark on the world. The base he controls over is actually a hostel that he acts as a hangout for lost souls like himself and a refuge for those with nowhere to go, with Pierce essentially being their big brother figure.”
Meta Ability: Puncture - He can make holes in anyone and anything, though in himself, it's mostly harmless.
Wisdom
Tumblr media
“Wisdom has the reputation of being the most levelheaded of the PLF Advisors. Wisdom is a Quirk therapist that helps people deal with the trauma or issues their powers have given them. As a result, though, he was constantly butting heads with the current dogma concerning the ineffective Quirk counseling at the time. Eventually, in frustration he joined the MLA to change society’s views, and uses his position as a therapist to guide more hurt people towards an organization that will readily accept them and their powers.”
Meta Ability - Flash Orb. He can throw out orbs that act as mini-bombs and/or flashbangs on his targets.
Bless
Tumblr media
“Bless is a woman who was essentially raised into the MLA as apart of its new generation of MLA executives. Bless is the daughter of Blossom, and had been helping her mother ever since she was young in her endeavors with the Cause. She’s a deadpan snarker, and doesn’t hold a high opinion concerning a lot of her allies and their intelligence, but is devoted to working with what she got. Dating Pierce, who genuinely loves her, even with her face being scarred due to her Quirk - something she is self-conscious about. She's running her own private clinic that especially caters to those who struggle with Quirk related illness or injuries, and holds the most medical knowledge of the Advisors.”
Meta Ability: Corrosive Breath - She can emit noxious, steel melting breath. Due to the potency of her breath, she needs her guard to properly keep it under control.
Sly
Tumblr media
“Sly is a Heteromorphic man that comes from a poor, neglected, family with fox Quirks. Ultimately, he split up for them in an attempt to make it on his own as a businessman, dissatisfied with society’s treatment of them. He joined Detnerat as apart of its weapon testing branch and eventually becoming acting director of his own division once he joined the MLA. He’s frugal man that loathes wasteful spending, having come from a home that relied on every cent counting.”
Meta Ability: Fox! He can do everything a fox can!!
Speculate
Tumblr media
“Speculate was Curious’ Vice President of Shoowaysha, handling things in the organization while her boss was away. Her own inquisitive nature and need for the truth had her meet Curious as kindred spirits who have been disillusioned with journalism concerning Hero Society. As one can expect, she holds mixed feelings regarding working under Toga. However, she tries to be professional and polite when going about her new PLF life, determined to see Curious’ will come to fruition.”
Meta Ability: Shutterbugs. Can create little minions to act as her means of attack or recon of any area or person.
Keen
Tumblr media
“An introvert to their core, Keen is the most reclusive member of the MLA commanders, but is still one of their best assets. A skilled programmer in their own right, Keen was recruited by the MLA after Skeptic was impressed by their own set of programming skills when Keen applied for Feel Good Inc. Skeptic introduced them to the fold and they eventually became commander of a base that was an Internet Cafe. They’re a major Star Wars fan and would rather not be seen out of their cosplay.”
Meta Ability: Tamper - They can tamper with any electronic device and use that to either attack or disrupt their foes.
Bold
Tumblr media
“A former street fighter in her younger years, Bold is a big sister type, she loves to rumble and is highly competitive, so when the MLA offered her a world where she can do that her heart’s content, she readily agreed. Bold runs a private gym and is always eager to help new clients get in shape themselves.”
Meta Ability: Brawn Boost - Can enhance her muscles for a limited amount of time.
Red
Tumblr media
“It’s hard to imagine that Red was a 1st-ranked Advisor with his laidback attitude, but he was actually one of the most active members of the Intelligence Regiment. He owns his own bar that’s an active hotspot for disgruntled patrons and broken folk, as well as government official and Heroes who are prone to letting things slip in their drunken states. Like many others, he joined the MLA out of frustration with the system. He oftens tries to get Skeptic to go drinking with him, to no avail.”
Meta Ability: Liquid Control - Red can bend liquid to his will and even manipulate it to act as weapons.
Slidin’ Go
Tumblr media
“Was once the highest ranked Hero in the Meta Liberation army before Hawks joined the PLF. He was one of many struggling Heroes in the thousands, barely being able to scrape by due to his lack of popularity. It was the MLA that reached out to him, promoting him and getting him in the upper echelons of the Hero rankings, in exchange for his loyalty.”
Meta Ability: Some slide on the wiki already.
Victory
Tumblr media
“A Heteromorphic man who life hasn’t really been kind to him, since minute one, given his toad mutation. Pretty much a social outcast, he was left with little choice but to join the MLA to gain some sort of refuge. He’s very bright and a great engineer, if a bit sloppy, and it’s to the point he’s in charge of his own workshop for the Cause, where he develops much of the cutting edge support items Detnerat uses.”
Meta Ability: Toad. He can do whatever a toad can.
Power
Tumblr media
“A grumpy individual that thinks highly of himself and lowly of those not in his position. He was a fierce believer in the Electric Dream - that those who hold electrification Quirks were destined for greatness in Hero Society due to their powers always being in demand. However, his ego and carelessness had him lose job after job in such fields. Bitter and wanting nothing more than to dominate the society that ‘failed to see his greatness’, his eyes were turned to the MLA. He is currently the chief of security of one of their hideouts that acts as a supply depot.”
Meta Ability: Amplivolt - Can do whatever shocking thing it does on the wiki.
Flair
Tumblr media
“Flair is a part of the new generation of MLA commanders that was set to take over the organization’s reigns later on in life. Flair is a pretty boy that has the hearts of many of soldiers, boy, and girls alike, with his down to earth nature making him very likable. Flair runs a cafe that actually serves a hangout spot for his fellow Commanders and even other higher-ups when they just want a chance to unwind. He also plays guitar and likes doing songs cover to his cafe audience.”
Meta Ability: Heat Spikes - Can generate a layer of fire spikes to use against his foes, and can cover his body with them as well like a porcupine.
Question
Tumblr media
“Who are they? Now that’s the Question: and the answer is fairly simple! The Question is a flamboyant actor who dreamt of making their theatre a big shot in the entertainment world. But, sadly, while they were a good manager, it was a constant struggle to keep the theatre afloat. Thankfully, the MLA stepped in to provide said fundings for not only repairs but to even host plays that made use of the talent’s Quirks as well!! While controversial, it became a smash hit and the Question was loyal to the MLA ever since.”
Meta Ability: Inquisition - Can force a person to go mad with questions about their own existence.
