Ah, no I meant last one for the night, I’m not quite caught up yet. It’s 1am here. I woke up “early” (earlier than normal for going to bed at 2am) for my video. I need to sleep

However I’m deep in the sauce now I’m not escaping. I’m on chapter 13 rn

I once had an English prof who tried to dock me for using the word "tome" (as in, "dusty old tomes") because she didn't believe it was a real word. A college professor.

I literally had to pull up the Miriam-Webster website and show her the definition and she still was like "Well, you shouldn't use obscure words."

Lady, since when is "tome" an obscure word. XD

I swear to god it’s always fucking English, English either gets you your best teacher of the year or your worst one, there’s no in between

The one I mentioned earlier was my very first college English professor and he was the biggest fucking stickler I’ve ever met (I nearly lost my scholarship over his class because the C I got from it knocked my GPA under the 3.0 minimum, so I had to pray I got good enough grades the following semester to average it out)

Meanwhile the following English teacher that next semester was one of the easiest graders I’ve ever had (she did weekly page-long written responses that I consistently got 100s on despite writing them the morning of their due dates based on spark notes summaries)

Most memorable fic moment: from Blood Moon (spoilers) any of the bits where Joe is turning but especially the scene in X's tower where Ex reveals his true colors with the wrong potion. 💜

All the bits with Joe were so much fun to write, I do wish I had more of em! And That Bit with EX,,, You have no idea how happy I was when I thought of that dshjkdsjk. I'm glad they stuck with you! With Blood Moon it's easy to get stuck on all the stuff with Voidaph and as much as I love him and am proud of how I wrote him I'm very happy that other parts of the fic had sticking power too :]