Fury
Tumblr media
“A heteromorphic woman that received the brunt of both ends of discrimination for her looks. Both from those who despised her appearance, and those who thought of her as ‘exotic’ and a prize to show off. Filled with rage against the current status quo for this, she joined the MLA for finally payback such actions. Fury runs a shelter for unhoused Heteromorphs who can’t find accommodation easily.”
Meta Ability: Shell Hair - Can use her hair as a shield or as sharp weapons to attack.
Disgustus
Tumblr media
“Of the Heteromorphic Trio of the Spinner’s advisors, Disgustus, as per his name, holds the most bitterness towards society. Similar to Spinner, he had to deal with harassment and assault by non-heteromorphs, and has become filled with vengeance and hatred because of it. Naturally, he found his home in the MLA as it was his best chance at rectifying such an issue. An eloquent speaker, he has the best persuasion skills of his trio, which serves well for his job maintaining a church.”
Meta Ability: Spider - Does whatever a spider can.
Joy
Tumblr media
“Like with Fury and Disgustus he was also a victim of Heteromorphic discrimination and often thought to be stupid for his passiveness. However, Joy is a big believer of being subtle with intent and purpose: until it’s too late for your enemies. As such, he fits right alongside the shadow organization of the PLF. His base is a recreational center for the youth of Heteromorphs.”
Meta Ability: Size Increase - Can bloat or thin himself at will, and even down to specific body parts.

Hello! I hope u don't mind my questions, but regarding the Emperor's Acolyte AU, is it possible for you to elaborate further about Raine's relationship with King and his position in the Kingdom of the Red Sun? And what of Edric and Emira and their position in the moon court (i think?) I absolutely LOVE the concept and the possible exploration in the day-to-day life of the people stuck within the kingdom, INCLUDING that incredibly interesting play! How did King even find Luz's manuscript, anyway?
first of all just posted smth explaining the militia so i think thats a good point on where to start thinking abt everyone´s places in all this vv
second of all , King´s been around Raine for as long as they been turned into head of the bard coven , King always holds a certain curiosity for everyone in the castle ,but his interest turned further when he took notice of Eda´s relationship with them when he was "kidnapped" in the Owl House for a bit (if you check my #emperor acolyte au tag for a sec youll see a small fic of a scene between luz n king transcurring at that time)
Since King starts seeing the Owl Lady as a maternal figure for him (it sorta starts off as wanting to get something Luz has but really, King just needs honest affection and Eda´s doesnt feel like it has any ulterior motive) , King sorta turns Raine into a royal "advisor" bard figure but in reality he sorta rlly just wants to matchmaking them n Eda so they can form his own idea of a family ,King likes to hear their music before sleeping and they unequivocally bond over extremely similar trauma in the hands of the Emperor´s Coven, to the point it makes Raine feel extremely guilty they didnt try getting him outta it much sooner considering they are realizing this is a 9 yr old whos been treated like a dog by the worse person in the Isles not even allowed to talk to other people besides the Emperor n Kikimora, in a way this guilt drives Raine further to not leave the castle to the small rebellion that Darius n Eber been forming.
Speaking of Darius n Eber, Darius n King has a small confrontation/argument that lead to their leave, Eber at first didnt actually mind the way King was running things since it was all sorta thrilling and battle oriented , but since hes inseparable from Darius he aint gnna be ditching his buddy ya know. Darius was just trying to get information of his old mentor, because King KNOWS about the way he died because Belos told him , at least his own version of it, but the more heated Darius got at King´s avoidance of the details, he ended up saying something that made the kid snap at him like "You care more about your mentor more than Hunter, where is he now? what would your mentor think about the way you treated him up until now?" which pretty much shut down that whole conversation, parting ways.
Regarding Luz´s manuscript, it was unfinished, she wanted to join that writer´s competition just as she did in the original episode but some other adventure ended up calling up to her ,so she just sorta forgot abt it or decided it leave it for other day. When the Owl House got raided by the Emperor´s coven n everything was sent to a warehouse, King came up to that warehouse to get Owl Lady´s stuff n move it into his new castle basically , he came upon it while just looking thru Luz stuff n decided to read it through because hes nosy ( he did the same with eda´s diary before), he´s never rlly been allowed to write his own stuff even when he was taught to write and read, so he decided to take it upon himself to make it "his" novel, and subsequently his play , as a way to vent all out his feelings of the world , his feelings towards Luz and everything else, plus to make a big statement culturally for the Isles.
for Edric n Emira, they were dragged into the Moon Court for Collector´s favor , because they were essentially living around them for a good while before turning into King´s Right Hand . Odalia´s been disposed off but not killed (because Emira convinced em to Not Kill their mom as much as the twins n Amity hate her because thats already so much trauma), Alador has run off to join Darius growing group as a way to find a solution to this whole, mess.

Fluctuations of the Hit man S (Manga)
Created by: Funamoto Erika
Genre: Comedy/Action
This one is actually really cute. I read it a while ago but I kept on forgetting to write a proper recommendation on it, at least until now. The yandere in this one, Shotaru, is the type of yandere who loves to blush a lot around his crush, which is always something I love. There is a bit of an age gap between them because while I don’t know exactly how old Shotaru is, Furukara is about 17, though it seems like they don’t fully realize that they’re in love yet. As of writing this, there are 10 chapters translated.
The story starts out with hit man S (Shotaru) assassinating a coworker for betraying his agency. He notes that it doesn’t really make him feel anything and that he was raised to be a hit man and just feels that it is part of his job. He is assigned to kill the yakuzas daughter, Furukawa, but upon seeing her through his scope, immediately falls in love and is unable to kill her. He fakes his death by burning down his apartment and rents a room across from where she lives to spy on her. Eventually he decides to leave her a gift of a bunch of bodies the opposing yakuza. This actually makes Furukawa very happy, believing she has a guardian angel watching her. She asks to be Shotaru's friend, and the two get to know one another through letters that he shoots to her (with a literal bow and arrow) as well as him lip reading and her learning how to use morse code, making the two of them very happy. Furukawa gets kidnapped and Shotaru saves her, with Furukawa then asking her to be his exclusive bodyguard. The next couple chapters are Shotaru learning how to be a proper bodyguard, finding something for her and hanging out with Furukawa's friends.
Eventually, Furukawa's friend/fiance, Yumitaka comes to visit, declaring that after high school is finished, the two will get married. During this time, Shotaru grows jealous and tries to learn more about Yumitaka, even getting angry and considering to kill him when Yumitaka mentions that he would like to see her cry. Eventually, he asks Furukawa about Yumitaka, and she reveals that it's simply a joke that the two families have with each other, and that she doesn't really wish to marry him. While this makes Shotaru relieved, Yumitaka overhears and feels embarrassed about it, truly believing the two would marry after a childhood game where the two pretended to be husband and wife.
The next two chapters are based on haircuts and changing his suit, which are slightly tied to Shotaru's past. After Furukawa offers to cut Shotaru's past, Shotaru tries really hard to stay still. This is because the scissors are triggering his assassin training and making it hard for him to stay still, since he's so used to having sharp metal objects almost kill him. We also learn that him having white hair is a result of something traumatic happening to him and his hair turning that color (basically Marie Antoinette syndrome). The chapter after that is Shotaru getting a new suit and just how much the suit meant to him while he was working as an assassin. The tailor that makes his new suit is able to see this and tries to make one that allows him to soak in new experiences as well.
I actually really like this story because it's not only cute but its funny as well. Most of the things that happen are generally comedic, in a strangely morbid way (considering that Shotaru is an assassin, I suppose it's not that strange) and Furukawa does seem to have a strong amount of affection for Shotaru as well (I do like yandere stories where the love is reciprocated). Despite the fact that Shotaru does kill a lot of people, they're usually regarded as bad guys and are kind of just thrown away from the start. There is a bit of conflict when Shotaru has to kill his mentor, which will probably be mentioned in the future, but for the most part, he seems rather solidly happy to be with Furukawa despite everything.
Shotaru as a yandere is more on the dere dere side than the yan side- surprising considering he's an assassin. He gives up his entire life, even burns down his own house to fake his death just to be with Furukawa, of which he's only seen through his scope and falls in love with immediately and is flustered greatly by any reciprocation that she has towards her. He has basically not only thrown away his life but put himself as a target for the company that raised him, as they do not take an escapees. He is pretty expressionless to anyone except Furukawa who he takes immense joy in helping, and even contemplates killing Yumitaka for stating he'd want to see Furukawa cry, only to stop because it would cause Furukawa to be sad. Shotaru also does the standard stalking, thinking about Furukawa and killing off any enemies as not only part of his yandere behavior but just as his general role as her body guard. What I do find interesting is the latest chapter where Furukawa gives Shotaru a haircut, since it does showcase that Shotaru is so used to having to fight for his life that he can't even be calm during a haircut because of it. Even the revelation of the fact that he would allow Furukawa to kill him is a continuation of his yandere behavior, finally calming down after all this. I think this is something I'd like to see more in the future since it's often not explored how some of the reflexes or trauma of a yandere might affect how his new day to day life is. There's also the mystery of what caused Shotaru's hair to turn white in the first place.
As for Furukawa, there isn't really too much about her other than she's a rather eccentric girl who doesn't think too much of bodies and other manners. When Shotaru gives Furukawa the bodies of her family's enemies, she thinks that they are "gifts from a fox" and even attempts to communicate with him despite the fact that she doesn't know anything about him, taking him in quickly without much thought. She seems like an ordinary high school girl though, even having a studying session with her friends or going out with Shotaru to the park and just hanging out. Still though, seeing her accept Shotaru very wholeheartedly is pretty nice to see, since I personally like having yandere lovers who are more accepting of their yandere counterparts.
The art itself is honestly a bit lackluster, but I think that in itself makes it more unique than a lot of other manga out there. The artist especially seems to have trouble drawing profile images, since they turn out a bit wonky if you're looking at them. Their backgrounds are actually pretty decent though and the scenarios are always fun, so while the art might not be the most professional of standards, I can overlook them for the interesting story and cute characters.
Overall though, a cute story about a bodyguard and the girl he's taking care of. I personally really like it and hopefully if you are interested in more light hearted yandere comedies with a bit of a twist, this one is a good read.

Some character notes and episode notes for HZ055, writing them down for future reference.
The ep starts with everyone at school (Sango and Onyx are there too, and I can't get over how they really fit in this school setting honestly... they don't seem out of place to me, if anything, I'm wondering why they are in the Explorers in comparison). Clavell tells everyone he prepared something fun for them, as he organized friendly matches with the Elite Four. The students will face one Elite Four member in a tag battle with the Gym Leader they faced during their basics test. The rules of the battles are: the Gym Leader can't use Terastal (the student is the star, so the gym leader can't overshadow them), the student wins if they manage to knock out at least one of the Elite Four's Pokemon, and the battle ends if the student's Pokemon is defeated.
First off, Dot and Nanjamo vs Poppy (Dot's little "osu" before her battle has to be brought up). Dot ended up winning since Nanjamo managed to knock out one of Poppy's Pokemon. Dot wasn't satisfied even though she won because she felt like she was relying too much on Nanjamo and that she didn't win because of her own strength (interesting to bring up, she is aware of her own limitations and this motivates her even further to get better). The battle was initially described as almost being like a Gym Leader vs Elite Four because Dot was too overwhelmed and couldn't exactly do a thing (I like that it was brought up in universe that it felt one-sided at first). Dot is still not completely used to battles and I like that her confidence depends on the situation and the opponent. Her smarts showed in this episode though, as she knew Harabari's ability and made use of it in a clever and unique way, which allowed her and Nanjamo to win.
Sango and Haidai vs Aoki was quick. Sango self-destructed and knocked out everyone on the field, but it led to Aoki's win instead of hers, which she contested. Aoki's comment about personal rules not working once you are in society was interesting in regards to Sango. Sango does what she wants and likes her own freedom, and she doesn't seem to be able to adjust to rules so she doesn't really fit in regular society or with others (which is potentially why she joined the Explorers, since "anything goes in the Explorers")... and every time she is scolded or reminded of this reality, she runs away. (She made me sad, and battle rules should be changed for her specifically)
Afterwards, we got Roy and Colza vs Hassaku. Roy and Dot had a high five before his battle, which was cute. Roy and Colza didn't win but their tag team felt equal and we get a sense that they know each other well in battle. Their mentor and mentee relationship is really good (Colza gave him a nickname and calls him "Roygarde" now, and even pat Roy's head at the end.. Roy is collecting lots of mentor figures). The way their battle turned into art was interesting too, and Roy pointed it out at the end too. How moves kept being added to one another, how you can do things you can't do alone when battling with someone... which works well with how Roy is learning to be more observant and technical as a trainer (like an artist basically, and Colza and Hassaku are both artists). That battle was fun for what it tried to convey, and I liked Roy's conversation with Nemo at the end and the way Hassaku dramatically cried (it was cute how his Pokemon comforted him ww).
Onyx's battle was quick, similarly to Sango. But we got valuable information in the little time he had, since his Pokemon went down trying to protect his teammate's and he said that he cannot sacrifice his backup to ensure his own survival. It made an interesting contrast with Sango, who is willing to do anything to win and her views on victory. Onyx is more honorable (really similar to Amethio honestly, and you have to wonder why he is in the Explorers too since he doesn't seem to be tied there by blood). He is protective of others, even in such a setting, and he just seems like a genuinely good guy in general. (I'm not sure how to interpret Chili and Lip's words to Onyx though... him valuing his teammate is a good thing, so were they approaching it more from a "you shouldn't waste your teammate's choices and sacrifices in a battle" perspective, to encourage him to continue to battle?)
Anyway, there were several battles in one ep but I like that we're not spreading them over multiple episodes tbh (and that battles in Horizons are always trying to convey something specific and that they are straight to the point usually). I also enjoy seeing that characters like the Elite Four are much more approachable in this series, and that they are genuinely invested in the growth of the trainers in their region. They are not untouchable beings. They work together with the school staff and even Gym Leaders, and I think it makes them much more likeable in general? They actually serve a purpose instead of just being empty symbols of strength. They have friendly matches with students to teach them things. I appreciate this way of framing them. Seeing Roy and Dot teaming up with Colza and Nanjamo was great given the history they have, too (I wonder if we'll see them appearing again every now and then in the future).

And to wrap up the Magic High Commission: Glossaryck. Yes, I know about Lekmet and Reynaldo, but neither of them are really in the show enough for me to be able to answer most of the questions.
I don’t really have any specific plans for what character to do next, so if anyone has a specific request, feel free to comment or send an ask.
First impression: “Why are you in Star’s book and why are you apparently obsessed with pudding? Actually, no, pudding is amazing, so I get that. The book question still stands.”
Impression now: “Yeah, you were totally the actual main villain of this series and nobody can convince me otherwise. Also, you might be one of the worst fictional fathers I’ve seen since Ozai, and that is saying a lot.”
Favorite moment: Him talking to Star at the end of “Into the Wand”, because it’s one of the only times you really see him just being helpful and reassuring her without going some kind of indirect route and basically messing with her. It was nice to see him actually being a decent mentor for one of the first, and only, times.
Idea for a story: I’ve brought this up a few times, but with how he often acts in the show, I feel like an AU where he’s the main villain of the series would basically write itself.
Unpopular opinion: Is the fact that I honestly kind of love him unpopular? Granted, it’s in a “Love to hate, you’re a horrible person but I can’t deny you’re super interesting to watch and see what happens regarding you” sort of way, rather than genuinely finding him a likable character.
Favorite relationship: I really liked his dynamic with Ludo, even though it was short-lived. It was interesting to see him actually being a decent enough teacher...and then also having to deal with basically acting like a parent for the first time ever, since his new student basically latched onto him as a father figure.
Favorite headcanon: He’d been orchestrating the destruction of magic since at least Skywynne’s time, specifically ever since he returned to find out she only had Jushtin. His confusion over the fact that she didn’t have a daughter was simply because he didn’t pay attention to the timeline, and thought she’d already given birth to Solaria - who was the first piece he needed to put his plan into motion.

It’s been 3 years (or somewhere around that) since I last did a drawing of my Pokémon OC Blue. But ever since I got into Pokémon violet brain rot mode I sort of had this need of somehow adding her into the story (or at least make her have some relation with Julieta).
Tumblr media
Before getting into more details about her I need to clarify something:
1-I headcanon that Scarlet/Violet take place 2 years after the events of Sw/Sh. Now, at the beginning of Sw/Sh story Blue is 18 yrs old and by the the end of the story she would have turned 19 (More specifically after the events that take place in the Crown Tundra, if you played the DLC you know what I’m talking about). So basically by the time Julieta starts her journey, Blue would be 21 yrs old.
2-Yes I do ship her with Leon. I created Blue more then 3 yrs ago, so I got everything regarding her story and all that figured out, I’m only adding a couple more things since I thought it would be interesting to have her and Julieta be related in some way (I literally had to figure out a timeline and do the math just so I could determine how big the time skip between SwSh and ScarVio storylines should be).
3-I only drew her in her champion uniform cause that’s the only outfit I hadn’t figured out for her. Most of the time she’s wearing her casual clothes and only wears the uniform for exhibition matches, and official battles and/or tournaments.
Now that’s been cleared up, time to get into her info! First we'll cover the stuff related with SwSh and then we start withe the ScarVio stuff (don't worry the SwSh stuff will be short).
Blue is currently Galar’s reigning champion. It took her a while to get used to her new role, but eventually she got the hang of it and enjoys her job as the region’s champion.
Has known Hop for a very long time since she used to babysit him back when he was little, but even though she has looked after the boy for a long time, she never got meet his big brother before until the events of the game kick in.
A month after she earned the title of Champion, Blue decides that she needs to do some extra or special training to become a better trainer. Leon suggests that she should go to the Isle of armor and train under his old mentor, Master Mustard. While she and Klara started with the left foot, they eventually become good friends and even helps the poison type trainer accomplish her dream of becoming a gym leader (being a champion and the partner of the chairman does have its benefits 😉).
A month after the events of the Isle of Armor, Blue travels to the Crown tundra to find out from who is the strange voice that’s been calling her all the way from the south of Galar. (Yes, she does capture Calyrex but let’s him roam free around the Crown tundra since she thinks it’s for the best they stay in their natural habitat. Blue does visit Calyrex every once in a while if she has some free time to spare)
Blue is a very kind person and easy to get along with, as long as you don’t piss her off of course.
Blue does some routine visits to the Pokémon schools all over Galar to scout for new talented trainers. She always does this some months before the gym challenge, as she gives an endorsement to the kids that manage to catch her attention. It was during one of these visits that she met Julieta. Blue realized that the girl had the potential to be great at Pokémon battles, so she took the girl under wing and made her some sort of protégée.
At some point, Blue becomes close to Julieta and her mom, making her a friend of the family. One day Julieta accidentally called her 'Auntie' but it didn't bother Blue at all.
Blue is techincally Julieta's Godmother, but it's way easier for Julieta to just call her auntie (and it's also cute).
Was the one who suggested Julieta's mom that they move to Paldea to have a fresh start, hoping that the change of scenery would help the girl open up and make some new friends.
Since moving to another region ain't cheap, Blue covered all the expenses: ferry tickets to Paldea, moving services and buying a house. Alice (Julieta's mom) was very insistent there was no need for this, but deep down she's very grateful for her kindness.
Since the enrollment process of Uva Academy takes a long time to be completed for people that come from other places of the world, Blue personally made sure that the staff works on the process almost at the speed of light so her little girl can start attending as soon as the new semester begins. All the administrative staff and Director Clavell were sweating bullets, being pressured by a very famous champion was a huge deal, so they better not fuck this up.
Whenever she has time, she calls Julieta to check up on her and know she's doing well. Imagine how delighted she is when the girl tells her she has made some new friends and is now having her own adventure.
Figures out in less of five seconds that Julieta has a crush on Arven, when during one of their video calls the young girl starts to talk about him and kept saying how amazing and cute he is. Ah, young love is just amazing, or it would be if the girl weren't so damn oblivious and kept being in denial-
Julieta: Me? H-Having a crush on Arven?! D-Dont be silly! We are just good friends!
Blue: Julie, anyone with at least one funcional braincell can tell you like him that way 😒
Not many people know Blue is Julieta's godmother. The only exception are Julie's family, Clavell and Geeta. All of them agree to keep that information confidential for Julieta's sake, otherwise the media will bother her with questions related to her relationship with Galar's champion.
Sometime later after the events of Area zero and the post game, Blue decides to pay a visit to Julieta which means she gets to meet Penny, Nemona and Arven at long last. Those three definitely were shocked.
Nemona: Miss Blue, please let me have a battle with you! 🤩
Penny: *trying to process the fact her bestie is good friends with Galar's champion*
Arven: *internally panicking cause his crush's godmother is a freaking champion so he better give a good impression or he's fucked*

Fire and Ice - Chapter 29
Chapter 28 || Index || Chapter 30
There was very little pattern to the days anymore. The apprentices had to do whatever the Clan needed done, no matter the time of day, and so each day was different than the one before. Firepaw was grateful for any semblance of normalcy, and thankfully his mentor seemed inclined to give him just that.
Tinyfrost had gotten them assigned to elder duty, and let them split up to get the job done faster; the little black warrior was hunting for Thunderclan's own elders, while his apprentice was supposed to bring prey to the Shadowclanners.
As he neared Tallpines, he found himself hesitating. It had been over a moon since he had last seen his sister now. He had promised to visit as often as he could, but with his punishment and the Shadowclan attack, he hadn't gotten enough time to himself. But the day was young, and he had all morning to hunt for the elders. No one would miss him if he spared a few moments talking with her.
His mind made up, the ginger apprentice changed course for the Twolegplace. He passed the clearing he had first caught her scent in, remembering the despair he had been feeling. He was glad, now, that he had chosen to stay in Thunderclan. If he had gone back to his housefolk or another set of Twolegs, he would never feel as alive as he did in the forest.
"Princess?" He called softly as he approached the garden he remembered being hers. He had to consider that she might not be outside at all; some housefolk preferred their kittypets stayed inside when they were awake. "It's me, Firepaw."
He stood at the border, feeling a bit silly waiting there. Perhaps she had forgotten about him? Or maybe she thought he had forgotten her. After all, it had been a long time, and kittypet attention spans weren't always all that long-
"Wrong garden, silly." He jumped as he heard her voice, looking up to see the light brown molly grinning down at him. "It's been a while, hasn't it?" She purred as she jumped down beside him, rubbing her cheek against him in greeting.
"It has. I'm sorry." He accepted her welcome warmly, happy to see she was equally glad to see him. "Things have been… busy since I last saw you."
She regarded him carefully. "Well, I have the time if you do. Why don't you tell me about it?" She asked, laying down next to him. He scented at the air, but he knew all too well that the patrols wouldn't be coming this way for a while yet.
"Well, when I met you, I was taking care of a group of elders - that's what we call warriors who are too old to fight anymore." He followed her, welcoming the cool grass in his fur. He decided to leave out exactly why, as he didn't care to explain how it really wasn't his fault. "Shadowclan, one of our enemy Clans, kicked them out because they couldn't fight anymore, which is against the warrior code - our rules, basically."
He could see that he was getting a little ahead of himself by the look in her eyes. "You mentioned Clans last time. Those are the groups wild cats live in?" He nodded encouragingly. "I always thought that they were one big group in there. And you have rules, too? My friends have been telling me you're all lawless savages."
Firepaw chuffed and shook his head. "Yea, my old kittypet friends told me the same thing. That we eat housecats for breakfast, and owls for dinner." He rolled his eyes at the thought. "But no. There's four Clans, and each of us has agreed to abide by the same rules. We protect the young until they're big enough to learn to fight - just a couple moons younger than us, actually. Then we hunt and fight together until we're too old to catch prey, and then the Clan takes care of us in thanks for all we have done for it." He smiled at her, pleased to see her reflect it back at him. "We might be wild, but we're noble too. We don't kill on sight or anything crazy like that. We just tell kittypets that so they'll leave us alone."
Princess snorted. "I guess I can see that. So we're just nuisances to you, then?" Though her voice was light, there was a subtle edge to it, and he could feel her tail flicking uneasily.
"No! I mean, you aren't to me." He rested his tail on hers reassuringly. "But kittypets get their food from their housefolk. We depend on there being enough prey for us to feed everyone in the Clan. If they thought they could come in and hunt when they pleased, our elders might starve, or the kits. Does that make sense?"
After a moment, she nodded reluctantly. "It does. I guess it's just hard to imagine from where I'm sitting. But wild cats don't enter our territories, so we should respect yours anyways, right? Even without the threat of death." She shook her head and sighed. "I'm sorry. You were saying something about an enemy Clan?"
"Shadowclan." He sighed grimly at the thought. "The warrior code dictates that we take care of elders after they retire, because they've earned it. But Brokenstar - that's Shadowclan's leader - didn't like that, so he kicked them out. Bluestar, our leader, insisted that we still follow the warrior code, so she took them in and gave them a temporary camp nearby. That's why I was here: I was taking care of them when I caught your scent." He watched her carefully as she slowly nodded, absorbing everything he was telling her.
"So if the other Clans can just break the code whenever, why do you guys still follow it?" He bristled at her question, but he had to admit it was a fair one. Certainly, it was one he would have asked, at the beginning of his apprenticeship.
"Because we aren't lawless savages, for one." He did his best to keep the retort gentle, so she wouldn't think he was mad at her for the question. "And we can't just break the code whenever. We're actually sort of at war with Shadowclan over it." It wasn't an official war, not like the battles with Riverclan had been, but it certainly felt like it with all the preparation they were doing.
His sister's brown and white tail flicked lazily at that. "I see." She replied simply. "So that's why you've been gone so long? Because of the war?"
He shrugged slightly and nodded. "Sort of, yes. We didn't go to war until after the Gathering, though." He could see her brows furrow in confusion. "The Clans hold a Gathering every full moon to share news with each other. It's really just a bunch of warriors bragging to each other about who's the strongest and which Clan is the best." His whiskers twitched in amusement at the thought of how some of the warriors would react if they heard that description. "For my work in taking care of the Shadowclan elders, I got to go to the last one. It's a great honor for apprentices; only a couple get to go to each one."
Princess' eyes widened and she gave him a congratulatory purr. "That's great news! Did you enjoy it?"
He paused as he remembered what had happened with Ravenpaw. "Some of it." He replied slowly. "But then Shadowclan showed up."
She stopped purring as she saw his hesitation. "What happened then?" She asked him, clearly wary. He couldn't blame her; to an outsider, Shadowclan seemed like a caricature of evil. In many ways, it was one, even to him.
"They threatened all of the Clans. Told us we had to share our territory with them. Which we would never agree to, of course. Then Brokenstar accused the exiled elders of killing kits." Firepaw shuddered at the thought. Snowkit was still so young; he couldn't imagine any cat killing him in such cold blood, like Brokenstar had implied.
Princess reeled at the revelation. To a kittypet, such an idea must be a thousand times worse; many had barely seen blood, let alone death or murder. "Did they?" She whispered hoarsely, as though afraid talking too loud would suddenly alert the elders to their presence.
"Of course not!" Firepaw growled. "He was just saying that to rile us up. It almost worked, until Bluestar put a stop to it." He sighed as he glanced over his shoulder towards camp. "I think some of the warriors still doubt them, though."
"What a horrible thing to say." He could see the dark tawny fur along his sister's spine bristling, and he couldn't blame her. "This Brokenstar seems awful. Why do Shadowclan put up with him?"
The ginger tom shrugged. "I don't know." He admitted to her. "If Bluestar did such a thing, the whole Clan would chase her out first. I guess Shadowclan is just different." He had thought Riverclan bad for following a murderer, before the truth came out; now that he knew they were innocent, he had a hard time picturing any Clan cat except Tigerclaw breaking the code so easily.
"We were preparing for war with them when they attacked our camp, including our elders and queens. We still don't know how they did that. There's some talk of one of us being a traitor…" Firepaw shook his head with a sigh. "That's why I've been gone so long. We can't rest for long when Shadowclan could show up at any moment."
Princess' ears flattened sympathetically at that. "I see. I wondered if something had happened to you, but… that makes sense." She paused and tilted her head. "Why do they think there's a traitor? Do Clan cats normally spy on each other?"
Firepaw shook his head vehemently. "No, never. Clans are family groups, for the most part. A traitor would be unthinkable." He glanced into the forest, as though looking for Shadowclan eyes on him, but there was nothing there but greenery. "But Clan camps are a closely guarded secret. No enemy warrior should ever happen across one without a fight. Yet somehow they did…"
She stared at him, evidently still confused. "You guys mark your territory, don't you? Surely they could just follow you or your scent back to camp." She tilted her head the other way. "Or is there something I'm missing?"
"They…" He hesitated, her words tugging at an idea in the back of his mind. "They knew we would send someone back to camp to get reinforcements. If they had a patrol distracting ours, and another hiding…" It all fell into place. "Cinderpaw wouldn't have been paying attention. She would have led them right to us. And the rest of the patrol would have been too focused on reaching the border!" It was so simple, he almost couldn't believe it. "There was never a traitor! I can't believe I didn't see it sooner." He leaped to his feet and brushed his cheek against his sister's. "Thank you, Princess. It seems so obvious now."
"You're welcome?" She seemed slightly bewildered, but nosed him back happily nonetheless. "I take it you need to go back and tell the rest of the Clan, then?"
He nodded. "I still have to go take care of the elders, but yes. Bluestar will want to know as soon as possible. It could change her strategy." He rested his tail lightly on her flank and headed for the trees. "I'll try to see you when I can. I promise."
"I understand." Princess got to her own paws, flicking her tail in farewell. "Please stay safe, Firepaw. This all sounds pretty dangerous…"
"I will. I won't let them beat me easily. I'll see you next time, Princess." With his own gesture of farewell, he bounded into the forest, heading for Tallpines next.
He let himself get lost in the sensations of the forest; the chattering of birds in the trees above him, the gentle rustling of the leaves, the scent of greenleaf flowers around him drifting through the air. Some of the flowers, he imagined, would be useful to Spottedleaf and Yellowfang, but he had no idea which and would probably botch harvesting them anyways. Instead, he focused on the birds above him, scaling a birch tree to see if he could catch some unaware in the branches.
It didn't take him long to nab a particularly clueless blue jay, and he couldn't help but feel a smidge of pride at how big it was. Even Archtail would have difficulty finding fault with this catch of his. As he carried it towards Tallpines, he heard a rustling in the bushes behind him. Had Princess followed him?
When he turned to look, however, it was not his sister but his mentor standing there. "Tinyfrost!" He gasped, dropping the bird to his feet. "What are you doing here?" Surely he hadn't taken that long talking?
The lithe black warrior fixed him with a wry grin. "Quickflash and Mousefur wanted to take over hunting for the elders, and I saw no reason to deny them. I figured with the two of us hunting, we could finish in time to get some climbing practice in before sunhigh." He glanced at the blue jay. "Is this all you've managed to catch?"
Firepaw wilted slightly at the question. He couldn't give away that he'd been talking with a kittypet, even if it was his sister. "Yeah." He replied as he looked down, batting at one stray blue feather with a paw. "The prey around here is running fast today."
"Perhaps a kittypet has been trampling through the forest and scaring them off." Tinyfrost observed. His heart quickened. Did his mentor know? Still, when he looked up to meet the other's eyes, he was already turning away. "No matter. We can go hunt near Sunningrocks instead. Kittypets don't venture that far, and we shouldn't have to deal with any Riverclan trespassers for a change."
"Right." He glanced towards the temporary Shadowclan territory. "I'll go bury this and meet you there?" He suggested, picking up his blue jay.
"I'll join you." He perked his ears in surprise at the other tom. Did his mentor no longer trust him? "I may have been told off by Quickflash for letting you go off on your own while tensions are so high." The black tom seemed almost bashful at the admission, and Firepaw had to purr slightly at the response.
Depositing his kill and covering it lightly for later, he trotted after the warrior. "So I was thinking while I was looking for prey. All the warriors have been speculating about how Shadowclan found our camp, right?"
Tinyfrost gave him a long, appraising stare. "What of it?" He asked slowly, his gaze unreadable.
"Well, Longtail was implying it was because of some kind of traitor, and Dustleap of course immediately accused me." He lashed his tail, still angry at the young tabby tom. "But I was thinking, right, maybe they followed Cinderpaw? We know the hunting patrol on our border was a ruse, but maybe their job was to keep the patrol from scenting the others. They knew our patrol would send for reinforcements, and had Spiderfoot and the rest lying in wait for whoever was sent back to camp. Then they watched and waited until the reinforcements left, and attacked." He was nearly out of breath from keeping up with the other tom and talking, but this was important; at the very least, it would keep slander off of Ravenpaw for the time being.
His mentor was silent for a long time, his pace slowing. He couldn't tell what his companion was thinking, and he worried that perhaps he had somehow overstepped. "Cinderpaw can be very single-minded sometimes. I could see her missing a tail, no matter how obvious." Firepaw could feel his entire body relax at the ponderous words. "But Bluestar would surely pick up the scent before she got to the border. Shadowclan are known to be stealthy, but surely it would take more planning to fool her than that."
Firepaw had to agree with him. Their leader was the most sharp-witted cat he knew, and nearly impossible to fool. "That's true." He sighed and looked away. "I just hate to think one of us might be a traitor."
"Your idea has some merit." Tinyfrost pointed out evenly. "Bluestar herself admitted that she had underestimated Brokenstar. No cat is infallible, after all. It's certainly more likely that she missed or ignored the signs in the haste of defending our borders than there being a traitor among the Clan." He shook his head with a sigh. "I haven't heard anyone mention such a thing while sharing tongues. Bluestar and Quickflash wouldn't approve."
A rustle in the leaves indicated a squirrel was leaping in the branches above. "This seems like a better hunting spot." His mentor murmured quietly. "I'll take the trees. See if any mice are lurking about."
It wasn't long until the two of them had caught more than enough for the elders; they certainly wouldn't starve today. In silence, they brought their offerings to Tallpines, squeezing into the shed and dropping the kills in the center of the room. All around them, the eyes of the elders shone in the lowlight, watching and judging them.
"You're late." Archtail's growl rumbled from one corner. Firepaw did his best to approach respectfully and brought some prey over to him and his mate, Crowtalon.
"I am sorry. The prey ran faster than me today." He dipped his head and retreated slightly. "I left a blue jay outside. Would you like me to fetch it now, or work on your bedding first?"
"At least this one is respectful." Crowtalon grumbled to the old tom. "Better than the last few, anyways."
Firepaw perked his ears in surprise. "The last few?" He knew she couldn't be talking about the apprentices, as they had been busy on border patrols or sparring practice the past couple of days. "What do you mean?"
"Still nosy, though." Archtail snapped back. "If you must know, the warriors these days have been downright disrespectful." He shook his head mournfully. "The last one nearly clobbered Featherstorm with a squirrel, the poor thing."
He couldn't help but be taken aback. "Who was on elder duty last?" He questioned Tinyfrost, unable to remember himself.
"Probably Dustleap or Sandstorm. I wouldn't be surprised if Tigerclaw's brats were taking everything with Shadowclan out on the elders." He was surprised at the vitriol in his mentor's voice. Before he could ask, the black tom turned away. "I'm going to grab that blue jay."
He watched the warrior depart, a little puzzled, before turning back to the elders. "I'm sorry on their behalf. Tinyfrost is right, though. Some of the warriors are blaming the attack on all of you." They knew all too well the attack was to look for the elders, but it was Brokenstar's fault, not the elders themselves.
"Surely they know that we have no say on what Shadowclan does anymore." Archtail snorted dismissively. "We can't exactly go over and ask them nicely not to attack your borders, you know. Surely Thunderclan warriors aren't that clueless."
Firepaw hesitated. "You don't know, do you?" He asked slowly. He'd filled them in on what had happened at the Gathering, even if they had disparaged him the whole time. However, since being taken off elder duty, he hadn't had a chance to fill them in on what had happened.
Crowtalon snorted. "About Brokenstar's threats? You already told us, though I doubt your kittypet brain can remember that far back." She gave the tom beside her a little wink. "It's hardly shocking he wasn't willing to wait until the Gathering to start taking your territory. You should have defended it better."
"Thunderclan hasn't surrendered a single mouse-length to Shadowclan." He snapped back, unable to keep his fur from bristling at her words. It felt like the elders always knew how to get under his pelt like that.
Still, he paused to take a deep breath, not wanting to take his anger out on them. They were still hurting from their banishment, even if they didn't show it. "Spiderfoot led a battle patrol into our camp." He explained slowly. "They were looking for Yellowfang and all of you. That's why some of the Clan blames you. If we hadn't taken you in, they wouldn't have attacked."
There was silence for a long time at his words that was only interrupted by the rustle of Tinyfrost returning. "What's wrong?" He asked as soon as he dropped the jay by Poolcloud, able to sense the mood of his apprentice almost instantly.
"I told them about the attack." He murmured back in his response. "And why it happened."
The black warrior nodded solemnly. "I should have guessed." He looked over the resting elders with an almost aloof gaze. "It's true. They tried to kill one of our queens and her kit, and injured several of our elders. Firepaw here was nearly killed defending one of those elders from Clawface. You can understand why they're so angry." Tinyfrost rested his tail gently on his apprentice's flank. "I'll talk to Quickflash about it, though. They shouldn't be taking it out on you regardless."
"So it's true." Nightpelt spoke up now. "Brokenstar wasn't just bragging."
Firepaw glanced to his mentor, who shrugged cluelessly. "Bragging?" He asked cautiously. The Shadowclanners were prone to clamming up when prodded; he could only hope that wouldn't be the case this time.
"He used to brag ever since he was a warrior that he knew where Thunderclan camp was." Nightpelt sighed wearily. "We all thought he was lying. Starclan knows he was never exactly the most honest cat."
"How did he become leader, then?" Firepaw tilted his head in confusion. In Thunderclan, at least, cats seemed to be chosen to become deputy based on merit. Was it not the same in all the Clans?
Archtail muttered something, but Crowtalon quickly hushed him. "That's enough." The elder queen growled, gesturing towards the entrance. "Nightpelt and Cinderscar can take care of what we need. Get out."
The apprentice hesitated, looking to his mentor for guidance. Tinyfrost merely nodded and flicked his tail for the ginger tom to follow, before turning and promptly leaving. Firepaw didn't complain, quickly following after him.
"What was that about?" He hissed as quietly as he could, so that the elders couldn't hear.
"I know a sensitive topic when I see it. They didn't want him appointed deputy. I don't know why, but I know better than to push them." He paused thoughtfully at the border to Tallpines. "It seems there was more bad blood around Brokenstar than Shadowclan let on."
He shook his head and looked back at his apprentice. "I need to speak with Bluestar about all of this at once. As for you, you can clean the elders' den while I talk with her." His whiskers twitched in amusement as Firepaw flattened his ears. "I know, I know, but you know Quickflash would make you do the same instead of sitting around camp. Cheer up, we'll do some climbing practice after sunhigh to make up for it."
He had to admit the thought of climbing trees for the rest of the day sounded better than the inevitable border patrol or camp reinforcement that came from relaxing for a single moment when Quickflash was around. "Alright, Tinyfrost." He agreed smoothly, following him into the forest.
At least his visit to Princess and the elders had solved one of his many problems. It might only delay Tigerclaw's plans, but it bought time to figure out how to help save Ravenpaw from his father's diabolical schemes. It was a good start. But was it enough?

Soo, im thinking of a DSMP×BNHA crossover.
Heros
Awesamdude as Endeavor. His quirk is blueprint. It works a little bit like Yaorozu's. But basically if he gets an idea for something he will see a blueprint for how exactly he can make that thing and then create it out of anything available around him. The first gun he used was made out of a pen and some trash. he has a weapon wielding license even without proper training, because more often than not, noone else knows how to use the creations he uses in battle.
Alyssa as Hagakure, because I don't see why not.
Ponk as Recovery Girl, he is inhumanely good with medicine and chemistry. Not enough to make miracle medicine, but good enough to speed up healing by multiple times.
Tommy as Izuku, born quirkless, but gained his quirk by his mentor. Before turning to the hero side he did some on and off heroic vigilanteeing, albeit nothing very serious or noteworthy.
Tubbo as Bakugo, yes he did bully Tommy in middle school (but only for parallels sake). His quirk is radioactivity. As a side effect he never gets sick and is always clean of any bacteria. He has immunity towards tumors and radiation. As a consequence, he never got kidnapped by the LOV because the LOV knows to avoid him. He can control the radiation, making it non-ionizing or ionizing on a whim, so he can be touched and he can be around other people, but everyone knows to be careful.
Ranboo as Kirishima, (only bc Kiribaku), his quirk is Perspective. He can switch other peoples perception of reality, from one dimensional to eleven dimensional, he can also add effects like grayscale or inveeted colors to other peoples perception. But his quirk backfires often, though he is used to the instant confusion of the backfires. His vision is also permanently with inverted colors.
Niki as Uraraka, quirk is slightly like Bakugos, she can't make explosions herself, but she can emit flammable gasses, she also can withstand explosions pretty well (not the collateral damage or the knockback, but everything else doesn't really affect her).
Fundy is in the support course, he studies specifically in the logistics and programming department. He is quirkless.
Wilbur as Mirio, his quirk is float.
Eret as Todoroki, his quirk is Dazzle. Kind of like Aoyamas, except she wasn't born quirkless.
And finally, Philza, the student of late Captain Puffy, and the mentor of Tommy. His quirk is wings of void. - Night Watch
Vigilantes / Others
Technoblade as Stain, he was a hero years ago, but a betrayal from his most trusted comrade, Philza, made him run away. This betrayal cost him his quirk. But although he is quirkless now, it doesn't mean that he isn't dangerous. He is more heroic, but holds astronomically different values than the hero society in this world, and for that he is regarded as dangerous because "he can cause discord and unrest amongst civilians". He was born with a foresight quirk, being able to see souls through any material, it was erased and destroyed by a long-since detained villain named "Orphaneer".
Skeppy and Karl are both vigilantes, but their quirks are not documented, Skeppys quirk simply doesn't fall into any existing category, and Karls is always just a big question mark.
Quackity as Hawks. He is a spy for all sides and doesn't work for anyone other than himself and his closest comrades, his hero name is Thalia and his villain name is Melpomene. His quirk is shape shifting. He also doesn't know what his real face looks like.
Slimecicle is another vigilante, as for his quirk, remember the movie "Flubber"? Exactly! Except he is way more involved, it is able to seep in through pores and control a person from inside out. It often forgets that his victims do not bounce like he does.
Villains
Dream as Shigaraki. Green puppet string quirk, but it works like the invisible hands from Elfen Lied (only because I have to paralel the two characters, normally it would be a parasitic mind control type of quirk). - Ventriloquist
George as Dabi. But his main quirk is like a mixture between Midnight and Shemage. He has two quirks. The main quirk is weaker. But the second quirk ads on to the main quirk, making George very dangerous. He can basically enter other peoples dreams and memories and attack the mind from within. He is known for leaving people as mindless husks in seconds. Due to how widespread his quirk can get, he could technically wipe out entire districts if he lets his mist go long enough. - Crash
Sapnap as Toga. His quirk is like Endeavors, not exactly, but close enough. He burns his victims from inside-out, it took a while for authorities to catch him in the act as he can do this without raising a hand (they caught on only because when they reviewed footage they noticed him staring at his victims). - Nick
Callahan as Twice, his quirk is silence, it backfired on him when he gained it, but basically he destroys vocal chords and eardrums by "screaming". His scream is ultra sonic and seemingly silent, victims often report that they can't even see for a while after the attack. At it's strongest it can crack tempered glass. Basically, if his mouth opens for anything other than eating or drinking, you're fucked - Mute
BadBoyHalo as Overhaul. Explanation as to what his quirk is is in his villain pseudonym - Nephalem.

Anyone else?
